A Study on Selecting Model for Small and Medium Management Innovative Manufacturers (경영혁신형 중.소 제조기업 선정 모형에 관한 연구)

  • The primary purposes of this study are to find a proper model for government's selections of Mainbiz and present what are the better weights of the current indexes. We prepared three sets of models:first one using original 10 variables; second one using 9principally composed variables; third one using 7 principally composed variables. Among 3 models, the last one had higher explanation power than the other two models. Therefore, if index weights are adjusted according to the third newly developed model, the credibility in evaluating and selecting Mainbiz will be improved. When transforming the index weights and running the analysis, 5 variables(organization process, marketing management, management process, production-facility states, the level of forecasting) have more direct influences than other 4 variables(innovation strategies, knowledge management, achieving level, operational level) on selecting Main-biz.

  • Software management model divided into the software project model and design estimation model, software matrices model, reliability growth model, process improvement model(or process maturity model) etc. Among these software management models, software complexity model make an estimated of the product software. For a practice of software managed, need to guideline of the static analysis of software. Especially, Software complexity model introduced for the estimation of software quantity and program complexity. In case of measurement the software matrices, its need for us to analysis of software quality and products. On the other hand, we known that complexity program include many defects and consuming of source cost. So, we apply to complexity model using of the program complexity, control structure and volume matrices, interface metrics, process complexity metrics method. In this paper, we represent that the analysis of fault data detected during the system test. Also, we analysis of program control structure and interface, volume matrices in various aspect of switching software. Others, their results utilized similar of project and system development.

A Study on the Design of System Access Control Software For the Improvement of the Stability and Survivability of Naval Combat Management System

  • In this paper, we propose system access control software that improves the survivability of the naval combat system while maintaining security and stability. The software was improved by improving the operating environment configuration and user authentication process of the system access control software that constitutes the naval combat system, defining the operating environment classification of the naval combat system, and applying a software parallel execution process considering the load rate. Through this, the waiting time required to configure the environment is shortened, providing rapid operation to the operator, and improving the fact that the naval combat system cannot be operated unless the environment configuration is completed even in emergency situations. In order to test the performance, a test environment was created by simulating the existing naval combat system, and the execution time for each operation category was measured and compared. Compared to the existing naval combat system, the execution time of the basic combat system was reduced by about 69.3%, the execution time of the combat system was reduced by about 54.9%, and the execution time of the integrated combat system was confirmed to be reduced by about 8.4%.

  • 해양환경 중 많이 사용되는 철강재료들은 그 가혹한 부식환경에 대응하기 위하여 일반적으로 피복 도장방식법이나 음극방식법이 적용되고 있다. 여기서 음극방식법은 선박 및 해양구조물의 해중부 부식에 대해 가장 효과적인 방식법으로 알려져 있다. 한편, 이와 같이 해수 중 철강재에 음극방식을 적용할 경우, 피방식체인 그 강재 표면에 해수 중 용존된 산소의 음극환원 반응이 일어나며 국부적인 알카리 표면 조건을 형성시켜 $Mg(OH)_2$$CaCO_3$의 막을 석출시킨다. 이와같이 음극방식 중 형성된 전착물은 방식해야 될 표면적을 감소시켜 방식전류밀도를 감소시키는 효과가 있는 것으로 보고되고 있다. 이렇게 석출된 전착물은 음극표면에 부분적으로 형성되고, 여러 가지 환경 조건 등의 영향을 받아 그 피막의 형성 정도도 가늠하기 어렵기 때문에 음극방식 설계 시 그 정도에 따른 영향을 고려-반영하기가 곤란하다. 또한 이 전착물은 그 형성 메커니즘에 관한 해석이나 강도, 균일한 밀착성, 장기적인 방식효과 및 효율성 등이 아직 충분히 입증되어 있지 않은 실정에 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 해수 중 다양한 전착 프로세스에 의해 제작된 전착물의 기간별, 도장코팅 종류별 특성변화를 분석 및 평가하고, 전착물에 의한 희생양극 소모전류 변화 측정 분석을 통해 전착막을 균일하고 치밀하게 형성시키기 위한 최적의 조건을 찾고자 하였다. 또한 석출속도, 밀착성 및 내식특성을 향상시키기 위해 해수 중 기체를 용해시켜 제작한 막의 특성을 분석-평가하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 강 기판은 일반구조용강(KS D 3503, SS400)으로 ${\varnothing}42.7{\times}1,000mm{\times}4.0t$의 형상으로 제작하였다. 인가된 전류밀도는 1, 3 및 $5A/m^2$이고 도장 코팅 종류별 전착 석출물의 형성차이 비교 분석을 위한 실험은 선박 및 해양구조물에 많이 사용되는 Universal Epoxy 도료 2종을 선정하여 진행하였다. 또한 Steel Wire Mesh의 영향을 알아보기 위해 Mesh를 설치하여 실험을 진행하였다. 기간별-도장 종류별 외관관찰, 전착물의 두께 측정, SEM, EDS 및 XRD를 통해 막의 모폴로지, 조성원소 및 결정구조를 분석하였으며, 전착물의 내식성과 내구성을 평가하기 위해 테이핑 테스트(Taping Test) 및 전기화학적 양극분극 시험을 실시하였다. 희생양극 소모율에 대한 전착물의 영향을 확인하기 위해 외부전원을 인가하여 전착 피막을 형성시킨 강 기판에 희생양극을 연결하여 희생양극 소모효율 측정 시험을 진행하였다. 전착물의 석출량은 시간 및 전류밀도의 증가에 따라 비례하여 증가하였으며, 음극전류 인가 시 금속과 용액 계면 사이의 확산층에서 발생한 $OH^-$ 이온으로 인해 금속과 용액 계면 사이 pH가 부분적으로 증가하여 $Mg(OH)_2$ 화합물이 많이 생성되는 것으로 확인되었다. 또한 Mesh의 부착으로 평활하지 않게 형성된 미세한 굴곡구조 및 표면적 증가로 인하여 단계적으로 피복되는데 필요한 시간이 지연되면서 $CaCO_3$에 비해 $Mg(OH)_2$ 화합물이 상대적으로 증가한 것으로 사료된다. $CaCO_3$(Aragonite) 구조는 견고한 피막으로 치밀하고 화학적 친화력이 높아 우수한 밀착성을 보였으며 전착물의 영향으로 양극 전류가 감소하였고, 이로인해 방식전류 절감효과를 얻을 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

  • The advancement of digital technology accelerates intelligence, convergence, and demands better change beyond traditional methods in all aspects of business models and technologies, infrastructure, processes, and platforms. Risk management is becoming more important because of various security risks, depending on the changing business environment and aligned to business goals is emerging from the existing information asset based risk management. For business aligned risk management, it is essential to understand the risk appetite for achieving business goals, which provides a basis for decision-making in subsequent risk management processes. In this paper, we propose a framework for analyzing the risk management framework, pre - existing risk analysis, and protection motivation theory that influences decisions on security risk management. To examine the practical feasibility of the developed risk appetite framework, we reviewed the applicability and significance of the proposed risk appetite framework through an advisory committee composed of security risk management specialists.

A Study on the Integrated Control and Safety Management System for 9% Ni Steel LNG Storage Tank (9% 니켈강재식 LNG 저장탱크용 통합제어안전관리시스템에 관한 연구)

  • This paper presents the development of an integrated control and safety management system for 9% nickel steel LNG storage tank. The new system added the measuring equipment of pressure, displacement and force compared to the conventional measurement and control system. The measured data has simultaneously been processed by integrating and analyzing with new control equipments and safety management systems. The integrated control and safety management system, which may increase a safety and efficiency of a super-large full containment LNG storage tank, added additional pressure gauges and new displacement/force sensors at the outer side wall and a welding zone of a stiffener and top girder of an inner tank, and the inner side wall of a corner protection tank. The displacement and force sensors may provide failure clues of 9% nickel steel structures such as an inner tank and a corner protection, and a LNG leakage from the inner tank. The conventional leak sensor may not provide proper information on 9% nickel steel tank fracture even though LNG is leaked until the leak detector, which is placed at the insulation area between an inner tank and a corner protection tank, sends a warning signal. Thus, the new integrated control and safety management system is to collect and analyze the temperature, pressure, displacement, force, and LNG density, which are related to the tank system safety and leakage control from the inner tank. The digital data are also measured from control systems such as displacement and force of 9% nickel steel tank safety, LNG level and density, cool-down process, leakage, and pressure controls.

On Performance Enhancement of CDP(Continuous Data Protection) System Using Flash SSD (Flash SSD를 이용한 CDP(Continuous Data Protection)의 성능개선)

  • If the System is downed by computer or disasters, it can have a bad influence on the reliability of the corporation and business continuity because all companies are computerized. Accordingly, interest on the business continuity without the loss of data in the corporate is increasing. In this paper, system faults have been defined as physical faults and logical faults and CDP solution using Flash SSD has been proposed for enhancing IOPS which is needed for realtime-backup. In order to measure IOPS performance of the CDP using Flash SSD, we constructed an experimental system. From the results we can see that IOPS performance of CDP using Flash SSD is about 50 times more effective than that of the S-ATA.

  • The service industry is drawing economic growth, and the financial service sector among service industry takes major share. So it is needed to increase the productivity and efficiency through the service innovation of making a good process, standardization, automation. But contrary to manufacturing industry, the difficulty to measure the characteristic of productivity, quality and innovation in service sector requires more scientific and systematic method for service innovation. This paper will search for financial service innovation strategy with service science by the case review of KOTEC's technology rating system. The case may infer that strategic technology management capability along with customized financial service infrastructure is important.

  • It It is not easy to reduce the operation costs at a time when it is hard to expect increase sales due to growing economic uncertainties. For logistics centers, which need to keeps their competitive advantage in the market by raising service levels at low cost, it is essential to drastically improve service levels at low cost. This study suggests that KPI (Key Performance Indicator) analysis should determine whether efficient logistics operation is being performed for the entire process of the logistics operation system. And also we suggests that each item should be set up, measured, and improved so that customer satisfaction can be increased based on performance indicators.
