Question Analysis for Constraint-based KBQA (제약기반 KBQA를 위한 질문분석)

  • 본 논문에서는 제약기반 KBQA를 위한 질문분석 기술에 대해서 소개한다. 핵심개체와 속성에 대한 연결 모호성을 해소하기 위해서 세 종류의 제약정보 활용을 제안한다. 세 종류의 제약은 핵심개체에 기반한 제약, 의미정답유형에 기반한 제약, 속성단서에 기반한 제약이다. 제약을 위해서는 질문 내에서 핵심개체와 속성단서를 인식하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 규칙과 휴리스틱에 기반한 핵심개체와 속성단서 인식 방법에 대해서 소개한다. 핵심개체와 속성단서 인식 실험은 구축된 229개의 질문을 대상으로 수행하였으며, 핵심개체와 속성단서가 모두 정확히 인식된 정확도(accuracy)가 57.21%이고, KBQA 대상질문에서는 71.08%를 보였다.

Design of Interrogator for Airspace Surveillance in Multilateration Systems (항공용 다변측정 감시시스템 적용을 위한 질문기 설계)

  • Multilateration systems are used to provide the position of aircraft in flight or on airport runways. In the multilateration systems, the interrogator is an important transmitter that used to interrogate the airplanes with appropriately scenario in surveillance airspace. Whisper-Shout interrogation sequence, which is one of the key functions of the interrogator, can control airport traffic density when intruder airplanes are coming into the surveillance airspace. Therefore collision chance between airplanes could be reduced and also get highly accurate location of incoming airplane in multilateration systems. In this paper, we developed the interrogator that allows it to transmit Mode A/C and Mode S interrogations which is similar to existing secondary surveillance radar. With appropriately controlled Whisper-Shout sequence in the interrogator, the multilateration systems can avoid synchronous garbling and FRUIT phenomenons caused by receiving multiple responses from a number of airplanes.

Development of Evidence-Based Nursing Practice Guideline for Prevention of Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (인공호흡기 관련 폐렴의 예방을 위한 근거기반 간호실무지침 개발)

  • This study was conducted to develop evidence-based nursing practice guideline for the prevention of VAP. This is a methodological study to develop guideline and verify the effectiveness according to the hybrid method of the NECA. Topics and key questions were derived through literature review and interviews, and recommendations were converged and developed through guidelines review and SR and meta-analysis. This was verified through the RAND and evaluated through AGREEII. The clinical feasibility of the nursing practice guideline, consisting of 44 recommendations in 9 categories, was evaluated by 122 ICU nurses. Conclusively this evidence-based nursing practice guideline for the prevention of VAP was confirmed methodological quality and content validity and was suitable for our nursing practice environment.

  • 웹 또는 모바일 사용자는 고객 센터에 구축된 자주 묻는 질문을 이용하여 원하는 서비스를 제공받는다. 그러나 자주 묻는 질문은 사용자가 직접 핵심어를 입력하여 검색된 결과 중 필요한 정보를 찾아야 하는 어려움이 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 사용자 질의를 입력 받아 질의에 해당하는 클래스를 분류해주는 문장 분류 모델을 제안한다. 제안모델은 웹이나 모바일 환경의 오타나 맞춤법 오류에 대한 강건함을 위해 자소 단위 합성곱 신경망을 사용한다. 그리고 기계 번역 이외에도 자연어 처리 부분에서 큰 성능 향상을 보여주는 주의 집중 방법과 클래스 임베딩을 이용한 문장 분류 시스템을 사용한다. 457개의 클래스 분류와 769개의 클래스 분류에 대한 실험 결과 Micro F1 점수 기준 81.32%, 61.11%의 성능을 보였다.

  • This paper aims to uncover and discuss characteristics of citizen participatory transdisciplinary research which has been gaining momentum in recent years in the form of social-problem solving R&D program and sustainability science research. Two key questions are examined. One is related to the mechanism of cooperation in knowledge production among participants, namely scientists and citizens(extra-academics), while the other is examining whether the output of participatory research activity is more than journals or patents. Diverse strands of literature on knowledge and knowledge production including Mode 2, Learning modes and the notion of co-production of knowledge and social order are drawn and critically reviewed to elucidate the characteristics of citizen participatory transdisciplinary research.

Effects of e-PBL Program Using COVID-19 Related Data on Science Core Competence of High School Students in Biology Clubs (코로나19에 관한 데이터 활용 e-PBL 프로그램이 고등학교 생명과학 동아리 학생의 과학과 핵심역량에 미치는 효과)

  • This study aimed to develop an e-PBL program for high school students using COVID-19 related data and to investigate the impact of the developed program on students' science core competencies. For this, the e-PBL program was developed in consideration of the characteristics of learners and e-PBL, and a science core competency analysis framework. The program was applied to 26 general high school life science club students. Test for science department core competency was conducted before and after class by questionnaires and their conversation data during class was collected and analyzed by the framework. As a result of the study, the developed program was effective in improving five science core competencies. In the results of the analysis of the science core competency questionnaire, there were significant effects on scientific thinking ability, scientific inquiry ability and scientific problem solving ability. Unlike in the results of the questionnaires, the five sciences department core competencies appeared evenly in student discourse analysis. Among them, scientific communication ability and scientific participation and lifelong learning ability did not show significant results in the questionnaire, but in the discourse analysis results. Both abilities were the most evenly displayed competencies through the program stages. Through the study, we expect that the program is possibles to be useful instructional material to make high school students increase science core competencies.

Improving University Homepage FAQ Using Semantic Network Analysis (의미 연결망 분석을 활용한 대학 홈페이지 FAQ 개선방안)

  • The Q&A board is widely used as a means of communicating service enquiries, and the need for efficient management of the enquiry system has risen because certain questions are being repeatedly and frequently registered. This study aims to construct a student-centered FAQ, centered on the unstructured data posted on the university homepage's Q&A board. We extracted major keywords from 690 postings registered in the recent 3 years, and conducted the semantic network analysis to find the relationship between the keywords and the centrality analysis in order to carry out network visualization. The most central keywords found through the analysis, in order of centrality, were application, curriculum, credit point, completion, graduation, approval, period, major, portal, department. Also, the major keywords were classified into 8 groups of course, register, student life, scholarship, library, dormitory, IT and commute. If the most frequent questions are organized into these areas to form the FAQ, based on the results above, it is expected to contribute to user convenience and the efficiency of administration by simplifying the service enquiry process for repeated questions, as well as enabling smooth two-way communication among the members of the university.

Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) of the Core Competence of Gifted Education Teachers (영재교육 담당교원의 핵심역량 인식에 대한 중요도와 실행도(IPA) 분석)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the difference between importance and performance regarding perception of core competence of gifted education teachers through importance-performance analysis (IPA). One hundred fourteen elementary gifted education teachers including math and science participated in the study. The collected survey data was analyzed with IPA matrix. As the result, firstly, there was significant difference between importance and performance regarding perception of core competence of gifted education teachers. Secondly, core competencies of 'understanding knowledge', 'research and instruction', 'passion and motivation', and 'ethics' are high in both perceptions of importance and performance. However, both 'communication and practices' and 'professional curriculum development' are low. Thirdly, there was a difference in core competence of gifted education teachers between math and science at the competence of 'passion and motivation'. Math gifted education teachers perceived 'passion and motivation' high in both importance and performance while science gifted education teachers perceived its importance low and performance high. In addition, math gifted education teachers showed lower performance compared to its importance in the sub-categories; 'knowledge of gifted development', 'gifted child assessment', 'information gathering and its literacy', and 'creative answers to various questions'. However, science gifted education teachers showed lower performance compared to its importance in sub-categories; 'higher-order thinking skills in its subject', 'teaching methodology for self-directed learning', 'problem behavior of the gifted', and 'counseling the gifted'.

  • This paper, which was performed for an environmental analysis step in the information strategy planning, proposes the capable method of building a foundation which can improve the quality of results. An existing environment analyzing method is composed with external environment analysis, internal capacity analysis and information direction deriving activity. At the first stage of environment analysis, with current state analysis, preparation of interview with major stakeholder of project, carrying out the interview, added the activities to gain initial direction of the information. Then it applied a key-questioning of convergence scenario-based analysis for external environment analysis and internal capacity analysis. Performing the external environment analysis and internal capacity analysis with analysis model, convergence application of scenario-based analysis model was enabled to verify information direction on the initial setting. The result was applied at actual project site and was enabled to perform the project quickly, and to improve the quality of project results.

  • 원유의 가격은 생산된 양과 질적인 수준에 의해서 결정되며, 우리나라에서는 잔류물질검사 등에 의한 불합격 원유를 포함하여, 유지율, 세균수, 체세포수에 따라서 유대가 차등 지급되고 있다. 따라서 낙농가들의 가장 큰 관심 사항은 유대 수입을 증가시키기 위하여 유질을 향상시키는데 있다. 그동안 국내 낙농가들의 부단한 노력으로 인하여 최근에는 많은 농가가 세균수 1A, 체세포수 1등급, 유지방 4.3%로서 최고의 유대수입을 받고 있다. 하지만 여전히 일부농장에서는 유질저하에 따른 경제적 손실을 받고 있다. 그리하여 이 글에서는 그 동안 오랫동안 유질 관련 업무를 수행하면서 낙농가로 하여금 가장 많이 질문 받았던 내용들 중에서 유질향상과 관련되는 기본적이고 핵심적인 내용들을 문답식으로 재정리해 보았다. 지난 호에 이어 다루고 있는 본 원고가 귀하의 목장 유질관리에 다소나마 도움이 될 수 있기를 기대한다.
