The previous empirical research suggests that problem finding is more important than problem solving in the creative process. Problem finding is increasingly recognized in theories of creativity. In spite of the importance of problem finding, there is little research to explain problem finding in Korea. This article reviews the research about problem finding and examines the nature of problem finding, the type of problems, the relation of problem finding and problem solving, the relation of problem finding and creativity, and the serendipity. Finally, theoretical and educational implications are discussed.

In recent years, the concrete cracks in most construction field have been widely presented and developed. Also it is well known the repair cost of the concrete cracks have been rapidly increased in Korea. So the concrete crack expert system was developed to minimize the repair cost and to support the field engineer. The feature of this web based system for diagnosing the causes of concrete cracks is comprised of comfortable user application.

By using the least square input estimator and a likelihood ratio technique, an one-dimensional tracking problem is presented. A Kalman tracking filter based on constant-velocity model is used to track a target and the filtered estimate is updated with an input estimate when a maneuver is detected. The simulation results show that there are significant improvements using the scheme presented here.

Track residuals at each scan are sensed by a detector to guard against unexpected corrections of the filter. The simulation results show there are significant improvements using the scheme presented.

미지의 조작량이나 매우 큰 외란이 입력으로 작용하고 있는 동력시스템의 정도 높은 상태를 추정하려면 상태추정에 앞서 시스템의 입력추정이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 간략형 칼만필터 (SKF:Simplified Kalman Filter)를 이용하여 운동하고 있는 목표물의 상태추정을 행함과 동시에 기동탐지자 (Maneuvering Detector)와 입력추정자 (Input Estimator)에 의해 시스템의 입력을 추정하고 이것에 의하여 SKF의 추정치를 보정해줌으로써 입력이 미지인 동적 시스템의 상태추정에 있어서 추정정도를 개선하는 방법을 제안하며 디지탈계산기를 이용한 시뮤레이션을 통하여 본 방법의 유효성을 밝힌다.

4C-STEAM을 활용한 과학인형극 프로그램은 연구자가 지난 6년 동안 50여회의 전국 공연을 담은 학생중심의 '과학예술융합 체험 프로그램'이다. 이는 학생들에게 융합과 창의, 소통과 배려의 기회를 제공하였지만, 프로그램의 재미 요소의 차이에 따라 참가자의 반응이 엇갈리는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 프로그램 속에 재미 요소를 분석하고 전략을 강화하여 학생 참여와 교육 효과를 높이고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 사업주체 및 사업영역 선정을 중심으로 한국영상물 산업의 물류공동화 전략 및 방안에 대하여 고찰 해보고자 하였다. 본 연구 방법으로는 문헌자료, 보고서, 실증사례를 바탕으로 연구가 진행되었다. 본 연구에서는 영상물 물류공동화 전략방안으로는 단기적, 장기적 전략방안으로 구분하여 고찰 하였다. 단기전으로는 하주가 운영을 하면서, 공동운영하는 방법과 장기적으로는 물류업자가 운영을 하면서, 대행위탁사업으로 전개하는 방안을 도출하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 영상물 물류공동화에 한정하여 연구가 진행되어졌다. 향후 타 업종으로 확대하여 연구할 필요가 있다.

In spreading an internet service and developing a network technology, The interest of study about the remote control system using web environment increased. In treatise, We describe a design and an implementation of the gateway system that is based 3-tier model using corba in middleware. This system is applicatble various system environment because of using middleware and overcome a time limit and range limit because of using web browser interface.

In this paper, an optimal control of first order systems is discussed. The control system comprises a main controller and an auxiliary controller. The main controller is designed based on the LQ control scheme including an integrator to remove the off-set. The non-linear auxiliary controller is added parallely to the main controller to obtain a finite time settling control. The control parameters under variation of the system and various coefficients of the performance indices are computed numerically, and the control responses for the system with the proposed controllers demonstrated the usefulness of the control method.
