The development of technology has achieved digital innovation throughout the media industry, including production techniques and editing technologies, and has brought diversity in the form of consumer viewing through the OTT service and streaming era. The convergence of big data and deep learning networks automatically generated text in format such as news articles, novels, and scripts, but there were insufficient studies that reflected the author's intention and generated story with contextually smooth. In this paper, we describe the flow of pictures in the storyboard with image caption generation techniques, and the automatic generation of story-tailored scenarios through language models. Image caption using CNN and Attention Mechanism, we generate sentences describing pictures on the storyboard, and input the generated sentences into the artificial intelligence natural language processing model KoGPT-2 in order to automatically generate scenarios that meet the planning intention. Through this paper, the author's intention and story customized scenarios are created in large quantities to alleviate the pain of content creation, and artificial intelligence participates in the overall process of digital content production to activate media intelligence.

The advancement of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is accelerating innovation across society, and the defense sector is no exception as it adopts technologies aligned with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In particular, the Army is making efforts to establish an advanced Army TIGER 4.0 system, aiming to create highly intelligent and interconnected mobile units. To achieve this, the Army is integrating cutting-edge scientific and technological advancements from the Fourth Industrial Revolution to enhance mobility, networking, and intelligence. However, the existing addressing system, IPv4, has limitations in meeting the exponentially increasing demands for network IP addresses. Consequently, the military considers IPv6 address allocation as an essential process to ensure efficient network management and address space provisioning. This study proposes an approach for IPv6 address allocation for the future military, considering the Army TIGER system. The proposal outlines how the application networks of the Army can be differentiated, and IP addresses can be allocated to future unit structures of the Army, Navy, and Air Force, from the Ministry of National Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff. Through this approach, the Army's advanced ground combat system, Army TIGER 4.0, is expected to operate more efficiently in network environments, enhancing overall information exchange and mobility for the future military.

Despite of the consensus on the critical role of CEO and slack resources for strategic decision making, how they affect in the selection of strategic alliance type is limited. This study investigated the effect of CEO's experiential attributes and the venture firms' slack resource on the selection of strategic alliance type. To this end, this study used multi-variate logistic regression analysis with 1,813 Korean venture firms. The findings indicated that higher education level and large firm experience of CEO positively contributed to form an explorative alliance. And these two experiential attributes has negative effects on the probability of exploitative alliance formation. On the other hand, the entrepreneurial experience has no effect on the selection of strategic alliance type. This study also investigated the effect of slack resource - available slack, recoverable slack, and potential slack-. The more venture firms have available and potential slack, the higher probability of pursuing an explorative alliance. In addition, recoverable slack of venture firms has negative effect only on the selection of explorative alliance. The results of this study are expected to contribute the literatures of strategic management and venture firms by illustrating which CEO and firm-level factors affect the selection of strategic alliance type. This study also extends recent effort to better understand the selection of strategic alliance type with upper echelons theory and slack resource. And this study suggests implications that can increase the probability of successful decision making by venture firms in selection of strategic alliance type.

In the midst of the current turbulent global economy, traditional investment metrics are undergoing a metamorphosis, signaling the onset of what's often referred to as an "Investment cold season". Early-stage startups, despite their boundless potential, grapple with immediate revenue constraints, intensifying their pursuit of critical investments. While financial indicators once took center stage in investment evaluations, a notable paradigm shift is underway. Organizational culture, once relegated to the sidelines, has now emerged as a linchpin in forecasting a startup's resilience and enduring trajectory. Our comprehensive research, integrating insights from CVF and OCAI, unveils the intricate relationship between organizational culture and its magnetic appeal to investors. The results indicate that startups with a pronounced external focus, expertly balanced with flexibility and stability, hold particular allure for investment consideration. Furthermore, the study underscores the pivotal role of adhocracy and market-driven mindsets in shaping investment desirability. A significant observation emerges from the study: startups, whether they secured investment or failed to do so, consistently display strong clan culture, highlighting the widespread importance of nurturing a positive employee environment. Leadership deeply anchored in market culture, combined with an unwavering commitment to innovation and harmonious organizational practices, emerges as a potent recipe for attracting investor attention. Our model, with an impressive 88.3% predictive accuracy, serves as a guiding light for startups and astute investors, illuminating the intricate interplay of culture and investment success in today's economic landscape.

The purpose of this study is to examine the limitations of university operating system changes as a result of the policy changes and outcomes of the university lifelong education system support project by project period, and based on this, to propose a development plan to support the university's adult learning system. In this study, we sought to investigate changes in the higher education environment and changes in lifelong education in universities through analysis of literature and various data. The changing times of technological innovation and changes in knowledge require continuous learning even after school education, and the need for re-education and improved education is increasing. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and the National Institute for Lifelong Education have been actively carrying out support projects for lifelong learning-centered universities since 2008 to provide adult learners with opportunities to study. This project is centered around universities and the local community, and is promoting various types of changes in educational operation, such as reforming the university's academic system to be adult-friendly and operating night or weekend classes in order to provide educational opportunities for adult learners. Now, universities must play a role as a hub of regional lifelong education for the coexistence of the region and university, and as a key institution responsible for the contemporary tasks of sustainable development and coexistence between the university and the community.
As the service robot market grows among the food technology industry, the quality of robot service that affects consumer behavioral intentions in the restaurant industry has become important. Serving robots, which are common in restaurants, reduce employee work through order and delivery, but because they do not respond to service failures, they increase customer dissatisfaction as well as increase employee work. In order to improve the quality of service beyond the simple function of receiving and serving orders, functions of recovery effort, fairness, empathy, responsiveness, and certainty of the process after service failure, such as serving employees, are also required. Accordingly, we assumed the type of failure of restaurant serving service as two internal and external factors, and developed a serving robot with a vocational ethics module to respond with a professional ethical attitude when the restaurant serving service fails. At this time, the expression and action of the serving robot were developed by adding a failure mode reflecting failure recovery efforts and empathy to the normal service mode. And by recruiting college students, we tested whether the service robot's response to two types of service failures had a significant effect on evaluating the robot. Participants responded that they were more uncomfortable with service failures caused by other customers' mistakes than robot mistakes, and that the serving robot's professional ethical empathy and response were appropriate. In addition, unlike the robot's favorability, the evaluation of the safety of the robot had a significant difference depending on whether or not a professional ethical empathy module was installed. A professional ethical empathy response module for natural service failure recovery using generative artificial intelligence should be developed and mounted, and the domestic serving robot industry and market are expected to grow more rapidly if the Korean serving robot certification system is introduced.
The food truck business, which involves selling various types of food from mobile vehicles, has gained significant popularity in urban centers and at events. These food trucks have rapidly expanded due to their relatively low initial investment and high flexibility, attracting customers with unique menus and personalized services. However, as competition increases, the need to manage service quality to boost customer satisfaction and encourage repeat visits has become more critical. Despite this growing importance, there has been limited empirical research on the topic. This study aims to analyze customer experiences with food truck services to gain strategic insights for improving service quality. By applying structural topic modeling to customer review data, the study identified 50 key topics. The process included a comprehensive evaluation of model diagnostics and interpretability to determine the optimal number of topics, ultimately selecting the most relevant ones related to service experiences. The impact of these identified topics on overall customer satisfaction was empirically tested using regression analysis. The results showed that aspects such as "Food Taste," "Friendly Staff," and "Positive Emotion" had a positive influence on customer satisfaction, whereas "Delayed Service," "Negative Emotion," and "Beverage Service" had a negative impact. Based on this analysis, the study proposes concrete methods for food truck operators to systematically analyze customer feedback and use it to drive service improvements and innovation. This research highlights the importance of data-driven decision-making in small business environments like food trucks and contributes to expanding the application of topic modeling in the service industry.
Since ChatGPT was released in 2022, the generative artificial intelligence (AI) industry has seen massive growth and is expected to bring significant innovations to cognitive tasks. AI-based image generation, in particular, is leading major changes in the digital world. This study investigates the technical foundations of Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and Firefly-three notable AI image generation tools-and compares their effectiveness by examining the images they produce. The results show that these AI tools can generate realistic images of tomatoes, strawberries, paprikas, and cucumbers, typical crops grown in greenhouse. Especially, Firefly stood out for its ability to produce very realistic images of greenhouse-grown crops. However, all tools struggled to fully capture the environmental context of greenhouses where these crops grow. The process of refining prompts and using reference images has proven effective in accurately generating images of strawberry fruits and their cultivation systems. In the case of generating cucumber images, the AI tools produced images very close to real ones, with no significant differences found in their evaluation scores. This study demonstrates how AI-based image generation technology can be applied in agriculture, suggesting a bright future for its use in this field.

Lifelong education also plays a big role in promoting social inclusion. By providing equal educational opportunities to people from various social classes, regions, and cultural backgrounds, we reduce social inequality and help all individuals reach their full potential. Through lifelong education, a culture of continuous learning can be established throughout society. The importance of learning will be emphasized, and the attitude of pursuing knowledge and wisdom will become common. The purpose of this study is to suggest a direction for the development of national lifelong education by comparing and analyzing the basic plan for promoting lifelong education from the 1st to the 5th. As a result of the study, it has contributed greatly to the development of national lifelong education by developing the lifelong education promotion basic plan from the 1st to the 5th. If the 5th Basic Plan for Lifelong Education is faithfully implemented, it will contribute to the development of national lifelong education in many areas, and in addition to this, the direction of development of national lifelong education is emphasized. First, the strengthening of the use of digital technology. Second, it is necessary to strengthen cooperation with industries. The study analyzed the rapidly growing food tech startup in South Korea, focusing on industry classification, core technological domains, investment stages, and growth trajectories. Utilizing the ERIS model, two innovative food tech startups, MyChef and CatchTable, were examined as case studies. Results revealed food tech startups are focusing on information technology and smart distribution technology-oriented solutions rather than traditional food production. This study also found that robotics and AI integration were key technology areas. Analyzing the emergence of food tech startups, investment stages, and cumulative investment amounts based on founding years revealed a trend of scaling operations through rounds of funding, especially after securing SERIES A and B funding. The period between 2014 and 2018 saw a dense concentration of food tech startup establishments, likely influenced by favorable conditions for technological innovation amid the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The high rate of strategic mergers and acquisitions and bankruptcy can be interpreted as the complexity inherent in the food tech industry. The case study of MyChef, which grew into HMR manufacturing, and Wad(CatchTable), which expanded into a restaurant reservation platform, derived the entrepreneurs, resources, industry, and strategic factors that served as success factors for food tech startups. This study has practical implications in that it provides entrepreneurs, investors, and policymakers in the food tech industry with insight and direction to develop strategies in line with market trends and technological changes and promote sustainable growth.
