The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of perceived career barriers to career compromise of university students who are looking for jobs. In this research, career barriers are classified interior barriers and exterior barriers and the moderate effect was verified on the relation between both barriers and career compromise. The collected 280 survey sheets were analyzed using regression analysis. As results, both career barriers affect on the career compromise positively. And self-efficacy has a moderate effect on the relation between career barriers and career compromise. These findings show that self-efficacy can help students overcome their career barriers. In the further studies, it is necessary to examine whether the employee' job satisfaction and turnover rate are related to self-efficacy.

The purpose of this study is to examine an influence of university students' learning agility on career preparation behavior, academic challenge, and the mediating effect of academic challenge. The questionnaire was distributed to 420 university students and well responded 398 were used for data analysis using SPSS 22.O and AMOS 22.0. The results of this study are as follows: First, learning agility has a positive effect on academic challenge. Second, academic challenge has a positive effect on career preparation behavior. Third, academic challenge has a mediating effect between learning agility and career preparation behavior. These results show that the more students enhance their learning agility and academic challenge, the more students develop their career preparation behavior.

Based on the hyper-connectivity of the 4th Industrial Revolution, the paradigm shifts to the sharing economy. Didichuxing has already dominated the platform and is expanding its service to the TaaS 3.0 mobility industry. This paper aimed to suggest the direction of the domestic car-sharing industry and service improvement plan by analyzing Didichuxing. Korea is being cut off from the car-sharing industry, due to conflicts with existing industries and high regulations. It is necessary to balance the protection of existing industries and fostering new industries in the direction of negative regulations. In the future, it is also necessary to study how various fields of the sharing economy will convergence and develop.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of career adaptability in the relationship between growth mindset and occupational engagement. A total of 203 data were collected through an online survey targeting university students. For data analysis, frequency analysis and descriptive statistics analysis were used via SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 software. As a result of the study, growth mindset had a direct effect on occupational engagement (𝛽=.254, p<.01) and the mediating effect of growth mindset on occupational engagement through career adaptability was also statistically significant. (𝛽=.137, p<.01). This study suggests that it is important to promote occupational engagement for students' correct career guidance, and to this end a practical strategy for cultivating a growth mindset and career adaptability is needed.

The purpose of this study is to verify the mediating effect of Learning Flow in the relationship between Growth Mindset and Career Adaptability. Based on 203 response data collected from university students, hypotheses were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and AMOS 26.0 programs. According to the result of this study, Growth Mindset had a direct positive (+) effect on Learning Flow (𝛽=.403, p<.001), and Learning Flow also had a positive (+) effect on Career Adaptability (𝛽=.393, p<.001). Also, in the relationship between Growth Mindset and Career Adaptability, Learning Flow showed a mediating effect. This means that in order for Growth Mindset to affect Career Adaptability, Learning Flow must be considered as essential. To this end, it suggests that it is important to build a Learning Flow along with cultivating a Growth Mindset.

To efficiently manage forest resources, it is essential to deploy multiple unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with various sensors simultaneously. Consequently, the ground control station antenna should not only maintain continuous tracking of the target station but also minimize the impact of radio interference on other unmanned aerial vehicle stations. In this paper, we presented beam forming techniques based on the VPR algorithm within a ground control station constructed using a phased array antenna system. Through simulation experiments in diverse unmanned aerial vehicle operating environments, it was demonstrated that the presented method enables not only the continuous tracking of operational unmanned aerial vehicles but also the suppression of radio interference by establishing a continuous pattern null for multiple operational radio interference sources.
