The effect of Internal Marketing on Job Commitment of Workers in the Beauty Franchise Industry (뷰티 프렌차이즈 산업에서 내부마케팅이 종사자들의 직무몰입에 미치는 영향)

  • The beauty industry continued to develop despite the difficult social environment, and in the process, small-scale beauty businesses grew rapidly into large-scale beauty franchises. Therefore, this study was conducted because it was considered that various internal marketing is necessary for workers in the beauty industry. In order to find out what kind of internal marketing has a great effect on job immersion for workers, from February 1, 2021 to March 2021 By the 31st, 220copies out of 250 questionnaires were collected and frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed with spss 22.0. Satisfying internal marketing was a reward system and it was found that it had the greatest influence on job commitment. Therefore, it is considered that the actual internal marketing that workers want should be planned.

  • 2007년 자판기 전시회 개최 일정이 잡혔나요? 협회 사무국으로 심심찮게 내년도 VENDING KOREA 개최여부를 묻는 전화가 걸려 온다. 하지만 안타깝게도 내년도 전시회는 무산되었다는 소식을 전해 줄 수밖에 없다. 자판기 분야의 심각한 경기부진은 내년도 전시회 개최를 또 다시 무산시켰다. 이로서 지난 2003년 전시회가 개최된 이래 4년여 동안 차기 전시회가 개최되지 못하는 비운을 맞게 되었다. 실로 안타까운 일이지만 어쩔 수 없다. 개최여건이 안되는 열악한 시장상황에서 무리하게 전시회 개최를 추진하는 것은 무모한 일이다. 차라리 차기 전시회를 위해 힘을 비축하며 쉬어 가는 게 현명하다. 이런 점에서 볼 때 내년은 VENDING KOREA 전시회는 재도약을 위한 충전기이다. 그런데 이런 시기를 보내며 최소한 자판기 전시회의 맥을 잇기 위한 의미 있는 작업이 진행되고 있다. 비록 단독 전시회가 아니더라도 유관 전시회에 자동판매기관을 구성하는 방안이 그 것이다. 협회와 COEX는 2007 프랜차이즈 서울 스프링 전시회에 자동판매기 전시관을 구성하기로 합의하고 본격적인 참가 업체 모집에 들어갔다. 비록 단독 전시회 개최는 무산되었어도 자판기 관련업체들에게 전시회를 통한 대소비자 마케팅 기회를 제공하기 위함이 추진 목적이다. 프랜차이즈 전시회 속에서 새로운 꿈을 꾸게 된 자판기 전시관 구성의 면면을 살펴본다.

  • Franchising is one of the most effective strategies in promoting business establishment, creating jobs and accelerating economic growth. Thus, many countries in the world foster franchise business and support the franchise industry by enacting relevant regulations and making development policies. Vietnam deregulated franchise market through making franchise-related laws on June, 2005 and after joining WTO in 2009, Vietnamese government opened up the franchise market by letting foreign investors acquire 100% share on their investment in Vietnam. In addition, Vietnamese consumer's rapidly growing income and increasing liking for western life style make Vietnamese franchise market attractive and profitable. For this reason, many global franchise firms are competing to get the best seats. However, there has been no Korean attempt to profoundly study over Vietnamese franchise market. The purpose of this study would focus on analyzing and evaluating cases of Korean and international firms which successfully entered Vietnamese market and on proposing effective strategies and key success factors. The result of this study indicates that the companies successfully settled down to the Vietnamese market have developed marketing strategies which fit their strengths, and their common key success factors are 1) making the best of first mover advantage, 2) adapting themselves to local tastes and behaviors via systematic and scientific market research, 3) making thorough supervision on safety and hygiene, 4) doing strategy of firstly directly being operated and settled down by franchisor, later being managed by franchisees, 5) benchmarking both successful and failed cases in other countries.

  • This study examined the relative importance level of experience marketing on brand attitude and brand loyalty in beauty salon franchise stores, and attempted to raise the competitiveness of beauty salon services by presenting this elements as experience marketing strategy directions for beauty salon franchise store management. A questionnaire was used for this study on 350 adults residing in Gwangju Metropolitan City and SPSS 20.0 statistics package was used for analysis. In summary, the results of this study are as follows. First, five factors that make up experience marketing in beauty salon franchise stores were found. They were sensory marketing, relative marketing, emotional marketing, cognitive marketing and behavior marketing. Brand loyalty was categorized into the two factors, attitude loyalty and behavioral loyalty. Also, we found that experience marketing had a statistically positive impact on brand loyalty. Secondly, experience marketing of beauty salon franchise stores was found to have a statistically significant positive effect on brand attitude. Thirdly, we found that the brand attitude of beauty salon franchise stores had a statistically significant positive effect on brand loyalty.

  • Purpose: Due to the COVID-19 and inflation, participation sports companies, including fitness centers, are facing challenges. Since a fitness center must simultaneously manage facilities and operate services, both factors must be considered when developing a marketing strategy. Therefore, this study examines the effects of expanded marketing mix factors (price, physical evidence, place, people, product, and promotion) including facilities and services on the consumption behavior (satisfaction, recommendation intention, repurchase intention) of fitness center customers. Research design, data, and methodology: The data were collected from sample of 323 fitness club members in Seoul and analyzed with SPSS Win Ver.28.0 program. Result: The specific results of the study were as follows; First, extended marketing mix factors had significant positive (+) effect on satisfaction. Second, extended marketing mix factors had significant positive (+) effect on recommendation intention. Third, extended marketing mix factors had significant positive (+) effect on repurchase intention. Fourth, satisfaction had significant positive (+) effect on recommendation intention and repurchase intention. Conclusions: To encourage consumption behavior, it is necessary to convert existing customers into loyal ones by increasing satisfaction and establishing a virtuous cycle structure that recommends them to others while also improving repurchase intention.

  • This paper aims to examine the effect that cultural marketing influences on visit motivation and customer responses. We found that cultural marketing promotion activities by Benares, Indian restaurant had a positive effect on motivation to visit the store. Also research showed that the cultural direction and positioning marketing activities of Benares' cultural marketing had a statistically significant positive effect on all items of customer responses, that is service, atmosphere, brand but cultural promotion and cultural support marketing activities had a positive effect only on brand, except service, atmosphere. In addition, research showed that while all items of customer responses had a positive effect on revisit intention. In other words, it was proven that cultural marketing promotion activities by the Third World restaurant influence on visit motivation and customer responses and it provides practical implications to business marketers that foodservice companies' marketing associated with cultural marketing activities can be efficient marketing strategies that influence on revisit intention.

Analysis of Factors Affecting the Performance of Korean Franchise Business by Stages (국내 프랜차이즈 성과에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • Since the financial crisis in 1997, the Korean economy has a steady increase of people who tend to establish their own business by 2008. Business foundations can be divided into independent businesses and franchise businesses. This study focuses on what type of business owners among franchise enterprisers can achieve success. This is intended to reduce trial and error by drawing upon success factors in the stages of establishment, operation, and achievement based on a total sample of 350 individual business sites. The result shows that the success factors in the stage of establishment include (1) Preparation such as foundation education (2) Marketing capability (3) Appropriateness of Business Item (4) Other founder's entry barrier, conglomerate's entry regulation and (5) Head Office Support including service education, market survey education, marketing support. On the other hand, the success factors in the stage of operation include the supervisor capability, Marketing capability, Head Office Support, Customer Management Capability and Employee Satisfaction. Additionally after choosing the major factors according to each stage, multiple regression analysis was processed and interpreted. Finally, we believe that the franchise or independent business foundations can make a profit as well as increase continuous sales and customer satisfaction only with thorough and careful preparation in all stages of foundation and operation. This study is expected to contribute to those who prepare new business in franchise domain to minimize failures with deep consideration of the success factors in the franchise.

고객이 인지하는 마케팅 믹스 7P활동이 브랜드 이미지와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향: 소상공인(종업원 5인이하)커피전문점의 중심으로

  • 소상공업은 서민 경제의 근간을 이루는 중요한 부분으로서, 일반 대중과 가까이에 있으며 경제 환경에 가장 민감하게 반응한다. 또한 수적인 측면과 고용창출의 측면에서 대기업 혹은 중소기업만큼 우리 경제에 큰 영향을 미치고 있다. 그러나 국내 소상공인의 창업과 폐업현황을 살펴보면, 전체 창업률은 2.1%, 폐업률은 2.5%, 음식점 업종의 창업률은 2.8% 페업률은 3.1%로 조사되었다. 음식점 업종은 소상고인 폐업률이 가장 높은 업종이며, 음식점 중에서도 커피전문점은 창업률 3.2% 폐업률 4.5%로 창업과 페업이 빈번하게 반복되는 취약한 구조를 보인다. 이는 진입장벽이 낮은 업종은 대규모 소비시장이 아닌 특정 지역이나 계층에 대한 소규모의 무한한 시장을 형성하고 많은 자본이나 대규모 고용의 필요성이 낮다. 따라서 구체적인 사업계획서 없이도 창업하게 되어 운영을 위한 전문성이나 자금이 부족한 경우가 빈번하다. 소상공인으로 창업을 할 경우 창업프로세스가 전문성의 유무에 문제가 없기 때문에 용이하다. 그로인해 전문성이 없는 비전문가로 창업을 하는 경우가 비일비재이다. 대기업이다. 프랜차이즈에 비해 마케팅 믹스활동이 미흡한 것이 현실이다. 이에 고객이 인지하는 마케팅 믹스활동이 브랜드이미지와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향으로 소상공인커피전문점의 마케팅 믹스활동을 중심으로 조사할 예정이다. 그리하여 비자발적 창업을 준비하는 커피전문점 소상공인에 시사점을 제공하여 창업 시 유의할 점을 파악하도록 할 것 이다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통해 데이터를 수집한다. 대상은 소상공인을 이용하는 고객과 소상공인을 대상으로 마케팅믹스 7P's가 브랜드이미지와 브랜드 충성도에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 한다.

The franchisee system of esthetic shows that while the domestic market is opened, the appearance of foreign famous brand-centered is increasing rapidly. According to this kind of trend, every kind of mediums will not stop the classified ad of franchisee and it will be recognized as the promising sector. Especially, the situation of franchisee is that franchisors and franchisees in the limited relationship and just plan the growth, so the success possibly can be very high. The diffusion of franchisee system and the study about the franchisee are developed on the diverse view points. But still now, the study is just formed from the enterprise's success and the franchisors view point, the study about the franchisees dimension is very small. But it is also very important to exam the decision factors of franchisees success because the franchisors result of franchisee system will come out with franchisee performance totally. In this paper, it will actually proof if the decisive factors that exert influence on the franchisee performance in the franchisee dimension, exert influence on the franchisee performance in substance; and exam what kind of relationship the franchisee performance have with the franchisors and recontract intention. According to this, we can draw out the rest decision factors of improving the franchisee performance, and also show the strategic implication of franchisee efficient marketing.

  • The purpose of this research is to understand the effects of environmental uncertainty on transaction characteristics, industry factors, and performance in Korean franchising markets. This research tried to investigate both the characteristics of B-to-C service factors and B-to-B industry factors of franchising industry from the perspectives of CLalt, trust, communication, and other important variables. Hypothetical research model was proposed and, by using SPSS and AMOS, research hypotheses and structural equation models were empirically tested and supported. The results showed that environmental uncertainty has negative effects on relationship characteristics and industry characteristics of franchise. Trust showed positive impact on the performance. Managerial implications and limitations of the study results were also discussed. Future research direction was suggested.
