Analysis of Threshold Voltage Characteristics for Double Gate MOSFET Based on Scaling Theory (스켈링이론에 따른 DGMOSFET의 문턱전압 특성분석)

  • This paper have presented the analysis of the change for threshold voltage and drain induced barrier lowering among short channel effects occurred in subthreshold region for double gate(DG) MOSFET with two gates to be next-generation devices, based on scaling theory. To obtain the analytical solution of Poisson's equation, Gaussian function been used as carrier distribution to analyze closely for experimental results, and the threshold characteristics have been analyzed for device parameters such as channel thickness and doping concentration and projected range and standard projected deviation of Gaussian function. Since this potential model has been verified in the previous papers, we have used this model to analyze the threshold chatacteristics. As a result to apply scaling theory, we know the threshold voltage and drain induced barrier lowering is changed, and the deviation rate is changed for device parameters for DGMOSFET.

General Response for Lateral-Torsional Buckling of Short I-Beams Under Repeated Loadings (반복하중을 받는 짧은 I형 보의 횡-비틀림 좌굴의 일반적 응답에 관한 고찰)

  • The objective of this study is to perform extensive parametric studies of the lateral-torsional buckling of short 1-beams under repeated loadings, and to gain a further insight into the lateral-torsional beam buckling problem. A one-dimensional geometrically (fully) nonlinear beam model is used, which includes superposed infinitesimal transverse warping deformation in addition to finite torsional warping deformation. A multiaxial cyclic plasticity model is also implemented to better represent cyclic metal plasticity in conjunction with a consistent return mapping algorithm. The general response for the lateral-torsional buckling of short I-beams under repeated loadings is examined through several parametric studies around the standard case : the material yield strength, the yield plateau, the strain hardening, the kinematic hardening, the residual stresses, the load eccentricity with respect to the shear center, the height of the load with respect to the cross-section of the beam, the location of the load along the length of the beam, the dimensions of the cross-section of the beam and the fixity of the supported end remote from the load.

  • Traditional human resource management explains human characteristics with motivation, attitude, perception, value, etc., based upon behavioral science approach. And system approach is adopted in analyzing the interaction between people and the environment. However, personnel economics excludes social and psychological variables in the human choice models, and assumes very unrealistic and simple rational decision making process. For environmental variables, personnel economists considers only income and price. Traditional human resource management research model successfully explains the phenomenon for each specific situation, but lacks universality. On the other hand, personnel economics model is strict and analytical, but tends to distort the understanding of the results because of the unrealistic assumptions. These two academic fields may get benefits by introducing the other's research methodologies, theories, and ideas.

  • E-commerce live broadcast is a new online shopping model that has gradually emerged in China in recent years. In the e-commerce live broadcast, the audience gathered into a buying group by watching and participating in virtual interaction, and obtained stable emotional energy from it. Closely following the concept of emotional energy, with the help of the interaction ritual chain model, the components of e-commerce live broadcast can be clarified. And the paper shows how individuals can form a buying group in social interaction. I will take the interaction behavior in e-commerce live broadcast as the research object and observe the phenomenon based on the theory of interaction ritual, then come up with the interaction ritual chain model of E-commerce live broadcast group.

  • A realistic surface model is presented for prediction of various surface phenomena such as polymer deposition, suppression and sputtering as a function of incidence ion energy in high density fluorocarbon plasmas. This model followed ion enhanced etching model using the "well-mixed" or continuous stirred tank reactor (CSTR) assumption to the surface reaction zone. In this work, we suggested ion enhanced polymer formation and decomposition mechanisms that can capture $SiO_2$ etching through a steady-state polymer film on $SiO_2$ under the suppression regime. These mechanisms were derived based on experimental data and molecular dynamic simulation results from literatures. The model coefficients are obtained from fits to available beam and plasma experimental data. In order to show validity of our model, we compared the model results to high density fluorocarbon plasma etching data.

  • In this paper, drain induced barrier lowering(DIBL) has been analyzed as one of short channel effects occurred in double gate(DG) MOSFET to be next-generation devices. Since Gaussian function been used as carrier distribution for solving Poisson's equation to obtain analytical solution of potential distribution, we expect our results using this model agree with experimental results. DIBL has been investigated according to projected range and standard projected deviation as variables of Gaussian function, and channel structure and channel doping intensity as device parameter. Since the validity of this analytical potential distribution model derived from Poisson's equation has already been proved in previous papers, DIBL has been analyzed using this model. Resultly, DIBL has been greatly changed for channel structure and doping concentration.

  • In the research for driver assistance systems, traffic sign information to the driver must be a very important information. Therefore, the detection system of traffic signs located on the road should be able to handel real-time. To detect the traffic signs, color and shape of traffic signs is to use the information after images obtained using the CCD camera. In the road environment, however, using color information to detect traffic sings will cause many problems due to changes of weather and environmental factors. In this paper, to solve it, the candidate traffic sign regions are detected from road images obtained in a variety of the illumination changes using the HSI eign-color model. And then, using the invariant moment-based SVM classifier to detect traffic signs are proposed. Experimental results show that, traffic sign detection rate is 91%, and the processing time per frame is 0.38sec. Proposed method is useful for real-time intelligent traffic guidance systems can be applied.

DYNAMIC MODEL DURING EMERGENCY MEDICAL TECHNICIANS LIFTING POSTURES (응급구조사들의 들어 올리는 자세의 동역학적 모델 분석)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 응급구조사들이 긴 척추고정판을 이용하여 환자를 들어 올리는 3가지 다른 자세와 다른 3가지 부하 조건을 이용하여, 요추 4번과 5번의 압축력, 전단응력 그리고 합력의 변화를 동역학적 모델을 제시하기 위한 분석이다. 연구방법 : 36명의 남자가 본 연구의 실험에 자발적으로 동원되었으며, 나이는 평균 21.42세이고, 신장은 평균 174.05cm이며, 체중은 평균 78.05kg이다. 이 실험에서 부하 조건은 50, 70, 90kg이고, 들어 올리는 높이는 지상에서부터 95cm 이었으며, 들어 올리는 동안의 회전고리는 110cm이었다. 운동현상학적 자료는 2-D ProReflex Motion Capture Camera을 이용하였으며, sampling rate는 60Hz로 하였다. 결과 및 논의 : 동역학적 데이터 자료를 근거로 한 본 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. Lunge 자세기술에서 전단응력과 합력 등이 최소의 stress로 요추 4번 5번에 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 Lunge 기술에서 압축력은 약간 증가되는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서 Stooped 자세기술에서는 아주 큰 전단응력과 합력 등이 요추 4번, 5번 관절에 넓게 작용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 이는 들어 올리는 동작을 할 때 상해의 원인이 된다고 사료된다. 특히 응급구조사들이 들것을 들어 올릴 때 너무 큰 전단응력이 요추 4번, 5번 관절에 작용을 하면 비정상적으로 병리학상 또는 해부학상 신체적변화가 온다고 해석할 수 있다. 그래서 응급구조사들에게 들것을 들어올리는 stooped 자세는 아주 크고 많은 합력 작용하기 때문에 권고될만한 기술이 아니라고 해석 된다. Squat 자세에서 중간 정도의 압축력, 전단응력 그리고 합력이 작용된다. 만약 응급구조사가 전단응력 그리고 합력이 요추에 미치는 영향이 가장 걱정된다면, lunge 자세가 두 가지 힘을 줄여줄 수 있다고 사료된다. 마지막으로 응급구조사가 들것을 들어올리는 데는 squat 자세 기술이 가장 좋다고 사료 된다.

  • Wind tunnel test which is one of the method to predict the aeroelastic characteristics has difficulties to make scale-down structural model and achieve a specified free stream velocity. It is very costly and complicated to consider similarity relationships between real structure and scale-down structural model. "Dry Wind-Tunnel(DWT)" was proposed to overcome these difficulties. This is made up of Ground Vibration Test hardware and software to compute the aerodynamic forces. In the present study, program for computing the real-time unsteady aerodynamic forces which is an important part of DWT system was developed by Matlab Simulink and dSPACE. In addition, using this program and software which is a part of the test structure, a real-time flutter analysis was conducted and the results are verified by ZAERO.

  • 강수, 수위 및 유량자료 등의 수문자료는 안정된 물 관리 계획, 홍수조절 및 공급계획, 전력공급 등을 위한 댐의 역할을 원활하게 하기위한 운영의사결정을 위한 매우 중요한 기초자료가 된다. 댐 운영을 위한 다양한 기능을 가진 모델을 가지고 있다고 하더라도 매년 변하고 있는 댐 유역의 수문현상에 대한 관측자료를 이용하여 지속적으로 모델을 보정하여 정확성을 확인하고 향상시키는 노력을 기울여야 하므로 수문자료는 댐 운영에 있어서 필수적인 요소일 수밖에 없다. 본 연구에서는 한국수력원자력(주)의 9개 댐 유역에서 기존 활용 가능한 관측소 현황 및 현장조사를 통해 운영상 목적에 맞는 최적의 수위관측망을 설계하여 제시하였다. 설계 방법으로는 댐 유입량 파악과 개략적인 도달시간 파악을 위해 주요 유입지천인 국가하천과 지류 중 지방하천이라도 유역면적이 $150\;km^2$ 이상인 경우에는 유입량 파악을 위한 수위관측소를 두도록 설계하였다. 관측소 밀도는 각 댐 유역의 수문학적 유역 특성인 유역면적, 유입하천의 지형적 특성, 하천크기 등을 고려하여 결정하였다. 설계된 수위관측소들은 현장의 수위관측 및 유량관측에 대한 적정성을 검토하여 댐 저류지 배수영향 등으로 인해 관측이 부적정할 경우 이설을 통해 적정한 위치에서 수문조사가 이루어지도록 제안하였다. 본 연구에서 제안된 한국수력원자력(주) 관할 댐 유역의 수위관측망은 자체 관할 수위관측소 뿐 아니라 자료의 공동 활용이 가능한 국토해양부 등의 관측소까지 포함하고 있다. 따라서 댐 운영 의사결정을 위한 중요한 기초자료로서의 수위 및 유량자료를 경제적이고 효율적으로 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
