The undergraduate structure based on flipped learning should be a necessary course to cultivate value creation capability based on students' problem solving capability through the change of university education in the fourth industrial revolution era. Flipped learning stimulated the learner's high order thinking and activates communication between the faculty-student and the students through the use of activity oriented teaching strategy. Introduction and spread of Flipping Learning combining project-based learning with MOOC is required. The professor should be able to apply net teaching and learning methods using flipping learning and active learning, and develop class contents reflecting new knowledge, information and technology. As the introduction and spread of AI-based(E-Advisor, chat bot et al) learning consulting, Which is becoming increasingly advanced, the transition to "personalized education" that meets the 4th Industrial Revolution should be made.

코로나 팬더믹으로 인해 시작된 비대면 수업의 도입은 대학교육시스템에 변화를 가져왔다. 대학은 비대면 수업 운영에 대한 경험 및 학습자 만족도를 기반으로 비대면 수업을 대학 학사 운영에 활용하는 방안을 모색하기 시작하였다. 본 논문은 비대면과 대면이 혼합된 하이브리드 수업 운영에서 학습자들이 다양한 특성의 과목에서 만족한 수업방식과 의견을 조사·분석함으로써 비대면과 대면 수업을 혼합 활용하는 효과적 방안을 모색하는데 필요한 학습자 의견 도출에 그 목적이 있다. 조사 결과, 학습자들은 전반적으로 하이브리드 수업에 만족하고 있고, 과목 특성에 따라 비대면과 대면 수업의 장점을 혼합한 수업에 대한 학습효과를 올바르게 인식하고 있음을 알 수 있고, 수업 맞춤형 하이브리드 수업 운영을 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 향후 대학은 학습자의 만족도를 높일 수 있는 하이브리드 수업 운영을 위한 제도 등을 마련하여 효과적인 수업 운영 및 활성화를 지원할 필요가 있다고 사료된다.

This study developed an online learning support program to provide academic support for students on academic probation by considering the positive perception and advantages of online education and at the same time reflecting the difficulty in contacting students who have been placed on academic probation. The program consisted of topics and contents that could increase academic self-management and academic resilience of college students on academic probation, and the purpose was to verify the effectiveness of the online learning support program after operation. The research results are as follows. There was a significant difference in academic self-management, learning regulation, and positive attitude of college students on academic probation. This can be seen as the fact that college students on academic probation acquired the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for studying, and their determination to study had a positive effect on their academic resilience. The significance of this study is that it developed a program that can help improve the academic resilience of college students on academic probation and analyzed its effectiveness.

Collecting and managing information on all-round activities of students not only helps to improve school life adjustment and satisfaction, but also serves as the basis for preventive student support for academic warnings or dropouts. Therefore, in guiding students, it is necessary to integrate various information of students and provide them to the instructor quickly and accurately. In this study, in the special environment of an organization in which student information is scattered in several systems, a system model is proposed that not only integrates and provides student information to instructors quickly, but also saves cost and effort. And we tested the effectiveness of the proposed system model by developing a simple web page. As a result, it was confirmed that the proposed model provided information necessary for student guidance in an integrated, multifaceted, and instantaneous manner, and that user satisfaction was improved through an improved UI.

ABEEK, an independent non-governmental organization, is the recognized accreditor for the educational programs in engineering and related disciplines. ABEEK has developed the standard accreditation criteria to meet diverse needs of the engineering and related communities in Korea. A student attending at the accredited program has to complete the required courses and elective courses according to the curriculum flowchart to meet the accreditation criteria for a bachelor. Therefore an efficient and effective tool is necessary to support the adviser to monitor the completion of the required courses and elective courses according to the curriculum flowchart. In this paper, we describe an adviser tool developed. To develop an adviser tool. we established databases which contain the information of courses and their relations according to the curriculum flowchart. Adviser tool was developed to analyze student's DegreeAudit and represent the current completion information on the curriculum flowchart for effective monitoring. A closed test was performed and showed the increase of efficiency to meet the accreditation criteria for a bachelor.

The objective of this study is to analyze such discourse as mission statements and objectives, goals, and strategic plan of iSchools. Educational changes created by the digital reality and prevalent information systems and computers became an increasingly important part of library and information science. As a result, library and information schools joined iSchools as the cooperative effort to advance and to understand the rapid changes. These positioning validated the missions, objectives, goals of iSchools and thus an analysis of these documents can lead the way to the future of LIS education. For this job a qualitative analysis were performed to scrutinize the awareness of, support for and involvement with the field among key constituencies.

The aim of this study was to analyze the operation status of administrative information datasets of private universities and present improvement plans. For the system of private universities, the generation, correction, and deletion of functions, development types, and data were analyzed politically. As a result of the analysis, it has one or more administrative information systems and uses the academic management system in common, and the system is often developed on its own through the university's infrastructure, and data is deleted by the person in charge, but the regulations are not clear. To solve these problems, it was proposed to revise the EA portal to properly investigate the current status of the administrative information system of private universities, manage records centering on systems without data correction, and revise internal regulations to conduct education.

The academic credit banking system is an educational system to implement a lifelong learning society. Students who meet the requirements of this system can achieve academic degrees equivalent to those of junior colleges or four-year universities. Credits and degree information of these students are recorded and managed by the central institution. However, this system can cause security problem such as hacking due to centralized management. In this paper, we propose an academic credit banking system which can manage credits and degree information based on blockchain technology. In the proposed system, credits and degree information are stored in block and managed in the public ledger in a permanent manner. Blocks are connected in the form of blockchain on a distributed network to improve security problems such as hacking and manipulation. Also, the efficiency of credit bank management can be increased because the functions of the central institution are distributed to the network participants. The prototype of the proposed system was implemented on the Go-Ethereum platform and experimentally verified the blockchain information among participating organizations using smart contracts.

The notion of a certificate was introduced by Kohnfelder in his 1978 MIT bachelor's thesis. The idea, now common, was that a certificate is a digitally signed statement binding the key-holder's name to a public key. With the increasing acceptance of digital certificate, there has been a gaining impetus for methods to nullify the compromised digital certificates and enable the end user to receive this information before be trusts a revoked certificate. The problem of certificate revocation is getting more and more crucial with the development of wide spread PKIs. In this paper, we investigate recent trend of certificate revocation mechanism.

Elementary schools and middle schools currently manage their student data by using the education administration system. One of its sub-systems called 'the academic affairs support system' is especially dedicated to handle school and academic affairs data. By allowing simple data search and statistical data calculations, it helps teachers easily integrate and manage education information resources. However, it is not easy for teachers to analyze the correlations among student data. In this paper, we showed by examples that a lot of meaningful information can be extracted by analyzing the relations among student data. Based on the results, we designed and implemented SIMS as a tool to provide teachers with such services. SIMS makes use of Association Rules for data correlation analyses. SIMS can be used in connection with the academic affairs support system, and is much easier to use than previously developed commercial products for similar services.
