최근에 고도의 전자산업이 발전함에 따라 고성능의 회토류계 영구자석재료의 산업적 요구가 크게 증가함을 보여 왔다. 이는 자동차, 항공 산업뿐만 아니라 정보산업 및 전자산업에 이르기까지 폭넓게 적용되기 때문이다. Nd-Fe-B 영구자석이 1983년 최초로 발견되어진 이후로 Nd-Fe-B 자석의 연구와 개발에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있다. Nd$_2$Fe$_{14}$B 종류의 자석은 기존에는 일반적으로 분말야금 방법과 급냉방법으로 제작되었다. 그러나 두 방법 모두 소모적이고, 불필요한 에너지를 필요로 하며 원재료로써 고순도의 금속을 사용함으로써 생산단가가 증가되는 단점이 있다. (중략)

A mathematical model of responsibility-sensitive safety (RSS) has been proposed as a way to determine whether an autonomous driving accident has occurred. Autonomous vehicles related industry and academia have shown great interest in this model. However, this mathematical model lacks a comprehensive review on whether the model can be used to clarify responsibilities of autonomous vehicles in the event of a traffic accident. In this study, we analyzed the issues that need to be solved in order to apply the RSS model. In conclusion, there is a limit in the equation and the social acceptability of the RSS model. To use the RSS model practically, it is necessary to define the response time of the autonomous vehicle and to measure and control the reaction time value according to the appropriate technology level for each autonomous vehicle.

번호판 자동인식 (ALPR: Automatic License Plate Recognition)은 지능형 교통시스템 및 비디오 감시 시스템 등 많은 응용 분야에서 필요한 기술이다. 대부분의 연구는 자동차를 대상으로 번호판 감지 및 인식을 연구하였고, 오토바이를 대상으로 번호판 감지 및 인식은 매우 적은 편이다. 자동차의 경우 번호판이 차량의 전방 또는 후방 중앙에 위치하며 번호판의 뒷배경은 주로 단색으로 덜 복잡한 편이다. 그러나 오토바이의 경우 킥 스탠드를 이용하여 세우기 때문에 주차할 때 오토바이는 다양한 각도로 기울어져 있으므로 번호판의 글자 및 숫자 인식하는 과정이 훨씬 더 복잡하다. 본 논문에서는 다양한 각도로 주차된 오토바이 데이트세트에 대하여 번호판의 문자 인식 정확도를 높이기 위하여 2-스테이지 YOLOv2 알고리즘을 사용하여 오토바이 영역을 선 검출 후 번호판 영역을 검지한다. 인식률을 높이기 위해 앵커박스의 사이즈와 개수를 오토바이 특성에 맞추어 조절하였다. 그 후 기울어진 번호판을 검출한 후 영상 워핑(Image Warping) 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 모의실험 결과, 기존 방식의 인식률이 47,74%에 비해 제안된 방식은 80.23%의 번호판의 인식률을 얻었다. 제안된 방법은 전체적으로 오토바이 번호판 특성에 맞는 앵커박스와 이미지 워핑을 통해서 다양한 기울기의 오토바이 번호판 문자 인식을 높일 수 있었다.

In recent years, the development and market participation of major makers of next-generation eco-friendly vehicles has been accelerating. Consumer interest has also increased. Consumer characteristics, consumption type, characteristics of next-generation eco-friendly vehicles, and government policies on next-the results of this study are as follows. As a result of this study, it was found that the characteristics of consumers (by sex, age, monthly average income), types of consumers (price value pursuit type, individual value pursuit type), There was no significant difference between the consumers, and the purchasing intention was not significantly different by gender, age, and monthly income, but there was a significant difference in purchase intention according to the type of consumer. The positive effects of consumer purchase behavior on brand image, color, design, etc, have positive (+) effect on eco - friendly vehicles. And social environment value seeking type among consumer types are significant in relation to purchase intention. To have three support the government's carbon dioxide (per ton of 5,000 won, per ton of 10,000 won), national or local government vehicle price support directly gasolin tax, disel tax, carbon taxes, such as fuel-related tax relief, etc. was found to have positive effect.

The era of fully autonomous vehicles which can travel to their destination completely, is expected to arrive in the near future. The automobile industry will face a huge change in the near future. It makes the industry in the midst of a major turning point, since the automobile was born in the late 1800s. It is expected that the fully autonomous vehicle will be defined as a part of a living space beyond the concept of transportation. However, the existing research on the interior design of the fully autonomous vehicle is insufficient. The purpose of this study is to propose a design method of interior space through analyzing in-vehicle activities, which is a fundamental design element that can satisfy user's emotional experience suitable the concept of living space. For this purpose, the consumer's consciousness about the in-vehicle activity of fully autonomous vehicle was investigated. As a result, domestic consumers perceived the needs of in-vehicle activities related to resting, listening and watching activities such as 'sleeping and resting', 'watching TV and movie', 'listening to music' among 'self - centered' activities. Based on the results of the investigation, this study will suggest a design method of interior design of the fully autonomous vehicle. This study is meaningful, because it is a leading research that suggests new ways of designing interior space by analyzing consumer's needs in a quantitative method.

Sales representatives of automobile company play a key role in the circulation system. Given the characteristics of the good, consumers demand high-quality information and guides from the salespersons when they decide to purchase an automobile. Sales representatives provide service to the customers in accordance with their needs to help purchase decision-making process. Therefore, a sales representative's personal competence have a significant effect on sales performance. Based on this hypothesis, we assumed that personal competence of a salesperson has a positive correlation with sales performance. An empirical analysis was conducted to test the hypothesis. This study classifies personal competence into 4 independent variables((1) sales technique professionalism (2) salesperson's attitude and relationship with customers (3) emotion utilization (4) emotion control) and measures the correlation with the dependent variable(sales performance). To verify the relationship, we set and modified the hypothesis based on the precedent studies and researches. In addiction, a survey was conducted targeting 300 local salespersons from Gyeonggi-Gangwon region. 268 valid samples were used and analyzed with SPSS WIN24.0 statistical program. As a result of an empirical analysis, it turned out that sales technique professionalism and emotion utilization have positive correlation with sales performance. However, the result failed to support the assumption that sales representative's attitude and relationship with customers and emotion control have positive correlation with sales performance. At last the result revealed that personal competence should be considered as an important determinant of recruitment specification for sales representatives.

The global demand for lithium-ion batteries (LIBs) has been continuously increasing since the 1990s along with the growth of the portable electronic device market. Of late, the rapid growth of the electric vehicle market has further accelerated the demand for LIBs. The demand for the LIBs is expected to surpass the supply of lithium from natural resources in the near future, posing a risk to the global lithium supply chain. Moreover, the continuous accumulation of end-of-life LIBs is expected to cause serious environmental problems. To solve these problems, recycling the spent LIBs must be viewed as a critical technological challenge that must be urgently addressed. In this study, recycling LIBs using pyrometallurgical processes and post-processes for efficient lithium recovery are briefly reviewed along with the major accomplishments in the field and current challenges.

본고는 미국의 타이어 업계지 "Modern Tire Dealer"애서 조사한, 미국의 80년도 타이어 업계 및 타이어 시장 전반에 관한 실적분석이다. 특히' 80년도 미국의 경제침체와 자동차산업의 예외없는 타격으로 전미 타이어 업계에는 근래없는 최악의 해로 기록되고 있다. 즉, 승용차용 타이어 시장을 보면 전년비 15% 감소되었으며, 트럭ㆍ버스용 타이어는 무려 21%의 막대한 감소률을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 많은 타이어 공장의 폐쇄가 속출하는 등 실로 심각한 불황의 한해를 겪은 것 같다.<편집자 주>

우리는 날마다 자동차 사고 소식을 듣고 있다. 그에 비하면 선박(화물선)이나 여객선의 해상 사고소식도 간간이 보도되지만 항공기 그 중에도 여객기 사고 소식은 별로 잦지 않다. 승객수에 의한 사고 빈도나 승객거리당 사고율, 그리고 취항수송수와 사고횟수의 비율, 주행 또는 항행거리당 사고율을 수송수단별로 비교해 보면 여객기 사고가 가장 적다.
