  • Wireless LAN(wireless Local Area Network) is constructed network environment by radio in indoors or outdoors environment and that to use electric wave or light instead of wire to client such as PC(Personal Computer), notebook, PDA in hub(Hub) in technological side. Now, among IEEE 802.11 WG(Working Group), there is TGf(Task Group F) that develop standard protocol between AP's(Access Point). In this group, proposed IAPP(Inter Access Point Protocol) to secure interoperability between AP producing in different manufacturer, this offers seamless connectivity between STA by sharing Security Context information or Layer 2 forwarding information between AP without passing through re-authentication process when STAs(Station) move by protocol to secure mobility between AP that differ in equal serve network. In this paper, I wish to suggest method that change avenue of communication of message to block information leakage that can occur at security message or WEP Key transmission between above AP, and uses public key to offer wireless area security little more.

An Empirical Study on Competitiveness of Busan Port on Attracting Transshipment Cargo (부산항 환적화물 분석에 유치를 위한 항만경쟁력 관한 실증연구)

  • Purpose of this study is to define competitiveness and attribution factors of Busan port on attracting high value added business such as transshipment cargo. Research finds condition to become optimal transshipment port comprises both internal and external circumstances. As for the internal circumstance, scale and location of the distripark as well as port facilities and the rates, for the external circumstance, international network and information technology on logistics managements are providing positive effects. Optimal plans to attract transshipment cargo should include, first, development of total logistics management system from port entry to unloading, transportation, processing, loading to departure. Second, assign port as free trade zone under customs law to attract foreign investment and goods traffic through tax exemption. Third, unless it is illegal, government needs to grant substantial freedom to shift capital for the foreign investors which will lead increase in cargo traffic and foreign investment.

Development of Mixed Seasoning Products for Fish Dishes using Korean Chili Peppers(Capsicum annuum L.) (고추를 이용한 생선용 복합 분말 조미료 개발 및 평가)

  • The objective of this study was to develop mixed seasoning products with Korean chili peppers(Capsicum annuum L.) and examine their characteristics based on a sensory evaluation. One-hundred chili pepper-related products were collected from American local favorites and analyzed for composition. Four different seasonings were prepared for the value-added seasoning products, and their sensory characteristics were measured. The Korean fish chili seasoning product showed higher overall acceptability, compared to local American seasoning(McCormick). The completed Korean chili seasoning products contained red pepper(20%), various herbs(31.7%), salt(11.5%), mushroom(8.6%), garlic(8.5%), curry, paprika(5.7%), and citron(2.8%). These results suggest the possibility of substituting mixed seasonings from foreign countries into Korean dishes.

Determination of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons in Smoked Food Products (훈연식품 중 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons 함량 분석)

  • This study was accomplished that analysis of seven polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in smoked or nonsmoked processing foods by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection. The calibration line was constructed with injected different levels of standard concentration. Limit of detection (LOD) and limit of quantification(LOQ) showed higher linearity ($r^{2}$=0.998) reasonably, and recovery exhibited 0.033-0.666 $\mu$g/kg, 0.108-2.217 $\mu$g/kg and 69.31-90.14%, respectively. As a result, the samples using smoked tuna as smoked materials contained seven PAHs with different range from 0.256 to 0.486 $\mu$g/kg. The benzo[a]pyrene, indicator of PAHs, was detected to below the LOQ in two samples. Concentrations of benzo[a]pyrene in three samples were below the 2 $\mu$g/kg which is the limit of regulation. Smoked tuna sauces were detected from 0.321 to 0.552 $\mu$g/kg and not detected in drying powders. PAHs of smoked meat products were ranged from 0.720 to 2.027 $\mu$g/kg and are higher than concentration of tuna smoked samples. PAHs were very low in non-smoked foods including mustard, herb, and roasted meats.

The Effects of Heat Treatments and Herb Addition on Flavor of Garlic (가열처리 및 허브첨가에 의한 무취 마늘 소재 개발)

  • The effects of heat treated and herb added garlic (Allium sativum L.) on the antioxidant activities were investigated. Boiling ($100^{\circ}C$, 60 min), steaming ($100^{\circ}C$, 30 min), baking ($120^{\circ}C$, 10 min), or high temperature and high pressure (HTHP, $120^{\circ}C$, 20 min, 1.5 kgf/$cm^2$) were applied, and several herbs were added to garlic. Hunter color L-value of heated garlic was significantly decreased, compared to that of control (fresh garlic), whereas a-value and b-value were increased (p<0.05). In the texture profile analysis, hardness, chewiness and gumminess of heated garlic were decreased, whereas adhesiveness was increased. The antioxidant activities determined by DPPH and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities were decreased in HTHP garlic. The pungent taste and garlic odor were the weakest in HTHP garlic. Especially, the pungent taste of HTHP garlic was not detectable. Green tea among several herbs (bay leaf, cinnamon bark, pine needles) showed the highest DPPH radical scavenging activity. Addition of green tea to HTHP garlic was appropriate for decreasing antioxidative activity of HTHP garlic compared to fresh garlic. Based on these results, it was suggested that high temperature and high pressure treated garlic with green tea might be very useful as a substitute for odorless functional garlic products.

  • 무동력 복합작업기는 치즐쟁기와 디스크의 배열에 따라 작업성능이 좌우된다. 프레임과 디스크, 치즐쟁기에 가해지는 기본적인 힘의 상태를 확인하기 위한 정적 구조해석을 수행하였다. 복합작업기는 디스크는 $18^{\circ}$가 경사진 형태로 전면9개 후면9로 총 18개, 치즐쟁기(Chiselplow)는 4개로, 디스크는 모두 18개이다. 정적인 상태에서 끄는 견인력은 100마력, 150마력, 200마력으로 하였으며 Inventor의 해석 시스템은 힘을 N으로 사용하기 때문에 각 마력에 부가되는 하중을 N으로 치환하여 사용하였다. 구속조건은 frame과, disc, chisel plow에 맞닿는 면을 구속하고, 힘의 방향은 프레임과 트랙터의 연결면, 디스크 날과 땅의 접촉면에 적용했다. front /rear 디스크는 이론상으로는 양 디스크가 쌍으로 마주하고 있어서 스캔데이타를 중심으로 모델링한 결과를 바탕으로, 전후면 디스크해로우의 해석을 수행하였다. 조립 또는 사용상의 문제점이나 자연적인 유격에 의해 어느 정도 대칭이 되지 않을수 있으나 그 정도에 따라 진동과 내구성에 문제가 될 수도 있기에 한쌍에 대해 모델링을 통한 해석을 수행하였다. 해석결과에 따르면 디스크에 작용하는 폰미세스 응력은 극한강도에 미치지 않은 것으로 나타났으며 Frame의 최대 폰 미세스 응력을 제외하면, 대부분의 응력은 항복강도에 현저히 미치지 못하는 수치이고, 프레임의 경우는 150마력, 200마력으로 힘을 가할 때 항복강도는 넘는 수치이지만 극한인장강도에는 미치지 못하는 수치인 것을 알 수 있었다. 100마력에 폰 미세스 응력의 최대값은 0.161918 MPa이고 프레임 강의 항복강도인 207MPa와 디스크의 항복강도인 250MPa에 못 미치는 수치이다. 150마력과 200마력의 힘으로 회전할 때의 폰 미세스 응력의 최대값은 0.286425MPa과 0.381921 MPa로 항복강도인 250MPa에 크게 못 미치는 수치이다. 그 이유는 디스크해로우 방식의 복합작업기는 견인저항력이 작게 설계되고 작업속도를 개선하기 위한 목적으로 사용되기 때문으로 사료된다. 벤치마킹 기대의 Rear 디스크도 마찬가지로 각도는 $18^{\circ}$이며, 동일한 구속조건을 적용하여 시뮬레이션을 수행하였으며 해석결과는 모두 항복강도 이내로 예측 되었다. 디스크에 최대로 응력이 미치는 부분은 디스크와 프레임이 연결되는 허브 부분이다. 각도가 커짐에 따라 응력이 증가하므로 이를 감안한 설계인자 도출이 가능하다. 마력과 각도가 증가함에 따라 디스크 해로우에 작용하는 폰미세스 응력과, 접촉압력이 증가하므로 이에 대한 검토와 동적하중인 로드프로파일을 적용한 해석을 수행하여 내구수명 특성에 대한 연구를 수행할 계획이다.

A Study of the City of Guangzhou in the Geographical Perspecives (광저우(廣州)에 대한 지리적 고찰(考察))

  • The southern region including Guangzhou(黃州), the capital of Guangdong Province, was called "South of the Mountain Range" (嶺南) because it is located south of the Five Mountain Ranges (五嶺) which made mobility difficult prior to unification of China by Qin dynasty (秦) in 221 BCE. The Guangdong region of the South of the Mountain Range (嶺南) was an administratively independent unit and, as such, called the Nanyue kingdom (南越國). This is the origin of the Chinese character "yue", and terms such as yueyu (Cantonese), yuecai (Cantonese cuisine), yueju (Cantonese opera) are still in use today. Guangzhou, called Panyu (番禹) during the Nanyue kingdom period, was settled early in the northern part of the Pearl River (珠江, Zhu Jiang) delta. It became the first port to open its doors to the great powers of the West during the Qing period. Although it has now fallen behind Shanghai which developed later, Guangzhou is still the third largest city after Beijing and Shanghai, and thus, it is an influential open coastal city. Today, not only is Guangzhou the world center of the light textile industry, it also spurs development in various manufacturing industries. Along with nearby Hong Kong, Macao, and Shenzhen, it plays the role of cradle of the Pearl River delta economic zone. Firmly established early on as the greatest central city in southern China, Guangzhou is simultaneously a hub in various aspects such as regional politics, economics, and culture; it was also the center of revolution and resistance which attempted to challenge the northern political powers. Guangzhou is known for the history of the rise and fall of its port, but with developmental efforts, it still maintains its influence. Guangzhou's dynamic development of today brings with it issues such as the environment and moral system which must be dealt with.

Composition Analysis and Antioxidant Activities of the Essential Oil and the Hydrosol Extracted from Rosmarinus officinalis L. and Lavandula angustifolia Mill. Produced in Jeju (제주산 로즈마리와 라벤더(Rosmarinus officinalis L., Lavandula angustifolia Mill.)로부터 추출한 essential oil과 hydrosol의 성분 분석 및 항산화 활성)

  • Constituents of the essential oil (EO)s and hydrosol of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis L.) and lavender (Lavandula angustifolia Mill.) were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The identified major constituents were ${\alpha}$-pinene (40.96%), camphor (34.44%), verbenone (45.31%), and camphor (67.04%) in rosemary EO, lavender EO, rosemary hydrosol, and lavender hydrosol, respectively. The antioxidant activity of EO and hydrosol extracted from rosemary and lavender were evaluated. Both EO showed di(phenyl)-(2,4,6-trinitrophenyl) iminoazanium (DPPH) and 2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulphonic acid) free radical scavenging activities as well as $Fe^{2+}$ ion chelating activity but no alkyl radical scavenging activity. Rosemary EO showed higher DPPH radical scavenging activity than lavender, whereas lavender EO showed higher $Fe^{2+}$ ion chelating activity. Both rosemary and lavender hydrosols showed alkyl radical scavenging activity, but only lavender hydrosol showed an activity on $Fe^{2+}$ chelating assay. Both rosemary and lavender hydrosols also protected the dermal fibroblast and the HaCaT keratinocytes against $H_2O_2$-induced cytotoxicity.
