This study was to propose new formats for the records of achievement and the student's school life. For the college entrance examination to select excellent students with great potential and for the public education to be normalized through performance assessment, the implications of the reformats of the student achievement are significant. To carry out the study, 658 of students, 230 of teachers from 4 middle schools and 10 high schools, and 24 of college admission officers from 8 universities participated in the questionaries that asked the problems of the current assessment system and the future directions based on the desirable reformats of the school records. The collected opinions and advices from the participants were considered to understand the current status, possible directions, and ways to apply the performance assessment to the college entrance examination.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception of records for reading activities in high schools and to make a suggestion for improvement of reading activities records. Data for 120 high school students were collected and analyzed for this study. This study showed negative response results in terms of the satisfaction of the 'reading activity situation' record, the necessity of the reading activity record, and the method of recording the reading activity. It is, however, necessary to improve the current recording method to invigorate high school students' reading activities. Since it is not easy to identify students' development in reading by the titles which they provides for the reading activity records, a variety of reading activities need to be recorded for understanding students' development process and interaction activities with teachers. It is expected that the findings in this study will be significant data to improve evaluation methods of reading activities for college admission and to cultivate proper reading culture in high schools.

The purpose of this study is to study the technical implementation methods to prevent problems such as the record of important educational activities of the student life record department or the continuous illegal leakage and manipulation. To this end, in this paper, by applying a private blockchain that can be participated only by a given organization or individual, it prevents outsiders from participating in the block network, and creates legitimate authority by creating two types of block data: student information block and access record block in the life record book. We proposed a block mechanism that can be registered, modified, and accessed only by authorized staff members. As a result, we have prepared an alternative to prevent forgery and alteration of the living records by third parties and to secure the integrity of the living records. If applied to the educational administrative information system, social consensus will be established that the operation and management of the life record book is reliable.

The Korean curriculum and admission system have evolved through numerous changes. Currently, the nation's college entrance rate stands at nearly 70 percent, and it is the highest among OECD members. Amid this environment, the importance of school life records is increasing among students who are interested in going to college and who have the highest percentage in the nation's education system. Happiness is not the order of grades, but I can find my future and happiness at the same time through active school life. Through the analysis system of school life records, you can find interests and career paths suitable for yourself, and analyze and supplement factors suitable for the university and department you want to go to, so that you can take a step further in successful advancement. Each item in the school records is divided into three categories to analyze the necessary and unnecessary words. By visualizing and numericalizing the analyzed data, an analysis system is established that can be supplemented in school life. An analysis system through data mining can be utilized by concisely summarizing sentences of different elements and extracting words by applying the multi-topic minutes summary system using word frequency and similarity analysis as an existing prior study.

A fast foot of information communication technology is appearing as expansion of prompt administrative service desire and national participation desire regarding administration. This is following again by government innovation and demand of customer-oriented governmental implementation with information technology. The Ministries of Education and Human Resources Development proceeded with National Education Information System(NEIS) for the aim of educational informatization at a highest global level. NEIS that was operated from 2003 established a system in Educational Offices in 16 cities/province and the Ministry of Education and Human Resources Development, and connected all educational administration organizations and primary and middle schools with Internet. Thus, NEIS processes electronically the general administration affairs in educational administration organizations each unit school. The NEIS school affairs business system that is newly enforced is producing an important documentation (of semi-permanent level) such as personal information and grade of students including School Human Document with electronic methods. However, we need to guarantee authenticity, integrity, reliability and usability of documentation because school affairs business system is producing important documentation under poor circumstances. According to this necessity, school affairs business system analyzed how many a record management function includes by the ISO 15489 that was an international record managerial standard. On the basis of these analyses, I will present a plan for management of a school documentation in this study. These researches are meaningful in electronically analyzing a record management function of the National Education Information System(NEIS) and in documentarily approaching management plan. I expect theses researches to be able to used as useful data for documental management plan preparations regarding a productive documentation of all kinds of business systems using in public institutions as well as National Education Information System(NEIS).

Korean universities have selected candidates through admission officer system since 2009. However, the universities now have to settle several problems that they faced at the first stage of the system. Therefore, this research, taking the admission screening data of J University as examples, aims to discuss how differently the weight of the screening factors appears depending on the subjects related to college entrance, such as parents, teachers, and admission officers. The research indicates that the subjects have different perspectives about entrance screening requisites. Parents and teachers more value the student record that is a countable indicator than the letter of self-recommendation that is a uncountable indicator. However, it also indicates that admission officers take attitude against parents and teachers.

As "Nationwide Educational Information System", as one of 11 essential tasks of the electronic government, is to be introduced step by step from March in 2003, the current School Information Management System servers in each school cannot be functioned appropriately any more. Management of school cumulative records will be done by the integrated server of the regional Office of Education. Accordingly, more than 20,000 servers of various kinds available in each school should be put into use in one way or another. So this thesis aims to suggest how to reuse these servers in schools, and how to approach modeling of the 21st-century school in the School Information Management System.

정부의 "교육정보화" 정책으로 인하여 초.중등학교의 컴퓨팅 환경에 많은 변화가 일어나게 되었다. 특히 학생 생활기록부의 전산화는 지금까지 종이에 기록되어 관리되어 왔던 학생들의 정보를 데이터베이스화 한다는 측면에서 많은 긍정적인 효과를 가져오고 있다. 하지만, 이 시스템은 독립형 데이터베이스 관리 시스템이기 때문에 데이터베이스한 학생들의 자료를 학교내에서만 이용할 수 있을뿐, 이웃 학교나 시.도 교육청과는 전혀 공유되지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 현재 사용하고 있는 하드웨어와 소프트웨어 환경을 그대로 이용하면서 각 학교에 구축되어 있는 데이터베이스 시스템을 서로 공유할 수 있는 방법의 하나로 분산객체 시스템을 이용한 분산 데이터베이스 관리 시스템을 개발하고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 하지만 선행 연구를 볼 때 분산 객체 시스템과 분산 데이터베이스 시스템은 단일시스템의 개발보다 문제점이 많고 복잡하기 때문에 이 프로토타입에서는 학생에 대한 정보만을 대상으로 개발하고자 한다. 개발하고자 한다.

This study recruited 11 teachers with experience in guiding science exhibitions nationwide to investigate the perception and necessity of teachers as educational consumers of science exhibitions, one of the out-of-school science education activities, and conducted an in-depth written survey. An average of more than 3,600 characters answered a total of seven questions in writing, and through qualitative analysis, the growth of students and teachers due to participation in science exhibitions, difficulties in participating in competitions, and teachers' voices for revitalization were recognized. Teachers offered positive opinions in that participation in science exhibitions improves students' knowledge and attitudes related to science and experiences an open inquiry process linked to career advancement in science and engineering. However, the students who participated in the competition failed to record the contents of the inquiry in their school records, and instructors pointed out the obsession with discovering novel topics, the burden of guiding the inquiry process, and the limitations of their expertise in major knowledge. In order to revitalize science exhibitions, 17 city and provincial education offices called for measures to strengthen the capabilities of instructors and students, improve the promotion and screening methods of the National Science Museum, and improve the Ministry of Education's school records.

The purpose of this study was to examine the current student assessment plan of subject domain and to propose ways to improve it. This study analyzed the history of our student assessment plan of subject domain and overviewed the student assessment cases of several countries. And then researchers discussed the improvement plans of student assessment of subject domain. The results of this study are as follows. First, we need to enlarge the use of detailed subject-ability record space or to assess student's subject-related ability according to subordinate perspectives of subject. Second, we need to establish the desirable evaluation-perspective and to develop absolute evaluation criteria of each subject and unit. Third, we need to diffentiate the scores of differentiated test items or equate the scores of differentiated groups.
