Roses are one of the most produced flower species in the world, and cut roses are produced in the greenhouses all year round. Recently, due to the increase in the temperature in the greenhouses in summer, the quality of cut roses is seriously deteriorated, such as shortening the stem length. This study was conducted to investigate the effects of the growing seasons on the qualities of cut roses and also to test the effect of cooling at night in high temperature season on the cut flower qualities of roses. Comparing the qualities and yields of cut roses for each season, the major cut flower qualities such as flower stem length, stem diameter and fresh weight were statistically significantly decreased in roses ('Pink Beauty' and 'Pink Shine') produced in summer. The yields didn't show a statistically significant difference in both cultivars. Investigating the cut flower qualities, the flower stem length increased by 15% for 'Pink Beauty', 11% for 'Ararat', and 12% for 'Pink Shine' when treated with cooling at night in warm season than the untreated control. In addition, when treated with cooling at night in warm season, the fresh weight of all three cultivars increased by 20-30% statistically significantly than conventionally cultivated control. It is expected that cooling at night in warm season will be helpful to improve the cut flower quality deterioration in summer.

The purpose of this study was to make a comparative factor analysis of relations between college girls' make-up and clothing behaviors. The results of the study were as follows : 1. Make-up behavior showed the significant differences in accordance with whether doing make-up or not, motives of initiating make-up, sources of make-up information and references and expenses for cosmetics purchase. 2. There were negative correlations between all sub-factors of make-up behavior and the sense of comfort. In clothing behavior, a positive correlation existed between aesthetic sense and fashionableness. In make-up behavior, however, those college students who were more aware of others and considered make-up more important as a means of skin care and self-change regarded aesthetic sense, one of the sub-factors of clothing behavior, as most important.

오늘날 네트워크는 급격한 화장으로 인하여 복잡성을 더해가고 있으며, 그에 따라 네트워크 관리를 위한 정의의 양도 계속 늘어나고 있다. 네트워크 화장에 따른 사용자 데이터뿐만 아니라 관리 데이터의 증가로 인하여 병목 현상, 폭주등 네트워크 문제를 가속화시킴으로 효율적인 관리 성의의 처리에 대한 필요성 점차 높아가고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 관리 성의의 증가를 효율적으로 처리하는 방법과 네트워크 관리 시스템에 적용하는 방법을 기술한다.

온라인 화장품을 판매하는 종합 쇼핑몰 또는 전문 쇼핑몰이 증가하는 추세에 따라 온라인상에서 일어나는 위험에 대한 지각 보완을 위해 시뮬레이션에 대한 많은 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 국내 외 유명 화장품 회사들은 인터넷과 매장을 통해서 시뮬레이터를 제공하여 얼굴에 화장한 모습을 보여주는데 이때 사용되는 이미지는 정지된 사진과 같은 2차원 방식이다. 정면이 아닌 다양한 각도의 얼굴에 메이크업을 수행하거나 결과를 확인하는 과정이 어렵고 사용자가 이미지를 매번 준비해야하는 불편함이 따른다. 본 논문에서는 실시간영상에서 사용자의 피부색과 주변 환경요소를 고려한 메이크업 시뮬레이션으로서 보다 객관적인 시각적 자료를 제공한다. 또한 NUI(Natural User Interface)방식의 동작입력컨트롤러를 사용함으로서 사용자의 화장하는 동작에 따라 시뮬레이션을 제공받게 하여 현실감을 부여한다.

As our country holds 2002 Korea-Japan FIFA World Cup, more foreigners are visiting Korea, making the tourist industry more profitable. Under these circumstances, we should pay attention to the restroom as a public facility, and inspire the awareness in the Korean people to improve the public restrooms. However, according to KNTO(Korea National Tourist Organization), it has turned out that foreign tourists are still dissatisfied with dirty restrooms and poor signposting when they visit Korea, Though the number of restrooms has been increased, they are not properly managed being a public nuisance due to negligence of administration and straggling facilities. To make it worse, poor design of restrooms and insufficient consideration of handicapped person bring disgrace on Koreas tourist administration. While studies on restrooms began from the 1980s, it has placed too much emphasis on the space arrangement and facility plan, so we need to pay attention to the traditional design and environment aspect of restrooms. This study is 1 haute looked into the problems and actual conditions of restrooms, and based on these data, applied Korean Buddhist architecture style to restrooms to create a comfortable circumstance in restrooms.
