문화 기호는 민족 문화를 이해하고 특성을 분석하는 효과적인 방법이다. 중국에서 민족 문화 정체성에 대한 분석은 중화 민족 화합을 위한 중요한 자료로 활용된다. 이에, 본 논문은 <채운남(彩云南), 2009> 애니메이션 속 문화 기호 정체성의 표현에 대한 분석을 통해 민족문화 정체성을 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 통해, 다양한 민족 간 유대감과 소속감을 유도할 수 있는 기초 학술자료가 되리나 기대한다.

With the upcoming Digital age, it is time to develop digitalized contents based on cultural basis. in this respect, Kimchi is one of the most primal cultural content signifying Korean culture. It's no doubt the time to initiate the movement to digitalize the contents concerning Kimchi by gathering materials on the origin of Kimchi culturally and a great value to revive digital contents regarding Kimchi. Therefore, in this research, it is regarded that Kimchi is one of the most prominent cultural value that is possible to inherit from generations and should be stratified on the database. A method explaning Korean Kimchi culture is sought in this paper. And It is focused on the culture of Korean Kimchi profoundly and focus on detailed context and varied styles of he digital contents. It is organized on the basis of various aged volumes regarding Kimchi classified by seasons, ingredients, Jonga Kimchi (Kimchi inherited from the oldest family by generations), 24 seasonal divisions of the year, and 8 regional divisions of the nation. It is planned to set up digitally-focused library regarding cultural origin of contents and to present solidity and a feeling of being dynamic The results could be used in a variety of Industries in tourism, education, Kimchi and building basic infrastructure in entertainment industry. It is also applied to specialized industry by providing cultural contents and it could contribute to activation of Kimchi industry with e-Market and portal site regarding Kimchi. Moreover, it may re-establish the cultural value of Kimchi and provide the infrastructure in Kimchi-related industry such as Kimchi cyber museum, Kimchi Expo, Kimchi town by using educational materials in Education industry fields (regular curriculum and experience tour).

The public library strives to foster information use by the public, cultural activities, reading, and life-long education. Public libraries are firmly rooted in local societies providing services that reflect the needs and characteristics of those local communities, while at the same time are structured in a coherent nation-wide network. This study examines practices of managing local cultural contents and proposes ways in which public libraries, as central information hubs in local communities, can provide diverse knowledge information and cultural programs, and local culture contents.

Recently, the organizations related to cultural contents are gradually expanding access to cultural contents for general public through the distributed network. However, since cultural contents have different characteristics than general contents, the objects, the of cultural contents seldom contain the words generally used for organization and search of information. If the cultural contents system is created without any consideration of such differences. We cannot effectively identify and search resources. Moreover, because the names, expressions and meanings are different between metadata elements of various cultural contents, it is very difficult to interconnect or share information between different systems. In order to solve these problems, proper organization ad management of metadata is vital. In this studym we have comparatively analyzed the data elements of each format based on Dublin Core, EAD, VRA, CDWA, CIMI, and Object ID, the metadata formats approached from various aspects in the cultural contents area. Through this study, we tried to provide the basic materials for integration of cultural contents by securing interoperability of different metadata formats.

The proliferation of mobile and tablet PC has been collapsing down geographic boundaries. Accordingly, the global cultural and artistic activities and public cultural content exchange have been enlarged. With the spread of Web 2.0, users can easily access a variety of cultural contents. However, each local government develops applicable technical and cultural content service on their own without consulting any best practices or standards. In addition, unlike traditional contents services mobile content services should take into account the characteristics of the environment. It is also necessary to provide personalized contents in a timely manner. In order to accelerate the future mobile environment, this study presents a mobile web service practice that was developed based on the current state for mobile services and a cultural contents derived from standards and effective deployment of the service plan focusing on the case of "The Encyclopedia of Korean Local Culture".

Although research interests on culture content have been increased in recent years, few studies have focused on the educating culture content specialists. The purpose of this study is to investigate point of issue based on the domestic and foreign organization cases which are related to culture content. To achieve our purpose, this study showed educating culture content specialists of foreign organization cases especially, USA, Japan, England, Australia, and Canada. In addition, we propose educating culture content specialists of domestic organization especially, university. With foreign and domestic cases of educating culture content specialists, we suggest few recommendations for development culture contents. This paper concludes with study point of issue as well as recommendations.

연구에서는 기존의 업종구분 없이 창업보육센터의 서비스와 입주기업의 성과와의 상관관계 분석과 관련된 연구들을 문화콘텐츠 분야의 기업 관점에서도 유의미한지 재 검증해보고, 또한 문화콘텐츠 기업의 특성상 아이템의 사업성이 입주기업의 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 검증하고자 한다. 그래서 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육 시 필요한 서비스를 발굴하고 빠르게 변화하는 문화콘텐츠 시장의 성장에 따른 아이템의 사업성 평가에 따른 차별화된 창업보육 서비스를 통해 성과가 도출될 수 있도록 체계적이고 합리적인 문화콘텐츠 분야의 창업보육시스템 구축의 중요성에 대해서 논의하고자 한다. 실증분석을 위하여 설문조사는 경기도 문화콘텐츠분야 창업보육센터 입주기업을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 설문 데이터의 실증분석 방법으로는 SmartPLS 2.0를 이용해 빈도분석(頻度分析), 신뢰도분석(信賴度分析), 그리고 구조모형을 통하여 가설검증을 실시하였다. 가설검증을 통해 분석한 결과를 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 창업아이템의 사업타당성에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원서비스, 경영지원서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 창업아이템의 사업타당성에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅 지원 서비스는 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업보육센터의 지원서비스 수준이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과에서는, 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나, 경영지원 서비스, 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 재무적 성과에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 공간 및 부대지원 서비스, 경영지원 서비스, 인적지원 서비스 및 마케팅지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의미한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것을 확인 할 수 있었으나. 기술지원 서비스는 입주기업의 비재무적 성과에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경기도 문화콘텐츠 분야 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과에 미치는 영향을 미치는 것을 분석한 결과 창업아이템의 사업타당성이 입주기업의 성과(재무적,비재무적) 성과에 모두 영향을 미치는 중요한 요소임을 확인 할 수 있었다.

The 21st century is often dubbed as a century of culture. Many eyes are on various cultures including global and national ones. In particular regional cultures have emerged as a major interest. Korea's Jeonnam province which has been regarded as a backward region is not an exception in this regard. Its cultural contents which are still intact due to lagging development are drawing much attention. Growing interests and efforts to develop traditional cultural items like Jeonju's traditional paper, Naju's natural dyeing or Damyang's bamboo are good examples. This study is to focus on Damyang's bamboo relying on scientific approach and develop educational contents which demonstrate connections between science and culture. Thus, the study presents region-oriented educational contents based on regional cultures, which will bring about pride and affection toward regions and cultures.

The cultural contents are a field that originally has a cycle ranged from producers of various contents and distribution consumption. The various object elements composing of an ecosystem of cultural contents in this cycle, and the search of harmonious relations between these objects is becoming an important issue. The ecological approach on the cultural contents field is not being tried authentically until now, in spite of the expansion of interest and usefulness from its application at present, so there is no detailed discussion on the inside of an ecosystem and its action such as confirmation of object elements composing of the ecosystem, interaction principles between objects and object development, principles of co-evolution, etc. achieving common development of all objects composing of the ecosystem. Therefore, the present research aims to confirm object elements composing of the ecosystem of cultural contents through an ecosystem model that has been researched in several fields of the ecosystem and social science, and to seek interaction between objects and each object as well as a development direction of a total ecosystem.
