An Empirical Study for the Management Performance of Primary Medical Centers (1차 의료기관의 경영성과에 관한 실증적 연구)

  • This study investigates the management performance of primary medical centers on the basis of power process perspective to suggest the direction for their competitive advantages. To do so, this study conducts the questionnaire survey to middle and top managers of primary medical centers in Seoul, Incheon, and Kyoungki Province and analyzes the data by using cluster analysis and variance analysis of SPSS statistical package. According to the results, the types of primary medical centers are determined by the interaction of power determinants variables, and the type of primary medical centers which has the strongest interaction of power determinants variables shows the highest management performance compared to other types.

  • 본 연구는 효율적인 공급사슬관리(SCM)을 위한 전략 정보시스템 구축에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 효율적 공급사슬관리를 위한 전략정보시스템 구축에 영향을 주는 요인들을 파워 프로세스의 관점에서 파악하고 이를 실증 연구를 통해 보다 효율적인 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략의 대안을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 공급사슬관리의 효율적 운영에 영향을 주는 요인에 관한 영향요인들에 관한 기존 연구와 함께 파워 프로세스의 요소와의 연계를 통해 전략정보시스템으로서의 SCM 전략 유형을 제시하고 이의 특징을 연구의 범위로 설정하고 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적과 연구범위를 위해, 먼저 선행 연구된 파워 프로세스의 권력 주체가 권력요소, 가치 욕구, 환경, 관계성이라는 기본적인 다섯가지 권력 결정변수들간의 동적 상호작용을 통해 새로운 가치를 창출하는 과정을 살펴보며, 이러한 파워프로세스에 의한 전략이 권력 결정변수에 대한 가중치에 의해 전략의 유형이 결정되며, 이 유형에 따르는 전략 효과는 그 가중치와 결정 변수들간의 상호작용에 크게 의존되고 있음을 밝혀내고자 한다. 또한, 공급기업과 공급받는 기업들간의 이러한 관계는 기업이 사용하고 있는 전략적 정보시스템(SIS)으로서의 SCM 전략 유형과 일반적으로 높은 상호작용을 하고 있는 것으로 판단되어지며, 더욱이 기업의 정보가치에 대한 높은 인식으로 인한 디지털 경제하에서의 상호간 전략적 형성을 위해서는 더욱 파워프로세스적 관점하에서 SCM 전략 유형과 전략적 정보시스템간의 통합적으로 고찰함으로써 그 유용성을 살펴볼 수 있고 그러한 결과는 기업성과에 밀접한 영향을 주고 있음을 본 논문에서 밝히고 있다.더십을 행사할 때 이러한 리더십은 경영성과에 긍정적인 결과를 유발하는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로, 리더십 성과 향상을 위한 지식경영정보시스템은 파워결정요소적 측면에서 고려되어야 할 것이다. 모델과 독립성 모델에서는 시스템 등급에 영향을 준다. 향후에는 더욱 더 다양한 상호의존 모델들이 정량화될 필요성이 있다고 본다. 진행하였다. 줄여서 보다 더 정확하고, 지능적인 규칙구성요소 추출 방법론을 제시하고 구현하여 지식관리자의 규칙습득에 대한 부담을 줄여 주고자 한다. 도움을 받을 수 있게 되었다.을 거치도록 되어있다. 교통주제도는 국가의 교통정책결정과 관련분야의 기초자료로서 다양하게 활용되고 있으며, 특히 ITS 노드/링크 기본지도로 활용되는 등 교통 분야의 중요한 지리정보로서 구축되고 있다..20{\pm}0.37L$, 72시간에 $1.33{\pm}0.33L$로 유의한 차이를 보였으므로(F=6.153, P=0.004), 술 후 폐환기능 회복에 효과가 있다. 4) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 노력성 폐활량은 수술 후 72시간에서 실험군이 $1.90{\pm}0.61L$, 대조군이 $1.51{\pm}0.38L$로 유의한 차이를 보였다(t=2.620, P=0.013). 5) 실험군과 대조군의 수술 후 일초 노력성 호기량은 수술 후 24시간에서 $1.33{\pm}0.56L,\;1.00{\ge}0.28L$로 유의한 차이를 보였고(t=2.530, P=0.017), 술 후 72시간에서 $1.72{\pm}0.65L,\;1.33{\pm}0.3L$로 유의한

  • A data paper describing research data helps credit researchers producing the data while helping other researchers verify previous research and start new research by reusing the data. Publishing a data paper and depositing data to a public data repository are increasing with these benefits. A domestic academic society that plans to publish data papers faces challenges, including timely acquiring tremendous knowledge concerning data paper structures and templates, peer review policy and process, and trustworthy data repositories, as a data paper has different characteristics, unlike a research paper. However, the need for more research and information concerning the critical elements of data paper and the peer-review process makes it difficult to operate for data paper review and publication. To address these issues, we propose essential concepts of the data paper and the data paper peer-review, including the process model of the peer-review with in-depth analysis of five data journals' data paper templates, articles, and other guides worldwide. Academic societies intending to publish or add data papers as a new type of paper may establish policies and define a peer-review process by adopting the proposed conceptual models, effectively streamlining the preparation of data paper publication.

  • In the Web-based information systems, separating the business process logic from the data and presentation logic brings about a wide range of advantages. However, this separation is not easily achieved; even the data logic may be not separated from the presentation layer. So, it requires to define an model for business processes, and then to map the model into the user's dynamic interface using the logic separating strategy. This paper presents a stylesheet method to recognize the process by extending XSLT (Extensible Stylesheet Language Transformations), in order to achieve the logic separation. To do this, it provides an specification of the business process, and a scheme that extracts business model factors and their interactions using a Petri-net notation to show the business model into the process point of view. This is an attempt to separate users' interaction from the business process, that is, dynamic components of interaction Web document from the process structure of Web applications. Our architecture consist mainly of an XSLT controller that is extended by a process control component. The XSLT controller is responsible for receiving the user requests and searching the relevant templet rule related to different user requests one by one. Separation of concerns facilities the development of service-oriented Web sites by making if modular. As a result, the development of service-oriented Web sites would be very easy, and can be changed without affecting the other modules, by virtue of the modularization concept. So, it is easy to develop and maintain the Web applications in independent manner.

  • In this era of globalization and fierce competition, R&D is an essential part of corporate development strategy. Accordingly, much effort has been devoted to identify and verify best practices for successful R&D and to improve R&D processes. Nevertheless, there is still lack of a comprehensive framework for assessing the quality of R&D process, which can be used as a step-by-step guide for process improvement. Therefore, this study purposes to develop a framework for assessing R&D process based on the concept of CMMI, which is a process improvement approach that defines the essential elements of effective processes. In particular, we suggest three types of R&D process-new product development, new service creation and new technology creation-and then develop a customized framework for them. For this purpose, we firstly investigated the characteristics of R&D activities for each type of process and identify its base practices from an extensive literature review. Then, the CMMI approach was adopted and modified to suit the R&D process. Finally, an illustrative example was provided to demonstrate the assessment process and a prototype web-based assessment system was suggested. Research findings will help understand the characteristics of different types of R&D process and provide a customized guidelines for R&D process assessment and improvement.

  • It is difficult to apply a Software Process Certification to small scale project, because of much activities and documents for manage project and guarantee the qualities in small manpower. This paper presents optimized Software Process Certification Model for small scale software development, a combine Scrum with essential elements of NIPA's(National IT industry Promotion Agency) SP-Certification model. The proposed model defined minimum Activities and Documents for SP Certification. The model that I showed consists of 16 Processes and 58 Activities, and 39 Artifacts are created. As a result of having compared proposed model with a Standard Process of Small Business, I confirmed that a small scale project's burden reduced because Activity decreased 38% and Document decreased 20%. In order to verify the validity of the proposed model, applied it in two small scale projects, and compare with the project by Scrum process only, it finished that systematic management was possible without additional manpower, and reached SP-Certification level 2.

  • Entering the period of Mass Customization, and with the help of the Digital Textile Printing technology, the purpose of this study is to propose two customer involved design process models, based on the Digital Textile Printing technology, and to compare their efficiencies and appropriateness with those of the existing design process model, which would lead us to discover the possibilities of Mass Customized design process. By the result obtained from the survey of 166 females in their twenties and thirties, the second Mass Customized design process model which gave most choices to prosumers was preferred the most, while the existing design process which gave no choice seemed to be preferred the least, and among the design elements of textile, color appeared to be the most significant influential factor in the preference of the clothing by the consumers. In summary, it appeared that every aspect of the society requires a shift in the process of the thought from Mass Production to Mass Customization at this point, and a guideline was made from the Mass Customized design process suggested in this study.

The following research reengineers the old process to define the rational and efficient process of the U-City construction project(BPR: Business Process Reengineering). In order to achieve the goal, identify and diagnose problem points, outline the improved plan, and readjust the managing system and process to propose better process. And Lastly, redefine the best efficient process by simple modeling using the UML(Unified Modeling Language).   • The growth of sensor and wireless communication technology enable us to monitor the status of things in real-time. There are many attempts to apply the real-time monitoring in various fields. Especially, the real-time monitoring in facility management fields has attracted much attentions recently. But it is difficult to apply recent technologies including sensor, wireless communication and Geospatial information technologies, etc, to the real situation directly. One of the reasons is that facility managers who are familiar with existing processes may resist the change induced by new technologies. So it is necessary to close the gap between new technologies and existing processes by improving the existing processes prior to putting them in the field. In this paper, we suggest the management process improvement focused on the district heating facilities.

  • 국내외의 방송환경의 변화는 외부적으로는 방송의 다매체 다채널 시대로의 변화와 총체적 경기불황으로 방송사 수입이 격감하고 있고, 내부적으로는 고비용 저효율로 방송사 경영의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이러한 위기의 극복은 방송사 정보화 기반을 구축하여, 방송업무 프로세스를 BPR 하고, 방송CALS의 개념을 도입하여 방송사 내부의 경영혁신으로 이룰 수 있다. 본 논문은 방송장비 보수유지 프로세스의 리엔지니어링을 위하여 방송CALS의 요소인 전자교범(IETM)을 구현함으로써 저비용 고효율형의 방송장비 보수유지를 통한 방송경영 합리화의 실현을 도모함을 목적으로 하며, 기존 23단계의 방송유지 보수유지 업무 프로세스를 전자교범(IETM)을 도입하여 6단계로 개선된 모델을 제시하고, 설문지를 통한 실증 분석한 결과, 전자교범(IETM)을 이용한 방법이 모든 면에서 혁신적으로 개선된 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 궁극적인 목표는 방송CALS의 구현이다. 진정한 의미의 방송CALS란, 방송사 내부의 디지털화뿐만 아니라 다양한 외부기관들(프로그램 외주업체, 장비공급자, 국내외의 언론사 등)과의 네트워킹을 통한 멀티미디어 정보의 실시간 교류 및 전자 상거래를 뜻한다. 그러나 본 논문은 방송사 정보화 기반구조의 미흡과 국내 IT기술의 한계로 방송CALS를 포괄적으로 다루지는 못하였지만, 방송CALS의 궁극적인 목적에 도달하기 위한 첫 번째 시도이다.
