Purpose: Given that the indicators related to chronic diseases are important to evaluating goals of the national health policy, the aim of this study was to develop dietary behavior items available in the Korea National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey. Methods: The dietary behavior items were developed based on the literature reviews, need assessment of the field, expert focus-group interviews, and expert advisory meeting. Questions for each dietary behavior item were developed by reflecting on environmental, personal, and behavior factors of the ecological frame and then revised through expert focus-group interview and expert advisory meeting. The understanding and reliability of the developed questionnaire were assessed by cognitive interview and test-retest reliability. Results: The developed items were sodium and salt intake, added and simple sugar intake, enough time to consume a meal for all ages, caffeine drinks and fresh/healthy food intake for children and adolescents, and limited dietary intake, fresh/healthy food intake for seniors. In most questions except some questions on sodium and salt intake, subjects understood over 70% and consistency of responses based on the kappa values was acceptable. Conclusion: Developed dietary behavior items are expected to be useful for evidence-based nutrition policy, interventions and research targeting dietary patterns through investigating and monitoring dietary behavior patterns.

The purpose of this study was to develop a competency model by career type by designing the specified career paths through the analysis of career experience of the athletes in the professional sports field. For this purpose, career types were identified as sports administrators, judges, leaders, sports information analysts, and global sports talents based on literature analysis, career development type and path guide design, experts interviews. Competency candidates were derived from interviews and workshops on experts. In order to finalize the competency model, it was confirmed by completing the feasibility test of experts. As a result, it is divided into common competency, professional competency, and global professional competency. There are 6 common competencies such as global competence, OA utilization, 29 special competencies by 5 career types, and 2 global competencies like sports foreign affairs, job preparation for international sports organization and the sports league federation. Competency definitions and behavioral indicator were developed for all competencies and could be used to diagnose the competency level of sports talents and to establish career development academy programs based on the competency model.

Providing a voice alarm to drivers approaching a work zone could be an effective alternative to mitigate the potential safety problems of the work zone. This study conceived a voice alarm with a direction sound speaker and a field test was conducted that evaluated the feasibility of the voice alarm at a highway work zone. During the field study, we carried out on-site driver surveys to obtain drivers' perception and preference, collected approaching speeds, and measured sound level during the off-peak 2-hour for two days, respectively. The results showed that while the voice alarm has the potential to be an effective tool in improving safety, the alternative appeared to have the negative effect of noise. Further refinement to a voice alarm with a directional speaker is required to improve feasibility, and the results are expected to be utilized as basic data useful for the refinement.

Koreatech has recently adopted a long-term co-op program called IPP (Industry Professional Practice) to address problems in engineering education of Korea, but it is anticipated to face many difficulties in implementing the program due to lack of relevant experiences in Korea. In this regard, a performance evaluation scheme is required to improve the operational efficiency and judge the effectiveness of the IPP program at the same time. This study aims to develop a comprehensive performance evaluation model for the Koreatech co-op program on the basis of Kirkpatrick's four stage performance evaluation model for training programs. For this purpose, thorough review on the program evaluation literature and in-depth analyses of overseas cases of co-op performance evaluation were also conducted. The study is expected to help enhance the effectiveness of the IPP program and promote buy-in of a range of stakeholders for the first long-term co-op program in Korea.

The purpose of this paper is to test construct validity of contextual performance of social worker. The participants in this study included 170 social worker in community welfare center nationwide. A narrative data of social work practice experience and MTMM(multitriat-multimethod) data on job performance were collected. I classified meaningful contextual behavior cases by qualitative methods, and examined discriminant validity of contextual and task performance by CFA model. Data analysis showed that social workers' contextual performance has discriminant validity and sub constructs of this concept have internal consistency. However, some construct are not completely independent.

빅데이터, IoT, 클라우드 인프라 등 기술의 발달에 따라 일상생활 중에서도 개인과 환경의 변화에 대해 실시간 데이터 수집이 용이하게 되었다. 이를 활용하여 개인의 다양한 특성과 상황을 인지하고 다면적으로 의미를 분석할 수 있는 개인의 라이프스타일(lifestyle, 생활습관) 분석 기술이 중요하게 부각되고 있다. 이 라이프스타일 데이터는 개인의 질병이나 사회 심리적 문제의 원인 분석과 미래 트렌드의 변화예측을 할 수 있는 중요한 근거로 활용된다. 최근 이를 위한 연구로서 활동량, 스트레스, 위치, 수면 등의 라이프스타일 패턴을 추출하여 체계적인 프로세스로 삶의 질을 향상시키는 웰니스 (Wellness) 예측케어 서비스 연구와 서비스들이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 서비스를 제공하기에 앞서 개인의 복잡한 라이프스타일 패턴의 추출이 단편적으로만 이뤄지고 있어서, 패턴들 사이의 복잡한 관계를 분석하거나 연계 서비스로의 확장 및 라이프스타일 패턴의 재사용적인 측면에서의 문제가 어려운 이슈가 되고 있다. 이 때문에 웰니스 서비스의 신뢰도가 낮아 사용자가 단순히 재미로 느끼는 수준이거나 일회성에 그치는 모바일 어플리케이션 서비스를 제공받는 경우가 다반사이다. 본 논문에서는 IoT환경에서 다양한 스마트 디바이스에 의해 수집되는 라이프로그로 부터 라이프스타일 패턴 추출 및 모델링, 라이프스타일 패턴 분석으로부터 개인의 행동 추론 및 예측, 원인파악과 관련 지표를 정량적으로 설계하는 분석 엔진 개발 방안, 서비스 디자인을 통하여 실효적인 생활개선의 변화를 유도하는 기술, 개인의 심리적 특성까지 고려한 신뢰성 높은 케어 서비스 제공까지의 전반적인 웰니스 예측케어 서비스시스템 프로세스 및 플랫폼 설계 방안을 제시한다.

As the utilization rate of smart device increases, various applications for smart device have been developed. Since these applications can contain important data related to user behaviors in digital forensic perspective, the analysis of them should be conducted in advance. However, lots of applications get to have new data format or type when they are updated. Therefore, whether the applications are updated or not should be checked one by one, and if they are, whether their data are changed should be also analyzed. But observing application data repeatedly is a time-consuming task, and that is why the effective method for dealing with this problem is needed. This paper suggests the automatic system which gets updated information and checks changed data by collecting application information.

This study aimed to develop self-diagnosis tools to evaluate the common competence level of public library librarians, apply them to actual public library librarians, and analyze the factors of competency value evaluation through empirical research methods. To this end, the study modify the existing capacity value evaluation indicators of librarians from a public library perspective and conducted a survey to self-diagnose the common capabilities of public library librarians. As the results of analysis showed that librarians of public libraries themselves think that the level of core competence that professional librarians should acquire is relatively higher than the average. Among the overall capabilities of librarians, the average of the 'librarians' behavior and attitude' area was the highest, followed by the 'librarians' skill' and 'librarian's knowledge' areas. The study suggested to strengthen the capacity of public library librarians for various duties, the re-education system for librarians should be established, and a systematic system for promoting librarians' duties as professionals, and a personnel system for professional development.

도시지역의 내수침수피해는 거의 매년 발생하고 있으며, 반지하와 같은 거주공간이 매우 취약한 상태이다. 특히 최근에는 지하철, 지하상가 등이 대규모 개발되고 복합네트워크화 되어 지하공간의 침수대책과 대피방안 마련이 시급한 상황이다. 일본의 경우 2000년 토카이 호우피해 후 통합유출해석 모형을 개발하였으며, 1999년 및 2003년 후쿠오카 침수피해 발생 후 특정도시하천침수피해대책법을 제정, 1999 후쿠오카, 2004년 하마마츠, 2008년 카누마 피해 후 일본 방재연구소에서는 실시간 1차원 지표범람모형과 모니터링을 통한 실시간 내수침수지도를 개발하였다. 특히 지하공간에 대해서는 "지하공간에 유입하는 범람수가 계단상 보행자게에 주는 위험성에 관한 연구" 등 실험을 바탕으로 각종 지하공간 침수대책 매뉴얼 및 지하시설의 침수시 피난확보계획 지침, 지하공간 침수대책 가이드라인 등 인명피해를 줄이고자하는 노력이 계속되어 오고 있다. 우리나라는 2006년 경기도 고양시 3호선 정발산역이 침수되었으며, 2010년 서울시 지하철 2호선 사당역 및 4호선이 침수되는 등의 지하철 침수피해와 2010년 서울시 광화문 지하상가, 인천시 부평구 우림라이온스 벨리, 우남플라자, 계양구 농협하나로마트, 서원아파트 등의 지하상가와 지하다층의 침수피해가 발생하였다. 특히 2006년 3호선 정발산역 침수는 17시간이나 지하철이 불통되었고 이로 인하여 심각한 교통 체증이 유발 되었다. 본 연구에서는 2010년 집중호우로 인한 서울, 인천지역의 지하공간 침수피해를 중심으로 최근 10년간 지하공간 침수피해사례로부터 대표적인 침수피해 원인 및 특성을 정리하였으며, 그 결과 지하공간 침수의 주요원인은 지상공간의 침수류가 지하공간으로 유입하고, 지하공간의 배수설비 용량부족, 지하공간으로의 유입을 방지하기위한 방지턱, 차수판, 침수시 비상전원 공급, 침수시 지하공간 대피 매뉴얼의 부재 등 다양한 원인이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특히, 소방방재청에서 고시한 '지하공간 침수방지를 위한 수방기준'에 지하공간 침수 방지를 위한 각종 시설의 설치 및 대피 경로지정 등에 대한 기준이 마련되어 있으나, 지하공간 중 유동인구가 가장 많은 지하철역에서 조차 침수에 대한 행동매뉴얼이나 대피에 대한 가이드라인이 마련되지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서, 지하공간 침수를 방지하기 위하여 센서를 이용한 자동 차수판과 경보기 설치, 지하공간의 사람들이 안전한 대피로를 찾을 수 있도록 지상공간 및 지하공간 출입구를 모니터링 할 수 있는 CCTV의 설치, Dry Area를 두어 비상대피 할 수 있는 공간의 마련 등 시설적인 부분에 대하여 '지하공간 침수방지를 위한 수방기준'을 더욱 강화할 필요가 있으며, 지상공간의 침수 상황을 고려한 지하공간의 대피매뉴얼 또는 가이드라인 등의 수립이 필요하다. 또한 이와 더불어 재산 및 인명피해를 더욱 효율적으로 줄일 수 있도록 실시간 예 경보를 위한 침수해석 모형의 개발이 시급하다.

This paper aims to identify determinants of entrepreneurial intentions among college students of a university in Daejeon. We have used a revised Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire including personal traits, demographic characteristics, the three factors of the Theory of Planned Behavior (TPB), motivations to startup and planned startup time, and entrepreneurial intentions. The analysis shows that there are strongly significant and positive relationships between the three TPB factors and entrepreneurial intentions of college students. In addition, students' motivations to create a firm such as independence and self-achievement have a positive and significant effect on their entrepreneurial intentions, while the students who want to start their business right after their graduation have significantly higher entrepreneurial intentions than those who want to create a firm after doing a salaried job. Furthermore, students whose parents have created or operated a firm have no significant difference from others, and parents' startup business type are significantly different from their sons and daughters' interested areas of business.
