Recently, the connection between science museum and school science curriculum has been emphasized, but the frameworks for evaluating school science curricula are insufficient in terms of how much of school science curriculum was reflected and attained. The purposes of this study are to develop a framework that can be utilized to evaluate levels of curriculum that are reflected and attained in the texts of exhibition panels displayed in science museums. We developed an evaluation tool based on the frameworks used to assess students' achievement in the secondary school curriculum, and we used the tool to measure the reflection and attainment levels demonstrated in the texts of exhibition panels about earth science contents of secondary school curriculum in three science museums located in Chungcheong-do, central part of Korea. Findings showed that the levels of reflection and attainment of secondary school curriculum in exhibition panels about earth science contents in science museums were measured 38.7% and 2.82 points out of 5.0respectively. We hope that the evaluation tool used in this study could be utilized to measure the levels of reflection and attainment of secondary school science curriculum demonstrated in the text of each of exhibition panels in science museums.

The purpose of this study is to develop and apply assessment standards for the reflection of science museum exhibitions in science curriculum. Assesment standards were developed based on the national achievement standards for earth science in elementary school. The researchers measured the reflection level and evaluation scale by applying the developed assesment standards to exhibitions in the National Science Museum. The results of this study showed that the reflection level and evaluation scale of science curriculum far elementary school in the National Science Museum were measured as 52% and 3.53 respectively. Especially, the level of the reflection of science curriculum in the National Science Museum was found to be at the high level in Geologic field and Astronomic field. These results indicate that the National Science Museum as an informal education institute is comparatively well connected to science education of elementary school. Science museum should be connected with school education and it should start after a substantial reflection on the curriculum. For this, science museum need to develop standards that reflect science curriculum. From this point of view, the results of this study can be used as basic data that evaluate the level of connection between science museum and school education and that guide the direction of development of science curriculum.

2015년 12월에 개관한 국립부산과학관은 동남권 유일의 종합과학관으로 천문교육을 위한 천체관측소와 천체투영관을 보유하고 있다. 천체관측소에는 국내 최대규모의 구경 350mm 굴절망원경을 포함 다양한 천체관측 및 교육장비를 갖추고 있고, 천체투영관에는 디지털식 투영기와 직경 17m의 돔스크린, 133석 규모의 시설을 갖추고 있다. 이러한 천문시설은 일반개인관람, 학교단체교육, 학교 및 가족이 참여하는 1박 2일 캠프프로그램, 천문행사 등에 활용되고 있다. 개관 1주년을 바라보고 있는 시점에서 지속적인 천문 교육수요 창출을 위해 보다 효율적인 운영방법모색 및 다양한 컨텐츠를 개발이 요구되고 있다. 이를 기반으로 2021년 부산에서 개최되는 제31차 국제천문연맹총회(IAUGA)에서의 국립부산과학관의 역할을 증대시키고자 한다. 이번 발표에서는 국립부산과학관의 천문시설의 활용 현황을 소개하고 타 기관의 우수 사례를 공유하여 국립부산과학관 뿐만 아니라 전국 천문교육의 지속적인 발전 방법을 논의하고자 한다.

In this study, searched how science museum reflects personality of course of study and target comparing display contents of science museum with high school earth science Ⅰand Ⅱ of the 7th curriculum. Result of this study is as following. First, area that earth science contents of course of study are exhibited has been less than 50%, and is preponderated by unit. Second, earth science course of study reflection degree of science museum is middle.(2.8 points of perfect score 5 points) Third, number of average mark of contents that is exhibited by science museum in significance level 0.05 lows is difference, and it is no difference by unit.

Recently, the problems in school violence did not stop on the crime between the members at the school and which developed into the invasion crime of the school caused by outsiders. The school is no more the safety zone from the crime. Particularly, in the case of the elementary school, because there are nearly no people who oppose to the outside attacker and can control this, it is the place where it is vulnerable to the invasion crime. The Metropolis of Seoul implements the School Sheriff system within the jurisdiction bureau, in the public elementary school. However, actually the School Sheriff business is being managed, never applying a rule in the Security Industry Law with the main content, that is the Security Industry Law application is excluded. Because the jurisdiction on the contract of Seoul City and operating company are run, the various issues is caused. First, since it is not being considered as a security business, the commercial liability insurance for security company has no chance to applicate when the operation company and the School Sheriff have related damage generation. So the security for the indemnification of loss of the victim is weak. Second, The task of the School Sheriff is ruled just by in the individual contracts. But it is insufficient with this thing. The related duties are required some supplement like a general rule application including the obligation of the guard in the security industry law. Third, the education of the School Sheriff needs to connect with the educational programme in the security industry law. The related professional education specially needed for the prevention of school violence ought to be reserved compensation. Forth, the citizens still demand the strengthening of police patrol for the surroundings of a school in spite of the result of Seoul City's public survey. Therefore, the active relation of cooperation with the police needs to be supported legally and institutionally with the Security Industry Law application. Fifthly, the success of the School Sheriff business can be more guaranteed with the supervision of the legal and institutional device like a the Security Industry Law application or police and all sorts of administrative execution's and etc.

최근 COVID-19의 확산에 따라 비대면 학습의 중요성이 화두로 오르고 있다. 과학관과 같은 다중이용시설을 이용하는 방법에서 각 학교, 또는 가정에서 지도할 수 있는 교육 방법의 변화 또한 논의해야 할 때이다. 특히 천문학 교육의 장으로 활용되고 있는 천체투영관(Planetarium)은 다중이용시설로, 상황에 따라 여러 가지 제약을 가지므로 시·공간 제약을 받지 않는 교육프로그램의 개발이 필요하고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 천체시뮬레이션 소프트웨어를 활용한 스크립트 제작 및 360° VR 영상 제작기술을 개발하고 온라인 플랫폼을 활용하여 천체투영관을 방문하지 않은 비대면 환경에서 도 참가자개인의 휴대기기등을 통한 몰입도 높은 천문학 교육을 구현할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하여 새로운 환경에 대한 적용 기회를 제공하고자 한다. 나아가 개발한 프로그램을 천체투영관에 적용하여 천체투영관 활용 천문학 교육프로그램과 교육과정과 연계한 교육콘텐츠 개발에 활용되기를 기대한다.

올해는 1967년 광화문 우체국에 설치된 천체투영관을 시작으로 국내에 천체투영관이 도입된 지 50주년이 되는 해이다. 지방자치제의 시행과 더불어 디지털 투영기가 보급되면서 국내 천문시설은 급격히 증가하게 되었고, 현재 국내에는 약 80곳의 천체투영관이 있으며 연간 약 250만명이 방문하는 인기 있는 천문시설 중 하나로 자리 잡게 되었다. 하지만 현재의 천체투영관은 영상물 상영 위주의 운영이 주를 이루고 있고 교육 시설로의 활용은 부족한 편이다. 반면 해외에서는 1960년대부터 학교와 지역사회에서 천체투영관을 활용한 교육이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 또한 천체투영관의 교육적 효과에 대한 연구도 지속적으로 이루어지고 있으며 천문학적 개념 형성에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타나고 있다. 따라서 본 발표에서는 해외에서 이루어지고 있는 천체투영관을 활용한 다양한 방식의 연구방법과 사례를 살펴보고 현재 국립대구과학관에서 개발하여 운영 중인 프로그램과 활용방법에 대해 소개하고자 한다.

학교사회복지사는 학교 안에 있는 청소년종합사회복지관의 관장이면서 동시에 실무자라고 할 수 있다. 따라서 학교사회복지사가 되려면 학생에 대한 이해와 다양한 개입기술 뿐 아니라 학교체계와 교육제도에 대한 지식은 물론 기본적인 조직생활에 대한 이해, 사회복지제도와 여러 정책에 대한 지식, 협상기술, 복지 경영자로서의 능력과 행정기술 등이 먼저 구비되어야 한다.

Science museum are the typical channels for students to experience science as outside school science lessons. Hereupon, in this study, middle school earth science contents system and achievement standards by the 7th Curriculum analyzed exhibit of science museum for basis. As a result, relevance between accomplishment level and Exhibition was insufficient in curriculum, and the area of geology in the exhibition overemphasized. Therefore, exhibit that consider curriculum is required. hereafter, Result of this study presents display of science museum and direction of education.

This study proposes the establishment of a joint preservation library in the Chungcheongbuk-do region. It aims to transfer low-utilization materials from various libraries in Chungcheongbuk-do to the joint preservation library, thereby improving the efficiency of existing spaces and actively supporting the educational curriculum of school libraries. To achieve this, the study conducted document analysis, a status survey, and case analysis. The research results indicate that a reasonable standard for the accommodating capacity of the preservation library space is calculated at 280 volumes per square meter. Specifically, an initial transfer of 45,580 volumes for public libraries and 121,894 volumes for school libraries is proposed, totaling 167,474 volumes. Depending on the saturation levels of Chungcheongbuk-do Office of Education-affiliated public libraries and school libraries, the initial volume is determined to be 167,477 volumes, with an annual increase of 10% calculated over 30 to 50 years after the library's opening.
