  • 한국인쇄학회(회장 오성상)는 지난 11월 15일 오후 1시부터 서울인쇄센터 7층 강당에서 추계학술발표회를 가졌다. 동국대학교 RIS사업단의 후원으로 진행된 이번 학술발표회에는 학술논문발표와 초청강연으로 나눠 유건룡 한국폴리텍대학 교수의 사회로 진행됐다.

  • The importance of electric vehicles is gradually increasing due to the recent depletion of fossil fuels. In order to use an electric vehicle, the battery built into the vehicle must be frequently charged. Electric vehicles has very good performance in terms of noise and vibration. However, due to the limitations of the battery, the mileage is considerably shorter than that of an internal combustion engine vehicle once it is charged, and the battery charging time is relatively long compared to the refueling time. There are two types of charging methods for electric vehicle batteries: plug-in and wireless charging. In this paper, we introduced the wireless charging technology for electric vehicles and the current state of technology development and standards in major countries.

  • 본 논문에서는 2018년에 성횡한 악성코드에 대한 피해 사례를 살펴본 후 이를 적극적으로 대응하기 위한 방안을 살펴본다. 특히 가상통화 거래소에 대한 해킹 사고 및 가상화폐에 대한 지속적인 해킹 시도가 탐지되면서 관련 소식들이 언론에 지속적으로 보도되었다. 또한 이와 관련하여 PC 및 서버 자원을 몰래 훔쳐 가상통화 채굴에 사용하는 크립토재킹 공격기법도 함께 주목받았다. 랜섬웨어 부문은 갠드크랩 관련 보도가 대부분을 차지할 정도로 국내에서 지속적으로 이슈가 되었다. 또한 미국 법무부에서 최초로 북한 해커조직의 일원을 재판에 넘기면서 해커 그룹에 대한 관심이 집중되기도 했다. 2018년 전반적으로 이러한 가상통화 거래소 해킹, 크립토재킹, 랜섬웨어, 해커 그룹의 4가지 키워드를 도출하였으며, 이 중 해커 그룹은 북한과 중국의 경우를 나누어 총 5가지 주제를 통해 악성코드에 대한 주요 이슈들을 살펴본다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 악성코드의 공격을 근본적으로 해결할 수 있는 방안으로 클라이언트 측에 USB형태의 BBS(Big Bad Stick) 하드웨어를 통하여 제안하는 환경을 제안하고 안전한 서비스가 제공됨을 증명하여 본 연구가 새로운 보안성을 갖춘 시스템임을 보인다.

  • The existing rooftop solar power generation systems focus mainly on the development of a fixed system because of system error along with safety problem. Accordingly, it is intended to develop a rooftop mounted smart solar power generation system by adding a solar tracking system and a monitoring system to the existing fixed rooftop solar power generation technology. It plans to develop and commercialize 'Rooftop Mounted Smart Solar Power Generation System' by applying solar tracking system, safety diagnosis and response system, abnormal diagnosis and alarm system, and external device control and monitoring systems.

  • Biometric technology is a next-generation information security technology that provides reliability and convenience. As a core technology in the post-corona era, then on-contact biometric access control system is capable of non-face-to-face and automated technology, and is active not only in Korea but also in overseas markets such as the United States, Europe, and the Middle East. There are precautions that must be taken to reflect requirements such as cooperation between companies and approval of the US Food and Drug Admin is tration in developing IoT-based smart device customized sensors and securing H/W systems.

A Study on the Laser Cutting Characteristics of Magnesium alloys (마그네슘합금의 레이저 절단가공 특성에 관한 연구)

  • Studies on the laser cutting processing characteristics of magnesium alloys can be divided into three parts, comparing the cutting faces of magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy, observing the shape of the corner where straight lines meet, and observing the straight lines and arcs. First, there were no laser cutting conditions for magnesium alloys, so it was observed to cut magnesium alloy and aluminum alloy under the same processing conditions as aluminum alloy to shape and surface of the cut surface. Next, to observe the characteristics of the corner, we observed the shape of the corner according to the angle change of the part where the two lines meet, and finally we observed various angles to observe the characteristics of the part where the arc meets the line. Finally, laser cutting processing characteristics of magnesium alloys and aluminum alloys obtained based on the above study contents were summarized.

A Study on the Influence of Technology Improvement Education and Training of Korea Polytechnics on Job Satisfaction (한국폴리텍대학의 기술향상 교육훈련이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze 62 questionnaires from November 3rd to November 25th, 2016 for those who received more than one skill improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University.Using IBM SPSS Statistics 19, factor analysis 18 factors were used to derive six factors and the significance was verified as p = .000. First, The correlation coefficient between friendship and training characteristics was the highest at .735, and the technical content and effectiveness were in the order of 730. Therefore, it is required to provide an organized and systematic educational environment of training institutions. Second, multiple regression analysis showed that the efficiency of the training method had a significant effect (p <.05, ${\beta}=.337$). Efficiency and Skills of Educational Methods Adults had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.01, ${\beta}=.437$, ${\beta}=.415$). In the educational method, the efficiency had a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, ${\beta}=.552$). Third, efficiency has a significant effect on job satisfaction (p <.001, ${\beta}=.552$).There was a difference in recognition of efficiency and job satisfaction. In this study, it is meaningful to verify the effect of education and training on job satisfaction.

A Study on the Performance of Vocational Training Course for the New Middle at Korea Polytechnics (2018-2020) (한국폴리텍대학 신중년 직업훈련과정(2018-2020) 성과 연구)

  • In the era of global aging and the retirement of baby boomers, the response is very intensive and dynamic. As baby boomers actually retire, the terms for middle-aged people have been diversified into middle-aged, midle-elderly, and the new middle, which are also evident in the training process. In line with the timing, the government and academia are also making efforts to advance the development of training courses for middle-aged, along with organizing terms for middle-aged. From this point of view, this study aims to analyze the performance of the three-year training courses (2018-2020) for the new middle at Korea Polytechnics and suggest the direction of development of the new middle training course. As a result of the study, the three-year performance of the Shin middle-aged training course gradually increased, but the completion rate and employment rate gradually decreased, indicating that countermeasures were needed. In addition, campus performance in the metropolitan area was higher than that in the non-capital area, so a plan for this deviation was needed. In addition, the need for the integrated operation of the existing 'middle-aged' and 'the new middle' courses operated by Korea Polytechnics was suggested, and measures to specialize in the new middle-aged were proposed.

A Case Study of Flipped Learning Application of Public Vocational Education and Training on the 4th Industry Occupation (4차산업직종 공공직업교육훈련에서의 플립러닝 적용사례 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to suggest change probability of vocational education and training and support of teaching-learning methods. For this study, we applied a flipped learning strategy of two learning modules in Convergence Technology Campus of public vocational education and training institute and had an operation class. As a result, student satisfaction of flipped learning is 4.0 on average. 56.1% of education-trainees were higher an engagement of flipped learning class than teacher-centered class and 56.1% of education-trainees were used more learning energy. Based on results, we suggested the necessity of pre-learning system for application of education and training teaching methods on the 4th industry occupation and strategies to enhance teaching and learning competency.

A Study on Dimensional Accuracy in Circular Pocket Machining of SCM415 Steel (SCM415강의 원형포켓 가공시 치수정밀도에 관한 연구)

  • In this research, we examine the change of dimensional accuracy in the cutting process while changing cutting conditions such as feed rate and spindle rotational speed with chromium molybdenum steel (SCM415) material and TiCN- and TiAlN-coated end mill tools. According to dimensional accuracy measurement, TiCN-coated tool displays the most accurate dimensional tolerance at ${\varnothing}20mm$ at feed rates of 200 mm/min and 250 mm/min at a spindle rotation speed of 4,000 rpm. The largest dimension of the coating tool was able to make the TiAlN-coated tool suitable when comparing the smallest dimension.
