Development of Learning Competency Scales : Focused on CTL Learning Program (대학 교수학습센터(CTL) 학습지원프로그램 맞춤형 학습역량 진단도구 개발 : A대학을 중심으로)

  • This study was conducted to develop a learning competency scales customized for learning programs conducted by Center for Teaching & Learning at A University. To achieve this purpose, a preliminary study was set up, which consists of three competency groups (basic competency, intensity competency, application competency) and 13 learning competency factors through a review of previous studies. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the provisional learning competency scales, an online survey was conducted on A university students in September 2020, The collected questionnaire data were organized and exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were conducted. As a result of exploratory factor analysis, 13 learning competency was reduced to 10 as the three competency groups were maintained. As a result of the confirmatory factor analysis, the model was found to be good, Also, as a result of analyzing the reliability of the confirmed learning competency factors, all 10 factors showed a good level of .7 or more. The learning competency scales developed through this study can be used as basic data for performance evaluation and development of new programs of CTL learning program.

  • In this paper, we present an on-line quiz authoring software that helps teachers create an intelligent on-line quiz. It is designed to give each student appropriate diagnostic report using Bayesian inference networks that represent the relationships among knowledge-items. Once the authors design and edit quizzes in quiz authoring page, the authoring tool automatically produces a knowledge-model based on Bayesian inference network, on-line quizzes, and student report pages. It turns out that the on-line quizzes generated by this tool help students identify their weak parts of subject, make learning strategies for the next learning steps and carry out supplementary learning for their weak knowledge-items.

  • 계층형 신경회로망은 학습능력이나 비선형사상능력을 가지고 있고, 그 특징을 이용하여 패턴인식이나 동정 및 제어 등에의 적용이 시도되어 성과를 올리고 있다. 현재, 그 학습법으로 널리 이용되고 있는 것이 역전파학습법으로 최급 강하법이나 공액경사법 등의 최적화 방법이 적용되고 있지만, 학습에 많은 시간이 걸리는 점, 국소적 최적해(local minima)에 해의 수렴이 이루어져 오차가 충분히 작게 되지 않는 점 등이 문제점으로 지적되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Hu에 의해 고안된 random 탐색법과 조합된 random tabu 탐색법으로 최적결합계수를 구하는 학습알고리즘으로, 국소적 최적해에 수렴하는 것을 방지하고, 수렴정도를 개선하는 새로운 방법을 이용하여 회전기계의 이상진동진단에 적용가능성을 검토하고 오차역전파법에 의한 진단결과와 비교검토한다.

  • 최근 교육서비스 시장은 학습자의 수준을 고려한 수준별 교육으로 나아가고 있다. 이때 학습자 수준의 진단을 위하여 다양한 방법의 진단평가가 연구되고 있으며 평가 기준의 언어적 모호함을 해결하기 위해 퍼지 이론을 도입한 평가 방법 역시 하나의 방법으로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 컴퓨팅 사고력 교육 역시 수준별 교육으로 나아가기 위해 컴퓨팅 사고력 학습을 계층화 하고, 학습자가 학습 시작전 퍼지 추론을 바탕으로 한 진단 평가를 실시하여 학습자 수준에 맞는 교육 커리큘럼의 진입점을 찾아 맞춤형 컴퓨팅 교육을 제공할 수 있도록 하는 퍼지 평가 시스템을 연구·개발한다.

Model Design and Proposal for the Development of a Learning Status Diagnostic Tool at a Christian University (기독교 대학에서의 학습 상황 진단 도구 개발을 위한 모형 설계 및 제안)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze various factors that influence the academic life of students through a theoretical review. As a result of the analysis, sub-factors were derived to diagnose the factors. From the study's findings, principles and models for developing learning status diagnosis tools were designed. The study first, based upon the competencies of university students, university life, students' low academic achievement, and academic probation studies, confirmed what factors affect student learning and from them derived a set of sub-factors. The setting dimension was divided into psychology, learning, and career factors, while also including a factor of faith for Christian university students. Next, in the draft model, sub-factors were constructed for each factor: faith maturity and faith training in the faith factor, positive thinking, emotion regulation, and self-esteem in the psychology factor, self-directed learning ability, learning motivation, and learning strategies in the learning factor, and career reflection, career exploration, career management, and career barriers in the career factor. By using the Delphi method, the final model of learning status diagnosis was confirmed. As a result, we completed the model comprised of nine sub-factors in four parts. A follow-up study should be conducted that examines learning status diagnosis tools development research.

  • A web support open environment in which flexibility that allows it to be applied in the education field has gradually evolved but the WBI(Web Based Instruction) which compose it have many limitations and problems, as far as learning efficiency is concerned. In particular, existing web-based estimation systems just give information on whether learner's replies are 'correct' or 'incorrect' and offer the learners evaluations of results in terms of scores. Therefore it is difficult for the learners to get more detailed information about their shortcomings and errors. What is needed for the learners is that web based instruction systems diagnose learner's comprehension status, providing c causes: Why did the learners make the errors\ulcorner In this paper, we propose the development of a web-based instruction system that learners can access with their browsers at any time and no matter where they are. Our system has a facility that analyses learner's weak points and diagnoses error cause, giving advice to learners and more detailed error information than existing systems. By accumulating user behaviors, relevant individualized information on the learners can be given.

중학교 1학년 수학 부진아의 진단 및 처방에 관한 사례연구

  • 수학은 계통성이 강한 학문이다. 이러한 수학의 특성은 학습의 결손이 있거나 학습속도가 느린 학생들에게 수학을 학습하는 데 어려움의 근원이 된다. 특히 중학교 수학에서는 처음으로 형식적인 수학이 도입되기 때문에, 중학교 1학년에서 수학을 제대로 이해하지 못할 경우 그 학생은 수학 장애아, 수학부진아로 전락할 가능성이 있다. 그러나 학교에서의 개별지도는 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 수학 부진아를 선정하여 수학학습에서의 어려움을 진단하고, 학생의 오개념과 오류를 분석한 후, 그 학생에게 맞는 학습전략을 선택하여 처방 지도하고자 한다. 이를 통해 학생의 이해와 사고과정을 알아보고 태도변화를 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

  • Evaluation of learning ability of students is classified a step of diagnostic, formative and summative evaluation. This step-by-step evaluation is the standard of synthesis judgement, from a student's prior learning of preparation state to devotion of learning process and even learning result. In this paper, we propose the method of synthesis learning evaluation which is considered evaluation of each step in using fuzzy inference. In order to get objective evaluation of learning ability, we applied to the weights by evaluation steps. And we reflected defuzzification values of final evaluation membership function interval obtained by fuzzy inference about diagnostic, formative and summative evaluation. As a result, it processes definite inference ensures objectivity and shows validity of the synthesis evaluation method.

  • 본 연구는 운영 조건이 달라짐에 따라 회전수가 변하는 기기의 정상적 가동 여부와 고장 종류를 판별하기 위한 인공지능 알고리즘의 적용을 다루고 있다. 회전수가 변하는 장비로부터 계측된 상태 모니터링 센서의 신호는 비정상(non-stationary)적 특성이 있으므로, 상태 신호의 한계치가 고장 판별의 기준이 되기 어렵다는 점을 해결하고자 하였다. 정상 가동 여부는 이상 감지에 효율적인 오토인코더 및 기계학습 알고리즘을 적용하였으며, 고장 종류 판별에는 기계학습법과 합성곱 기반의 심층학습 방법을 적용하였다. 변하는 회전수와 연계된 주파수의 비정상적 시계열도 적절한 고장 특징 (Feature)로 대변될 수 있도록 시간 및 주파수 영역에서 특징 벡터를 구성할 수 있음을 예제로 설명하였다. 차원 축소 및 카이 제곱 기법을 적용하여 최적의 특징 벡터를 추출하여 기계학습의 분류 알고리즘이 비정상적 회전 신호를 가진 장비의 고장 예측에 활용될 수 있음을 보였다. 이 과정에서 k-NN(k-Nearest Neighbor), SVM(Support Vector Machine), Random Forest의 기계학습 알고리즘을 적용하였다. 또한 시계열 기반의 오토인코더 및 CNN (Convolution Neural Network) 적용하여 이상 감지와 고장진단을 수행한 결과를 비교하여 제시하였다.

  • Learning Diagnosis & Prescription Service(LDPS) in Cyber Home Learning System is a educational service which provides customized learning contents based on student's academic level and individualized counseling and comments after diagnosing learner's study habits beyond the past e-Learning systems which offer the same contents to different students. For a national point of view, it is a crucial project in public education to achieve the goals of the next-generation e-Learning service by making a lot efforts both in time and money. However, those efforts has been made, not in terms of providing a better quality of service and a better user experience in a effective and enjoyable way, but in terms of developing the technology-driven system. Therefore, in this study, two types of usability evaluations has been conducted in order to enhance a user experience on the LDPS. One is the expert reviews by utilizing the usability evaluation tools (heuristics) which was focused on educational contexts developed by Suh Young-suhk(2007). The other is the user testing with students who have done think-aloud during the evaluation, remembering their retrospective experience with LDPS, and the interview with teachers & service operators were conducted. As the implications on the research, this is an effort to provide an user-friendly educational system for the students nationwide.
