  • Purpose : The purpose of the study is to find out the effect of wearing a weighted vest for sensory modulation disorder children. Methods : The participant of the study was an elementary school student, male, aged 7. The ABA single case study was used to design the study which was performed for 14 sessions. During the mediation period(B), the participant received the study cognitive education wearing weighted vest weighing 1.3kg. Results : Abnormal behaviors such as suddenly standing up from the chair, shaking body front and back, and left and right, sucking his thumb and putting the back of his hand to his mouth showed tendency to decrease gradually. Discussion : The participant's abnormal behaviors decreased as the sessions went by, which means the sensory integration therapy can improve the behavior of the child suffering the sensory modulation disorder. The design of the study had certain limitation to explain the influence a weighted vest to sustain the effect of the sensory integration therapy. New study design is needed for the extended studies to prove the lasting effect of a weighted vest for the sensory integration therapy and to suggest protocols incorporating wearing know-hows, proper wearing time, and the weight of a weighted vest.

First, besides 'Emotional Control' and 'Helping Others' all four sub-factors of the golf coach's emotional intelligence had a noticeable influence on customer citizenship behavior. Second, the influence of emotional intelligence differed according to the gender of coaches. In the case of male coaches, emotional intelligence had an impact on all factors except transmission. In the case of women, it was found that feedback, helping others and emotional control had an impact on all factors except transmission. Therefore, these results show that in-depth research on the emotional intelligence of golf coaches is required. They also suggest that there will be a need to study how the gender of the coach affects customer citizenship behavior.

  • The study is to investigate whether the transforming leadership of the owners who run the small-sized restaurants in Busan has a moderating effect of gender on influential relationship between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. To achieve the goal, the moderating effect of gender, systematic causality and the degree of connection of the whole pattern were investigated using Structural Equation Modeling between the factors drawn with the software packages, SPSS statistics (V 21.0) and AMOS (V 18.0). According to the result from the investigation, there is the meaningful causality both in the relationship between transforming leadership of the owners who run small restaurants and TMX, and in the relationship between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. The moderating effect of gender was shown from the effect of intellectual stimulus on TMX and the causality between TMX and organizational citizenship behavior. The outcome suggests that the transforming leadership of the owners and the free communication with employees would be helpful for the prosperity of their businesses. In addition, intellectual stimulus has a moderating effect on TMX while TMX has the same effect on organizational citizenship behavior. This also implies that the degree of the effect on TMX an organizational citizenship behavior depends on the gender.

  • This study is aimed for emprical analyzing (1) the effects of leadership of army commanders on subordinates' job satisfaction and (2) the moderating effects of subordinates' active engagement within the relationship between commanders' transformational transactional leadership and job satisfaction of soldiers, while over 500 combat soldiers throughout the nation are questioned for this analysis. The followings are the summary of findings of this study. The first finding shows that both transformational and transactional leadership have positive impacts on the job satisfaction of the soldiers. In this context, it is recommended that army commanders should apply effectively these behaviors of leadership in order to achieve their goals in military organizations. The second sector of the analysis includes the moderating effect of subordinates' active engagement within the relationship between the commanders' leadership and job satisfaction of the soldiers. The finding of the second analysis shows that subordinates' active engagement has positive moderating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and job satisfaction. However, it has no moderating effect on the relationship between transactional leadership and job satisfaction. This implies that army commanders should apply the behavioral factors of both leadership styles and encourage active engagement of soldiers in order to enhance the satisfaction of soldiers, focusing more on applying the behavioral factors of transformational leadership.

First, product diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D have a significant effect on innovation behavior, and market diversification has no effect on innovation behavior. Second, working variables such as product diversification, market diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D do not control the influence of innovative behavior on innovation behavior. Third, the rank variable, which is the controlling variable, controls the magnitude of the effect of product diversification, market diversification, strategy formulation, and R & D on innovation behavior. As a result, corporate managers should lead the organization in order to promote product diversification, market diversification strategy, R & D and innovation activities. After discussing the conclusions and implications of this study, this study presented the direction of the research for the follow-up study.

The regression analysis were conducted to find out whether the mother's optimism could predict their children's self-regulation. The stepwise regression analysis were conducted to find out whether the mother's acceptance parenting attitude could predict their children's self-regulation. Results: As for the self-regulation, there were significant age differences in the cognitve regulation and the behavioral regulation, but not in the emotional regulation. It implies that the abilities of cognitive and behavioral regulation increase as the age level goes up. As for the relations between mother's optimism and their children's self-regulation, only the permanence factor of the mother's optimism predicted children's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral regulation. As for the relations between mother's acceptance parenting attitude and their children's self-regulation, two components of mother's acceptance parenting attitude (unconditionally love & right) could predict children's cognitive, emotional, and behavioral regulation.
