A Survey Study on University Students' Participation in Study Group (대학생의 학습동아리 참여 실태)

  • 학습동아리는 대학생들에게 학업보충 뿐 아니라 자격증취득, 취업준비 등 여러 목적으로 매우 유용한 도구가 될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 학습동아리 참여 실태에 대한 조사를 연구 범위로 한다. 조사방법론으로는 대전의 한 대학교의 학생들에게 설문을 통하여 학습동아리 참여 여부와 미참여 시의 이유, 그리고 참여 시 참여 이유 등을 파악하는 설문방법을 취한다. 먼저 성별과 학년별 학습동아리 참여의 차이가 있는지를 분석하고, 미참여 이유와 참여 이유에 있어 성별에 따른 차이와 학년에 따른 차이를 SPSS 20 통계패키지를 이용하여 검증한다. 검증 결과는 남학생의 학습동아리 참여가 높고 학년별로는 신입생보다 재학생들이 당연히 참여 비율이 월등히 높아 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 있음이 나타났다. 참여 이유로는 자발적 필요성이 70%에 달해 월등히 높은 비율을 나타냈다. 한편 미참여 이유는 아르바이트 등으로 시간이 없다는 응답이 50%를 넘어 경제적 형편을 반영하고 있다. 성별, 학년별 참여, 미참여 이유는 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었다.

Analysis on the Operation Situation of School Library Librarians' Study Circle in Suwon (수원지역 학교도서관 사서연구회 운영 현황 분석)

  • This study attempts to derive the necessity and effects of study circles and the direction for their future improvement by understanding the current operation situation of study circles by the librarian who are in charge of school libraries and their perception about the study circle activities. For this purpose, those in charge of school libraries in 25 Offices of Education Support in Gyeonggi-Do were surveyed by telephone interview regarding the operation of study circles by the school librarians. Survey analysis and in-depth interview were conducted particularly focusing on Suwon region where the school librarians turned out to be most actively involved in the study circle activities. According to the analysis results, study circle activities by librarian gives an opportunity of sharing information related to school library operation and cultivating competence as a librarian, in addition to being helpful in enhancing their performance capability in school libraries.

대학의 학생창업에 미치는 창업동아리의 역할

  • 본 연구는 최근 창업에 대한 관심이 대학 내에서 확산되고 성공한 학생창업가들이 배출되고 있는 시점에서 대학 내 창업동아리 활동이 실제로 학생창업으로 이어지는지 국내 4년제 대학 169개를 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 대학의 창업동아리는 학생창업을 활성화하기 위한 방안으로써 정부와 대학은 매년 창업동아리에 필요한 예산과 교육 등 적극적인 지원을 하고 있지만 창업동아리 활동이 학생창업에 어떻게 영향을 미치는지 국내에서는 학술적으로 연구된 바가 극히 드물다. 이러한 이유로 본 연구에서는 대학의 창업동아리가 학생창업 증가에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 한다. 구체적으로 선행연구에서 강조한 바와 같이 창업동아리 활동이 학생창업에 미치는 영향을 대학의 창업지원과 교육의 조절효과를 중심으로 실증분석 한다. 분석결과 첫째, 대학의 창업동아리가 실제로 학생창업에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 창업동아리 활동이 활발한 대학일수록 학생창업이 많이 이루어진다는 것을 시사한다. 둘째, 학생 창업지원과 교육의 조절효과를 검증한 결과 대학의 실습형 창업강좌는 창업동아리 활동과 학생창업 간의 관계를 정(+)의 방향으로 조절한다는 증거가 발견되었다. 즉, 창업동아리 활동이 학생창업에 미치는 긍정적인 영향은 실습형 창업강좌의 비중이 높은 학교일수록 긍정적인 관계가 강화된다는 것을 의미한다. 이는 경험적 학습을 통한 동아리 활동과 실습형 교육 간 연계의 필요성을 강조한다. 따라서, 창업 동아리 활동을 통한 학생들의 창업활동을 분석함으로써 대학의 창업 동아리 활동의 효과를 증진시킬 수 있는 현실적인 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과는 대학 내 활발한 창업 동아리 활동의 질적 향상과 실제 창업 동아리 활동을 경험한 학생들이 창업으로 이루어질 수 있는 현실적인 창업 교육에 기여할 수 있는 것으로 기대된다.

Status Analysis and Activation Plans for the CoPs of Records Management: focused on Education Support Offices (공공기관의 기록관리 학습동아리(CoP) 현황 및 활성화 방안 - 교육지원청을 중심으로 -)

  • By the law, "Public Records Act", all public agencies should have at least one record manager. However, education support offices and military related agencies currently have a low recruitment rate than other agencies. To overcome the absence of records manager, several education support offices ran the 'CoP(Community of Practice)s of Records Management'. To determine the current state of operation of the CoPs, a preliminary analysis was conducted on all national education support offices by information disclosures. And then the detail survey was performed by dividing the institutions with/without the CoPs, At the results, the CoPs of record managements help to perform practical task and improve individuals'skills. Meanwhile, even if the CoPs temporarily substitutes record management tasks, the record manager specialist must be recruited. In addition, we proposed an activation plan to identify and solve the obstacles in the operation of the CoPs of records management.

Influence on Academic Motivation and Satisfaction of College Life by Dong-A-Ry Activity (in students on department of dental hygiene) (동아리 활동이 학습동기 및 대학생활 만족도에 미치는 영향 (치위생과 학생을 중심으로))

  • This research is about influence on academic motivation and satisfaction of college life by Dong-A-Ry activity in students on department of dental hygiene. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The relationship between academic motivation and Dong-A-Ry activity was found to a positive relationship with ${\alpha}$ <0.05 in analysis of variance, which shows that correlation between variables are significantly high. 2. The relationship between satisfaction of college life and Dong-A-Ry activity was found to a positive relationship with ${\alpha}$ < 0.05 in analysis of variance, which shows that correlation between variables are significantly high. 3. This research suggests that students obtain the experience of group activity which is difficult to approach by regular curricular activity. As a result, to improve the highly motivated study and the better satisfaction in college life, Dong-A-Ry activities are needed. And Dong-A-Ry activity can be efficiently facilitated by active participants, efficient program development, facilitator's leadership and so on.

An Assessment Study for The Impact of Startup Club Activity by Bizcool Students on Their Entrepreneurship Will and Maturing Their Career Path (특성화 고등학생들의 창업동아리활동이 창업의지와 진로성숙도에 미치는 영향)

  • About 500 Bizcool High School will be designated by the year of 2017. The policy of designating Bizcool will promote startup club activity among Bizcool high school Student. In particular, the startup club activities will help Bizcool high school student fixing their career path after graduation by enhancing their creativity, leadership, team spirit, and problem solving ability through understanding the concept of entrepreneurship and embodying the startup process taking real startup experience. Hence, this paper set and test hypothesis of assuming the differences with respect to entrepreneurship will and maturing career path whether they have startup club activity as presenting Bizcool high school or not. The empirical test have bee done over 274 Bizcool high school students. The result have shown that significant level of differences(Determinants and Confidence) are found between the group of having startup club activity and those of not having.

Effects of Self Study Circle Activity on Self-directed Learning Ability and Learning Attitude in Nursing Students (간호대학생의 자율적인 학습동아리 활동이 자기주도 학습능력과 학습태도에 미치는 효과)

  • Purpose: This study investigates the effects of self-study circle activity on self-directed learning ability and learning attitude in nursing students. Methods: This research design is modeled on a nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design conducted on 36 nursing students (exp.: 21, con.: 15). Data collection was performed from March 2 to July 20, 2013. Data were analyzed using ${\chi}2$-tests and t-tests via the SPSS Win 12.0 program package. The variables were self-directed learning ability and learning attitude. Results: The experimental group revealed significant differences in self-directed learning ability (p<.05) and physiology grade (p<.01) relative to the control group. In contrast, no significant differences between learning attitude were manifest between the two groups. Conclusion: It confirmed that study circle activity is effective in increasing self-directed learning ability in nursing students.

A Study on Effect of Learner Centered Mathematical Club Based on Mathematics History (수학사 기반 학습자 중심 수학동아리 효과 분석 연구)

  • This study assumes alternative character of the operation of mathematical club in middle school. The case that operated the voluntary mathematics club for one year was analyzed and the educational effect was considered. First, the examination instrument for choosing the members of mathematics club was developed and used. And, diverse teaching and learning materials for improving creativity and mathematical ability of the members were used. Second, the difference of learning result between the experiment group and control one who joined the activities of mathematics club was analyzed. Finally, mathematical club activity based on mathematics history appeared to be effective in improving academic achievement and mathematics exploration activity.
