The Transition of the Historical Landscape in Hangzhou, China - Focus on the Landscape of West Lake - (중국 항주(杭州)의 역사경관 변천과정 - 서호(西湖) 경관을 중심으로 -)

  • Hangzhou, in China, is a city that has a history as long as 2,300 years and is renowned due to its natural scenery of a beautiful lake surrounded by gentle green hills. This world wide famous scenery, known as West Lake(西湖), in 2011, was included in the World Heritage Landscape List. Though this place experienced enormous development and changes during thousands of years, historic sceneries did not disappear with the passage of time. In contrary, they are refined and increased attributing to protection efforts from past dynasties. Therefore, research in landscape transition is significant for building livable environment and preserving historical landscape. This paper mainly focuses on history transition of city Hangzhou. First of all, its urban construction and guiding ideology is analyzed. Then, deep meticulous research is carried out on development and preservation achievements for dynasty Tang, Song, Yuan, Ming and Qing. In the end, from a historical point of view, this paper will provide a new perspective which would contribute to sustainable preservation of historical landscape. From the Song Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty, the West Lake through several times of the rectification and construction, the present landscape was completed during thousand years several times through the construction.

An Implementation of the RGB Remote Controller for LED Emotion Lighting of AtoN Facilities (항로표지 시설의 LED 감성조명을 위한 RGB 원격 콘트롤러의 구현)

  • This study on the methode is easied to distinguish with emotional visual lighting on AtoN facility using 3colors LED, and which is controlled to on-off switching of approach light in shore or harbor. The identification have easied to provide a differentiation between the AtoN facility of red and white light and surrounding light in harbor both sides. And the integrated controller have designed to left-right and serial sequential lighting system for harbor guidance using the GPS synchronous or timer. There is expectation effect that is prevent a confusion about distinguish of facility by ship's operator and to beautify a night scene of harbor, which is expressed to emotional identification lighting and variable color lighting on AtoN body by vertical layer color lighting using LED. In addition, the performance of AtoN is implemented to display with guidance light the harbor safety message by morse code lighting. Effectiveness of system is enhanced that age and power consumption reduce by candle alternated high light LED.

  • This study is the visually identification lighting for easy to distinguish using colors LED on AtoN facility in harbor gate, which have realized a controller for certainly express the gate of harbor by red light and green light of both sides a harbor and for synchronization at a time of right and left or sequential the harbor guidance light through synchronizer or timer by GPS. There is expectation effect that is prevent a confusion about distinguish of facility by ship's operator and to beautify a night scene of harbor, which is expressed to identification lighting differ from great many lighting of harbor with variable color lighting the lighthouse body and vertical layer color lighting using LED.   • As a result of analyzing the relationship between the smart growth principle and the regenerating factors of the port waterfront city, it was found to be highly related to the port waterfront regeneration plan. Factors that are related to the application of smart growth principle derived from association analysis are as follows: ⯈ community development suitable for walking ⯈ differentiated and attractive community building with definite place, ⯈ open space, farmland, beautiful natural scenery, environmental preservation, ⯈ strengthening and inducing development for existing communities, and providing diversity of transportation options. However, in the Jeju port redevelopment plan, the principles such as ⯈ complex land use ⯈ advantage of high-density architectural design method, ⯈ various housing opportunities and options, etc., need to be applied in implementation design. Since Jeju city and Jeju port possess the strong characteristic features of port waterfront city, so it is necessary to develop jointly applying smart growth principle through integrated port waterfront city regeneration plan.

Integrated Waterfront Cultural Planning through Regeneration of Former Industrial Harborfront (산업항만지역의 재생을 통한 워터프론트 문화도시 통합계획)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to propose a direction planning integrated waterfront cultural city in terms of urban economic revitalization through regeneration of former industrial harborfront and the creation of cultural living spaces based on regional history in order to pursue urban activities. Method: Analyzing planning waterfront and historical cultural space based on MM21's development policy and strategy under the growth process and development of Yokohama. Results: MM21 is the core public project out of the six major projects promoted by Yokohama, which is on the brink of satellite cities for the expansion of Tokyo with a goal of qualitative transformation of former harbor. It is planned to be developed as a creative cultural waterfront city for an integrated urban development. Conclusion: Planning waterfront cultural city, which takes advantage of the former harbor city derived through MM21 analysis, provides the cityscape towards the sea and the port via the viewing point and opens the waterfront open to the port and the sea Space and Esplanade landscape development, preservation of historic buildings and cultural assets, recycling as cultural art space, waterfront space planning that cooperates with public culture art and pedestrian network.

  • This study was to analyze amenity of the port landscapes for North port, South port, and Gamcheon port in Busan. Amenity related variables came from Semantic Differential(SD) method and then were conducted by the factor analysis. Multiple regression was done for the relationship between the amenity and factors. The result found 3 factors, including dynamics, stability, and familarity. Much importance was placed on dynamics among them. Therefore, building port landscapes and their image attracting tourists should consider dynamics in terms of port landscape plan and tourist attraction development for amenity quality management.

  • 잠제는 수질 보전과 경관 측면에서 뛰어난 장점을 가지고 있다. 잠제의 수리학적 특성은 여러 각도로부터 수많은 이론적 혹은 실험적인 연구가 이루어져 왔으며, 이러한 해안구조물에 의한 파랑의 저감효과를 예측하는 것이 중요시 되고 있다. 실제 해역에 있어서 해안구조물에 대하여 다양한 각도의 입사파가 존재하며, 또한, 실제의 해저지반은 불투과 층으로 이루어진 것이 아니라 다양한 매질로 이루어져 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 파압함수를 사용하여 투과 해저면 위에 설치된 잠제에 파랑이 경사로 입사할 때, 파랑의 진폭변화에 대하여 수치해석을 실시하였다.

해양휴양복지·해양치유 국민인식조사 결과 분석

  • 이 연구는 해양휴양복지 해양치유에 대한 국민인식조사를 통해 실제적이고 효과적인 정책 수립을 뒷받침할 기초자료와 근거를 확보하고자 했다. 2018년 8월 2일부터 9일까지 1주일간 웹과 모바일을 통해 조사한 557명의 응답자 중 82.9%는 해양수산부의 해양휴양복지 서비스 제공이 필요하다고 생각하며, 85.6%가 이용할 의향이 있다고 답했다. 응답자의 91.6%는 해양치유를 체험할 의향이 있으며 특히 바다 경관이 주는 스트레스 완화와 신체건강 증진 효과에 기대가 높았다. 응답자들은 해양휴양복지 서비스 대상은 사회경제적 취약계층과 자살 중독방지, 지역주민을 우선적으로 고려해야 한다고 보았다. 또한 해양치유 공간과 시설, 이용 요금, 안전과 환경 등 해양치유 참여 시 실제적이고 직접적으로 관련된 요소를 중요하게 고려하며, 접근성보다는 주변환경, 질병치료보다는 건강증진에 관심이 있는 것으로 나타났다.

  • 북극권의 최대 지주인 러시아가 국가 전략적으로 추진하고 있는 북극권 관광 프로그램 개발의 성과가 구체화되고 있다. 러시아는 2008년 북극해 지역의 'Russia Arctic National Park' 구상을 발표한데 이어, 2009년 6월 푸틴총리가 이 국립공원을 설립하는 법령에 서명함으로써 개발이 본격화되었다. 북극해 지역은 독특한 동식물상, 해빙, 문화유산, 인류의 북극 탐험 역사 등 타 지역에 비해 경쟁력 있는 경관과 콘텐츠를 갖추고 있는 것으로 평가되고 있다. 6월부터 9월까지 한정된 여행 기간, 북극해 지정학적 여건이 안정화되어 있지 않다는 점, 관광객의 안전을 담보할 구호 기반이 취약하다는 점, 이 지역에 방치되어 있는 폐기물의 처리 등은 극복해야 할 요인이다. 이 논문은 북극해 관광 현황, 국제사회 동향, 북극해 국립공원에 대해 살펴보고 이를 통한 시사점을 제시했다.

Analysis of Economic Value and Regional Economic Impact of Jeju Port Redevelopment Project (제주항 재개발사업의 경제적 가치 및 지역경제 파급효과 분석)

  • In this study, the economic value and economic ripple effect of the Jeju Inland Port redevelopment project were estimated. The economic value was estimated from the viewpoint of amenity, the value of non-market goods such as landscape improvement, environmental improvement, and recreation effects. As a result of the estimation, the population was divided into Jeju Island and other regions and the individual's willingness to pay was estimated to be 2,952.9 won in Jeju Island and 4,722.8 won in other regions. On the other hand, the economic ripple effect of the Jeju Inland Port redevelopment project was estimated during the project period and after the completion of the economic ripple effect was estimated. As a result of the estimation, the production inducement value was KRW 84,387 million, the value-added inducement effect was KRW 37,292 million, and the employment inducement value was 5,846 employment when the (direct employment + indirect employment) effect was combined. After the end of the project period, as of 2022, there were 518,000 foreign tourists, and the value-added inducing effect was estimated to be about 149,885 million won.
