국토해양부는 특급기술자에 대한 의무학점제 전문교육 내용을 담은 '건설기술인력 교육훈련 방법 및 이수인정 기준' 제정안을 지난 6월 9일 고시하고, 7월 1일부터 시행에 들어갔다. 건설기술관리법 개정으로 신설된 특급기술자의 학점제 전문교육 시행 방법은 특급기술자의 경우 3년마다 전문교육을 통해 90학점을 채워야 한다. 90학점 중에는 반드시 전문교육으로 35학점을 이수한 후 나머지 55학점은 수강교육과 무형식 교육으로 획득하면 된다.

This study aims to consider the subject completion system based on high school credit system in State of California. To achieve research aims, this study analyzed a characteristics of curriculum of credit system in US, subject completion system based on high school credit system in State of California. Based on analysis results, this study search implications for implementing high school credit system in korea. For stable implement of High School Credit System, This study proposed that 'review of relevance of graduation requirement credit', 'effort in Metropolitan and Provincial office of education and School for establishing meaningful subject', 'taking follow-up action in accordance with setting of subject completion standard', 'qualitative improvement of student's subject selection', 'revitalization of career coaching for meaningful subject selection', 'setting of level on connectivity between high school curriculum and university entrance examination', 'a study on the in-depth follow-up about high school curriculum based credit system in foreign country'.

The study aims to design and suggest criteria of the academic credit approval for those who obtain diverse qualifications. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, a Delphi survey was conducted. Consequently this study suggests the following, based on the argument that existing credit approval system covering all qualifications requires improvement especially due to limited function and efficiency. First, most respondents who took part in the management of academic credit bank system in the Korea Educational Development Institute stated that the current system is of limitation. Out of the all items, one was indicated as one not directly related the majoring area for the degree, three items were indicated as approved in the bachelor degree and two items were as approved in the associate degree. Second, occupational area for approving qualification items should be classified according to the KRIVET classification structure for national qualification.

본 연구는 최근 우리나라 국민들의 주요 관심 교육정책인 '고교학점제' 관련 언론기사들을 한국언론재단의 빅카인즈(BIGKinds) 시스템을 활용하여 분석하였다. 본 연구에서는 2018년 1월 1일부터 2019년 11월 30일까지 기간을 설정한 후, 총 54개 언론사의 '고교학점제' 관련기사들을 추출하였다. 그 다음, 추출된 '고교학점제' 관련 기사들을 대상으로 뉴스트렌드 분석, 네트워크 지도 구현, 핵심어 추출 및 워드클라우드 제시 등의 연구과정을 거쳤다. 본 연구결과는 '고교학점제'의 정책 진행 과정성의 과제 및 쟁점들을 해결하는데 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The analysis targeted the curriculum of general, subject education, and apecial activities that are required for SW education of 11 universities of education where SWEET project is applied. The results showed that the average credits related to SW education in elementary school teacher training institutions were 2.2 for general, 2.3 for subject education, and 0.6 for special activities. As a result of analyzing the changes in the curriculum by year, it can be interpreted as an effect of the SWEET project because the proportion of credits and hours in subject education increased and because the proportions of general and special activities decreased. However, on average, the credit related to SW education was 5.1, whereas the credits related to mathematics and science were 6.5 and 7.8, respectively, which indicated a need for revising and improving the curriculum for SW education.

The academic credit banking system is an educational system to implement a lifelong learning society. Students who meet the requirements of this system can achieve academic degrees equivalent to those of junior colleges or four-year universities. Credits and degree information of these students are recorded and managed by the central institution. However, this system can cause security problem such as hacking due to centralized management. In this paper, we propose an academic credit banking system which can manage credits and degree information based on blockchain technology. In the proposed system, credits and degree information are stored in block and managed in the public ledger in a permanent manner. Blocks are connected in the form of blockchain on a distributed network to improve security problems such as hacking and manipulation. Also, the efficiency of credit bank management can be increased because the functions of the central institution are distributed to the network participants. The prototype of the proposed system was implemented on the Go-Ethereum platform and experimentally verified the blockchain information among participating organizations using smart contracts.

인터넷의 급격한 발전과 보급은 컴퓨터 응용 및 컴퓨팅 환경에 상당한 영향을 주고 있으며, 여러 분야에서 인터넷 기반의 기술이 활발히 응용되고 있다. 인터넷 기반의 시스템은 기존 시스템들의 문제점을 해결하는 방안으로 현재 활발히 사용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 학점을 입력. 갱신, 그리고 관리할 수 있는 학점관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다. 인터넷은 기본적으로 필요시에만 서버에 접속하여 필요한 데이터를 전송하는 동안만 접속을 유지하고 데이터 전송이 끝나면 더 이상 접속을 유지하지 않는 형태로 동작하므로 다수의 담당교수와 관리자가 동시에 접속하여 학점관리를 할 수 있다. 담당교수는 공간과 시간의 제약을 벗어나서 언제 어디서나 학점을 관리할 수 있다. 본 시스템의 특징은 대부분의 패키지를 Public Domain 에 올라있는 공개 소프트웨어를 사용함으로써 경제성을 고려하였고, 클라이언트 측에서는 웹 브라우저에 Plug-in이나 Helper Application Program을 설치할 필요 없이 일반 담당교수도 쉽게 사용할 수 있도록 연구하였다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of social support of students majoring in physical education on their major satisfaction and intention to continue learning, and to prevent dropout of students majoring in physical education in the credit banking system and to find effective management methods. The research tools were verified by confirmatory factor analysis, concentration validity, discriminant validity, average variance extraction (AVE), concept reliability, and Cronbach's coefficient for validity and reliability verification of the research tools. The data processing method was conducted by using IBM SPSS Statistics 21 and IBM AMOS 21 to verify reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and structural equation model (SEM) through frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, concentration validity, discriminant validity, Cronbach's coefficient calculation. The results are as follows. First, the study model was tested and the criteria were met for verifying the suitability of the relationship between social support, major satisfaction and learning persistence intention of the professors majoring in physical education in credit banking system. Second, as a result of the verification of Hypothesis 1, the social support of the professor of the physical education major in the credit banking system has a significant effect on the major satisfaction. The results of the verification of Hypothesis 2 showed that the social support of the professor of the physical education major in the credit banking system affects on the learning persistence. As a result of the verification of Hypothesis 3, it has been shown that major satisfaction has a significant effect on the learning persistence.

The purpose of this study was to help solve the problems of the high school credit system by exploring its operation plans for both career guidance and the effective and efficient operation of the high school credit system. The study's research method was literature research; it examined prior research, public hearings, press releases, the 2015 revised curriculum, and plans to promote the high school credit system by the Ministry of Education. To solve the problems facing the high school credit system, the curriculum should be organized as follows. First, it should be organized around general subjects. Second, students need to be able to study subjects related to their desired fields in depth. Third, it is necessary to confirm the basis for organizing the curriculum. Meanwhile, the following steps should be taken to improve the operation of the high school credit system for career guidance. First, a career curriculum committee for career learning and coaching should be formed and operationalized. Second, the teachers' work system should be restructured. Third, career aspirations should be identified, and directions for further study should be researched. Fourth, career and academic design guidance coaching books should be provided. Fifth, it is the role of the career and academic design guidance teacher. Sixth, emphasis should be placed on responsibility for subject selection and preparation for re-taking program.
