본 연구는 국내의 CATV 홈쇼핑에서 최근 문제가 되고 있는 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위에 관한 연구로서 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고 이러한 요인들이 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 분석하고자 한다. 기존의 심리학 분야에서 소비자들의 윤리의식에 관한 연구와 오프라인 상의소비자 비윤리적인 행위에 관한 연구에서의 요인들을 홈쇼핑의 상황에 맞게 수정하여 홈쇼핑에 적용시켜보았다. 비윤리적인 행위에 영향을 미치는 요인을 신뢰와 전환비용, 그리고 충성도로 보았다. 설문조사를 통해서 분석한 결과 홈쇼핑에 대한 신뢰와 전환비용은 소비자들이홈쇼핑에 대한 충성도를 만드는데 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나 4단계의 충성도는 소비자들의 비윤리적인 행위의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 홈쇼핑 사들은 소비자들과의 관계를 보다 탄탄하게 구축하기 위해서는 전환비용을 지각하도록 하는 것보다 소비자 스스로가 홈쇼핑 사를 신뢰할 수 있도록 관리한다면 소비자들의 비윤리적 행위는 감소시킬 수 있는 것으로 나타났다.

서구 과학의 역사에서 그러하였듯이 국내에서도 비단 '황우석 사태'만이 아니라 크고 작은 과학부정행위 사건들이 이미 발생했고 또 앞으로도 발생할 것이라고 보는 것이 현실적인 판단으로 생각된다. 따라서 '황우석 사태' 2주년이 지난 지금 요청되는 일은 과학부정행위 일반의 원인에 대한 좀 더 체계적인 이해를 통하여 이를 예방할 수 있는 길을 모색하는 것이라 할 수 있다. 이 글은 바로 이러한 문제의식 위에서 과학 부정행위의 원인과 처방에 대한 이론화를 모색하려는 시도의 하나다. 이 글에서는 과학부정행위가 외적 보상이 지배하는 과학자사회의 보상체계와 경쟁구조에 그 근본적 원인이 있다고 진단한다. 또한 최근 전개된 '과학의 상업화'는 외적 보상에 대한 과학자간 경쟁을 훨씬 강화하는 동시에 과학자사회 내의 아노미와 소외 착취를 심화시켜 결국 과학부정행위의 증대를 초래하는 요인이 되고 있다고 분석한다.

This study is to investigate the relationship of the effect of the private security guard unethical work ethic on job attitude and customer service. We extracted about 450 people examples after the Selection of the private security guard's in active service in Seoul in 2010, and totally 412 people examples were used. This study carried out factorial analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and pass analysis using SPSSWIN 16.0. The followings are conclusions. First, unethical work ethic affects on job attitude partially. Namely, tampering with work and information leaks reduce job attitude. Also, information leaks increase company's turnover rate. Second, unethical work ethic has no effect on customer service. Third, job attitude affects on customer service partially. In other words, the organizational commitment improves the quality of service but decreases the customer-centered service. Fourth, unethical work ethic has an effect on job attitude and customer service indirectly.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop an environmental education program using newspaper articles in education (NIE) and to evaluate changes in concern and practice for environmental protection after NIE. Methods: The design was a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The participants were university students in nursing, of which 31 were assigned to the experimental group and 43 to the control group. The education was carried out for 2 hr, once a week for 7 weeks. Data were analyzed with SPSS WIN 14 program, and included $x^2$ test, independent t-test, and repeated measure ANOVA. Results: NIE showed significant differences in the changes of attitude toward environment (F=4.461, p=.036). Conclusion: Findings suggest that this NIE in environmental education was effective in changing students' attitudes toward the environment. Therefore this NIE is recommended for inclusion in education for university students in nursing.

As the Internet is widely used worldwide, digital asset on the internet becomes to be critical to protect from illegal copying and piracy which is an unlawful action that download or upload copyrighted materials from the Internet without having a right to use them from the copyright owners. Such an illegal and unethical behavior are pervading and becoming a big concern in many industries and business sectors over the world. This study examines the effect of the user's perception for piracy regulation and moral obligation on online piracy intention. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to see the different effect of regulation and moral obligation on piracy attitude and intention so as to suggest an effective method of piracy protection and to bring an attention on moral and ethical education for online piracy. The result of this study showed both punishment and moral obligation toward online piracy are significantly associated with users' attitude on piracy, indicating that higher level of punishment severity as well as moral obligation lead to decrease piracy attitude. This research also revealed that the level of users' moral obligation has a stronger relationship with piracy attitude than punishment.

인간의 행위에는 외부환경으로부터 감각정보가 입력되어 반응되는 무의식적인 행동과 뇌에 의한 추론과 인지에 의한 행동으로 분류할 수 있다. 동일한 환경 조건하에서의 인간 행위분류의 통해 활용 적합한 응용프로그램을 개발하여 적용하여 본다. 본 논문에서는 인간의 몸에 부착하여 움직임을 데이터로 분석할 수 있도록 행동인식 시스템을 개발하였다. 인간행동의 인식패턴을 분류하기 위해 Soft-Computing Algorithm을 행위 추출센서에 적용시킨 단독 시스템을 개발하여 센서모듈로부터 인간의 행동 패턴을 분류할 수 있도록 한다. 이러한 센서모듈은 3축 각속도 및 가속도 센서를 부착시킨 모듈로 Micro-Processor를 사용하여 모듈을 구성하였으며, 구축된 모듈은 인간의 몸에 착용하여 인간의 움직임을 디지털 데이터로 변환된다. 변환된 데이터를 무선통신을 통해 워크스테이션에 전달되어 인간행위에 대한 패턴분류 알고리즘 처리가 가능하며, 추출된 데이터를 기반으로 인간의 행동분석과 교정이 이루어 질 수 있도록 한다. 본 논문에서의 최종 시나리오는 운전자의 행동패턴을 이용한 행동 감지 및 서비스 시스템을 구성하는 데에 목적을 둔다.

VTS service results from VTS watchman's mind as all other human conducts. Psychological motivations are divided into 4 factors ; collective unconscious, fear, responsibility, humanity. These motivations are beginning of VTS. Motivations awaken watchman and effect all other steps of service. Out of these motivations, higher factors ; responsibility and humanity act very positively and can be best solution for safety of vessel traffic ; the purpose of coastal VTS. Therefore, VTS officers should be educated to build up these virtues in their mind.

1994년 8월에 일본의 요꼬하마에서 개최된 제10차 국제 에이즈 학술 대회에서 Michael Merson 박사도 에이즈 예방의 걸림돌은 정보의 부족, 차별의식, 무관심이라고 천명하였듯이 에이즈 예방을 위해서는 에이즈에 관련된 적절한 지식과 함께 예방행위를 할 수 있는 심리적 동인이 되는 에이즈 관련 태도를 파악해야 한다.

This study purports to empirically examine the potential effect of the level of social trust on their welfare consciousness level. Although previous studies in the field have focused on socio-economic or class-oriented variables, the accumulated results have shown that the effects were inconsistent at best in Korean context. In order to overcome the limits of theoretical assumptions from mainstream Marxists and institutionalists, this study suggests the relative autonomy of social consciousness and its independent effect on welfare consciousness. The analysis shows that both foundational variables, income levels and labor market participation, and the level of social trust have significant impacts upon the respondents' level of welfare consciousness.

The era of fully autonomous vehicles which can travel to their destination completely, is expected to arrive in the near future. The automobile industry will face a huge change in the near future. It makes the industry in the midst of a major turning point, since the automobile was born in the late 1800s. It is expected that the fully autonomous vehicle will be defined as a part of a living space beyond the concept of transportation. However, the existing research on the interior design of the fully autonomous vehicle is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to propose a design method of interior space through analyzing in-vehicle activities, which is a fundamental design element that can satisfy user's emotional experience suitable the concept of living space. For this purpose, the consumer's consciousness about the in-vehicle activity of fully autonomous vehicle was investigated. As a result, domestic consumers perceived the needs of in-vehicle activities related to resting, listening and watching activities such as 'sleeping and resting', 'watching TV and movie', 'listening to music' among 'self - centered' activities. Based on the results of the investigation, this study will suggest a design method of interior design of the fully autonomous vehicle. This study is meaningful, because it is a leading research that suggests new ways of designing interior space by analyzing consumer's needs in a quantitative method.
