친수환경으로서의 수변공간의 활용은 위락공간 및 자연환경으로서 도시민의 삶의 질 향상에 매우 큰 의미를 지닌다. 서울시민의 대표적인 친수환경 공간인 한강시민공원은 조성 이후 이용자에게 위락 및 자연공간으로서 그 역할을 다하여 왔으나 최근에 급증하고 있는 이상기상현상과 국지적 집중호우의 증가에 따라 도시지역 및 상류지역의 홍수 발생시에는 한강시민공원의 폐쇄와 함께 이용자의 접근을 사전통제하거나 신속하게 대피시켜 안전을 도모하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 한강시민공원이 침수되는 상황을 모의분석하기 위해 필요한 각종 기본 자료와 매개변수에 대한 고찰을 실시하였고, 팔당댐 방류량에 따른 1차원 및 2차원 수치모형을 통한 한강시민공원의 홍수위 영향을 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 분석한 결과는 홍수 발생시 한강시민공원의 합리적인 이용 및 관리와 이용자의 안전 및 비상대처계획 등의 수립에 있어서 중요한 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Hangang Parks have been played an important role as the source of various Civilian activities by providing a natural space near Han River ever since it was developed. Due to the local-heavy rain caused by recent climate change, the Hangang Parks tends to be easily overflowed. Evacuation of the park in emergency and its controlled system should be made for the sake of Civilian's safety. In this study, various basic data and several parameters were analyzed to simulate the hydraulic effect of Hangang Parks based on the outflow in $P1/4{\div}1/4^3$ Dam. Rising effects of flood water level were investigated through the one-dimensional and twodimensional numerical hydraulic models. Relationships of water level and travel time of flood between key station and centeral part of each park were also identified. It can be used to forecast the future flood water level of each individual park in Hangang Parks. Obtained results can be used to establish the rational plan of usage, management, citizen's safety, and emergency action plan of the Hangang Parks as the flood is occurred from the outflow of Paldang dam.

This is the study on users' perception gap about the effects of leisure space development of the Han River Citizen Park according to leisure constraints and was to identify leisure constraints expressed when using Han River Citizen Park and identify perception on positive and negative impacts according to use behavior characteristics of Han River Citizen Park and leisure space development. In order to compare and analyze the perception gap about the leisure space development of Han River Citizen Park users according to leisure constraints, we classified information and resources, economic affordability, free time on leisure activities in Han River Citizen Park into high influence group and low influence group and did an in-depth analysis. The results are as follows. First, Han River Citizen Park has the nature of neighborhood use with little influence on leisure constraints such as jogging and marathon, biking etc. including walking and relaxation and was a place to visit for simple exercises. Second, in the effects according to leisure space development of Han River Citizen Park, affordable leisure activity costs and ease of access were evaluated the most highly and congestion due to increasing users, increase in administrative operating budget and management personnel were concerned the most. Third, the leisure constraints in Han River Citizen Park were affected in the order of free time, economic affordability, information and resources. There were also perception gaps in congestion due to an increase in administrative operating budget and management personnel, increase in users including improvement of various leisure opportunities and leisure levels, encouragement of pride and attachment for Han river, affordable leisure activity costs depending on the degree of the influence of leisure constraints. Therefore, this study can be said to have the meaning in that we could identify leisure constraints affecting Han River Citizen Park users and resulting perception in leisure space development and revealed that the degree of the influence of leisure constraints varies in the use behavior of leisure space development of Han River Citizen Park and perception of positive and negative development impact. In addition, in order to resolve leisure complaints according to leisure constraints, we studied the need of accompaniment of leisure space operation and management system, development of various customized programs, introduction of recreational space and facilities prioritizing public interest rather than private interest with public relations and information delivery about leisure space of Han River Citizen Park.

The Parks'landscape lighting at night influences people's visual comfort, safety and so on. So, this study aims to suggest new lighting plan in Han Kang(river) Parks for improving the city beautification in Seoul. Therefore, field survey was performed in two parks. And The lighting fixtures ware investigated, and horizontal illuminations were measured by Topcon-IM5 to compare with the Korea Standard Some findings and problems were discussed. As a result, to improve the lighting quantity and duality of the concept, light source lighting fixtures and installation were suggested, and the scenes of suggested lighting plan ware indicated by computer graphics.

This study facility use and satisfaction of the users of Han River Citizen's Park in Ttuksum district in order to provide foundational data necessary for planning and designing to enhance general user satisfaction when building new riverside parks or reorganizing existing riverside parks. In order to do so, the study surveyed and analyzed the user satisfaction of 374 men and women who use Ttuksum district located in Han River Citizen's Park. For this study, data were collected by self-administration method from 374 samples selected by the convenience sampling method. The results are as follows. 1) Users of Ttuksum district than male. The distribution of related accessibility, those residing within 5 kilometers the site it frequently. 2) Use it for walk, relaxation, or exercise. Are often accompanied by friends or family. Also, about the facility use by the purpose of use or characteristics of conpany, the grass square was utilized the most. 3) About user satisfaction with the park facilities in Ttuksum district, it was higher in the grass square(3.95), sport facilities(3.73), and music fountain(3.72) in order. Regarding the specialized park facilities, satisfaction was mostly low except for the music fountain. Also, about the satisfaction with the usability or view, accessibility(4.03) and night view(3.90) were. Based on the results of this study, it to proceed with positive verification processes in the follow-up research order to enhance reliability of those results.

This study had a survey on the user opinions of the water-front in seoul Hangang Park Banpo area. The survey was carried out individual interviews in the place where it can be directly overlooked the Han-river. And the results were analyzed in percentage terms. As a result, the highest rank in age structure is 33 percent of people in their twenties, and the following is 23.5 percent of thirties. ${\cdots}{\cdots}$(amount of)${\cdots}{\cdots}$.

지난 8월 18일-19일 이틀간 한강시민공원 청소년광장에서는 새로운 영화제가 열렸다. 야외극장을 개설해 영화제를 찾는 시민 누구나 영화를 관람하고 부대 행사에 참여할 수 있도록 배려한 이 영화제는 바로 <제2회 청소년 국제 영상 페스티벌-아우라>. 기존의 청소년 관련 영화제 및 각종 영상 페스티벌과 차별화 된 '열린 교육과 참여를 통한 깨달음 / 소외된 청소년들에게 성교육과 에이즈 예방과 감염인에 대한 차별과 편견 타파에 대한 교육, 영상문화체험의 기회제공' 을 목적으로 하는 새로운 개념의 문화축제여서 더더욱 돋보였다
