Development of the Analytic Framework for Dialogic Argumentation Using the TAP and a Diagram in the Context of Learning the Circular Motion (원운동 학습 상황에서 Toulmin의 논의구조(TAP)와 다이어그램을 이용한 대화적 논의과정 분석틀 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop analytic framework for dialogic argumentation to show the context and flow visualizing interactions of argumentation, to be able to present quality of argumentation specifically. For this, we formulated a method of the argumentation diagram using feature of diagram simple and structurally visualizing interrelation between argument components, and then quantified quality of argumentation to argument level score on this basis. We have developed the learning material for argumentation about a vertical circular motion and used the obtained translations from applying it in developing the framework. We chose argument statements among full transcript and then coded as Toulmin's argument components, and these codes was effectively arranged and linked to show argumentation diagram. Results by argumentation diagram could be useful understanding of interactive argumentation context and the flow and present frequency, the combination of argument elements, rough qualitative level of argumentation. To quantify argumentation quality, we gave different scores to different link lines reflecting indication of argumentation quality like that diversity of argument component, justification, presence or absence of rebuttals. The process of identification of argument level is very simple, qualitative level of argumentation represented as concrete score could present various and concrete argument level. Developed analytic framework might contribute to argumentation research field, because it can present effectively dialogic argumentation result. Also, various analysis cases might guide designing an effective argumentation practice and circular motion learning.

Change Detection Using Deep Learning Based Semantic Segmentation for Nuclear Activity Detection and Monitoring (핵 활동 탐지 및 감시를 위한 딥러닝 기반 의미론적 분할을 활용한 변화 탐지)

  • Satellite imaging is an effective supplementary data source for detecting and verifying nuclear activity. It is also highly beneficial in regions with limited access and information, such as nuclear installations. Time series analysis, in particular, can identify the process of preparing for the conduction of a nuclear experiment, such as relocating equipment or changing facilities. Differences in the semantic segmentation findings of time series photos were employed in this work to detect changes in meaningful items connected to nuclear activity. Building, road, and small object datasets made of KOMPSAT 3/3A photos given by AIHub were used to train deep learning models such as U-Net, PSPNet, and Attention U-Net. To pick relevant models for targets, many model parameters were adjusted. The final change detection was carried out by including object information into the first change detection, which was obtained as the difference in semantic segmentation findings. The experiment findings demonstrated that the suggested approach could effectively identify altered pixels. Although the suggested approach is dependent on the accuracy of semantic segmentation findings, it is envisaged that as the dataset for the region of interest grows in the future, so will the relevant scope of the proposed method.

  • In this paper, we have proposed the processing and analyzing the linked open data (LOD), a kind of big-data, using resources of cloud computing. The LOD is web-based open data in order to share and recycle of public data. Specially, we defined the InfograaS (Info-graphic as a service), new business area of SaaS (software as a service), to support visualization technique for BA (business analytics) and Info-graphic. The goal of this study is easily to use it by the non-specialist and beginner without experts of visualization and business analysis. Data visualization is the process to represent visually and understand the data analysis easily. The purpose of data visualization is to deliver information clearly and effectively by chart and figure. The big data of public data are shared and presented in the charts and the graphics understood easily by various processing results using Hadoop, R, machine learning, and data mining of open source and resources of cloud computing.

  • 지하차도의 경우 국지 및 돌발홍수가 발생할 경우 대부분 침수됨에도 불구하고 2020년 7월 23일 부산 지역에 밤사이 시간당 80mm가 넘는 폭우가 발생하면서 순식간에 지하차도 천장까지 물이 차면서 선제적인 차량 통제가 우선적으로 수행되지 못하여 미처 대피하지 못한 3명의 운전자 인명사고가 발생하였다. 수재해를 비롯한 재난 관리를 빠르게 수행하기 위해서는 기존의 정부 및 관주도 중심의 단방향의 재난 대응에서 벗어나 정형 데이터와 비정형 데이터를 총칭하는 빅데이터의 통합적 수집 및 분석을 수행이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 부산지역의 지하차도와 인접한 지하터널 CCTV 자료(센서)를 통한 재난 발생 시 인명피해를 최소화 정보 제공을 위한 Object Detection(객체 탐지)연구를 수행하였다. 지하터널 침수가 발생한 부산지역의 CCTV 영상을 사용하였으며, 영상편집에 사용되는 CCTV 자료의 음성자료를 제거하는 인코딩을 통하여 불러오는 영상파일 용량파일 감소 효과를 볼 수 있었다. 지하차도에 진입하는 물체를 탐지하는 방법으로 YOLO(You Only Look Once)를 사용하였으며, YOLO는 가장 빠른 객체 탐지 알고리즘 중 하나이며 최신 GPU에서 초당 170프레임의 속도로 실행될 수 있는 YOLOv3 방법을 적용하였으며, 분류작업에서 보다 높은 Classification을 가지는 Darknet-53을 적용하였다. YOLOv3 방법은 기존 객체탐지 모델 보다 좀 더 빠르고 정확한 물체 탐지가 가능하며 또한 모델의 크기를 변경하기만 하면 다시 학습시키지 않아도 속도와 정확도를 쉽게 변경가능한 장점이 있다. CCTV에서 오전(일반), 오후(침수발생) 시점을 나눈 후 Car, Bus, Truck, 사람을 분류하는 YOLO 알고리즘을 적용하여 지하터널 인근 Object Detection을 실제 수행 하였으며, CCTV자료를 이용하여 실제 물체 탐지의 정확도가 높은 것을 확인하였다.

Effects of Storytelling Based Software Education on Computational Thinking (Storytelling기반 SW교육이 Computational Thinking에 미치는 영향)

  • Since the entering SW-centered society in which people make the best use of SW in order to express their own personal ideas or to solve problems, the significance of SW education has been emphasized. It is generally known that storytelling provides motivational and contextual environments. This study conducted an experimental research to find out how Aesop's fables-applied SW educational program would influence computational thinking. Of these students who had participated in an SW educational camp on every Saturday for a total of 6 weeks, the experimental group learned on basic concepts of Scratch programming as working on Aesop's fables and they were led to diverse SW activities such as stories, games, simulations arts, and others. After that, the study carried out a comparison research in relation to the groups' SW concepts, SW implementation and attitudes toward SW education. The result shows that the experimental group came up with higher levels of SW concepts, implementation and positive attitude toward SW education.

  • The purpose of this study is derived implications at software curriculum development utilizing the backward design model. In this study, we developed 'Algorithms and Programming' unit teaching plan based on backward design template. First, we have derived enduring understandings, essential questions, specific knowledge and skill on 'Algorithms and Programming' unit by considering the goal, content, achievement standard of Software education operating instructions. Second, we developed authentic tasks using GRASPS technic and holistic scoring rubrics. Third, we developed 7 lesson 14 WHERETO element for effective teaching in 'Algorithms and Programming' unit. Fourth, we investigated about the effectiveness of the development unit based on backward design. Backward design could be useful of developing curriculum unit and lesson plan at software education.

  • These days, the research of a sensor data management system for USN based real-time monitoring application is active thanks to the development and diffusion of sensor technology. The sensor data is rapidly changeable, continuous and massive row level data. However, end user is only interested in high level data. So, it is essential to effectively process the row level data which is changeable, continuous and massive. In this paper, we propose a sensor data management system with multi-analytical query function using OLAP and anomaly detection function using learning based classifier. In the experimental section, we show that our system is valid through the some experimental scenarios. For the this, we use a sensor data generator implemented by ourselves.

Development of Design thinking-based AI education program (디자인 씽킹 기반 인공지능 교육 프로그램 개발)

  • In this study, the AI education program for elementary school students was developed and applied by introducing the design thinking process, which is attracting attention as a creative problem solving process. A design thinking-based AI education program was developed in the stages of Understanding AI, Identifying sympathetic problems, Problem definition, Ideate, Prototype, Test and sharing, and the development program was applied to elementary school students in 4th-6th grade. As a result of pre- and post-testing of students' computational thinking skills to confirm the effectiveness of the program, computational thinking skills increased by grade level, and students experienced a process of collaboration for creative problem solving based on insights gained from sympathetic problem finding. In addition, it was possible to get a glimpse of the attitude of using AI technology to solve problems, and it was confirmed that ideas were generated in the prototype stage and developed through communication between team members. Through this, the design thinking-based AI education program as one of the AI education for elementary school students guarantees the continuity of learning and confirms the possibility of providing an experience of the creative problem-solving process.

  • This study requires SW education that can adapt to the advent of the fourth industrial revolution and the new normal environment of COVID-19 pandemic. Small and powerful smartphones, which have become a necessity in digital society, are designed and applied to create apps with useful apps or artificial intelligence modules that have been trained with data using the App Inventor program as a good teaching tool. After conducting the class in a blended method that combines face-to-face and non-face methods, the survey questioned the technical and cognitive maturity of artificial intelligence and the pros and cons of blended software classes. We also found changes in career orientation, which is intended to explore SW-related talent occupations that require a lot of demand in terms of national development before and after artificial intelligence classes. Significant results were reached in three of the sub-elements. Even in non-face-to-face situations, it is expected that an app vendor software education program using artificial intelligence will be provided to the actual site.

  • 현재 초등학교에서 실시되고 있는 ICT(Information & Communication Technology) 교육은 ICT 소양교육과 ICT 활용교육으로 구분되어 실시되고 있다. ICT 소양교육은 컴퓨터 과학을 기반으로 하여 정보기술과 통신 기술에 대한 기본적인 소양교육으로 그 내용을 구성하고 있다. 현재 초고속 통신망의 발달과 컴퓨터 사용으로 인하여 소양교육에 대한 학업 성취도는 매우 향상되어 가고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 앞으로의 ICT 교육은 활용 교육에 더 많은 노력을 기울여 전 교과에 걸쳐 정보 통신 기술을 활용하여 교육의 내용뿐만 아니라 교육의 방법 등에서 많은 변화의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. ICT 활용교육에서 컴퓨터를 활용하기 위해서는 실생활에서 습득하거나 측정된 데이터를 컴퓨터에 입력하는 과정, 데이터 로깅(data logging), 으로부터 시작 한다. 최근의 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 데이터가 발생한 곳에서 즉시 받아들이고 또한 결과가 필요한 곳에서 즉시 정보를 제공하여 주는 컴퓨팅 환경을 구성하는 것이 매우 중요 하다고 본다. 이에 본 연구에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅의 기본 개념 중 하나인 실시간 데이터 로깅 기법을 응용하여 초등학교에서 ICT 활용 학습 활동 시 발생되는 각종 원시 데이터들을 컴퓨터로 가져오는 데이터로깅 모델을 제안하고, 초등학교 과학과를 중심으로 교육과정의 실험 요소들을 분석하여 이를 개발된 모델에 적용하였다. 데이터 로깅 모델 적용 결과, 손쉽게 해당 원시 데이터를 수집할 수 있었고 데이터의 처리 및 분석을 간편하게 수행하여 정확한 실험 데이터를 바탕으로 실험 결과에 대한 토의, 토론에 더욱 많은 시간을 할애할 수 있었으며 학교에서의 ICT 활용 교육의 새로운 모델을 제시하였다.다.ovoids에서도 각각의 점들에 대한 선량을 측정하였다. SAS와 SSAS의 직장에 미치는 선량차이는 실제 임상에서의 관심 점들과 가장 가까운 25 mm(R2)와 30 mm(R3)거리에서 각각 8.0% 6.0%였고 SAS와 FWAS의 직장에 미치는 선량차이는 25 mm(R2) 와 30 mm(R3)거리에서 각각 25.0% 23.0%로 나타났다. SAS와 SSAS의 방광에 미치는 선량차이는 20 m(Bl)와 30 mm(B2)거리에서 각각 8.0% 3.0%였고 SAS와 FWAS의 방광에 미치는 선량차이는 20 mm(Bl)와 30 mm(B2)거리에서 각각 23.0%, 17.0%로 나타났다. SAS를 SSAS나 FWAS로 대체하였을 때 직장에 미치는 선량은 SSAS는 최대 8.0 %, FWAS는 최대 26.0 %까지 감소되고 방광에 미치는 선량은 SSAS는 최대 8.0 % FWAS는 최대 23.0%까지 감소됨을 알 수 있었고 FWAS가 SSAS 보다 차폐효과가 더 좋은 것으로 나타났으며 이 두 종류의 shielded applicator set는 부인암의 근접치료시 직장과 방광으로 가는 선량을 감소시켜 환자치료의 최적화를 이룰 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.)한 항균(抗菌) 효과(效果)를 나타내었다. 이상(以上)의 결과(結果)로 보아 선방활명음(仙方活命飮)의 항균(抗菌) 효능(效能)은 군약(君藥)인 대황(大黃)의 성분(成分) 중(中)의 하나인 stilbene 계열(系列)의 화합물(化合物)인 Rhapontigenin과 Rhaponticin의 작용(作用)에 의(依)한 것이며, 이는 한의학(韓醫學) 방제(方劑) 원리(原理)인 군신좌사(君臣佐使) 이론(理論)에서 군약(君藥)이 주증(主症)에 주(主)로 작용(作用)하는 약물(藥物)이라는 것을 밝혀주는 것
