  • 얼굴 인식 기술들은 다양한 인공지능 플랫폼들의 발달 및 알고리즘들의 연구 개발로 인해 발전하고 있다. 대부분의 얼굴 인식 알고리즘들은 정확도를 높이기 위해 많은 양의 데이터 학습을 요구하고 잇다. 그러나 커피숍이나 음식점과 같이 사람들이 짧은 시간 머물고 있는 환경에서는 사람들의 출입 여부를 체크하기 기존의 얼굴인식 기술들을 적용함에 있어 학습량의 부족으로 부적합하다. 이에 본 논문에서 카페와 음식점의 사용자 출입 관리를 위한 단시간 얼굴 학습을 통한 얼굴 인식 시스템 구현한다. 이로 인해 카페 및 음식점의 운영자는 사용자들의 입·출입 데이터를 활용하여 테이블 회전율 분석 및 코로나19 방역수칙인 카페 2인 이상 1시간 이내 사용을 체크가 가능하다.

  • 문서를 통해 기록을 남기는 과거의 기록 방식은 현대에 이르러 블로그, 인스타그램 등 다양한 SNS를 활용하는 방식으로 변모하고 있다. SNS의 발달과 대중화는 현대인에게 일반적인 일기 작성 포맷으로 자리 잡고 있다. 증가하는 수요와 디지털 기술 혁신에 대비되는 기존의 수동적인 일기 작성 애플리케이션을 대체하기 위해 본 논문은 DALL-E2와 블록체인을 활용한 일기 작성 및 민팅 애플리케이션 구현을 제안한다. 사용자는 제안하는 애플리케이션을 통해 음성인식, 광학 문자인식을 통한 다양한 일기 작성 방식을 제공받고, 완성된 일기 이미지를 디지털 자산으로서 보존할 수 있다.

  • 성장하는 빅 데이터 시장과 빅 데이터 수의 기하급수적인 증가는 기존 컴퓨팅 환경에서 데이터 처리의 어려움을 야기한다. 특히 이미지 데이터 처리 속도는 데이터양이 많을수록 현저하게 느려진다. 이에 본 논문에서는 Apache Spark와 OpenCV를 활용한 분산 클러스터 컴퓨팅 환경의 대용량 이미지 머신러닝 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 Apache Spark를 통해 분산 클러스터를 구성하며, OpenCV의 이미지 처리 알고리즘과 Spark MLlib의 머신러닝 알고리즘을 활용하여 작업을 수행한다. 제안하는 시스템을 통해 본 논문은 대용량 이미지 데이터 처리 및 머신러닝 작업 속도 향상 방법을 제시한다.

A Study on the Influence of the Admission Promotion Method of Korea Polytechnic University on the Admission Competition (한국폴리텍대학의 입학 홍보방식이 입시 경쟁률에 미치는 영향)

  • This study The study analyzed the effect of the advertisement method of admission at Korea Polytechnic University on the competition rate for entrance to university. A total of 66 questionnaires were analyzed among freshmen and undergraduates at Korea Polytechnic University in Seoul. The first study revealed that the ground promotion (p<.01, ${\beta}=.363$) had an effect on the competition rate, with the ground promotion having a statistical effect on the competition rate and therefore having a significant competitive edge. Second, it was analyzed that the ground promotion and registration rates were correlated to the $p{\times}.01$ level with the. 297 level of media promotion and registration rates. Third, although the motivation for knowing the junior high school records and the Korean Polytechnic University did not significantly affect the registration rates, it was found that there were group differences because the admission patterns were higher than usual on time. This study analyzes the effect of the admission promotion method on the competition rate of the university, identifying the importance of ground advertisement, media promotion to the competition rate and registration rate, and identifying the effectiveness of characteristic factors.

  • 최근 COVID-19(코로나 바이러스 감염증) 확산에 따라 다양한 분야에서 힘든 상황이 이어지고 있다. 중앙 재난 안전 대책본부에 따르면 지난 2월 한 달간 코로나 안전신고는 약 2만 5천 건의 방역수칙 위반 신고가 들어온 것으로 집계됐다. 이에 따라 음식점 및 매장은 QR코드. 수기 작성을 통한 동선 체크, 온도 검사 등 코로나 확산을 방지하기 위한 방법을 시행하고 있지만 이는 단지 코로나 확산 방지를 위한 대책 일뿐 소상공인의 매장 운영이나 안정적인 영업 유지 등 직접적인 영향을 줄 수 없다. 이에 본 논문은 OpenCV를 활용한 고객 출입 관리 시스템을 제안한다. 본 시스템은 OpenCV 영상처리기술을 활용하여 매장을 방문하는 고객의 나이, 성별을 수집하여 주요 고객층 분석, 출입 현황 및 이용 시간을 파악한다. 본 시스템은 코로나 확진자 동선 파악을 위한 역학조사와 소상공인의 효율적인 매장 운영 시간을 분석하여 '코로나 확산 방지', '소상공인 매출 증가'의 기대 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 향후, 제안하는 기법의 실질적인 검증을 위해 실제 매장 환경에서의 테스트가 필요하다.

  • In this paper, we looked around a history and trends of domestic & overseas of the system for lifelong vocational competency development, and the vocational education & training system to be operating in Korea Polytechnic Colleges. And we looked around and analyzed the case characteristics their own to be operating in Korea Polytechnic Colleges for lifelong vocational competency development which is based on. It is expected an ability-centered society to build through a reviewing and complement of various related to the lifelong vocational competency development by the complement and introducing the advanced international system which is based on these cases.

Mediating Effect of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy on the Relationship between Perceived Social Support and Career Preparation Behavior of Korea Polytechnics Students (한국폴리텍대학생이 지각한 사회적 지지와 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정자기효능감의 매개효과)

  • This study attempted to provide basic data for career counseling and education programs by verifying the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy on relationship between perceived social support and career preparation behavior of Korean Polytechnics students. A total of 314 students from 11 departments attending the I Campus of Korea Polytechnics II were surveyed, and the research results are as follows. First, it was found that career decision-making self-efficacy completely mediated the relationship between social support and career preparation behavior. Second, the career decision-making self-efficacy had complete mediating effects on the relation between social support and career preparation behavior. Third, it was found that social support indirectly had a positive effect on career preparation behavior through career decision-making self-efficacy. The results of this study show that perceived social support of Korean Polytechnics students affects career decision-making self-efficacy and increases the level of career preparation behavior. This suggests that through active social support around Korean Polytechnics students, it is necessary to provide environmental factors that can promote career preparation behavior by enhancing the self-efficacy of career decision-making, which is a low-level factor for students.

Influence on the attitude of technological improvement training staff at Korea Polytechnic University (한국폴리텍대학의 기술향상훈련이 이직태도에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, 62 questionnaires were surveyed from November 3 to November 25, 2016 for workers who received more than one skill improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University. Factor analysis was done by removing 11 items out of 27 items and using the final 16 items, five factors were derived and the validity was confirmed with significance probability p = .000. Durbin-Watson values were 1.787 and 1.780, respectively. The results of this study were as follows: First, the effects of skill enhancement training on job attitude of Korea Polytechnic University were found as follows. First, the effects on job satisfaction were consistency of contents (p <.05, ${\beta}=.434$) (P <.05, p = .328), and the sense of belonging was significant (p <.05, p = .338). Second, the correlation between the skill improvement training and the turnover attitude shows that the efficiency of method - job satisfaction (.311), efficiency of method - clarity of purpose (.350), efficiency of method - suitability of content (.771) - content fit (.467), job satisfaction - content fit (.191), but the sense of belonging was not correlated. Third, the results of the difference in perception of turnover attitude according to years of service of technical improvement training at Korea Polytechnic University did not have a statistically significant effect. In this study, it is meaningful to investigate the effect of the skill improvement training on the attitude of turnover and its effectiveness.

Effects of Action Learning Approach on Learning Motivation and Problem-solving Capacity in NCS Vocational Competency Class of Polytechnic College (폴리텍대학 NCS 직업기초능력 수업에서 액션러닝방식이 학습자의 학습동기와 문제해결력에 미치는 영향)

  • This study analyzed effects of Action Learning approach on enhancing learning motivation and improving problem-solving capacity in NCS vocational competency classes of Polytechnic College. Targeted group is B Polytechnic College located in Chungnam, and 53 students in experimental group and 64 students in control group. analysis of data is descriptive statistic analysis and the multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) method to study sub factors of learning motivation and problem-solving ability. As a result, Action Learning approach has a great influence on connection, confidence, and satisfaction, among the sub factors of learning motivation. also figured that the approach has positive effects on problem clarifying, cause analysis, alternative developing, planning/practicing, and performance assessment, among the sub factors of problem-solving capacity. Moreover, Polytechnic College's NCS vocational competency classes are desirably required to adopt the approach of Action Learning for their educational method, as it fosters basic competencies, such as understanding of diverse perspectives, communicating, leadership, interpersonal relationship, self-development, coping with conflicts, operating meetings, to be learned while students are doing problem-solving activities under a team-working atmosphere.
