본 논문에서는 학교평가에 효과적으로 대비할 수 있는 교육정보화 방안을 모색하였다. 이를 위해, 이미 도입되어 있는 초.중등학교 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 활용하였다. 이 정보시스템을 이용하여 학교평가에 대비하는 시간을 줄이고, 학교평가 자료를 쉽게 추출하고자 하였다. 먼저, 학교평가 항목을 토대로 현재의 종합정보관리시스템을 분석하여 학교평가의 지원여부를 확인하였다. 그리고, 효율적으로 학교평가를 지원하기 위해서 반드시 갖추어야하는 종합정보관리시스템의 기능을 제시하였다.

본 연구는 정보화 사업으로 각급 학교에서는 많은 정보화기기들이 설치되어 활용되고 있다. 미래 정보사회에서는 정보화기기의 사용이 수업의 질을 좌우할 것이다. 현 초등학교 학급의 정보화 시설 설비활용 실태를 분석하여 이를 토대로 초등학교 학급의 정보화기기 기준 안을 마련하여 정보화기기 확충과 활용의 개선 방향을 제시하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경기도 관내의 10개 초등학교 학급 담임교사 40명을 임의 표집하여 설문연구를 하였다. 통계처리는 빈도분석과 x2 검증 방법으로 검증하여 정보기기를 소개하고 정보사회의 개념을 이해하고 정보사회를 대처하기 위해 초등학교에서 준비해야 할 정보기자재 기준을 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과를 통하여 초등학교에 필요한 정보기자재 기준 안을 세워 예산 확보와 관리자들의 정보 인식 변화에 도움을 주고 각 학교 정보관리자들에게 기준을 제공하였다.

정보화 사업으로 각급 학교에서는 맡은 정보화기기들이 설치되어 활용되고 있다. 미래 정보사회에서는 정보화기기의 사용이 수업의 질을 좌우할 것이다. 학교 예산의 차이와 관리자의 정보 인식에 따라 정보기자재의 학교별 확보량과 사용량의 차이가 심화되고 있다. 신 정보기기를 소개하고 정보사회의 개념을 이해하고 정보사우를 대처하기 위해 초등학교에서 준비해야 할 정보기자재 기준을 교사와 정보부장들에게 설문을 통해 조사하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 초등학교에 필요한 정보기자재 기준안을 제시하고 예산을 확보하여 관리자들의 정보기자재에 대한 인식 변화에 도움을 주고 각 학교 정보관리자들에게 기준을 제공 할 수 있다.

This study aims to verify the effect of school library education service on the information literacy ability of high school students in the poor economic environment. For this purpose, we narrowed down to 215 high school first graders with substandard educational conditions, and then implemented information literacy education. The results of the information literacy test were compared, before and after the information literacy service. The preliminary tests of 15 schools including the targeted school were conducted, and we found that the results of the self-evaluation in those 15 schools exceed those with other generally good educational conditions. We considered in all aspects to find out how to overcome the information literacy gap through information literacy programs. Reflecting on the previous research verifying that the difference in educational environment affects the information literacy, we can confirm that the information literacy education service, which is the core service of the school library, can narrow the information literacy gap. We hope that this study will be a basis for the systematic establishment of information literacy education in public education.

This study suggests a fundamental contents role model for multimedia school library. For the purpose of the objective, this study, at first, overviews currents situation of school libraries in Korea, and analyzes three multimedia school libraries of the United States and three school libraries' homepage of Korea to compare the contents of information services.

초.중등학교에서 활용중인 종합정보관리 시스템 중에서 학교급식 관리시스템은 교육청 단위로의 DB 통합과 전국단위 교육행정정보시스템의 구축, 현장 적합도와 사용자 편이성 미흡 등의 이유로 사용이 중단되어 있다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해서는 시스템의 재구축 또는 개정작업이 수반된다. 본 논문에서는 학교급식관리의 내실화를 실현하기 위해 학교종합정보관리 시스템의 개선점을 도출하고 그 실현 방안을 제시하였다.

국민의 정부에서는 2000년 대통령 신년사에서 '세계에서 컴퓨터를 가장 잘 쓰는 국민'으로 육성하겠다는 의지를 표명함으로써 학교 현장에 본격적인 정보통신 기술 교육이 도입되게 되었다. 따라서 초등학교 1학년부터 고등학교까지 모든 학교급에서 정보통신기술 교육을 시행하는 시책을 2000년 2월 11일에 발표하였다. 이 시책은 21세기 지식 정보 사회의 생애 기술로 정착된 컴퓨터를 조기에 학교 교육을 통하여 체계적으로 교육하기 위하여 초등학교부터 고등학교까지 배워야 할 최소한의 정보 통신 기술 교육의 목표와 수준을 선정, 제시하기로 하는 한편, 현재 부분적, 선택적으로 실시되고 있는 컴퓨터교육을 2001학년도부터 단계적으로 모든 학년에서 시행하기로 한 것이다. 학교도서관은 그 어느 때보다도 높은 관심 속에서 발전하고 있다. 그림에도 불구하고 학교도서관을 운영할 사서교사의 배치는 난관에 부딪혀 있다. 이에 본고에서는 도서관의 고유한 역할인 참고봉사의 기능을 학교 교육과 연계시켜 한가지 해결책을 제시한다. 도서관 업무의 꽃이라고 하는 참고봉사는 기본 2대 기능이 정보와 교육에 있다. 이중에서 교육 기능의 측면에서 어떻게 사서교사를 학교도서관에 배치할 수 있는가하는 점에 초점을 두고 이 논문을 전개한다. 또 본고에서는 국내외 정보이용 교육과정, 초ㆍ중등학교 정보와 도서관 교육과정의 구성과 기반 이론, 향후 현장 학교도서관과 학계에 미칠 교과교육학의 영향, 정보와 도서관 교육과정의 정책 방향 등에 대해 제시하였다.

This study was conducted to propose the improvements by analyzing the actual state of Education Information Disclosure related to the school libraries of elementary and middle schools and by grasping its problems. In order to do that, we examined the Education Information Disclosure standards in school libraries in Korea. The actual state of information disclosure on 13 items related to school libraries was analyzed, using S High School in Seoul as a case study. In addition, in understanding the values of school libraries easily and informing them exactly through Education Information Disclosure, it was judged that the forms and guides for disclosure and the level of school introduction services were somewhat insufficient. On the basis of that, some improvements were proposed, which could help to make the operation and management of Education Information Disclosure in school libraries more efficient.

Information Literacy Instruction(ILI) is recognised with essential role of the school library, as information use ability appears with one literacy in knowledge and information society. The successful ILI is necessary teaching and teaming model of student's activities that it provides the various experience, to motivate, to promote positive participation. Consequently, this study is developed to teaching and teaming model of student's activity through Multiple Intelligences which emphasizes to human's multi dimension and activities.
