A Study on the Influencing Factors of Sustainable Use Intention & Addiction of Social Media WeChat (소셜미디어 위챗의 지속 이용의도와 중독의 영향요인 연구)

  • This study is an empirical study on how factors such as social factor, entertainment factor on the Wechat social media platform affect users' flow and addiction to use. Researchers thought that despite the increasing addiction of social media Wechat users, existing social media research is limited to service quality and satisfaction, so research on user flow and addiction is necessary. Therefore, the researchers try to through empirical analysis, the WeChat use to addiction path to social factor (social interactivity, payable) and entertainment factor (entertainment, life relevance), examine how WeChat user experience affects the use intention and satisfaction, and determine its role in the user's WeChat addiction and flow, and tested. The results of this study are expected to provide a new theoretical basis for future research on addiction use of social media.

A Study on the Learners' Class Satisfaction in Synchronous Online Classes (온라인 실시간 수업에서의 학습자의 수업 만족도 연구)

  • This study aimed to understand and analyze the learners' class satisfaction and the effectiveness of synchronous online classes after COVID-19. A total of 188 learners participated in the survey conducted at the end of the Fall Semester 2020 at C University located Gyeongsangnam-do. Findings revealed that learners' satisfaction with the synchronous online classes was relatively low, and the learners had negative perception of that. Learning content have the biggest effect on the learners' class satisfaction. Next came class management and the online learning platform. Therefore, instructors need to organize learning content effectively and enhance learners' understanding considering the most influential variable, learning content so that learners are satisfied with the synchronous online classes. Also, instructors should make it possible for learners to get familiar with the online learning platform and use it without any problems through systematic and faithful class design for effective learning in unfamiliar online learning environment. In addition, instructors need to know learners' needs and difficulties and plan their synchronous online classes. This study has limitations in that it was conducted only at one college and the limited number of variables was measured.

The Effects of Social Tourism Information Platform on Experience Value and e-Loyalty of Visitors to Tourism Information (관광정보 이용객이 지각하는 소셜관광정보플랫폼이 경험가치 및 e-충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study examined the effects of a social tourism information platform on platform users' experiential value and e-loyalty and performed an empirical analysis with the aim to propose methods and implications regarding what strategies can enable practical application for sustainable growth in the operation of a social tourism information platform in the future tourism industry. The results of the analysis are as follows. First, the analysis supported the hypothesis that sub-factors of a social tourism information platform, such as interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness, have statistically significant positive effects on experiential value. Second, the analysis did not support the hypothesis that the sub-factors of a social tourism information platform, such as interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness, have statistically significant positive effects on e-loyalty. Third, the analysis supported the hypothesis that experiential value has a statistically significant positive effect on e-loyalty. Consequently, tourism companies should improve customers' experiential value by supplementing their existing platforms, considering the interactivity, information reliability, and usefulness of users based on these characteristics of social tourism information platforms. To increase e-loyalty to their social tourism information platforms, tourism companies should clearly and rapidly provide the information needed by users in addition to improving the visual design of such platforms. Moreover, to increase e-loyalty, the companies can incorporate their own killer content into platforms for users to have an enjoyable time, using platforms that stimulate their interest and give pleasure and fun, and this way, they can satisfy the users' needs for experiential value.

  • 최근 다양한 차량용 전자장치들이 등장함에 따라 이들을 제어하기 위한 소프트웨어의 중요성이 크게 부각되고 있다. 특히 차량용 인포테인먼트 시스템에 대한 요구사항이 급격하게 증가하고 있으며, 이를 효율적으로 수용하기 위한 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이러한 소프트웨어 플랫폼의 표준화를 위한 움직임이 본격적으로 진행되고 있으며, 다양한 소프트웨어 플랫폼에 대한 고려도 동시에 이루어지고 있다. 차량용 인포테인먼트 시스템에 가상화 및 파티셔닝 기술을 도입하면 각 응용프로그램의 실시간 요구사항을 만족시킴과 동시에 이미 개발된 다양한 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 지원할 수 있다. 하지만 아직까지 차량용 인포테인먼트 시스템을 위하여 호스트 운영체제에서 동작하는 비가상화 파티션과 가상화 기술을 이용한 가상화 파티션을 동시에 지원하기 위한 연구는 존재하지 않는다. 본 논문에서는 리눅스 운영체제에서 동작하는 비가상화 파티션과 가상화 기술을 이용한 가상화 파티션을 동시에 지원하기 위한 스케줄링 방법을 제안하고 개발된 시스템의 유용성을 보이기 위하여 가상화 파티션 및 비가상화 파티션을 동시에 사용하는 차량용 인포테인먼트 시스템의 사례연구를 보인다.

  • Developed a service platform technology for automated that analyze the fire-fighting vulnerable area and equipped a map online. As a result, it is possible to provide the information necessary for the vulnerable area of the fire-fighting activity online. If progress on the study of the utilized service, it is possible to reduce the Golden Time of the fire fighting field. In this study, Confirmed the technical viability satisfactory to the management and service expansion improvements to fire-fighting vulnerable area.

  • It was necessary for us to establish a U-City Integrated platform to handle information and to operate the processes in order to solve various social problems in the modern cities and environment. As time has passed, we have confronted to difficulty in handling massive data with limited storage and computing environment and in not satisfying all the new requirements and on time information from the publics. The bigger the cost of the operation of the platform got, the more doubts to keep and invest more to upgrade it arose. Here, we investigated the limitations of the U-city platforms and analyzed the additional requirements and each function of the platform. In order to meet the requirement, we applied new technologies to deal with massive data and suggested the infrastructure of computing environment. We will be expecting the cost decreasing effects and the benefit increasing effects from the enhancement of U-City platform.

  • This study is an analysis of the user experience of online hobby class platform, focusing on the art field, which reduces space-time constraints and lowers accessibility. To this end, I investigated cases of online hobby class platforms and conducted surveys to measure user experience for university students and office workers in their 20s and 30s in Korea. As a result, we found the gap between the elements satisfying the user experience and the current domestic service, and suggested a way to narrow it down. This study is meaningful in that it proposed ways to further promote online hobby class platforms in the future leisure culture market. It is hoped that this study will be used as data on the user experience of future online hobby platforms and further help discuss practical activation measures.

  • The purpose of this study is to propose the performance measurement model for open big data platform. In order to develop the performance measurement model, we have integrated big data reference architecture(NIST 2018) with performance prism model(Neely et al. 2001) in the platform perspective of open big data. Our proposed model consists of five key building blocks for measuring performance of open data platform as follows: stakeholder contribution, big data governance capabilities, big data service capabilities, big data IT capabilities, and stakeholder satisfaction. In addition, our proposed model have twenty four evaluation indices and seventy five measurement items. We believe that our model could offer both research and practical implications for relevant research.

Key Factors Affecting Customer's Repurchase Intention in the Context of Sharing Economy Platform: Focused on Airbnb (공유 경제 플랫폼 고객들의 재구매 의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들: Airbnb 사례를 중심으로)

  • Due to fierce market competition and COVID-19, it becomes increasingly important for sharing economic platform companies to develop a long-term relationship with customers. In this regard, this study explores the mechanism of customer's repurchase decision making in the context of Airbnb. This study posits customer satisfaction and brand image as the key factors in forming customer's repurchase intention toward Airbnb. It also investigates the effects of price fairness, authentic experience, enjoyment, Airbnb trust and host trust on customer's repurchase intention. This study validated the research hypothesis with 154 customers using Airbnb. The analysis results showed that both customer satisfaction and brand image have a significant impact on repurchase intention and explain 62.0% of its variance. Enjoyment, true experience, and Airbnb trust had significant effects on customer satisfaction, while price fairness and host trust had no significant impact on it. The results revealed that price fairness, authentic experience, enjoyment, and Airbnb trust are significantly associated with brand image, while host trust is not significantly related to it. The results of this study are expected to provide academic and practical implications by enhancing the understanding of customer's repurchasing decision in the context of sharing economic platform.
