In 1990s, many organizations recognized the ERR system as a key enabler of business strategic accomplishment and it can improve productivity and efficiency of organizations by integrating and managing enterprise resources. These organizations tried to implement the ERP system to hold the competitive advantage. And the ERP system leads to business process reengineering. So it is important to consider both organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process. This study is examined in detail about organizational environmental characters and change management in the ERP implementation process, seeks how the difference of these factors related to the ERP success. The sampled companies implemented the ERP system by using the different ERP implementation approaches. This study provides that the ERP implementation approach differs from organizational environmental characters, and change management tactics are different according to the ERP implementation approaches. But, some change management factors are important regardless of the ERP implementation approaches. This study also provides the effects on EPR performance through the change management. The study is of service to the organizations implementing ERP and provides practical contribution for managing organizational changes.

Social learning is a form to support learners' active engagement and participation in learning with other learners and instructors by using social media. The concept of social learning should be considered beyond the simple use of social media for learning or education. This study aims to apply the understanding of social learning based on the theoretical background of social theories of learning in designing and developing a program for workforce education. As a pilot test, the newly developed social learning program was implemented to 302 employees with the title of 'Innovative Display Strategy for POP". 138 employees successfully completed the social learning course that focuses on delivering contents in time-line based platform, supporting interactions among students, and working effectively through small smart devices in their workplace. The results were derived from three kinds of data-source: learner's log data, their final evaluation score, and the survey to measure the satisfaction about social learning. Finally the implications for social learning were discussed in terms of the program revision and directions for future application.

The purpose of this study is to examine the current status and R&D activities of disabled enterprise, and to find ways to support R&D. Through this study, the company's demand for R&D and the characteristics of companies with active R&D activities were derived, and the research and development support plan was proposed by integrating them. As a result of comparing the location quotient (LQ) of small and medium-sized businesses and disabled enterprise by industry, the number of workers with disabilities showed great specialization by business type. R&D was active in companies with sales of over 2 billion won in four industries including manufacturing. As a result of the research, R&D support for disabled enterprise needs to be supported by categorizing them into field-hardened technology-oriented and innovative technology-oriented, depending on the type of business and the size of the company.

Reincarnation, literally means "to be made flesh again". It is a mystical belief that the soul lives again in a new body after death. In this study, both material and spiritual elements are reincarnated in the form of the formative art in our life. This is similar to the notion of transmigration of the souls in Buddhism and Taoism. The concept "reincarnation"has a functional values as it provides a new tool in the education in the field. Especially in the digital design, the concept has become an essential contents as a text. The education employed the concept has a feature of edutainment which has been considered as an innovative method of education. The edutainment stimulates students' inner motivation and interests. This eventually leads them to use their own creativity in their study and achieve their goals. The education adopting the concept of reincarnation is more than the recycling of the used materials. It presupposes the understanding of the essence as well as the philosophical value of the materials. The creativity in the Visual Arts can be achieved with these educational foundations.

Since their establishment in 1999, Regional Development Agencies in England have been a critical catalyst for sustaining regional development, by linking the central government and the region. Nevertheless, the new Coalition Government formed in May 2010 is to abolish RDAs and is to be replaced by Local Enterprise Partnerships(LEP). This article looks at the performance and the present reform process of the English Regional Development Agencies(RDA). It argues that RDAs have been a sort of laboratory to expose the possibility of realizing the new regionalist approach away from the government-centered approach. Nevertheless, the case of RDAs in England shows that the RDA model is less likely to be effective without substantial devolution. It shows that the extent to which RDAs contribute to the regional economy tends to be much higher in soft infra-centered projects, such as business supports and skills development, than physical infrastructure projects. It argues that the LEP model, which is to replace RDAs, is controversial, especially in terms of spatial boundary and financial structure.

Cooperating with a supplier with professional skills is necessary to achieve performance in the development of the innovative products. It is also important to improve development competence and share knowledge. This study empirically analyzed the effect of participant's Job Competence and Leadership Competence on Knowledge Sharing, and the effect of Purchaser Interdependence on Supplier Absorption Capacity. The purpose of the study is to confirm that Knowledge Sharing between Development Participant and Supplier contributes to Performance and to demonstrate the need for a cooperative relationship with the Supplier. A survey was conducted on the product development participants to confirm the relationship between the factors using a Structural Equation Model. As a result of the hypothesis test, the better the Individual Competence of the development participants, the better the Knowledge Sharing Activity, and then Knowledge Sharing and Interdependence are the main factor in the Absorption Capacity of the Supplier. The results of this study can contribute to improving the Supplier Absorption Capacity in the product development projects in which high technology is converged. In the future, we will study the effects of the project support activities of related departments for Performance.

Due to the development of information and communication technology, the great change on economics has grown and the biggest change is the e-commerce. With the methods of electronic financial frauds becoming advanced, reported phishing incidents have greatly increased. The Fraud Detection System(hereafter FDS) has taken effect to prevent electronic financial frauds, but economic losses still occurring. This Paper aims to analyze the financial environment, financial information technology environment, financial information technology security environment and some features of the institutional changes. In order to supplement the defect of FDS, it gives some recommendations for the improvement of the effective FDS Management System and information sharing on frauds with some public institution and a major consideration for collection or utilization of personal information.

This study examines the changes of the online music market and revenue models by the theory of network society and communications of Manuel Castells for the content platform. As a result of this study, we found that active communications among the members in the network, played a crucial role in the creation of contents and the promotions of profit for platform providers. It is especially important to create an environment in which members can voluntarily communicate rather than an artificial control. The content platform business consists of people, thus it has been proven that providing play elements of culture and society are important, as well as necessary conditions to the generation related to content based platform businesses.

많은 6시그마 혁신을 하는 기업 중에서 ISO9000 시리즈나 ISO/TS16949 인증을 받고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 6시그마 도입 초기부터 ISO/TS16949와 통합운영을 생각하고 추진하는 곳은 많지 않다. ISO/TS16949에서는 기업전반의 프로세스에 많은 중점을 두고 있다. 그 중에서도 APQP(Advanced Product Quality Planning)은 제품 초기에서부터 명확한 품질계획 업무 프로세스를 가지고 활동을 하라는 필수 프로세스를 요구하고 있다. 그러나 구체적인 Flow나 단계는 각 기업체의 특성에 맞기고 있다. 6시그마의 Lean DFSS는 이러한 제품개발 프로세스의 구체적인 전계단계를 제공하고 있다 여기에 APQP에서 요건으로 명시한 각 프로세스 단계마다 Input요소, Output요소, Target, 그 프로세스를 책임질 구성원, 핵심성공요인, 핵심성공지수, 단계마다의 FMEA(Failure Mode Effect Analysis) 분석을 대응하면 도입 초기에서부터 상호 유기적이면서 효과적인 System이 된다.
