기존 안드로이드 응용프로그램에 대한 자원 접근 제어는 응용프로그램을 작성한 개발자가 XML 파일에 미리 선언한 권한을 검사하는 방식으로 이루어진다. 이 권한은 인스톨되는 시점에 사용자의 동의를 얻어 해당 응용프로그램에 수여되며 응용프로그램이 특정 권한을 의도적으로 사용자로부터 은닉하는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 하지만 사용자는 해당 응용프로그램에 허용하고자 하는 일부 권한만을 수여할 선택권이 없다. 선언된 모든 권한을 허락하거나 그렇지 않으면 아예 응용프로그램을 설치할 수 없게 된다. 또한, 응용프로그램에 부여한 권한을 변경할 수는 없고 박탈하는 방법은 응용프로그램을 삭제하는 방법밖에 없었다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 기법은 응용프로그램의 자원 접근을 사용자가 fine-grained 하게 제어할 수 있도록 하는 기법이다. 이를 위해 응용프로그램을 사용하는 시점에도 각 접근 권한을 '항상 허용', '항상 사용자가 확인' 그리고 '항상 거부'로 세부적으로 설정 및 변경이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한, MS Windows Vista 에서 적용하고 있는 '사용자계정컨트롤'(User Account Control)과 같이 응용프로그램이 요구하는 권한 중 '항상 사용자가 확인'으로 설정 된 권한은 요청 시점에 사용자에게 팝업을 띄워 접근 제어에 대한 가시성을 확보하여 사용자가 확인할 수 있도록 하였고 사용자가 이를 수락한 경우에만 해당 권한을 수여 받을 수 있도록 하였다.

This paper evaluates the achievement of program outcomes using course-embedded assessment for information security programs. In the case study concerning the development of course-embedded assessment used in this paper, we evaluate program outcomes using various evaluation tools including the course evaluation data. In addition, we consider the evaluation rubric and evaluation procedure for course-embedded program outcomes, set performance criteria, select the probe course with high contribution to the program outcomes according to curriculum flowchart, set course objectives for the probe course, and explain the rubric for each assessment tool to measure achievement level. Subsequently, we perform course-embedded program outcomes assessment, based on tests and projectevaluation tool for each program objectives, and present the achievement levels based analysis results. These results prove the effectiveness of the proposed course-embedded assessment for program outcomes.

This study presented a plan for the establishment of conservation areas and the ecological management of those areas in the stream based on the Marxan with Zones Program for a Jungrangcheon Stream in downtown Seoul. The application of the Marxan with Zones Program included the stage of planning unit setting, application of mapping indices, numerical correction for repetitive analysis, creation of scenario-specific optimizations through analysis, analysis of sensitivity by scenario, review, and the selection of optimal plans among the scenarios considered. As a result of the establishment of a conservation area near Jungrangcheon Stream, which has several watershed areas, including an upper-middle-class wildlife protection zone, which was previously designated and managed as a conservation area, and the migratory protection zone downstream of Jungrangcheon Stream were designated as key conservation areas. A number of wild birds were observed in the upper reaches of Jungrangcheon Stream, adjacent to the forests of Suraksan Mountain and Dobongsan Mountain. The downstream area is a habitat for migratory birds that travel along the stream and the adjacent river ecosystem, including the Hangang River confluence and Cheonggyecheon Stream confluence. Therefore, the upper and lower reaches of Jungrangcheon Stream are connected to forest ecosystems such as Dobongsan Mountain, Suraksan Mountain, and Eungbongsan Mountain, as well as urban green area and river ecosystems in the basin area, which influence the establishment of conservation areas. This study verified the establishment and evaluation of existing conservation areas through the Marxan with Zones Program during the verification of the conservation areas and was presented as in-stream management and basin management method to manage the basin areas derived from core conservation areas determined through the program.

이 보고서에 명시되어야 할 주요 문제점 및 이슈를 파악하기 위한 연구의 일환으로, NAESO는 1999년 8월에 2일간의 워크숍을 실시했다. 이 워크숍에서 NAESCO는 에너지절약 전문기업(ESCOs) 및 공공사업체(utilities)의 대표자들과 캘리포니아 에너지 효율 위원회(CBEE)의 회원들을 초대하여, 업체 참가자 및 주요정책입안자들의 SPC 프로그램과 관련된 시장 경험을 검토하면서 SPC 프로그램에 관한 이들의 특정 우려사항 및 관심사항을 주제로 하여 논의하도록 하였다. 워크숍의 목적은 ''시장 전환(marekt transformation)''과 ''자원 획득(resource acquisition)''이라는 조정 목표의 관점에서 SPC 프로그램 이행에 관련된 우려사항을 주요 쟁점으로 하여 이에 집중하는 것이었다. 이 워크숍은 비 거주시설의 SPC 프로그램에 관련된 특정 우려사항을 주제로 설정하였으며, 토론을 통하여, 프로젝트 스폰서의 임무, SPC 운영자의 임무, 가격 설정, 적격 프로젝트, 및 측정 및 검증에 걸친 5가지 부분의 주요 우려사항에 관하여 결론을 돌출하였다. 다음은 이 5가지 부분의 우려사항 각각에 관한 워크숍 참가자들의 결론을 기술한 내용이다.

본 연구의 목적은 서울시 소재 과학영재교육원에서 운영하는 프로그램에서 개발된 일부 모듈들에 구현되어있는 과학탐구과정 및 사고과정의 특징이 과학영재프로그램의 목적에 따른 목표를 성취할 수 있는지를 평가하고, 과학탐구과정이나 사고과정의 각 항목을 구현한 탐구의 실제를 알기 위한 것이다. 또, 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 모듈들에 대해 반성하고 개선점을 찾으려는 것이다. 연구 참여자들은 13명이며 연구 목적을 위해 첫째, 영재교육과정 및 평가에 관한 문헌을 근거로 과학영재프로그램의 목적과 목표를 설정, 둘째, 목적과 목표를 근거로 문헌에 제시된 분석틀들을 수정 개발, 셋째, 참여자들이 각자 모듈을 1개 선정하여 분석하고 이를 수정한 후 다시 분석하여 해석, 넷째, 분석결과의 해석을 토대로 반성을 하였다. 각 단계마다 각자 해결한 내용을 공개하고 모든 참여자들이 공개된 내용에 대해 비판하면서 합의하는 과정을 거쳤다. 합의 도출에 의해 첫째, 과학영재프로그램의 목적은 '탐구적 사고과정을 함양하고 지역사회에 유익한 새로운 지식을 창출한다.', 이에 대한 목표는 '자기 주도적인 탐구 계획 능력을 향상한다.'와 '숙달된 탐구 기능을 사용하여 실제문제를 해결할 수 있다.'로 설정하였다. 둘째, 분석틀은 '과학탐구과정' 과 '사고과정'의 두 범주로 구성하였으며, '과학탐구과정'에 해당하는 항목은 '사전탐구, 탐구방법, 해석적 탐구기술, 의사소통능력, 탐구평가, 과학의 본성'으로, '사고과정'에 해당하는 항목들은 '논리적 사고, 창의적 사고'로 구성하였다. 셋째, 선정된 모듈들을 분석한 결과 모듈들은 대체로 탐구방법과 해석적 탐구기술을 많이 강조하였는데, 수정된 모듈들에서는 이 두 항목이 더욱 강조되었다. 특히, 해석적 탐구기술에서 의사소통능력, 탐구평가, 과학의 본성, 창의적 사고를 강조하는 탐구의 실제가 증가하였다. 수정후 증가된 항목들은 앞에서 설정한 두 가지 목표에 도달하는데 도움이 되는 항목들이라고 합의 선정되었던 것이므로, 이에 따라 수정 전 모듈보다 수정 후 모듈이 보다 더 영재프로그램의 목표에 도달하기에 적합한 것으로 판단하였다. 넷째, 연구결과를 토대로 반성한 점은 '목표' 에 '창의적 사고'와 '과학의 본성'에 대한 강조가 부족하다는 것, '목표'에서 '실제문제를 해결'할 수 있어야 한다는 것에 비해 '모듈'에서 다루는 주제는 '실제문제'가 아니라 학문적인 질문에 치우쳐 있다는 것, '자기 주도적인 탐구 계획 능력'을 향상시키는 탐구의 실제가 대체로 적게 제시되어 있다는 것이다. 이러한 반성을 영재프로그램의 각 모듈에서 모두 구현할 수 있는 것은 아니지만 본 연구에서 설정한 목적과 목표에 따라 프로그램을 개발하는 경우 이러한 반성점을 고려하여 모듈을 개발한다면 영재프로그램 전체적으로 볼 때는 모두 구현되어 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 서울시에 소재하는 과학영재교육원들에서 개발하여 사용하는 많은 모듈 중 극히 일부를 대상으로 하였으므로 연구 결과를 모든 과학영재프로그램에 적용하기에는 한계가 있다. 그러나 본 연구처럼 프로그램이나 모듈을 평가하려는 연구자들에게 일련의 평가단계에 대한 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 생각한다.

TV 프로그램 예약녹화 시스템은 시청자가 화면에 나타나는 프로그램 안내를 보고 간편한 리모콘의 조작만으로 예약설정을 하면. 부재중에도 정확한 예약녹화를 할 수 있는 방식이다. 이 방식은 방송국의 시간 변경이나 프로그램 변경시에도 정확하게 녹화가 되며 현재일로부터 최대 4주까지의 프로그램 데이터를 각 채널별로 운영할 수 있다. 방송 3사와 가전 4사가 공동규격을 정하고 개발한 이 방식은 한국형 예약녹화 시스템(Korean Broadcasting Program System KBPS)이라 명명되었다

This study was conducted to understand media and cultivate personality by using media as data for personality education. To achieve this purpose, the Personality Education Promotion Act and the Korea Educational Development Institute's personality virtues were selected as educational elements, and a personality education program using media was developed in combination with the middle school curriculum. For this study, first, in order to extract personality virtues, 13 personality virtues were finally selected as educational elements by comparing and synthesizing the personality virtues of the Personality Education Promotion Act and the Korea Education Development Institute. The final personality virtues selected are self-esteem, courage, sincerity, self-regulation, wisdom, consideration, communication, courtesy, social responsibility, cooperation, citizenship, justice, and respect for human rights. Second, in order to select media and set the direction of development of personality education programs, the process of collecting media data was confirmed, and the direction and goal of the program were set by analyzing the middle school curriculum. Third, in order to propose a method of applying a personality education program using media, the personality grafting unit was selected by referring to the commentary on all subjects of the 2015 revised curriculum.

Consumer protection and prevention of foodborne diseases are essential elements of food safety program for every country The food safety program proposed by WHO was introduced and the importance of GAP in establishing residue limits of intentional additives in food production was emphasized. The procedures and differences in establishing maximum residue limits of pesticides on food crops by Codex Alimentarius Commission and Korea were explained. Finally, considerations in harmonization of Korean standards with Codex MRLs were suggested.

공공도서관은 환경과 유기적인 상관관계가 큰 조직으로 기준설정이 필요하고 따라서 효율적인 봉사를 할수있다. 본 연구는 기준이 가지는 특성과 설정과정을 분석하고 질적인 수준을 위한 이용도 조사와 봉사정신에 입각한 시스템기준 설정을 시도한 논문이다. 본 연구의 결론은 설치기준: 일인당 면적기준보다 시스템 단위의 지역기준, 장서기준: 참고서적 우선의 장서구성과 최신성을 위한 정간물 구입, 직원기준: 업무분석을 통해 전문직과 비전문직의 구별과 전문성 향상, 시설기준: 일인당 좌석, 면적기준보다 봉사형태에 따른 다양한 시설, 봉사기준: 이용행태분석을 통해 봉사정신에 입각한 프로그램 설정.

This study is to verify the development process and effectiveness of a learning strategy program for junior college students. The necessity and feasibility of learning strategy programs for junior college students were confirmed and reviewed through prior studies, and the program development process was divided into four stages: program planning, program development, program execution, and program evaluation, and integrated into program development management. In the first stage of program planning, the development direction, goals and objectives were set. In the second stage of program development, prior research analysis, content selection, program organization, and evaluation plan were conducted. In the third stage of execution, the program was executed, and in the fourth stage of evaluation, program evaluation was conducted to develop the program. In order to verify the effectiveness of the program, the test was conducted using the learning strategy diagnostic scale for junior college students to collect data, and the effectiveness was verified for the pre-, post-, and post-test scores.
