A Research on the Quantitative Analysis of the Credit Information for the Improvement of Financial Policies for Startup Companies: Focusing on Negative Factors (창업기업 금융정책 개선을 위한 기업 신용정보 데이터의 정량적 분석 연구: 기업의 생존에 부정적인 요인을 중심으로)

  • Financial institutions around the world, including financially advanced nations, widely operate a credit information sharing system to ease off information asymmetry between financial institutions and financial consumers. This study analyzed the credit problem data that is actually being shared among financial institutions in Korea, and classified credit problem data into three categories; Frequency, Period, Amount. In survival analysis, this study analyzed how different types of credit problem influence on survival period of companies. Next, in comparative analysis, this study verified a difference between start-up companies and existing companies on classified conditions of the credit problems. After conducting a survival and comparative analysis of the credit information of 449,579 companies of 8 years' actual information sharing in Korea, it showed that the number of the frequency of accidents showed a positive(+) correlation with the survival period. This provides contrary evidence to the financial institutions' risk policies that the number of the frequency of accidents is a negative factor. Furthermore, since the start-up companies that are under 7 years old show more positive aspect in the survival period than existing companies, it draws a policy implication that the credit information sharing system need to be improved by taking account of characteristics of the start-up companies.

A Computer Mediated Design Development System for Design Innovation - the Focus on the Creative Thinking System for Idea Development in Product Design (디자인 혁신을 위한 창조적 발상지원 시스템 연구)

  • This paper focuses on the idea development as a creative thinking process for design innovation. The process of thinking has the thinking structures of abduction and transformation. After we had studied the design thought, we found a structure of a thinking system, and created a creative thinking model with this. Using job analysis, we examined the duster of design jobs, which form the design process, and verified the thinking model. The findings suggest that our idea development has the creative process not only of divergent thinking and convergent one, but also of transformation in design. In same time, the design thinking shows their pattern of transition from abstract concept to concrete object. Between the design jobs, idea development shows higher difficulty than other jobs - marketing, product planning and follow-up. Combining the D-T-C (Divergent-Transformation-Convergent) thinking with abstract-concrete thinking, we designed a DFD(data flow diagram) for an early model of computer mediated thinking system (CMTS). This has implications for design support.

A Theoretical Study on the Coevolution Strategy of University Innovation Ecosystems (대학 혁신생태계의 공진화 전략에 대한 이론적 고찰)

  • This study emphasizes that the survival strategy of universities should be a co-evolution strategy based on ecological thinking. Therefore, the purpose of the research is to present a theoretical framework for dividing the university innovation ecosystem into four stages and building a co-evolution strategy for each step, as universities play a prominent role in regional innovation ecosystems. Thus, our research method focused on literature research, and the theoretical framework for the university innovation ecosystem used Moore's Enterprise Ecosystem Model (1996). The university's ecological innovation strategy is divided into four stages of development, and a step-by-step co-evolution strategy is presented. Findings are summarized as follows. The pioneering stage involves the creation of values of the university-led innovation ecosystem. The expansion stage focuses on the establishment of critical mass. The authority stage covers maintaining authority and bargaining power. The renewal stage features continuous performance improvement. In particular, this theoretical model of the university-regional innovation ecosystem is meaningful in that it provides a theoretical basis for enhancing the effectiveness of government financial support projects, and for individual universities, it provides a framework for strategies suitable for their ecosystem building process.

  • 분산형전원은 대개의 경우 단독으로 운전되는 것이 아니라 계통과 연계되어 수요전력과 발전전력의 과부족 조정을 위해 사용된다. 현재 일본의 배전계통은 수용가에 대하여 1방향의 조류를 전제로 구성되어 있기 때문에 계통과 연계하는 경우 분산전원측이 계통에 악영향을 미치지 않도록, 역으로 계통측의 사고 등에 의해서 분산형전원과 부하에 악영향을 미치지 않도록 특별한 배려가 필요하게 된다. ''系統運系技術要件가이드라인''은 이 때문에 기술요건을 저압선에서 특별고압선까지 연계되는 계통별로 제시하고 있으며 특히 보호장치에 대하여 규정하고 있다. 계통연계기술요건가이드라인은, 분산형전원을 도입하기 쉽고 사회적 요청과 기술혁신에 맞도록 개정되어 왔으며, 최근 증가된 반도체식 역변환장치를 통하여 분산형전원도 도입하기 쉽도록 개정되어 온 것이다. 다른 한편으로는 계통사고나 순시 전압강하로부터 분산형전원과 부하를 보호한다든지 또한 더욱 적극적으로 분산형전원을 순간전압강하대책으로 활용하기 위하여 계통과의 연계를 고속으로 분리하는 고속해열장치가 많이 사용되게 되었다. 기계식고속차단기와 고속릴레이의 조합으로 중요부하의 순간전압강하를 1사이클 이하로 할 수 있다. 분산형전원을 더욱 활용하여 큰 역조류도 가능하게 하기 위해서는 현재의 배전보호시스템으로는 한계가 있어, 집중감시제어방식을 사용한 새로운 배전보호시스템에 대한 연구가 시작되고 있다.

The Effect of Motivation of Preliminary Entrepreneur on Entrepreneurial Spirit in Service Industry -Focused on Participant of Cyber University- (예비 서비스 창업자의 동기요인이 기업가정신에 미치는 영향 -사이버대학교 수강자를 중심으로-)

  • The start-up program of service company is able to give the positive effect to the job creation and growth but actually the rate of success for start-up program in service industry low and thus the effective support program is required. Recently, it is required that entrepreneurial spirit for success of start-up program in service industry. We examined entrepreneurial spirit between participation motivation in service industry. The results are as follows. As a result of survey for education program participant, it was found that 4 causes of Entrepreneurial Spirit such as innovation thought, market-oriented thought and art-oriented thought, management thought are all significant and especially, the effect of management thought showed somewhat high level in entrepreneurial spirit. Hereafter, this study may help to guide the motivation of preliminary entrepreneurs as food & beverage, restaurant business, retailer, other service industry.

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest directions for enhancing competitiveness of corporate management by examining how individual creativity and organizational members' value innovation culture perception affect innovation behavior and knowledge sharing, and how innovation behavior and knowledge sharing affect organizational innovation performance and management outcomes In order to achieve these research objectives, the measurement variables of each variable were extracted through previous research and 423 valid samples were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 statistical package program and LISREL 9.1 to verify a hypothesis. As a result of this study, it was found that the creative thinking skills of the individual creativity, the meaningful tasks of the value innovation culture recognition, and the risk - taking culture have a significant influence on the innovation behavior. Only the meaningful tasks of organizational members' value innovation culture perception affect knowledge sharing. Innovation behavior has a significant effect on knowledge sharing and innovation performance, but not on business outcome. In addition, knowledge sharing has no significant effect on innovation performance but has a significant effect on business performance. Finally, we confirmed that innovation performance has a significant effect on management outcome.

  • The age of the $4^{th}$ Industrial revolution characterized with artificial intelligence leads to increased interest in emotional aspects representing humanity as counterpart competence to the digital literacy, As the educational model to foster emotional intelligence, noticed is 'maker education based on design thinking process,' since it cultivates the spirits of empathy, intuitive thinking, collaboration, communication, sharing, and openness. In this context, this study aimed to examine relationship between the educational model and emotional intelligence. For this purpose, a case study has been conducted with 37 undergraduate students in an University general education class, and the results of data collection and analysis confirmed positive influences of the program in enhancing most components of the emotional intelligence.

  • The purpose of this study is to confirm the mediating effect of followership characteristics when the components of transformational leadership influences the innovative behavior of follower. For this study, response data of nationwide 551 workers were finally analyzed using SPSS 24 and Process Macro 3.5. The research results are as follows. All of the components of transformational leadership had a positive(+) effect on innovative behavior. In this process, team spirit, the characteristic of followership, was confirmed to have a mediating effect in all relationships. Perception of goal alignment and active orientation were found to have mediating effects in some types of combination. On the other hand, critical thinking had no mediating effect. This study has academic significance that variables with complex characteristics were divided into sub-characteristics for analyzing. In practice, it is suggested that there is an effective combination type for each characteristic of the variables in promoting the innovative behavior of follower. Based on the research results, the limitations of the research and future research tasks were presented.

A Comparative Study on the Socio-Technical Transition Theories: Integrated Approach to Transition Policy Design and Implementation (사회-기술 전환이론 비교 연구 - 전환정책 설계와 운영을 위한 통합적 접근 -)

  • Transition studies have been gaining attention among innovation researchers from the early 1990's mainly influenced by emerging global agendas on sustainability. In this paper, we review research issues and trends focusing on four prominent transition theories - Technological innovation systems, Multi-level perspective, Transition management and Strategic niche management. After reviewing main characteristics, research trends and debates of each theory from established literatures, we conduct comparative analysis of these theories and suggest integrated framework that can be considered when modeling transition policy. This integrated framework is applied to the case study on smart-grid policy of Korea.
