본 연구는 우리나라 ICT기업들을 대상으로 가족친화적 기업문화가 조직몰입 및 직무성과에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 살펴보고자 하는 실증연구이다. 본 연구에서는 대표적 가족친화적 프로그램인 근무제도와 휴가제도들이 조직몰입과 직무성과에 어떠한 유의한 영향을 미치며 또한, 한국 ICT 기업들만이 가지는 특징을 실증분석을 통하여 알아보고자 한다.

본 연구는 중소기업에서 실시하고 있는 S-OJT 프로그램 구성요인이 직무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고 S-OJT프로그램의 효용성을 증진할 수 있는 구성요인과 실행방안을 연구할 목적으로 진행되었으며, 연구결과 S-OJT프로그램 구성요인은 교육훈련 성과에 영향을 미치며, 조직의 지원은 학습자의 특성과 무관하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 학습동기가 낮은 경우, 교육훈련의 적절성과 환경에, 학습동기가 높은 경우에는 교육훈련의 훈련전문가의 역량이 성과에 중요한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며. 학습자 스스로가 학습능력이 높다고 판단하는 경우는 교육훈련 내용의 적절성이 교육훈련 프로그램 성과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 S-OJT 실시에 있어 조직의 지원은 프로그램 성과에 긍정적인 기여효과가 있으며, 훈련전문가의 역량은 현업적용도, 직무성과를 높일 것이다. 아울러 훈련프로그램의 성과를 제고하기 위해서는 학습자의 학습동기와 자기효능감을 높일 방안을 강구해야 한다고 볼 수 있다.

본 연구에서는 여러 다른 냉각속도로 냉각되는 강의 조직과 경도를 예측하는 수치 해석을 수행하였다. 해석 프로그램은 확산과 비확산 변태에 대한 변태 이행 방정식과 유한차분법을 이용하여 제품에 대해서 온도분포 및 조직변태에 대한 예측을 수행하고 또한 경도를 예측하도록 하였다. 해석 결과와의 비교를 위해 여러 다른 냉각속도로 냉각되는 AISI 410시편들에 대한 일련의 시험을 행하여 각각의 조직과 경도를 구하였으며 특히 온도해석에 사용하는 열전달계수는 실험을 통하여 구한 값을 사용하였다. 실험에 의해 구해진 결과는 해석 프로그램을 이용한 값과 잘 일치 하였다.

Tapetum is the tissue in which nutrients are supplied to the developing microspore in angiosperm anther. At tetrad stage of microspore, the tapetal cells show maximum development, but they began to be degenerated by apoptotic programmed cell death (PCD) after sporopollenin accumulation in the pollen wall. The initial step of PCD was observed as vacuolar fusion. After that, cytoplasmic condensation and nuclear fragmentation followed. Lipid droplets are degenerated at a relatively late stage of PCD, and orbicular bodies are the last remains in tapetal cells. The cell wall was relatively resistant against vacuolar enzymes in tapetal cells; it was considered the last structure remaining during programmed cell death of tapetum in ginseng anther.

The purpose of this study was to empirically examine what effects of education and training program factors such as content, method, environment and instructor on learning satisfaction, job satisfaction and organizational performance. The education and training program factors like content, method and instructor were found to significantly affect learning satisfaction and job satisfaction. But environment for that program had no significant effect on any of both the satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to implement a visual organizer which enables learners to support web navigation as well as visual understandings in the electronic document space. I developed a visual organizer according to design principles of visual organizer, and then analysed the effect of a visual organizer on the students' disorientation, perceived usefulness, perceived usability, satisfaction and use intention. According to the result, using the visual organizer was more effect than conventional web-based instruction in view of navigation and visual understandings.

조직이 가지고 있는 정보를 공개하거나 조직 내부의 업무 공유를 위해, 데이터베이스로 관리하고 있는 정보를 동적으로 구성하여 보여주는 동적 웹 페이지 작성이 필요하다. 동적 웹 페이지 작성은 스크립트 언어를 사용하여 프로그램하는 것이 보편화 되어 있으며, 이로 인해 개발자의 성향에 따라 스크립트 소스가 작성됨으로써 어플리케이션 프로그램의 비 정형화 및 비 표준화를 야기하고 결과적으로 프로그램 개발 생산성, 유지보수성, 그리고 재사용성을 저하시킨다. 본 연구에서는 데이터베이스 관련 웹 페이지 패턴을 분석하여 정형화된 스크립트 모델을 작성하고, 동적 웹 페이지 자동 생성 프로그램을 개발하여 웹 페이지 개발 생산성 항상, 유지 보수성 향상, 그리고 프로그램 재사용성 향상을 가져오도록 구현하였다.

Stereotactic brain biopsy using stereotactic head frame such as CRW (Radionics, USA) has demonstrated a precise lesion localizing accuracy. In this study, we developed the target point calculation program for brain lesion biopsy using CRW stereotactic head frame and designed a phantom for verify the new developed program. The phantom was designed to have capability to simulate clinical stereotactic brain biopsy. The phantom has 10 vertical rods whose diameters are 6mm and tip of each rods are 2mm. Each rod has different length, 150 mm x 4 ea, 130 mm x 4 ea, 110 mm x 2 ea. CT images were acquired with Simens CT scanner as continuous transverse slice, 1 mm thickness in a 25 cm field of view and stored in a dicom file as a 256 x 256 matrix. As a result, the developed new target localization program will be useful for planning and training in complicated 3 dimensional stereotactic brain biopsy.

This study aims to measure between organizational commitment, empowerment and working environment of dental hygienists. The subjects of the study were surveyed by 245 dental hygienists in Daegu and some areas of Gyeongbuk from May 2019 to October 2019. Technical statistics, ANOVA, and Pearson's correlation coefficient were analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. The results of organizational commitment, empowerment and relevance to the working environment showed a positive correlation, indicating that the higher the organizational commitment among dental hygienists, the higher the individual's empowerment and the better the working environment. The medical institution has proposed measures to improve the empowerment and organizational commitment of dental hygienists, and suggests the need to develop programs to improve the work environment of dental clinic.

This study examined the mediating effects of social capital between transformational leadership and organizational commitment in hospitals nurses'. The survey was conducted with 244 nurses working in a general hospital. The data was collected with the transformational leadership, social capital and organizational commitment and analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 21.0 and Amos 18.0. A positive relationship was observed between transformational leadership, social capital, and organizational commitment; social capital had a partial mediating effect of a transformational leadership and organizational commitment. To increase the organizational commitment, mediating between the head nurse' transformational leadership and social capital is recommended.
