The Effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior - in Case of Four or Five Star Hotels in Jeju Island - (호텔 브랜드자산이 기업신뢰 및 고객시민행동에 미치는 영향 - 제주지역 4성, 5성 호텔을 중심으로 -)

  • This study is purposed to make sure of the Effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior. For this study, the effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Enterprise, the effects of Hotel Brand Equity on Customer Citizenship Behavior and the effects of Enterprise Trust on Customer Citizenship Behavior were analyzed statically by the method of multiple regression analysis. Hotel Brand Equity consists of 3 elements(Perceived Service Quality, Brand Image, Brand Awareness), Enterprise Trust is made of 2 elements(Enterprise Ability, Enterprise Sincerity) and Customer Citizenship Behavior has 2 element(Guest Preference, Guest Helping). As a result, three things have been found. First, Perceived Service Quality has a positive influence on both of Enterprise Trust and Customer Citizenship Behavior which means that Perceived Service Quality is the most essential element for hotel marketing performance. Second, Brand Image has a positive influence partly on Enterprise Trust, that is, only on Enterprise Ability, not Enterprise Sincerity and also on both Guest Preference and Guest Helping whereas Brand Awareness has a positive influence on both of Enterprise Ability and Sincerity but it has no influence on Customer Citizenship Behavior. Third, Enterprise Sincerity has a positive influence on both of two elements in Customer Citizenship Behavior whereas Enterprise Ability has a positive influence on only Guest Helping.

The Development of a Competence Model for Career and Vocational Education for Middle School principles (중학교 학교관리자의 진로직업교육에 관한 역량모델 개발)

  • This study is to develop a competence model for school principals that provides effective career and vocational education (CVE) at middle schools. This model can be used as an indicator for identifying the expertise levels of principals in CVE and to help them develop the necessary skills. Research methods included literature review, basic research, the Delphi technique, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and surveying. The results were as follows. The competence model for CVE for middle school principals consisted of three competence groups, nine competence elements, and 67-item behavior indicators. First, the three competence groups included the competence to build a school system for CVE, the competence to support CVE at school, and the competence to create a school environment for CVE. Competence to support CVE at school turned out to be most important in the AHP analysis. Second, competence elements included goal management, performance management, the creation of educational culture, support for educational activities, support for school curriculum, support for students, human resources management, resource management and community management. According to the AHP analysis, support for school curriculum was the most significant among the nine competence elements. Third, the behavior indicators were identified items in three areas: 18 items for individual propensity, 18 items for knowledge, and 31 items for performance.

User Behavior Model Based on Shooting Photograph Interaction for Funology ; Focused on 'PhoDoSee' Kiosk (퍼놀로지를 위한 사진 촬영 인터랙션 기반에서의 사용자 행태 모델 ; '포도씨' 키오스크를 중심으로)

  • Recently, shooting photographs have become highly popular among general public and been used by various media such as digital camera, mobile, and kiosk. We could find that users prefer to Funology which is combined by fun and hardware technology on emotional point of view. Shooting photographs attracts user participation and makes effect of design to expand. The goal of this study is to classify user actions in a electronic kiosk which includes digital photography function based on the perspective of Funology and to bulit user behaviors model. Therefore user group model will be defined, and then interaction design guidelines of shooting photographs will be proposed. For this research, first of all, the concepts of Funology and user interaction with taking photographs are classified to three types which is based on literature investigation. Secondly, "Phodosee" kiosk is examined with Funology design elements which have been categorized beforehand. Then user's behaviors which are shown their interaction with "Phodosee" kiosk are observed and analyzed using video ethnography based on Funology perspectives. Finally, four persona models are suggested based on user's behaviors as follows; 1) to avoid being taken photography, 2) to try to shoot photography, 3) to participate shooting photography and 4) to lead others to take photography. To summarize this study, effects and limitations of Funology design elements using digital photography are discussed and guideline is suggested to improve user experience design.

  • The objective of this research is investigating the mediating effect of job engagement on the relationship between job autonomy and innovative behavior in public organizations. Major findings from Structural Equation Model analysis demonstrates that the variable 'job engagement' took a positive role between job autonomy and innovative behavior. From theoretical point, this result provides the empirical evidence of causal relationship in the three components of attitude-cognition, emotion, and action, which contributes to the advancement of action theory. Some policy implications can be drawn from the empirical findings. Firstly, job autonomy need to be seriously considered as a strategic instrument for the encouragement of innovative behavior. Secondly, job engagement of employees need to be more carefully monitored to stimulate the innovative behavior in the public organizations. In public organizations, enhancement of innovative behavior can not be achieved from institutional arrangements. Provision of job autonomy is more effective method of behavior change than performance management approach.

  • The aim of this study to analyze the effect of person and situation on digital privacy protection behaviors. The research method design is a factorial design of volition and horizontality. The measurement variables used in the investigation are digital privacy security awareness, digital civic engagement, and digital privacy protection behavior. As a result, the volition had a significant effect on digital privacy protection behavior, and it was found that influence of the high-volition-based condition was greater than the low-volition-based condition. The horizontality had a significant effect on digital privacy security awareness, digital civic engagement, and it was found that influence of the high-horizontality-based condition was greater than the low-horizontality-based condition. In addition, the discussion explains the suitable contents of information security usability based on these research results.

  • 본 논문은 해양사고의 93%가 1~3명의 사람과 관련됨에 따라 해양사고 감소를 위하여 선원의 행동유형을 분석하고자 한다. 이에 현재 승선 중 혹은 승선을 예정하고 교육을 받고 있는 이들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 그들의 행동유형을 분석, 승선 이후 해양사고의 감소를 위한 방안을 도출했다. 이들은 연령과 총 승선경력에 따라 "가"유형과 "라"유형이 특징적으로 나타났으며, 30대 이하 및 5년 이하의 총 승선경력 집단에서는 환경에 대한 적응에 필요한 요소와 지시사항의 반복이 필요하며, 31세 이상 및 6년 이상의 총 승선경력 집단에서는 정확한 정보에 기인한 올바른 커뮤니케이션이 가능하도록 시스템 및 교육의 보완이 필요하다.

  • This Paper investigates how perceived Price, airline service aquality, perceived value. passenger satisfaction, and airline image determine passengers' future behavioural intentions. To test the conceptual framework, Path analysis using a maximum likelihood estimator, was applied to data collected from Korean international air passengers. It was found that all the hypothesized relationships were statistically significant. Perceived price. Perceived value, passenger satisfaction, and airline image were each found to Have a direct effect on Korean international air passengers future behavioural intentions.

  • VANET은 짧은 거리 이동 통신을 이용한 MANET의 일종으로 노드들이 차량들로 이루어져 있다. 차량들은 차량들 사이에 메시지 교환과 도로 측면의 인프라와 메시지를 교환한다. VANET을 실세계에 적용 시에 가장 주요한 요소는 보안 문제이다. 다양한 보안 문제가 있지만 이상 행동을 하는 차량은 가장 위협적인 위험이 되고 있다. 비인증된 공격은 PKI 보안 메커니즘으로 탐지하고 제거될 수 있지만 인증된 노드의 이상 행동은 주요한 문제가 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 이기적인 행동이나 감염되어 이상적인 행동을 하는 노드들을 탐지하는 기법을 제안한다. 이를 위해 TPM 기능을 활용하여 비콘 메시지 교환을 통해 차량들 간의 신뢰관계를 형성하며 알람 메시지를 신뢰관계가 형성된 차량들과 인프라를 이용하여 부정 행위를 하는 노드를 탐지한다.

  • 감시 카메라 환경에서 자동으로 그룹 행동을 인식하는 기술이 최근 많은 관심을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 그룹 해동 인식 시스템은 다른 추가 정보 없이 비디오 프레임만을 인풋으로 받아들여, 자동으로 보행자 탐지, 추적, 행동 인식까지 모두 포괄하는 시스템이다. 시공간 모션 패턴을 만들고 연결 요소들로 모델링 한 뒤 Hidden Markov Model (HMM)을 이용해 그룹 행동을 인식한다. 실험 결과, 기본 논문과 비교하였을 때, 비슷한 인식률을 보이면서 수행 시간을 약 25 배 정도로 획기적으로 단축하였다.
