Effect of Initial Texture on the Evolution of Warm Rolling Texture and Microstructure in Aluminum Alloy Sheet (알루미늄 판재의 온간압연 집합조직과 미세조직에 미치는 초기 집합조직의 영향)

  • The evolution of lectures and microstructure during the warm-rolling and subsequent annealing in aluminum 3004 alloy sheets was investigated by employing X-ray texture measurements and microstructure observations. Whereas the typical $\beta$-fiber orientations with the strong Bs-orientation $\{112\}<110>$ formed in the normally cold-rolled specimen, the warm-rolling at $250^{\circ}C$ led to the development of a strong through thickness texture gradient which was characterized by shear texture at the surface layer and rolling textures at the center layer After warm rolling, ultra-fine grains formed in the thickness layer with shear texture components. Upon recrystallization annealing, the $\{001\}<100>$ Cube-texture developed at the expense of normal rolling texture components the rise to the formation of corase recrystallized grains. However, in the layer with shear texture components the continuous recrystallization took place and the fine grain size persisted even after recrystallization annealing.

  • Strip samples of AA 3103 were deformed by Continuous confined strip shearing (CCSS). The CCSS process was designed to provide a repeated shear deformation in metallic sheet materials. CCSS led to the formation of characteristic shear textures comprising a pronounced{111}<uvw> orientations. The intensity of the deformation texture hardly increased with increasing number of CCSS passes. EBSD equipped in a FESEM with a high beam current revealed the formation of fine grains even after annealing for the recrystallization.

  • Sandwich sheet samples comprising AA1050/AA1050/AA1050, AA3003/AA1050/AA3003, AA3003 AA3003 AA3003. AA1050/AA3003/AA1050, SUS430/AA3003/SUS430, AA3003/SUS430/AA3003 and SUS430/SUS430/SUS430 were cold rolled in order to clarify the evolution of strain states md textures in the sandwich samples. To investigate the effect of stacking sequences of the samples on strain and texture, the relative contribution of each layer to the total reduction was measured and textures of the mid-layer sheet of sandwich samples were determined.

  • Recrystallization textures of ferritic stainless steel sheets of STS 430, the crystallographic texture was modified by means of cross rolling and subsequent annealing. The conventional normal rolling led to the formation of {334}<483> in the final recrystallization texture. Cross rolling in the present work was performed by a 45$^{\circ}$rotation of RD around ND. After recrystallization annealing the cross-rolled samples displayed stronger{111}//ND orientations. The cross rolled sample displayed a higher resistance against ridging.

  • The evolution of strain states and textures during rolling with various conditions was investigated by finite element method (FEM) simulations and measurements of rolling textures. Symmetrical rolling with a high friction gives rise to a strong variation of shear strains in rolled sample leading to the formation of texture gradients throughout the thickness layers. A small variation of shear strains during rolling with a well lubrication condition leads to the formation of a fairly homogeneous rolling texture throughout the sheet thickness. During asymmetrical rolling, a proper control of rolling parameters provides the evolution of a fairly homogeneous shear texture throughout the whole sheet thickness.

  • 방송통신융합의 핵심으로 자리잡은 IPTV는 통신서비스와 방송산업의 경계를 허무는 동시에 새로운 시장을 형성하고 있다. 세계최고의 초고속 인터넷 망을 보유하고 있는 우리나라는 방송통신 융합규제에 묶여 IPTV분야가 상당기간 답보상태에 있었다. 반면 해외시장은 2008년에 2,500만 가입자를 넘어설 정도로 커지고 있는데 국내 IPTV공급업자들의 해외시장 진출 전략에 대한 국내 연구가 부족한 것이 문제이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내의 IPTV시장 답보상태에서도 IPTV의 필수 구성요소인 셋톱박스, CA/DRM, 미들웨어, 네트워크장비, 요금청구 플랫폼 등을 개발한 국내 IPTV공급업체들이 성공적으로 해외에 진출하기 위한 전략을 세우고 최적의 비즈니스를 펼칠 수 있도록 하는 요인을 발굴하여 글로벌전략 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

Psychological Factors of Increase in Apple Consumption (사과 소비의 증가에 영향을 미치는 심리적 요인 분석)

  • This study analyzed consumer attitude, habit strength, subjective norm, a pros evaluation, and intention to consume to estimate perceptible variables that affect apple consumption. Data were collected from 207 men and women through a selfadministrated questionnaire. A partial least squares regression was conducted as one of structural equation models to estimate and test hypotheses. The results showed that attitude, habit strength, and the pros evaluation affected the intention to consume apples, and that the intention increased apple consumption. The results also showed that some marketing strategies are needed to promote apple consumption and to make consumers change their intention, to develop habits for eating apples by changing their diets, and to impress upon them that apples are good for health. This can be interpreted as meaning that it is most important to understand consumer behavior, particularly consumer psychology, which is reflected in the recent trend of marketing that concentrates on meeting the consumer's needs rather than the producer's.

  • Cu, Si, Mg, Ca, Cd, Sn, Pb등이 첨가되는 Al계 bearing 합금은 베어링 특성이 우수하여 최근 자동차드의 엔진 부품용 베어링소재로 많이 사용되어지고 있다. 합금원소 Si는 합금의 경도를 향상시키며 Si-rich한 경한 입자를 생성시켜 소착저항력(antiseizure)을 향상시키며 또한 합금의 주조성도 향상시켜 내마모성이 요구되는 Al계 베어링 합금에 주합금원소로 첨가된다. 본 연구에서는 강제죠반법과 급냉응고법을 이용하여 Al-Pb-Gu계와 Al-Si-Gu-Pb계 베어링합금을 제조하였다. 베어링합금이 급냉응고법으로 제조되었기 때문에 합금의 기지에는 Cu가 과포된 상태로 존재하여 석출경화에 앞서 행하여지는 용체화처리와 같은 효과가 얻어졌다. 본 실험에서는 Cu가 과포화된 기지를 갖는 주조상태의 시료를 시효열처리하여 석출경화된 베어링합금을 얻어서 석출경화에 의한 기지강화가 베어링합금의 내마모성질에 어떠한 효과를 가져오는지 규명하였다.

  • 고품위의 동력전달 장치와 같은 고정밀 기능 부품들은 보다 높은 비강도, 고경도, 내마모성 및 내식성을 가져야 하며, 특히 소재의 마찰, 마모 특성은 기아제품 등의 수명, 정밀도 및 에너지 손실을 좌우하는 것으로서 물성의 열화를 극복할 수 있는 소재의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 지난 수년동안 금속기지에 $Al_2O_3$나 SiC등의 보강재를 첨가하여 복합재의 응착 및 연삭마모에 대한 저항성을 향상시키는 시도를 하고 있다. 주로 제조비용이 낮고 거의 등방적인 성질을 가지며 가공성이 좋은 입자 보강 복합재료에 대한 연구가 지배적이었지만, 입자 보강 복합재료의 경우 강도 및 탄성계수의 향상 정도가 적다는 단점을 지니고 있다. 본 연구에서는 분말야금법을 이용하여 금속기지에 세라믹상으로 SiC 입자 및 휘스커가 첨가된 복합재를 제조하여 제조공정변수에 따라 마모거동을 pin-on-disk 형태의 마모시험기에서 실험하였으며, 주사전자현미경으로 마모표면관찰 등으로 복합재의 마모기구를 연구하였다.

  • Al-Pb-Cu and Al-Si-Pb-Cu bearing alloys were produced by forced-stirring method and water-cooled copper mold casting to investigate the effect of the precipitation hardening on the wear properties. Sliding of produced alloy pin against a steel disc were performed under various applied loads. Lowering the wear rate and material transfer phenomena were explained by the strengthening of $\theta'$ precipitates on AI matrix. The transmission electron microscope observation reveals the role of the precipitates in the alloys with Cu. The movement of dislocations was hindered by precipitates which resulted in the reduction of plastic deformation at the worn surfaces.
