The Purpose of this study is to develop an evaluation model for usability of research data service from the angles of evaluating usefulness of research data service itself and research data use experience-based usability. First, the various cases of evaluating usability of data services are examined and 4 rating scales and 20 measuring indicators for research data service are derived as a result of comparative analysis. In order to verify validity and reliability of the rating scale and the measuring indicators, the study conducted a survey of 164 potential research data users. KMO Bartlett Analysis was performed for validity test, and Principle Component Analysis and Verimax Rotating Method were used for component analysis on measuring indicators. The result shows that the 4 intrinsic rating scales satisfy the validity criteria of KMO Barlett; A single component was determined from component analysis, which verifies the validity of measuring indicators of the current rating scale. However, the result of 12 user experience-based measuring indicators analysis identified 2 components that are each classified as rating scale of utilization level and that of participation level. Cronbach's alpha of all 6 rating scales was 0.6 or more for the overall scale.

The purpose of this study is development of the quality assessment for interior space and foodservice management in Italian restaurants. Also this study aims to evaluate them which are consisted of 30 items by Likert 5 point scale. As a result of the evaluation, 'food taste' and 'ingredients freshness' were the most important factors in interior space and the foodservice in Italian restaurants. The IPA technique proved that nine items including Q4, Q9, Q10, Q11, Q14, Q16, Q19, Q24, Q28 were in 'Doing great, keep it up' and five items such as Q13, Q25, Q26, Q27, Q29 that got high expectation and low perception needed to be focused for quality management strategies.

Evaluating information quality of government Web service, applying quality measurement methods for web - database was conducted. This approach intended to control the quality of information service by indicating the problems and weak points in terms of retrieval, use of easiness, and user support, and by suggesting the guidelines for improvement. There were two main results to most of the investigation. The first one indicated that web information service of eighty-two percent of domestic government sites was not good enough (less than middle score). and only eight percent of them got higher score than middle point. The second result was that user support aspect was the worst part that we need to consider future course of action for service improvement. More specific guidelines were summarized at the discussion section.

In this paper, we propose a new objective speech quality measure using noise masking threshold for speech quality assessment of mobile telephone network environments, and verify the effectiveness of the proposed method through the experiments. For such a purpose, well known objective speech quality measures such as BSD and PSQM are first evaluated for digital mobile telephone network environments. However, these conventional methods does not have good performance under mobile networks environments compared to literary results. To be mote effective objective speech quality measure under mobile telephone environments, the proposed method employs human psychoacoustic masking effect. The DMOS, instead of MOS, is used as a subjective speech quality measure for performance evaluation. The performance comparison are carried out with speech data collected from digital mobile telephone environments. As results, the proposed measure have and average 4% higher performance, in terms of correlation, than existing objective speech quality measures such as BSD and PSQM.

객체지향 소프트웨어척도는 객체들의 규모와 구성 및 객체들간의 관계를 고려하면서, 전반적인 객체지향 특성을 반영하여야 한다. 본 논문에서는 객체지향 소프트웨어의 규모 및 복잡도에 영향을 주는 4가지의 객체지향 패러다임 관련 특성(요인)들을 정하고, 객체지향 설계 스타일 지침들을 기반으로 객체지향 소프트웨어의 품질 측정을 위한 객체점수 척도를 제안한다. 그 지침들은 기존의 지침들에 하나의 새로운 지침을 추가한 것으로서 인지 심리학에서의 청크 이론을 기반으로 제시 된 것들이다. 제안된 객체점수 척도의 타당성 검증을 위해서 실험적 분석을 행하였는데, 이는 제안 척도가 전반적으로 객체 지향 개념 및 특성을 잘 반영하는지를 평가하기 위한 것으로 같은 출력을 갖는 두 C++ 프로그램을 제안된 척도로 측정하여 비교하였다. 이러한 실험 결과 제안한 객체점수 유용성이 입증되었다.

본 연구는 인터넷 쇼핑몰 기업들의 새로운 경쟁요인으로 부각하고 있는 물류서비스 부분의 품질 평가기준이나 평가척도 등에 관한 기존 연구를 현 시점에 맞게 재해석하고 또 새로운 평가 요소를 발굴하여 이를 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 적용함으로써 이용자들의 만족도, 재이용의도 및 타인추천의도의 향상을 꾀하였다. 특히 물류서비스 요인들의 고객만족에 대한 직접적인 영향을 분석함과 동시에 구매 후 행동인 재이용의도와 타인추천의도에 대한 간접적인 분석을 통해 그 영향 정도를 실증적으로 파악하여 쇼핑몰 운영자에게 있어 실질적인 도움을 주고자 하였다.

The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) is the system that processes all of port management such as entry and departure of ships, using facilities within ports, port traffic control, cargo entering and carrying and tax collection in 31 trade ports over the whole country. Lately, The Port Logistics Information System (Port-MIS) has been reformed as a WEB-based system and established basis to provide real time information support structure, diversification of civil complaint system, and optimized civil complaint service by using wire and wireless internet. The typical study on the Port Logistics Information System was C/S program and EDI-centered. But it has significance to study on service quality measurement of WEB Port-MIS that has been served as a new web-based platform since April 2010, for there was no such a study until now.

The developer and user of weapon system must define the requirements of weapon system for the satisfaction of stakeholders and complexity of modern weapons in the developing process of weapon system. The perfect requirements reduce risks of the developing system in the initial step. It is not only economy of time and money but also good for the project of developing system. But, the perfect requirement is very difficult because of contradictions between the user and the developer, and limited conditions. So, the structured method and the process is needed for developing requirements.

소프트웨어의 품질인증을 위해서는 소프트웨어의 특성에 맞는 평가 항목 및 평가 기준이 적절히 마련되어 있어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 해당 소프트웨어의 적합한 품질특성을 정의하고 검증된 척도를 사용하여야 한다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 스토리지 관리 소프트웨어의 일반적인 품질특성을 분석하고 국제표준인 ISO/IEC 9126을 바탕으로 한 품질평가 항목을 제시한다.

For the effective development of high qualitative software, it is important to measure the "design quality" through the "process of design" which is the upper phase of software development. And based on it, to improve the "design quality" is also important. But, up to now, most of the researches have been in connection with the quality characteristics, and quality sub-characteristics that can be measured and evaluated by users, but the researches about the internal characteristics and metrics that can be measured and evaluated by developer in the process of the development have not been through going enough. Accordingly, the purpose of this research is to point out the problems included in the internal characteristics of the solution of these problems. Omissions and duplications of the internal characteristics can be prevented by arranging than newly according to the model suggestion. Furthermore, it is confirmed that developers can get the efficiency of measurement by metrics, and also can get good improvement effect of metrics measurement accuracy through the concrete application test.
