한국정부는 지역산업정책의 추진이 시작되는 1999년부터 연평균 약4,970억원을 지역산업육성을 위해 지속적으로 투자하였다. 본 연구는 이러한 지속적인 지역산업 육성정책이 실질적으로 기업의 기술혁신역량강화에 기여했는지 알아보기 보기 위하여, 대전테크노파크에서 2016년 조사한 '대전지역 혁신자원 조사' 자료를 이용하여 대전테크노파크가 기업의 기술혁신역량에 미치는 효과를 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구는 우선 테크노파크와 기술혁신에 대한 선행연구를 통해 기업의 혁신역량 측정 및 이에 영향을 미치는 변수들을 분석하였다. 기업의 기술혁신정량지표인 특허의 결정요인과 슘페터가설 모형에 기초하여 기업의 기술혁신을 측정하는 종속변수로 특허수를 선택하여 이에 영향을 미치는 기업변수(매출액, 매출액제곱, 수출액, 영업이익)와 R&D변수(R&D인력, R&D자금), 그리고 대전테크노파크의 지원여부와 벤처기업지정여부를 설명변수로 선정하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과는 대전테크노파크 지원이 기업의 특허에 긍정적으로 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 지역산업육성정책이 지역 기업의 기술혁신을 촉진시키고 있기 때문에 지역산업육성정책을 더 적극적으로 추진할 필요성에 대한 정책적 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

The purpose of this study is to consider the characteristics perceived by users who utilize MyData services in the financial sector. It aims to examine how these factors influence users' understanding for sustained usage and their resistance to innovation. The research seeks to explore the relationship between users' awareness of characteristics and its impact on both enhancing comprehension for continued usage and addressing users' resistance to innovation. Utilizing a specialized survey agency, we examined the relative effects of innovation resistance factors, such as relative advantage, perceived risks, complexity, clarity and perceived ease of use on MyData service users. Furthermore, this research focuses on employing empirical analysis to validate the relationships between these factors through the survey. The findings of this study suggest that MyData service should dedicate ongoing efforts to minimize user resistance to service utilization. Specifically, it was revealed that among the innovation resistance factors, perceived ease of use, relative advantage, perceived risk, and complexity exert influence in that order.

This study aimed to provide implications required to establish a content strategy by examining the influencing factors affecting the acceptance of curation services for 320 OTT users, and the main results are as follows. First, innovativeness was found to have a positive effect on performance expectations. Second, innovativeness was found to have a positive impact on the effort expectation. Third, performance expectation had a positive effect on the intention to use continuously. Fourth, it was shown that the effort expectation had a positive effect on the intention to use continuously. Fifth, social influence was found to have no significant effect on the intention to use continuously. Sixth, it was found that the facilitating conditions did not significantly affect the intention to use continuously. The above results can be assessed as the higher the OTT users perceive the performance and effort expectations of the curation service, the higher their intention to continue using them. This study is meaningful in that it verified the factors affecting the intention to use the OTT curation service and expanded the UTAUT model.

This paper reviewed outline of Strategic Niche Management(SNM) and its usefulness and limits as policy tool. SNM is based on Multi Level Perspective(MLP) that traces technological innovation and makes transition of lock-in socio-technical system. This approach is one of systematical then traditional one, market failure approach. SNM had get a attention not only as a analytical frame of technological development, but also tool of radical innovation, although its limits of theoretical and empirical immaturity. SNM could provide a new perspective to analysis and action within urgent needs of alternative innovation policy for aging society, news energy policy for sustainable and disaster policy in danger society.

제1차 벤처붐을 겪은 이후 후기에 안정된 기업에 투자를 선호하는 벤처투자방식의 변화가 나타나고 있다. 기업성장단계에서 초기에서 중기에 있는 기업의 경우 자금의 부족을 경험하며, 지속적인 성장을 위해서 정부 R&D자금 지원을 받고 있다. 하지만 정부의 R&D자금 지원이 과연 지속가능성 측면에서 경쟁력이 있는 기업에게 지원되고 있는가에 대한 우려의 목소리가 있다. 본 연구는 제조업에 속하는 벤처기업을 대상으로 DEA 효율성 분석을 실시하였다. 이를 통하여 제조업에 속한 핵심 산업인 ICT제품과 같은 첨단제조와 기계, 자동차와 같은 일반제조에 속한 벤처기업의 효율성을 살펴보고, R&D지원을 받는 벤처기업과 그렇지 않은 기업을 비교분석한다. 추가로 두 집단 간의 특성(혁신성, 성장성, 수익성, 안전성)이 1년간 어떻게 변화하였는지 분석한다. 실증 분석결과, 제조업에 속한 R&D자금을 지원받는 벤처기업의 경우 그렇지 않은 기업보다 효율성이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이는 지원을 받은 벤처기업이 지속가능한 측면에서 비지원기업 보다는 경쟁력이 낮음을 시사한다. 그리고 1년간의 여러 특성의 변화를 살펴본 결과, 혁신성에서는 지원기업이 높은 성과를 창출하였지만, 수익성에 있어서 비지원기업 보다 저조한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 정부의 R&D지원이 지속가능성 측면에서 경쟁력이 있는 기업에게 지원되기 위해서는 기술력뿐만 아니라 경영 효율성을 고려하는 시도가 필요하다.

The purpose of this article is to re-interpretate 'Post Catch-up Studies' on the Korean innovation system with the framework of 'Transition Studies'. The viewpoints of the vision, research area and system innovation process of Post Catch-up studies are reviewed and reconfigurated. The Transition Studies concepts of Sustainability, Coevolution of industry and society, and transition management are introduced into the Post-catch up Studies and discussed. It is suggested that Post catch-up studies should support sustainability system transition and make use of transition management tools for the sustainable post catch-up innovation and policy.

신임 대통령과 정부가 해야 할 일은 수없이 많겠지만, 그 중 고등교육의 혁신만큼 국가 경제와 산업의 지속적 성장에 결정적인 영향을 미치는 사안은 그리 많지 않을 것이다. 선진제국들이 앞다투어 고등교육의 혁신에 몰두하고 있다는 사실은 이를 잘 입증해 주고 있다. 여기서는 우리나라 고등교육의 일대 혁신을 위해 신임 대통령과 정부가 특별히 역점을 두었으면 하는 바를 밝혀 보고자 한다.

Production innovation capabilities are critical to the survival and growth of firms. This paper investigates industrial dynamics and dynamic capabilities of firms by looking at how an industry evolution process influences firms' product innovation strategy and how dynamic capabilities affect firms' product innovation process. Korea Wireless Internet industry shows a full cycle of industry evolution process including introduction phase, growth phase, maturity phase, and decline phase using by dynamic technological and market changes. 7 listed companies in Korea Wireless Internet industry were selected. We have conducted multiple case studies based upon in depth interviews. Empirical results show that different phases of industry evolution influence firms' strategy of product innovation. Dynamic capabilities are also appears to be very important to the survival and growth of a firm.
