본 연구에서는 사이버가정학습을 교사가 교실 수업과 사이버가정학습 시스템을 연계하여 운영함에 있어 어떤 요인이 사이버가정학습에 대한 학습자 만족에 영향을 미치는지를 분석하였다. 기술수용모형을 기반으로 Y초등학교 5학년 학생들을 대상으로 6개월간 운영한 후 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과 초등학생들에게 사이버가정학습 만족도는 지각된 유용성과 용이성에 의하여 결정되는 것으로 나타났으며, 자기주도적 학습 능력과 학습결과보상기능은 사이버가정학습을 긍정적으로 수용할 수 있는 유용성에 상당한 영향을 미치는 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다. 만족도에 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상했던 교육적 효과, 콘텐츠 품질은 만족도를 직접적으로 유발시키는 본질적인 요인이 아님을 알 수 있었다. 학습지원기능, 시스템 안정성 및 편리성, 상호작용 등 시스템적인 기능이 만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 요인들은 단지 콘텐츠의 품질을 향상시키는 효과를 가지며, 이 효과를 통해 교육적 효과를 강화시키는 역할을 수행하는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 학습을 지원하는 기능, 시스템 안정성 및 편리성, 선생님과 학생 또는 학생 간의 상호작용이 가능하도록 지원하는 모든 시스템적인 기능은 수강생의 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치거나 만족을 이끌어 낼 수 있는 본질적이고 핵심적인 요인이 아님을 알 수 있다.

This study aims to improve the quality of classes by analyzing the role and learning achievement of instructors in programming subjects for non-major students. In order to improve the quality of university education, universities provide various programs to strengthen the teaching capacity of instructors. Ultimately, in order to improve the quality of classes, instructors increase student participation in classes, respond sincerely to students' inquiries, and provide feedback that can assist students in various situations that occur during class and learning, thereby improving class satisfaction and achievement. should try to improve. In this paper, based on the teaching method, learning achievement, and teacher role satisfaction survey conducted in the liberal arts programming course of K University, we study the influence of the teacher's role on the quality improvement of the class. Examine the relationship with satisfaction.

Previous studies on salesperson's performance have concentrated on increasing job satisfaction through compensations and benefits or effective communication processes and have not sufficiently considered the emotional aspect of salesperson's selling behaviors. The purpose of this study is to investigate informal learning and positive psychological capital on the relationship between job satisfaction and customer orientation of IT salespeople. Data were collected from 159 IT salespeople and analyzed by structural equation modeling (SEM). As a result, it was found that the informal learning of IT salesperson had a significantly positive impact on positive psychological capital. Positive psychological capital was significantly affect on job satisfaction and customer orientation. Positive psychological capital mediated the relationship between informal learning and job satisfaction/customer orientation. The results of this study suggest that there is a need to develop informal learning based on positive psychology and to strengthen the reflected job satisfaction and customer orientation.

This paper adopts a present basis of research on the Chinese characteristic culture of enterprise, phenomenon of learning, learning attitude and transferring of learning attitude, and forms a research model and hypothesis. There are three different types of Chinese enterprises basined on the research of Chinese intellectuals: legalistic organization, the ethic organization culture and seeking development organization culture, from which the legalistic organization culture has positive influence on the people level learning and structure level learning by the test of hypothesis. Ethnic organizational cultural has positive influence on the organization level; however, it never has any contributions to the people leanings. Seeking development organization culture benefits a lot to the people leanings, but it never has any positive influence on the organizational cultures.

This study aimed to understand and analyze the learners' class satisfaction and the effectiveness of synchronous online classes after COVID-19. A total of 188 learners participated in the survey conducted at the end of the Fall Semester 2020 at C University located Gyeongsangnam-do. Findings revealed that learners' satisfaction with the synchronous online classes was relatively low, and the learners had negative perception of that. Learning content have the biggest effect on the learners' class satisfaction. Next came class management and the online learning platform. Therefore, instructors need to organize learning content effectively and enhance learners' understanding considering the most influential variable, learning content so that learners are satisfied with the synchronous online classes. Also, instructors should make it possible for learners to get familiar with the online learning platform and use it without any problems through systematic and faithful class design for effective learning in unfamiliar online learning environment. In addition, instructors need to know learners' needs and difficulties and plan their synchronous online classes. This study has limitations in that it was conducted only at one college and the limited number of variables was measured.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of learning space Servicescape on the user satisfaction level and continuance intention and to identify moderating effect of the learning activity. The six Servicescape factors are selected after literature review and in-depth interviews; cleanliness, comfort, convenience, aesthetics, accessibility, and flexibility. The online survey is given to the university students at four-year private universities in Seoul metropolitan area. The result shows that among the learning space Servicescape factors, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and accessibility have a significant impact on the user's satisfaction and the user's satisfaction response determines the continuance intention to the learning space. It is also found that the factors of cleanliness and comfort have a negative moderating effect on user satisfaction. This study implies that the result provides methods to develop the space arrangement for university libraries that provide the better-support to students' learning experience.

This study targeted students of advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene at 15 universities, which are operating advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene. This study was performed by questionnaire survey targeting students of advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene. To analyze relationship between variables, the correlation was carried out. To verify influence of each variable upon participation level, multiple regression analysis was carried out. As a result of this study, the participation motive, expectation for educational institution, and educational satisfaction of students advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene were found to have influence upon participation level. Based on the result, it is important to understand the participation motive of the students and to offer satisfaction environment and administrative support for enhancing the expectation for education for educational institution. Especially, given striving to enhance the satisfaction with teaching and the satisfaction with effect on advanced major courses, the university needs to make efforts to increase stature as higher education institution through advanced course for bachelor of dental hygiene.

20년 3월부터 본격화된 코로나 팬데믹은 전세계경제에 큰 충격으로 불확실성은 더욱 커져 경제생태계 대변혁의 시대를 맞이하고 있는 가운데 고령 인구의 증가, 생산인구의 감소와 더불어 20년 12월 기준 직장의 폐업과 정리해고, 경영부진 등 비자발적인 일자리를 떠난 사람이 19년 대비 48.9%(2020 통계청) 증가, 직장인의 퇴직 평균연령도 51.7세로 직장인 의지와 관계없이 조기 은퇴가 불가피한 상황이다. 한편 직장 근로자 10명중 8명은 창업할 의지가 있는 것으로 나타나 이제는 직장인의 창업은 선택이 아닌 필수로 인식하고 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 직장인의 기업가정신과 지속학습, 보상만족, 고용가능성이 창업의지와 어떠한 상관관계를 가지고 있는가를 조사하고 혁신행동이 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 직장 재직자의 기업가정신과 직장생활 과정에서 지속학습, 보상만족, 고용가능성이 창업의지에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구를 혁신행동의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 재직자의 기업가정신과 지속학습, 보상만족, 고용가능성이 혁신활동을 증가시키고, 증가된 혁신활동이 창업의지에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. With Corona의 불확실한 경제여건에서 조직은 생존을 위한 끊임없는 변화를 추구함에 따른 재직자의 고용불안은 가중될 것이며, 100세 시대를 준비해야 하기에 창업은 필수적 상황으로 창업의지를 종속변수로 설정하여 본 연구를 진행하였다.

The purpose of the present study is to verify the structural relationship among motivation to participate, organizational support, satisfaction and learning outcome in lifelong education. The survey was conducted on the learners who enrolled in "A" lifelong education center in the first semester of 2011 and structural equation modeling analysis were used. A total of 151 respondents were analyzed for this study. The major findings of this research are as follow: First, motivation to participate factor has an influence on the satisfaction and learning outcomes. Second, organizational support factor has an influence on the satisfaction, but not on the learning outcomes. Third, learners' satisfaction have direct effects on the learning outcomes. Furthermore, learners' satisfaction mediated causal relationship between motivation to participate and learning outcomes. This study proposed implications and managing strategies that enhance satisfaction of female adult learners in lifelong education environment and learning outcomes.

본 논문에서는 기존에 제시된 수정된 K-평균 방법을 이용한 VQ 학습 알고리즘을 분석하고, 보다 개선된 성능을 보이는 학습 알고리즘을 제안한다. 수정된 K-평균 학습 알고 리즘은 자기 집단에 속하는 데이터의 중심을 데이터의 중심을 새로운 코드워드로 삼는 것이 아니라 현재 코드워드와 새로 구한 집단의 중심을 연결한 선상에서 새로 구한 중심 너머의 일정한 점을 새로운 코드워드로 선택하는 방식이다. 본 논문에서는 이렇게 구한 새로운 코 드워드가 어떠한 조건을 만족할 때 알고리즘이 반복적 감소의 성질을 가지는지 살펴보고, 그 조건을 만족시키는 영역 중 기존의 방식보다 더 좋은 성능을 보이는 코드워드 선택법을 제시함으로써 개선된 학습 알고리즘을 제안한다.
