Predictive Factors on Blood Donation Intention in Middle Aged Base on the Theory of Planned Behavior : Focused on the Firefighter and Prison Officer (계획된 행위 이론에 근거한 중장년층의 헌혈 의도 영향요인 : 소방직과 교정직 중심으로)

  • This study is a descriptive research to identify the factors that influence blood donation intentions of the middle-aged firefighters and prison officer based on Ajzen's (1991) planned behavior theory. The subjects of the study were 223 middle-aged firefighters and prison officer at a fire station and prison located in G City and District B. The Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Turkey, and multiple regression with the SPSS 21.0 program. There were statistically significant differences in blood donation intention according to the blood donation experience, attempted blood donation within a year, participate plan in blood donation within 3 months. The blood donation intention of middle aged showed significant positive correlations with attitude, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control towards blood donation. Multiple regression analysis for blood donation intention revealed that the significant predictors were participate plan in blood donation within 3 months, perceived behavior control, subjective norms, attitude towards blood donation, and attempted blood donation within a year. These factors explained 69% of the variance. In order to enhance the middle aged's intention to blood donation, we need a program that can improve middle aged's attitude, subjective norms, perceived behavior control.

Consumer Satisfaction and Behavioral Intention for Medical Services (종합병원 의료서비스에 대한 소비자만족과 행위의도)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine if expectation, performance, and disconfirmation are related to consumer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The major findings were as follows: First, among the four dimensions of the medical services, the level of consumer satisfaction was highest with 'doctors' and lowest with 'facilities' while the level of importance was highest with 'doctors' and lowest with 'medical systems' Second, ability to predict behavioral intention can best be improved with regression coefficient weights among the six measures of consumer satisfaction. Third, greater satisfaction was significantly associated with performance and disconfirmation while behavioral intention was significantly associated with expectations, performance, and discoufirmation.

  • 모바일 인터넷 시장의 양적성장에도 불구하고 사용자들은 모바일 인터넷 서비스를 이용하지 않거나 지속적으로 이용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 최근 모바일 인터넷 서비스 시장은 요금인하와 풀브라우저의 보급으로 모바일 웹2.0 서비스의 이용자가 증가할 것으로 예측되고, 모바일 비즈니스는 다양한 측면에서 e-비즈니스를 능가하는 영향력을 행사할 것이며, 실시간 인터랙션으로 개인과 기업의 생활과 방식을 변화시킬 것으로 예상된다. 본 연구에서는 분해된 계획행위이론을 연구의 기반으로 하여, 새로운 모바일 웹 서비스의 수용에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인을 찾고자 한다. 본 연구는 모바일 웹 2.0 서비스의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 적합한 모형으로 검증함으로써, 모바일 비즈니스를 수행하고자 하는 기업에게 사용자의 행위에 대한 이해의 폭을 넓히고, 향후 이 분야의 기초자료가 될 것으로 사료된다 연구결과에 대한 이론적 해석과 실무적 시사점이 제공된다.

Factors associated with the Intention of Human Papillomavirus Vaccination among Mothers of Junior High School Daughters (여중생 딸을 둔 어머니의 인유두종 바이러스 백신 접종 의도 및 관련 요인)

  • This study aims to identify mothers' intentions to make their junior high school daughters receive HPV vaccination and identified related factors using the Theory of Planned Behavior. The subjects of this study were 198 mothers whose daughters second or third graders in 4 junior high schools located in G city. The data were collected from Sep 17th to 24th, 2012, which were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 Program. According to the result of this study, mothers' intention to vaccinate their daughters was relatively high, but only 29.8% out of them responded that would make their daughters receive HPV vaccination within six months, and they responded best average age for HPV vaccination was 17.74. The subjects' intentions toward HPV vaccination was significantly associated with attitude, perceived behavior control, and subjective norms statistically as influential variables, whose regression model could explain 84.3% of the intentions. Therefore, it is considered a social atmosphere be established where mothers are encouraged and promoted to be positive about HPV vaccination and perceive it to be easy.

  • 개인 정보의 확산 및 유출의 문제점으로 인해 보이스 피싱의 피해 건수가 증가하고 있다. 이러한 보이스 피싱의 사회적 문제에 대하여 상황 인지 및 사용자 의도 파악 시스템을 적용하여 해결책으로 제안하고자 한다. 이 시스템은 음성 전화로 이루어지는 순차 정보를 텍스트 데이터에 기반하여 사기범의 문맥적 흐름에서 행위 동사를 추출한다. 추출된 행위 동사의 순차 정보를 통해 보이스 피싱의 상황임을 인지하고, 흐름의 행동 패턴을 분석하여 사기범의 의도를 파악한다. 이러한 상황 인지 및 사용자 의도 파악 시스템은 개인 정보의 문제뿐만 아니라 경제적 피해 규모를 축소시킬 것으로 예상된다.

The Effect of Physical and Psychological, and Social factors on Health Promotion Behavior among the stroke patients (뇌졸중환자의 신체적, 정신적, 사회적 요인이 건강증진행위에 미치는 효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate relations among the Health Promotion Behavior, Physically, Psychological, and Social factors of the stroke patients. The subjects include the patients that were Stroke was diagnosed and being admitted to hospital. The data of total 223 stroke patients were used in analysis. Collected data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation, and Structural Equation Analysis. As a result, The higher medical support health promotion behavior scores were higher. Health Promotion Behavior had correlations with the subjective health state(r=.56, p=.000), family support (r=.68, p=.000), medical support(r=.65, p=.000), Fatigue(r=.27, p=.004), and behavioral intentions(r=.75, p=.000). Factors Affecting Health Promotion Behaviors of the Stroke patients Physically factors of(${\beta}$=-.156, p=.014), Psychological factors of subjective health(${\beta}$ =.283, p=.001), behavioral intentions((${\beta}$=.362, p=.000), Social factors such as family support(${\beta}$=.219, p=.010), the medical support(${\beta}$=.246, p=.004) was found to be significant influence factors. In conclusion, health promotion behavior in stroke patients is subjective health, behavioral intentions, a family support. The higher medical support health promoting behavior appears score was found to be highly Psychological factors and social factors are important factors in promoting healthy behavior. Therefore, psychosocial personalized approach to maintaining the stroke health promotion, health promotion action program itdaneunde be used as basis for relapse prevention is significant.

Study on How to Form Adoptive Intention of MDSS and User Satisfaction (마케팅 의사결정지원 시스템의 채택의도 형성과 사용자 만족에 관한 연구)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 국내의 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도를 증가시키는 요소와 실제 시스템의 사용 만족도를 증가시키는 요소를 발견하여 이러한 요소들 사이의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 기초적인 문헌조사와 심층 면접의 예비 조사를 통해 설문지를 구성하고 기업의사결정자를 대상으로 설문지를 통한 본 조사를 실시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 다음과 같이 세가지로 요약될 수 있다. 첫째로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 고객, 제품 경쟁자 등의 의사결정환경의 역동성으로 대표되는 환경요인, 조직규모, 최고경영자의 지원, 인센티브 도입정도 등으로 대표되는 조직요인, 마케팅부서의 독립성, 장기적 마케팅 전략수립정도, 마케팅 스탭수 등으로 대표되는 직무요인으로 나타났다. 둘째, 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들은 하부시스템의 개발정도, 개발형태, 개발참여로 대표되는 실행요인과 사용정보의 양, 고려하는 차원의 수, 정보시스템의 관여도 등으로 대표되는 사용자 행위요인과 시스템의 정교함과 유연성으로 대표되는 시스템만족요인으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 채택의도에 영향을 미치는 요소와 마케팅의사결정지원시스템의 사용자들의 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소는 본질적으로 다른 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 요소들 중에서 실행요인이나, 시스템만족요인, 사용자 행위요인의 매개적인 역할이 채택의도와 사용자 만족에 각각 다른 영향을 미치고 있기 때문인 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • This descriptive convergence research aimed to explore predictors of retention intention of nurses. Participants were 207 nurses from five small and medium-sized hospital located in city G and province J. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson's corelation coefficient and stepwise multiple regression. Among predictors, nursing practice environment, age, peer group caring interaction, current hospital work experience, and assignment to desired department significantly affected retention intention and nursing practice environment had the greatest effect on retention intention(${\beta}=.35$). Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to make efforts to improve nursing practice environment, caring interaction and good relationship between organizations.

  • This study analyzed the determinants of the turnover intention of emotion workers and recent social issues. In particular, this study examined whether the factors that determine the turnover intention affect the quality of service. The job characteristics of emotion workers were set up as an independent variable, and the job environment, organizational culture, such as emotional labor and how it affects the workers' behavior were investigated. How the independent variables influence the turnover of workers was investigated to mediate the emotional job satisfaction. The subjects were primarily targeted by the emotions of the workers engaged in large service accommodation, Kangwon. Among the environmental factors, the job characteristics and job duties are diverse factors and internal and external factors that can affect the compensation turnover intentions. Organizational culture as a factor was the human resources culture, open culture systems, and the hierarchical cultural factors affecting turnover intention. Among the emotional labor practices that also affects the surface of conduct, sincere acts influence the turnover intention. In addition, a one hypothesis testing job satisfaction was mediated by several factors with an impact, such as job diversity. Future empirical research should examined whether temporary full-time is an independent variable factor that can achieve a more fruitful conclusion.

The Effects of Emotional Labor of Contingent Workers on Job Burnout, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention in Foodservice Industry (비정규 종사원의 감정노동이 직무소진, 직무만족 및 이직의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 -경기남부 외식업체를 중심으로-)

  • This study aimed to research the effects of emotional labor of contingent workers in foodservice industry on job burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention, and to achieve the purpose that it was needed to analyze the factors of emotional labor to research the effect of emotional labor on job burnout, and to research the effect of job burnout on job satisfaction and turnover intention. Data were collected from foodservice restaurants located in southern Gyeonggi province by face-to-face interview. The questionnaire was distributed of the 300 copies and used 271 in the analysis. The results are as followed; First, the factors of emotional labor were surface acting and deep acting. Second, surface acting had positive significant influence on job burnout. Third, deep acting had negative significant influence on job burnout. Four, job burnout had negative significant influence on job satisfaction and job burnout had positive significant influence on turnover intention. This research requires many studies about deep acting of contingent workers in foodservice industry.
