현장경험교육이란 학교교육의 일부로써 학생을 재학 중에 전공관련 작업 환경에 직접 참여시켜 교양적 혹은 직업적으로 필요한 교육경험을 얻도록 계획된 프로그램으로 우리나라에서는 현장실습이라는 용어로 행해지고 있다. 식품영양학 전공과 관련된 학과인 경우 단체급식과목의 일환으로 영양사 현장 실습이라는 교육과정을 시행하고 있는 학교는 많으나 현장실습에 대한 교육효과나 학생들의 요구사항등을 구체적으로 파악한 연구는 매우 제한적이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 실제로 영양사 현장실습을 체험한 학생을 대상으로 현행 영양사 현장실습이 안고 있는 제반 문제점들을 파악하고 효과적인 실습 운영 방안을 모색하고자 설문조사를 시행하였다. This study was performed to design a field training curriculum model linked to the National Competence Standards (NCS) in Library and Information Science majors by analyzing factors influencing satisfaction of the field practice program and by drawing NCS capacity units suitable as field training configuration factors. It was also conducted to give shape to the standards and guidelines of NCS-based field training curriculum. For this study, first, we analyzed the implementation status of the National Competence Standards (NCS), particularly in Library and Information Science major. Second, we derived influencing factors of the field practice program through the field training satisfaction survey from Library and Information Science students. Third, we have designed a training curriculum model associated with NCS seeking proper matches with actual work of the library site through research methods including focus group interviews. Fourth, education guidelines of the field training required to interns were proposed in detail.

사회복지 교과목 중 가장 현장 반영도가 높은 사회복지현장실습 그러나 학교가 실습교육을 실습지에 의존하고 있는 실습지는 소극적으로 그리고 매우 주관적으로 실습교육을 실시하고 있다. 도한 학생들은 실습 의의를 과소평가하고 있다. 학교와 현장의 유일한 연계라고 볼 수 있는 현장실습이 이처럼 소홀히 다루어지는 이유는 무엇이고 개선방향은 무엇인가?

첨단이론과 현장실무능력을 겸비한 새로운 실천적 공학기술교육의 중심대학으로 특성화된 한국기술교육대학교(이하 한기대)의 학생 현장실습교육에 관하여 기술하였다. 한기대 재학생이 재학기간 중에 일정기간 동안 산업체에서 현장 실습교육을 필수 교과목으로 이수하도록 하여 산업발전에 부응하는 실천 기술을 습득할 수 있는 기회를 제공하여 산업현장을 체험하게 함으로써 산업체가 요구하는 창조적 직무수행능력을 갖춘 우수한 실천 공학자를 양성하고자 한다. 이에 한기대에서 현재 실시하고 있는 학생 현장실습교육의 운영방안에 대하여 고찰하고 앞으로의 개선방안을 논의한다

Recently, colleges and universities provide programs of field experience for students to improve career development skills. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of participating field experience on communication ability, interpersonal relationship ability, and convergence competence. Data were collected from 1,887 college students, and were analyzed using one-way ANOVA. As a result, students who participated field experience program improved their communication ability, interpersonal relationship ability, and convergence competence. This study is expected to be utilized as basic references to promote field experience program in colleges and universities.

This study explored the lifelong education field experience of adult college students. For this purpose, a qualitative case study was conducted with 5 adult college students from November 17, 2020 to May 14, 2021 through practical diaries, assignment analysis and in-depth interviews. As a result of the study, we discovered two things. First, the lifelong education field practice experience is a 'mountain to overcome! Lifelong education field practice', 'expansion of awareness of lifelong education', 'confidence field practice', and 'A picture is worth a thousand words'were revealed. Second, the meaning of the lifelong education field experience is 'formation of a learning community through teamwork with colleagues', 'realization that people are the core of the lifelong education', 'changes in the professional identity of the lifelong education history', and 'The life of a lifelong learning practitioner who wants to challenge' life' was revealed. These results will lead field training participants to grow qualitatively, and can be used as basic data for securing professional expertise and providing quality field training. A follow-up study was proposed for adult college students who belong to other colleges.

The purpose of this study is to confirm the degree of improvement in performance confidence and executive ability after conducting field adaptation education to dental hygiene students who start their first field practice. Thirty dental hygiene students were evaluated with performance confidence, indirect and direct evaluation of practical skill before and after the field adaptation education was conducted for 15 hours. Also field practice satisfaction was investigated after field practice. A paired t-test was conducted to compare performance confidence, indirect executive ability, and direct practical ability before and after education. Pearson's correlation was performed on the correlation between field adaptation education and field practice satisfaction. Linear regression analysis was performed to identify the influencing factors of field practice satisfaction. As a results, performance confidence, indirect and direct practical skills of after field adaptation program were increased than before that(p<0.05). The correlation between field adaptation education and field practice satisfaction showed that "education satisfaction" among the field adaptation education sub-regions correlated with "education content" and "support of field practice" among the field practice satisfaction sub-regions(p<0.05). Therefore, it is necessary to develop and management various adaptation education in the future as it increases the adaptability of the first field practice and increases the satisfaction of field practice.

2023년 1학기(2023년 3월 2일~2023년 6월 20일) 동안 한국농어촌공사 농어촌연구원 국제융합수리시험센터(안산)에서 현장실습을 한것을 바탕으로 후기를 작성하였다. 현재 농어촌연구원은 농어촌 지역개발, 수자원의 효율적 이용과 관리, 농업 신기술 교육, 스마트팜 기술 보급, 친환경 농업, 남북협력 사업 등 농어업인의 환경 개선과 올바른 정책 방향성을 제시하기 위하여 다양한 분야의 연구를 수행하는 공공기관이다. 이번 현장실습을 경험한 국제융합수리시험센터는 1959년에 국내 최초로 수리모형실험을 시작하였으며, 2018년 대형 실험시설이 추가 증축되어 규모나 시설(장비) 측면에서 국내는 물론 세계 최상위 수준의 인프라를 보유하고 있다. 또한 댐, 하천, 해양, 신재생에너지 등과 관련하여 다수의 실험 실적 보유하고 있어 수 공학 분야의 국가경쟁력 강화에 견인하고 있다. 이번 현장실습은 수리실험 이론 교육, 실험장비 교육, 실험실습, 안전교육으로 구성되어 있다. 교육프로그램(HIGH Center ACE⁺)에 따른 학교에서 배운 전공 이론을 수리실험 분야에 어떻게 적용할 수 있는지 직접 실습하면서 배울 수 있었다. 4개월간 현장실습 교육프로그램에 참여하면서 수리실험 등 수공학 분야의 다양한 경험을 할 수 있었고, 이는 향후 전공과 관련된 직장을 준비하는 데 많은 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

Most important Industry-Academy cooperation program in university is field placement for increasing ability work. Purpose of field placement are to provide training opportunities and to increase competition in job market. But field placement may vary depending on the size of the industry and the students' ability. In severe cases, some students did not practicing but simple work. So it is difficult to achieve the purpose of practical training. Thus, we propose a method for increasing field training ability and activation field placement using Base camp.

Field practicum is the core of Social Work education and plays a key role in the integration of theory and practice. To maximize the effectiveness of field education, it is important that both the faculty field liaison and field instructor are cooperated. However, the current field education is almost dependent on the supervision by field instructors. This study explores the perception on the areas of supervision by using the Q-methodology. As a result, the perception of faculty field liaison was categorized into three types and field instructors' was two. Their types of perception were partially overlapped rather than contrast. Findings of the study suggested the need for greater collaboration between academia and agencies.
