  • Integrating wind energy systems into building design is a small but growing trend, and high riese with their elevated wind speeds seem particularly suited to the technology. This paper deal with building-integrated wind turbine design. It thus contains two topics: wind energy and building design. Several building-integerated wind turbine design have been categorized and reviewed.

  • Estimation of wind load on bridges is one of the most important aspects in designing bridges in coastal region. Various design codes and researches have suggested the procedure to estimate design wind speed; however, they do not match one another due to many reasons such as incomplete data set, ignorance of wind environment and so on. For this reason, the necessity of guideline for estimation procedure of basic wind speed which reflect the roughness of surface and the topographical effect have been increasing. In this study, we have analysed limitations of the basic wind speed of nationwide suggested by Korea Building code(AIK, 2009) and Highway bridge design code(MOLTMA, 2010). In additional, we set forth guidelines considering the roughness of land surface and the topographical effect. Using the procedure, the basic wind speed were estimated for 15 coastal regions in Korea and compared with those listed in the existing codes.

Evaluation of the Seismic Stability of Fill Dam by Shaking Table Tests (진동대 시험을 통한 Fill Dam의 내진 안정성 평가)

  • In order to understand evaluation of the seismic stability of a fill dam, we made chambers of 1:100, 1:70, and 1:50 (the ratio of the miniature), considering the law of similarity based on drawings of three representative cross sections. And we measured an increase in acceleration, excess pore water pressure, and vertical/horizontal displacement after applying Hachinohe wave (long period), Ofunato wave (short period), and artificial wave, complying with the domestic standards, in order to evaluate the stability and interaction between the ground, the structure, and fluids based on the measurements. As a result, we could observe that displacement of the target cross section was relatively small compared to the allowed level of 30 cm, ensuring proper stability for an earthquake. Regarding the acceleration measurements, the increase rate was 20% for Hachinohe wave and Ofunato wave but 30% for the artificial wave. With respect to the excess pore water pressure, it was lower than 1 (which is the permissible ratio for liquefaction) ensuring proper stability as well.

A Study on the Estimation for the Guaranteed Strength and Construction Quality of the Combined High Flowing Concrete in Slurry Wall (지하연속벽용 병용계 고유동 콘크리트의 시공 품질 및 보증강도 평가에 관한 연구)

  • The primary purpose of this study is to estimate the guaranteed strength and construction quality of the combined high flowing concrete which is used in the slurry wall of underground LNG storage tank. The required compressive strength of this type of concrete become generally known as a non economical value because it is applied the high addition factor for variation coefficients and low reduction factor under water concrete. Therefore, after estimation of the construction quality and guaranteed strength in actual site work, this study is to propose a suitable equation to calculate the required compressive strength in order to improve its difference. Application results in actual site work are shown as followings. The optimum nix design proportion is selected that has water-cement ratio 51%, sand-aggregate ratio 48.8%, and replacement ratio 42.6% of lime stone powder by cement weight. Test results of slump flow as construction quality give average 616~634mm. 500mm flowing time and air content are satisfied with specifications in the rage of 6.3 seconds and 4.0% respectively. Results of strength test by standard curing mold show that average compressive strength is 49.9MPa, standard deviation and variation coefficients are low as 1.66MPa and 3.36%. Also test results by cored cylinder show that average compressive strength is 66.4MPa, standard deviation and variation coefficients are low as 3.64MPa and 5.48%. The guaranteed strength ratio between standard curing mold and cored cylinder show 1.23 and 1.32 in the flanks. It is shown that applied addition factor for variation coefficients and reduction factor under water concrete to calculate the required compressive strength is proved very conservative. Therefore, based on these results, it is proposed new equation having variation coefficients 7%, addition factor 1.13 and reduction factor 0.98 under water connote.

2006년도 적용 건설공사 기계설비부문 표준품셈 개정내용

  • 한국건설기술연구원은 지난 해 12월 30일 2006년 1월 1일부터 적용되는 46개 항목의 건설공사 표준품셈을 관계기관 실무자로 구성된‘품셈 위원회’의 심의를 거쳐 최종 확정, 공표했다. 건기연은 신기술의 적용성을 높이기 위해 실제 사용되는 공법을 중심으로 기계설비부문에서는 발열선등 5개의 품셈이 신설되었고, 기존 품셈의 조문정리 등 체계보완이나 적정성 조정을 위해 재료 할증률등 4개 항목을 보완했다. 기계설비부문의 발열선 품은 배관 동파방지를 이해 가구내 급수 급탕 계량기 주위, 가스보일러 하부배관 및 옥외지하주차장 배관 등에 발열선을 설치하고 있으나 적정품이 없어 전기표준품셈의 Heat Tracing System을 준용하고 있어 가구내와 공용부위로 구분해 신설한 품이다. 건기연은 품셈개정을 위해 지난해 3월 각 발주기관과 관련단체의 의견을 수렴해 대상항목을 선정한 데 이어 지난해 10월까지 건설현장에 대한 실사를 통해 수집한 자료를 토대로 품셈을 신설∙보완했다고 밝혔다.

  • 교통수요와 공급은 상호 밀접한 연관성을 지니고 있다. 교통수요는 교통시설 서비 스수준 및 교통시설의 이용가격에 영향을 미치는 반면에 교통시설 공급비용과 서비스수준은 교통수요에 영향을 준다. 또한, 교통수요와 공급간의 상호작용은 도시공간상에서 발생하기 때문에 교통시스템의 공간적 구조 및 도시의 공간적 특성은 공급, 가격 및 수요를 통합한 교통균형모형에 있어서 매우 중요한 영향인자로 작용하게 된다. 그러나, 이제까지 개발된 교통균형모형에서는 통행인의 통행시간가치 및 교통체증의 도시공간상 변화가능성을 적절하 게 반영하지 못하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시공간상에서 통행인의 통행시간가치 변화패턴 을 반영한 수 도시공간상에서의 교통시설의 최적 서비스 수준, 교통수단별 최적요금체계를 도출할 수 있었다. 단핵도시구조를 지닌 도시공간상에서의 최적버스요금은 통행거리에 따라 할증되는 체계를 가져야 한다. 선행연구에서는 승용차에 대한 통행혼잡세 부과는 소득역분 배적인 효과를 초래하는 것으로 알려졌다. 그러나 버스의 요금구조나 서비스 수준이 최적수 준에서 제공된다면 통행혼잡세는 소득역분배적 결과를 초래하지 않는 것으로 나타났다.

발행가(發行價)와 자산가치(資産價値) 및 수익가치(收益價値)와의 비교(比較)

  • 본 논문은 공개예정기업의 발행가(發行價)(Initial Public Offers : IPO)가 유가증권관리위원회의 ${\ulcorner}$유가증권인수업무에 관한 규정${\lrcorner}$과 증권업협회의 ${\ulcorner}$유가증권 분석에 관한 기준${\lrcorner}$에 의해 산출된 자산가치(資産價値)와 수익가치(收益價値) 중 어느 가치에 더 밀접한 상관관계를 보이고 있으며, 그 크기는 어느 가치에 더 근접하고 있는가를 조사하는데 그 목적을 두고 진행되었다. 이와 같은 목적을 위해 본 논문은 지난 '89년부터 '91년까지 공개한 모든 상장기업 301개 (3개 기업만 제외된 것임) 회사를 연구대상으로 상관분석(相關分析), 회귀분석(回歸分析), 그리고 발행가를 100으로 본 상대가치(相對價値)를 분석하였다. 실증분석에서 나타난 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 발행가(發行價)는 일반적으로 자산가치(資産價値)보다 수익가치(收益價値)와 더 밀접한 상관관계를 가지고 있다. 둘째, 분석대상기업 전체로 볼 때, 발행가(發行價)는 자산가치의 26%, 수익가치의 36%를 가중치로 하여 산정되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 발행가를 100으로 보았을 때 분석대상기업 전체에서 발행가는 자산가치(資産價値)를 각 4% 할증(割增)한 금액으로 그 크기가 결정되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • In this paper, types of ready mixed concrete in construction site supported by different company has been researched. The practicability of the commercial available ready mixed concrete has been tested, and the standard deviation has been modified from Vc=Vo+3б to Vc=Vo+1.73б. Unnecessary premium rate has been cut and economical efficiency of the ready mixed concrete has been improved.

A Study on Cost Standards for Securing Appropriate Construction Costs for Small-Scale Construction Sites (소규모 시공현장 적정공사비 확보를 위한 원가기준 마련 연구)

  • In construction sites, small-scale construction quantities or limited work hours below the daily work volume may occur due to on-site conditions. For small-scale quantities, the input of equipment and labor is designed based on an hourly basis in the invoice, resulting in a difference from the actual cost. In this study, we aim to explore solutions from the perspective of construction cost standards to secure appropriate construction costs for small-scale and time-limited construction sites. Firstly, to preserve the basic construction costs on-site, we established standards where half the cost would be charged for construction quantities below four hours and a full day's cost would be designed for construction quantities between four to eight hours. Additionally, realistic construction cost calculation standards are expected to be provided by realizing a surcharge rate for work hour limitations to secure appropriate construction costs.
