광고는 매체와 기술 의존적인 본질에 의해 새로운 매체와 플랫폼, 기술이 생겨나고 발전할 때마다 새로운 정의에 의해 개념지어졌다. 이 글에서는 전통적인 개념의 광고와 인터넷 시대의 광고의 정의에 대해 알아보고, 인터넷의 진화된 버전이라 여겨지는 메타버스 내에서의 광고에 대해 논의했다. 인터렉티브 광고모델(IAM)에 따라 메타버스 이용자의 동기를 파악했고, 메타버스 내 여러 광고가 어떤 방식으로 그 동기를 충족시킬 수 있는지 논의했다. 마지막으로 메타버스를 활용한 광고의 다양한 형식을 실제 사례를 통해 파악했다.

A ubiquitous-based construction site management system coupled with construction processing status of a 3-D spatial information and sensor network for construction site management is implemented. The service of such management system is able to save efforts and times to check the processing status of construction sites and more the related construction staff in charge can receive the real time information of construction field or the related information can be transmitted to the office where the construction staffs in charge are. Especially we can provide on a mobile smart phone of real time processing status at construction field and environmental information of such temperature, humidity, information of GPS, etc. which are able to affect the construction status. In addition, construction processing and design modification etc. as well as necessary informations are able to be helped and provided at any time and to any place.

The purpose of this study is to assess the degree of vegetation recovery such as the vegetation change and the effect of artificial restoration measures according to the number of years since the restoration works at the damaged Jungbong and Nuebong area in Mudeungsan National Park. We set up a total of 21 survey areas including 11 monitoring areas to analyze the flora, relative dominance, species diversity, and similarity in the restored site after relocation of Zungbong army base in 1996 and the restored site after the demolition of Neeebong telecommunication facility in 1999 and 10 control areas in the adjacent natural forest to assess the vegetation recovery in the restored sites and the nearby natural forest. The Mean Similarity Index of seed composition was relatively low at 3.5% in the Jungbong restoration site 17 years after the restoration, and the height of shrub layer, in which azaleas and furred azaleas appeared, recovered to the level of 82.6%. We concluded that it is necessary to continue monitoring the restored sites to develop the recovery assessment method and recovery work technology for sub-alpine areas in Mudeungsan National Park and other national park areas.

In this paper, the technology verification of next generation broadcasting technology and service suitable for domestic broadcasting environment was carried out to build and activate domestic terrestrial UHD broadcasting. ATSC 3.0-based mobile HD broadcasting is currently conducting experiments with various parameters from broadcasting companies, research institutes and others. However, experiments on integrated transmissions, including audio services, have not been carried out. Through this experiment, we first performed the theory and experiment on the maximum number of ATSC 3.0 based UHD broadcasting service, maximum service number of HD broadcasting considering mobility, and maximum service number of audio broadcasting within one channel (6MHz). Second, parameters for integrated transmission of each service (UHD broadcasting, mobile HD and audio broadcasting) in one channel were derived. Finally, we studied technical possibilities through field tests that we receive while moving directly in the field.

방송통신 기술기준은 국가에서 정하는 강제표준으로서 통신사업자 및 관련 기관이 준수해야 하는 의무 사항을 규정하고 있다. 2017년에는 "방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정"이 개정 공포(대통령령 제27998호, 2017.4.25.)되어 국내 통신설비 환경에 큰 변화를 가져 올 기술적 요건들을 의무화하고 있다. 건축물의 지하층부터 지상층까지 구내용 이동통신설비를 설치하도록 하여 어디에서나 이동통신이 가능한 환경을 구축하고, 구내통신망의 설계시 구내 간선계에 광신호를 다중화하여 전송하는 기술적 방안을 선택할 수 있도록 함으로써 공사비 절감 및 유지관리의 용이 화를 유도하는 등 다양한 내용을 내포하고 있다. 본고에서는 최근 개정된 "방송통신설비의 기술기준에 관한 규정"의 주요 내용들과 후속적인 조치로서 이루어져야 할 사항들에 대해 살펴 보고자 한다.

In the case of a failure due to equipment deterioration in the public address system or a worker's mistake during construction, broadcasting becomes impossible. In this situation, we have designed a more advanced management broadcast system that can broadcast. The broadcasting service is operated using main broadcasting device, and local broadcasting device operates separately only in the local area. If the main broadcasting device becomes inoperable, the procedure for transferring the control activates the device with the local broadcasting devices based on data backed up by the main controller. This paper proposes an improved method of the conventional emergency broadcasting device duplication method. The existing method could not use the standby equipment in the normal state, but in the proposed method, the standby equipment can be used as local broadcasting equipment in usually. This method enables stable system operation while minimizing resource waste due to redundant configuration of expensive devices.

In this paper we proposed channel models for terrestrial ATSC (Advanced Television Systems Committee) DTV (Digital Television) system in South Korea. For the purpose of this model, we research on propagation model involved in terrestrial DTV system and analyze out field test data of terrestrial DTV broadcasting carried out in korean Broadcasting System. Using the measured values of received field strength, newly proposed Path-loss models have more correctly than that of conventional Path-loss models. This models can be utilized usefully for the efficient ATSC DTV system implementation requiring accurate link-budget calculation

우리나라의 방송콘텐츠 시장은 2012년까지 연평균 성장률 3.5% 수준에 머무를 것으로 전망되고 있다. 원인으로는 콘텐츠 산업의 높은 파급효과에도 불구하고 영세한 제작환경 및 유통구조로 인해 양적/질적 측면에서의 낙후성을 벗어나지 못하는 것을 들 수 있다. 이는 경쟁 활성화를 가로막는 규제제도, 방송통신 플랫폼 사업자와 콘텐츠 제작자간 불공정 거래, 콘텐츠 제작자의 영세성 등에 기인한다. 이러한 우리 방송 환경을 고려할 때 신디케이트 도입은 성숙되지 않은 콘텐츠산업에 새로운 동력을 공급하는 계기가 될 것이다. 이러한 신디케이트 중 '온라인신디케이트'라는 것은 방송콘텐츠 유통전문기관을 설립함으로써 방송통신콘텐츠 판매창구를 개발하고, 제작사의 이익을 보장하며, 수요자에게 안정적으로 콘텐츠를 공급할 수 있다. 뿐만 아니라 국내외 시장 개척을 통해서 보다 확장된 창구화 효과를 거둘 수 있고, 현재의 변화된 방송환경에 맞추어 체계적이며 안정적인 공급과 판매를 통해서 우리나라 방송통신콘텐츠 산업 발전에 크게 이바지 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다. 또한 방송통신콘텐츠 제작의 활성화와 유통구조의 개선은 전 세계를 대상으로 글로벌콘텐츠를 판매할 수 있어야 함으로 국제적 유통망 구축이 필수적이라고 할 수 있다. 그러므로 온라인신디케이트는 국제적 유통망구축에 효과적이며 결국 유통과 제작, 제작과 유통이 상호간 높은 관련성을 의미한다. 향 후 프로그램의 제작은 해외의 수출시장 파악이 우선이다. 그 후 국내 프로그램의 유통 성공여부를 가름하고, 해당 국가의 유통시장을 면밀히 분석할 필요가 있으며, 필요하다면 현지 유통사 및 제작사와 협력관계를 유지할 필요가 있다. 최종적으로 성공가능성을 타진하여 현지 유통사를 인수하는 것이 위험 부담을 크기 때문에 이러한 과정을 통해서 글로벌 유통기업을 만들어야 하나, 설립은 막대한 자금이 필요하므로 이러한 '온라인 유통공사(신디케이트)의 설립'은 처음 시작해야 하는 위험 부담을 줄이는 지름길일 것이다.
