Learning Evaluation System Based on Fuzzy Inference (퍼지 추론기반 학습평가 시스템)

  • Many studies have reported that each evaluation had a stronger effect on the development of a student's teaming ability. Nevertheless, in reality schools rely on the results of summative evaluation after the lesson only for the purpose of learning evaluation. Such a method of evaluation is a result-oriented learning evaluation, with no consideration of developing process of loaming ability of each student. Existing learning evaluation has been considered difficult to process learning performance ability in a clearer manner, as it examines teaming performance ability by diagnostic evaluation and learning ability improvement by formative evaluation, separately. Therefore, this paper proposes a learning evaluation method incorporating diagnostic and formative evaluation, using a Fuzzy inference, for a more objective assessment of performance ability. The proposed method assessed teaming ability based on different weight values, in order to reflect the level of diagnostic and formative evaluation.

  • For the successful implementation of IT projects, individual consultant's competency in the project is very important. Especially, learning processes are required for solving various critical issues which can be occurred during implementing IT project. The objective of this research is to develop the measures for learning processes. Prior to setup the learning processes, we conducted 3 times in-depth interviews with IT consultants who have over 20 years IT project experiences. Through interviews with IT project expert, we tried to validate our research mode and develop survey questionnaires.

  • For pattern recognition for machine learning, the larger the amount of learning data, the better its performance. However, it is not always possible to secure a large amount of learning data with the types and information of patterns that must be detected in daily life. Therefore, it is necessary to significantly inflate a small data set for general machine learning. In this study, we study techniques to augment data so that machine learning can be performed. A representative method of performing machine learning using a small data set is the transfer learning technique. Transfer learning is a method of obtaining a result by performing basic learning with a general-purpose data set and then substituting the target data set into the final stage. In this study, a learning model trained with a general-purpose data set such as ImageNet is used as a feature extraction set using augmented data to detect a desired pattern.

Effect of Intrinsic Learning Motivation on Korean Language Performance: Moderating Effect of Social Support (내재적 학습동기가 국어수행에 미치는 영향: 사회적 지지의 조절효과)

  • There are many studies that intrinsic learning motivation and social support play an important role in the study of children and adolescents. However, studies examining the effects of intrinsic learning motivation and social support by measuring the actual academic performance of elementary school students are rare. This study attempted to verify the effect of intrinsic learning motivation on Korean language performance and moderating effect of social support in 5th and 6th graders in elementary school. 122 elementary school students in local county-level areas participated in this study. The Korean language test was conducted about 5 months after intrinsic learning motivation and social support of families and teachers were measured. The results revealed that Korean language performance showed a significant positive correlation with intrinsic learning motivation and social support, and also showed a significant correlation between learning motivation and social support. In the regression analysis with control variables, it was found that intrinsic learning motivation had a significant effect on Korean language performance. The moderating effect of social support was analyzed by dividing it into family support and teacher support. The interaction effect of learning motivation and social support was significant only in teacher support, not in family support. In specific, when teacher support was high, Korean language performance was high regardless of the student's learning motivation level, but when teacher support was low, the student's learning motivation mattered in the performance. Based on the results of this study, implications and limitations were discussed.

  • 웹 에이전트는 사용자가 웹을 브라우징하는 행위를 모니터하여 사용자의 관심정보를 학습하고 사용자가 필요로 한느 웹 상의 정보를 제공하는 시스템이다. 웹 에이전트는 사용자의 관심정보를 추출하기 위해서 귀납적 기계학습을 수행한다. 이때, 학습의 효율을 높이기 위해서는 관련이 있는 문서들을 그룹화하여 학습 시스템에 제공하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 비감독 개념 학습 알고리즘인 COBWEB을 이용하여 사용자가 관심을 표시한 문서들의 분류트리를 생성한다. 분류트리는 귀납적 기계학습 시스템의 입력으로 사용될 수 있는 형태가 아니므로 분류 트리의 분석과 문서 분류 후처리 작업을 통해서 문서 집합을 생성해야 한다. 이를 위해서는 분류트리를 분석하여 초기 클러스터를 생성하고, 유사한 클러스터들의 병합을 수행한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 문서 자동 분류 방식은 비감독 개념 학습 알고리즘이 생성한 문서 분류 트리의 분석을 통해서 충분한 유사도와 적절한 수의 문서를 포함하는 초기 클러스터를 생성할 수 있다. 그러므로 문서 분류의 후처리 작업인 클러스터의 병합 작업에서 불필요한 작업을 제거함으로서 보다 효과적이고 합리적인 문서 분류 작업을 수행한다.

  • 최근 기계학습에 대한 연구들이 사회적으로 이슈가 되고 있다. 하지만 기계학습은 기계학습 모델을 만들고 세밀히 조정해야하는 복잡한 작업을 수행할 수 있는 전문 지식을 가진 사용자가 필요하다. 따라서 기계학습 과정에서 사용자가 수행하여야 하는 다양한 작업을 자동으로 수행할 수 있는 자율 기계학습이 연구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 고성능 자율 기계학습을 위한 인텔리전트 데이터베이스 플랫폼을 제안한다.

  • 컴퓨터기반 협동학습(CSCL)은 컴퓨터를 기반으로 학습자들이 공동체를 형성하고 상호협력관계를 통하여 학습하는 환경으로 학습자가 자신의 능력에 맞게 학습할 수 있고 다른 이들과 생각과 정보를 표현, 교환, 조언, 수정하는 등의 상호작용을 할 수 있다. 이러한 CSCL환경에서 학습자들이 어떤 학습 주제에 대해 주어진 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해 서로간의 생각과 정보를 효과적으로 교환하기 위해서는 그 주제에 속하는 개념들에 대한 용어들이 표준화되어지고, 개념들간의 관련성 및 제약성에 대한 정보들이 미리 정의되어 알려져 있어야만 한다. 그런데, 그러한 정보들을 학습자들이 일일이 파악하기란 매우 힘든 일이다. 이러한 문제는 온톨로지 기술을 이용하여 기계로 하여금 그러한 정보들을 이해하여 처리할 수 있도록 함으로써 해결할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 CAD 분야에서 학습자들이 어떠한 제품을 설계하기 위한 프로젝트를 수행시 서로간의 정보와 의견을 효과적으로 교환함으로써 프로젝트를 보다 효율적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위해 공동의 학습공간을 지원하고 제품 설계에 대한 온톨로지를 구성하여 이를 이용하는 것을 제안한다.

Exploring of Reaction Behavior to Instructor Messages according to Learning Motivation Types in Online Collaborative Learning (온라인 협력학습 환경에서 학습동기 유형에 따라 교수메시지에 대한 반응행동 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate learners' reaction behaviors by the type of learning motive when teaching messages were delivered. The subjects of this study were 82 students from Auniversity and Buniversity in the metropolitan area. Students were online collaborative learning. The instructor delivered six messages. Since then, the researchers have measured the learner 's response time and the frequency and level of interaction. And analyzed using an independent sample t-test. As a result, the frequency and level of interaction increased before the message was delivered. The response time to instructional messages was the fastest among the students with performance avoidance goal orientation. Mastery goal orientation students were most sensitive to scaffolding messages. Performance avoidance goal orientation students responded most sensitively to the reminder message. Finally, Mastery goal orientation students had the most action on new topics. And performance approach goal orientation students had the most to do with accuracy and relevance.

A Study on Students' Learning Process in Practical Education using an Equipment (장비활용 실습에서 피교육자의 학습과정에 관한 연구)

  • For practical education, many practices using various practical equipments have to be provided to students. In this study, the application of learning curve to represent student's learning process in a practical education using a equipment was studied. Learning curve model was originally developed in production management and based on human performance in human factors aspects. In this study, the application of learning curve model was studied on the eye tracking system, which is used to evaluate the usability of a product in design area. As a case study for its applicability, practical education for eye tracking system was provided to three students and then task completion times were measured for hardware system setup and gaze image recording. Learning curves were estimated for two tasks and then task completion times were predicted using the learning curves. Through ANOVA(analysis of variance) and correlation analysis, the applicability of learning curve to practical education was analysed. As the result, learning curve could be effectively applied to practical eduacation using equipment.

The Comparison of Learning Experience, Recognition of Importance, Learning Self-Efficacy and Self-Confidence for Core Fundamental Nursing Skills according to the Grade of Nursing College Student (간호대학생의 학년별 핵심기본간호술에 대한 학습경험, 중요성인식, 수행자신감, 학습 자기효능감의 차이비교)

  • 본 연구는 핵심기본간호술을 중심으로 간호학생이 학년별에 따라 학습경험, 중요도 인식, 수행자신감 학습 자기효능감에 어떤 차이가 있는지를 파악하기 위해 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 D지역 소재 일개대학 간호학과 재학중인 231명이었으며, 자료 수집은 2015년 5월에서 6월 까지 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 21.0 Program을 이용하여 t-test로 분석하였다. 연구결과는 대상자의 학습경험은 학년간의 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=5.009, p<.001). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 학습경험의 차이검정을 살펴보면 핵심술 상영역, 핵심술 중영역, 핵심술 하영역에서 모두 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 중요성인식은 학년간에 유의한 차이는 없었다(t=.288, p>.773). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 차이는 핵심술 상영역과 핵심술 하영역은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 그러나 핵심술 중영역은 학년간의 유의한 차이가 없었다. 수행자신감은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=7.845, p<.001). 핵심기본간호술 난이도에 따른 학년별 수행자신감의 차이를 살펴보면 핵심술 상영역, 핵심술 중영역, 핵심술 하영역모두에서 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 학습 자기효능감은 학년간에 유의한 차이가 있었다(t=2.370, p<.019). 따라서 본 연구결과를 토대로 각 학년별 효율적인 실습운영 방안을 모색할 필요가 있으며, 아울러 학습경험을 높이고 중요성인식에 따른 학습경험을 높이고 수행자신감과 학습 자기효능감을 증진시킬 수 있는 교과과정 모색이 절실히 필요하다.
