Every educational institutes in our country are connected each other with internet lines but their low-level usage environment causes the speed of information-communication net to be slow. Therefore we confront many difficult barriers to operate the highlighted informatization education. In this paper, I examined and studied the effective operation solutions about basic equipment of electronic net.

최근에 중등학교 학내 전산망에서 동영상 위주의 멀티미디어 학습 자료를 이용한 학습이 많아짐에 따라, 실제 수업 시간이나 자율 학습 시간에 동영상 학습 자료를 활용했을 때 트래픽 특성이 구체적으로 어떻게 나타나는 지를 정량적으로 규명하는 것이 요구된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 고등학교 1개교와 중학교 1개교에 대해 동영상 학습 자료를 이용한 학습 시 학내 전산망에서 나타나는 트래픽 특성을 트래픽 분석 도구를 이용하여 분석하였다. 특히, 학교 내에 자체 웹 서버의 유무, 컴퓨터 접속 대수 등을 주요 변인으로 하여 동영상 실행 시 나타나는 현상들에 대한 측정 결과들을 제시하였다. 측정 결과로부터 다음과 같은 특성들을 얻어낼 수 있었다. 첫째, 학교 내에 자체 웹 서버의 유무가 전송 트래픽 량에 상당한 영향을 주었다. 둘째, 동시 컴퓨터 접속 대수의 증가가 끊김 현상과 같은 트래픽 특성에 영향을 주었다. 이러한 측정 및 분석 결과를 볼 때, 적게는 수십 명 많게는 수백 명의 학생이 동시에 인터넷을 통해 학습을 한다면 학내 전산망의 구성 형태나 동시 접속자 수에 따라 원활한 학습을 가져오지 못하고 많은 문제를 가져 올 것으로 예상되었다.

본 고에서는 국방부의 현대적 전쟁환경에 맞는 새로운 정보시스템을 구축하여 폭넓 은 정보교환과 효율적인 정보관리 능력을 증강하기 위하여 행정, 교육, 금융, 공안, 외교 및 물류 등의 독립적인 전용 전산망을 통합된 하나의 전산망으로 구축할 경우 다중등급보안을 처리하기 위해 미국 NSA가 주도하여 수행하고 있는 MISSI와 이에 이용되는 Fortezza 그리 고 현재 미국에서 구축중에 있는 DII의 구성에 대해 분석하였다. 본 고는 향후 정보전을 대 비한 효율적인 국방망 구축을 위한 기초자료이다.

Each university in Korea has connected its campus network to outer network with a variety methods since every year KREN adopted an open bid in selecting a network service company. In particular many universities connected two or more outer networks have faced more complex decision problems about their network operations due to the intricacy of the networks. So, those university needs the system which helps the managers to select the optimum operating method for their campus networks. In this paper, campus network traffic efficiency based on utilization was analyzed using the manager's answers to the questions for traffic management. And, by the result of analysis, the link strategy to outer networks was suggested for the universities running simultaneously two outer networks.

Internet has being grown explosively in recent years, hence it becomes easy to search and access information. But it is happening frequently to access illegally into the systems and data, there are many damage caused by them. So, it is very important that we construct security plan for the systems and data. It is not exception on school network being diffused to all schools. But, we have weakness about security to manage server and network safely. So it is causing much anxieties. In this paper, we searched security points make sure of safety of school network, and developed security audit agent helping management of security. Through simple registration process, this agent is able to audit basic and important security problems about not only server systems but also pc systems, and notify to administrator automatically. It is expected to provide efficiency in managing school network.

흔히들 네트워크(network)들의 네트워크라 불리는 인터넷의 급속한 보급은 개별기 관들이 적은 비용으로 전세계에 산재해 있는 정보를 효율적으로 검색할 수 있을 뿐만 아니 라, 개별기관들을 전세계에 쉽게 알릴 수 있는 환경을 제공하고 있지 때문이다. 개별기관들 의 인터넷 접속은 ISP(Internet Service Provider)를 통해서 이루어진다. ISP는 IP 주소를 할 당해주고, 인터넷 접속서비스를 제공하는 업체로서 우리 나라의 경우 비영리업체로는 교육 전산망, 연구 전산망 등이 있고 영리업체로는 Kornet, Boranet, 아니네트 등이 있다. 구미 선진국의 경우 지역기관들을 대상으로 하는 ISP가 설립되어, 인터넷을 이용한 지역정보화의 견인차 역할을 담당하고 있다. 즉, 지역 기관들이 일정한 지분을 참여하여 ISP를 설립하고, 이에 가입한 지역 기관들에 저렴한 가격으로 인터넷 접속 서비스를 지원하고 있다. 이러한 지역 ISP의 설립은 지역적 특성을 반영하여, 지역 중소기업의 정보화라던지 지역교육기관의 정보화 등과 같은 특정한 목적 달성을 위해 효율적으로 활용될 수 있다. 본 연구는 ISP에 대한 현황을 알아보고, 지역 ISP의 설립을 통한 인터넷 접속의 효율화 및 특정 목적을 위한 ISP에 발전방안을 제시하기로 한다.

In this study, HRD-NET (http://hrd.go.kr), a vocational and training integrated computer network operated by the Ministry of Employment and Labor, is used to confirm whether job training information required by job seekers is being provided smoothly The question bulletin board was extracted using 'R' program which is optimized for big data technique. Therefore, the effectiveness, appropriateness, visualization, frequency analysis and association analysis of the vocational training system were conducted through this, The results of the study are as follows. First, the issue of vocational training card, video viewing, certificate issue, registration error, Second, management and processing procedures of learning cards for tomorrow 's learning cards are complicated and difficult. In addition, it was analyzed that the training cost system and the refund structure differentiated according to the training occupation, the process, and the training institution in the course of the training. Based on this paper, we will study not only the training system of the Ministry of Employment and Labor but also the improvement of the various training computer system of the government department through the analysis of big data.

School Networks environment is implemented in many schools to support educational activities for networking resources required in teaching-teaming activities with government initiative. On the other hand, the open system in school which are used in internet in internet do considerable damage committed by intruder and cracker to the preservation of computer data and system due to second schools security state. Therefore this study is to present assortment in information resources of schools, security items and problem. finally, we give the effective and systematic metrics of estimates for security of secondary schools in information resources parts.
