컴퓨터 보급의 일반화와 빠르게 변화하는 학습 환경의 변화에 따라 학생의 정보 활용수준 향상에 부합할 수 있는 교육 내용의 개선이 크게 요구된다. 하지만, 현재, 초등학교에서의 재량활동을 활용한 정보통신기술 교육과정은 적은 수업 시간 수 등의 이유로 유명무실하게 운영되고 있으며, 더욱이 초등학생들의 정보통신기술 활용능력과 교재 내용간의 수준 차이로 인해 일부 학생들에게는 효과적인 정보통신기술 교육이 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 초등학교 학생들의 효과적인 정보통신기술 교육 방안을 모색하기 위하여 모듈 교수-학습 모형을 기반으로 한 응용 소프트웨어 활용 교육 방안을 마련하고 이를 실제 교육 현장에 적용하여 그 효과를 연구해보았다.

본 연구에서는 비 정보과 교사들의 효과적인 SW 교육 교수효능감 함양을 위하여 팀 프로젝트 기반 융합 교육 프로그램을 개발하였다. 개발된 교육 내용은 융합교육 및 팀 프로젝트에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 수학, 과학, 정보 등이 융합된 다양한 프로젝트를 실습한 뒤, 직접 문제 해결을 위한 프로젝트의 설계 및 개발과 발표, 동료 평가 및 피드백의 과정으로 구성되어 있다. 이는 10주간 비 정보과 교사들에게 처치되었고, 사전-사후 t-검정 결과, 통계적으로 유의한 향상을 나타내었다. 하지만 본 연구의 실험은 단일집단을 대상으로 하였기 때문에 추후 통제집단과의 비교를 통하여 향상에 대한 통계적 비교가 필요로 된다.

The quality growth of online education triggered by remote education platforms such as Coursera and edX has increased the demand for lifelong education through online platforms. In response, South Korea has also created various lifelong education support systems and sites in government agencies and local governments. Each support system and web sites created its own member information collection system. The systematic collection and utilization of learners' information requires an integrated member management system of each system. Therefore, the current status of member information collection of state-level lifelong education support systems was analyzed. Based on this, it distinguishes between member information that systems collect in common and information that they collect separately. It will help to bridge the items underlying the integrated membership framework.

매스컴을 통해 자주 보도되는 정보통신 윤리 관련 범죄는 정보통신 윤리 교육의 필요성이 강조되게 하고 있으며, 최근 교육학자들은 정보 윤리 교육의 실행방안에 대해 많은 연구를 하고 있다. 추병완(2001)은 가상공간의 질서 유지를 위한 네티켓은 강제적이고 억압적인 외적규제보다는 네티즌 자신의 자율성에 의존하는 내적 규제라는 점을 고려해 볼 때, 정보통신윤리 교육은 학생들의 자율성을 발달시켜 주는 방향으로 실시되어야한다고 제시한다. 정보 윤리 교육이 학생들의 자발적인 활동과 체험을 중시하는 가운데 양방향적으로 이루어질 수 있게 하기 위한 방법을 제시하고 설명형, 탐구형, 시범형, 활동형방법의 네 가지 방법을 통합적으로 활용하는 것이 바람직하다고 하였다. 정보통신윤리 교육방법을 통합적으로 활용할 수 있는 코스웨어가 필요하며 그 대안으로 GBS(Goal-Based Scenarios) 방식의 코스웨어를 제시하며 초등학생을 대상으로 하여 GBS를 기반으로 정보통신윤리교육을 위한 사례중심 프로그램을 개발하고 적용해 봄으로써 그 효과를 검증해 보고자 정보 나열형 코스웨어와 사례중심형 코스웨에의 두 가지 종류의 프로그램으로 사전검사를 통해 동질집단으로 밝혀진 두 집단을 학습시키고 사후검사를 통해 두 집단간 비교를 하였으며 각 집단의 사전 사후 대응 검정을 통하여 프로그램의 효과를 검증하였다.

Even though there are many models for educational curriculum of giftedness for children, there is little model for educational methodology and curriculum of information science giftedness of children. A curriculum model for information science giftedness of children is proposed on this study. This model's characteristics is a modular integrated curriculum model combined the mathematics, natural science, and information science. Because there is no regular curriculums of information science at elementary school. this model is valided. Also, There is also need to train multiple areas in the field of information science to expose information science giftedness of the children, This model is to minimize the relationship between modules, and to maximize the cohesion in the each module. As for result of statistics analysis for 60 giftedness students during three years, we know the effectiveness of this model.

요즈음 인터넷 사용자들의 폭발적인 증가와 함께 많은 콘텐츠가 생겨났고 그중 공간의 제약이 없고 교육의 기회가 확대되는 장점으로 인해 사이버강의, 사이버대학이 생기는 등 온라인 교육이 활성화 되고 있는 추세이다. 그러나 온라인 교육은 오프라인 교육과 달리 수강자가 출석이나 시험 일정 등 자신이 수업에 관한 정보를 계속적으로 관리하지 않으면 출석미달, 과제 및 시험에 관한 정보부재로 인한 어려움이 생길 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 항상 지참하고 있는 휴대폰을 이용하여 사이버강의 등의 수업정보를 언제 어디서나 관리하여 온라인교육의 학습능률을 향상시킬 수 있는 모바일 교육시스템을 제안한다.

교육정보화 사업은 제 1, 2단계 교육정보화 종합발전 방안의 큰 틀 안에서 성공적으로 추진되어 왔다. 제 1단계 교육정보화 종합 계획에서 물적 기반 구축을 중심으로 이루어지던 교육정보화 정책이 2001년부터 시행된 제 2단계 교육정보화 종합 발전 방안에서는 활용 중심의 교육정보화 방향으로 전환하여 수행되어 왔다. 제 2단계 교육정보화 종합 발전방안이 종료되는 2005년 현 시점에서 돌이켜 보면, 교육정보화 인프라 구축 및 물량 투입 중심의 정보화 사업을 추진해 왔으며 그 결과 다른 여러 나라와 비교해서 손색이 없을 정도로 교육 현장에 정보화 환경이 조성되고 있고, 교육정보화를 통한 교육 혁신의 중요성을 인식하고 있다. 그러나 현재 학교에 보급된 교육정보자원은 학교마다의 실정을 고려하지 않은 대부분 공급자 중심의 획일화 된 규격에 일부 자원의 경우 여러 가지 이유로 충분한 활용이 이뤄지지 못하고 있다. 또, 교육정보자원의 관리 측면에서는 관리 주체가 학교마다 다르고 제대로 지정되지 않은 경우도 많아 업무의 효율성과 관리의 용이성이 떨어지고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 10 여 년 동안 일선 학교에 보급된 교육정보자원을 보다 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서 현재 교육정보자원에 대한 활용, 관리 실태를 정확하게 파악하고, 조사 분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고 이를 토대로 교육정보자원의 내실화 방안을 수립하여 제반 교육정보자원의 역할 및 기능을 재정립하고, 향후 신기술 수용 및 교육환경 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 수 있도록 하고자 한다.

Curriculum is essential for primary and secondary education. The development of the 2022 revised curriculum, which is Korea's national level curriculum has been completed. Nevertheless, the library and information life, which are curriculums for information literacy instruction remain in the structure of the 2009 curriculum. In this study, I analyze the structure and contents of the curriculum for information utilization education in Pennsylvania, USA, identify trends in information literacy instruction, and present the direction of revision of library and information life. The Pennsylvania curriculum for information literacy instruction has an overall structure consisting of long-term transfer goals, big ideas(inquire, include, collaborate, curate, explore, engage), concepts, competencies, and essential questions. In addition, there is a detailed structure consisting of stage l(desired results), stage 2(assessment evidence of learning) and stage (learning plan).

Rising rate of IT industry in world economy, major countries strengthen IT education. Especially, Owing to SW become significant in IT industry, curriculums of school to enlarge SW education are made in major country. Korea Association of Information Education have studied a new curriculum and suggest a new plan that content of information education classify by 'computer system', 'SW production' and 'fusion activity'. Therefore we study on a curriculum for information of SW production of elementary and middle school. In this paper we firstly suggest object to achieve on information of SW production of elementary and middle school. Next we suggest teaching learning method and evaluation method on them. we expect that the object to achieve on information of SW production we suggest will contribute to develop the curriculum of ICT subject.

An aim of this study is to analyze status of information literacy and propose some ways strengthening its role as a cross-curriculum. Analyses show that information literacy is a basic competency of creative person composing the educational human figure under the national curriculum in Korea. In the school knowledge, its position is a procedural knowledge to create new ideas, also it is a interdisciplinary thinking skill under the instructional method. Therefore, information literacy instruction covering media and ICT literacy should exist as a main cross-curriculum to be a selective subject in the national curriculum. And finally, one of learning skills, its definition should be cleary stated such as information research and access, information analyses and interpretation, information synthesize and presentation.
