The Effects of Requirement Uncertainty, Control Standardization, Interactions on Software Quality (요구사항 불확실성, 통제 표준화, 상호작용이 소프트웨어 품질에 미치는 영향)

  • Risk management or risk-based approach of software project management was developed to explain the effects of requirement uncertainty, control standardization, interactions on software quality. Based on a prior theory, five hypotheses were derived and empirically tested using a survey design. Data from 117 members in 3 SI companies support for the path model, and three of five hypotheses. The results showed that decreases in requirement uncertainty and increases in control standardization were directly associated with increases in the interactions between user and project teams, which, in turn, led to increases software quality. The findings suggested that the direct effect on software quality is primarily due to the interactions between user and project teams, rather than requirement uncertainty and control standardization.

The Factors Influencing on the Channel Satisfaction and Channel Preference of the Mobile Commerce (모바일 상거래의 채널만족과 채널선호에 영향을 미치는 요인)

  • This aims of this study is to examine the factors influencing on the channel satisfaction and preference of the mobile commerce. This model tests various theoretical research relating to technology acceptance model(TAM), transaction cost theory and service quality. The model is tested Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) using AMOS 7.0 analysis on the sample collected from 320 respondents. The result of hypothesis testing is as follows. First, usefulness, asset specificity, uncertainty, trust and responsiveness were influenced by channel satisfaction. Second, channel satisfaction was influenced positively by channel preference.

Automatic Validation of the Geometric Quality of Crowdsourcing Drone Imagery (크라우드소싱 드론 영상의 기하학적 품질 자동 검증)

  • The utilization of crowdsourced spatial data has been actively researched; however, issues stemming from the uncertainty of data quality have been raised. In particular, when low-quality data is mixed into drone imagery datasets, it can degrade the quality of spatial information output. In order to address these problems, the study presents a methodology for automatically validating the geometric quality of crowdsourced imagery. Key quality factors such as spatial resolution, resolution variation, matching point reprojection error, and bundle adjustment results are utilized. To classify imagery suitable for spatial information generation, training and validation datasets are constructed, and machine learning is conducted using a radial basis function (RBF)-based support vector machine (SVM) model. The trained SVM model achieved a classification accuracy of 99.1%. To evaluate the effectiveness of the quality validation model, imagery sets before and after applying the model to drone imagery not used in training and validation are compared by generating orthoimages. The results confirm that the application of the quality validation model reduces various distortions that can be included in orthoimages and enhances object identifiability. The proposed quality validation methodology is expected to increase the utility of crowdsourced data in spatial information generation by automatically selecting high-quality data from the multitude of crowdsourced data with varying qualities.

  • 본 연구에서는 강우시 발생되는 비점오염원의 모니터링시 측정되는 강우자료와 유출자료, 수질 자료에 대한 효율적이고 신뢰성 있는 자료관리시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 비점오염 모니터링 자료관리시스템(NP-DAQ, Nonpoint-Data Quality Assessment)의 구성요소는 크게 다음과 같은 세가지로 이루어진다. 비점오염원 분석이 요구되는 유역에서의 모니터링 유무 및 실시간 측정 장치의 유무를 확인하는 전처리단계, 선행무강우시간 및 강우지속시간, 강우강도를 평가하고 수질 측정 간격과 유출 수문곡선을 평가하는 품질관리 단계, 측정된 자료의 이상치 분석과 유출모형의 입력자료를 생성하는 후 처리 단계로 나눌수 있다. 본 연구의 적용 대상 자료는 낙동강수계 환경기초조사사업으로 수집된 비점오염원 모니터링에 대한 자료를 사용하였으며 측정된 자료는 지목별 지역별 특성에 따라 분류하여 자료관리시스템에 적용하여 분석하였다. 따라서 비점오염원 모니터링 결과 얻어진 강우 및 유출, 수질 자료를 대상으로 하여 자료의 신뢰성 평가 및 불확실성을 평가하여 보다 정확한 오염물질 유출 특성을 분석하는데 기초가 되는 시스템을 구축하고자 한다.

  • The mechanical properties of concrete such as compressive strength, tensile strength, and modulus of elasticity, are considerably influenced by various factors including locality. The material property prescriptions in national concrete design codes should reflect them. In Korea, they have not been studied systematically yet. A new performance-based design code is being prepared in Korea as a government-supported project and it has a plan to make new material prescriptions adopting domestic research results. As a starting point for the research on material properties, the statistical characteristics of mechanical properties of concrete are studied. In this paper, a probabilistic model of compressive strength, relationship between compressive strength and splitting tensile strength and compressive strength and elastic modulus are proposed based on experimental data.

  • This paper describes the development process of body and full vehicle for reduced idle vibration through the data level of frequency and sensitivity. The vibration mode map is used to separate body structure modes from resonance of engine idle nm and steering system. This paper describes the analysis approach process to reduce the variation of uncertainties for idle vibration performance at initial design stage. The robust design method is performed to increase the stabilization performance under vehicle vibration. It is used to predict the effects of the stiffness deviation according to the spot welding condition of the body structure. The tolerance associated with hood over slam bumper is analyzed for the quality deviation of the moving system in full vehicle. And the glass sealant stiffness and weight difference is considered for the deviation characteristic. The design guideline is suggested considering sensitivity about body and full vehicle by using mother car at initial design stage. It makes possible to design the good NVH performance and save vehicles to be used in tests. These improvements can lead to shortening the time needed to develop better vehicles.

  • The geoscientific study on geological disposal for radioactive wastes has established the stepwise site characterization program, methods and investigation technology. However the intrinsic properties of geological material such as heterogeneity and scale dependent properties make difficulty on satisfactory understanding of geological conditions. To avoid unnecessary time delay and unexpected extra-cost for site investigation, the accurate and complete site investigation program should be established in a stepwise manner and the QC programs for investigation methods and procedures. Moreover, the technical requirements and preferences for a repository should be distinguished and be assessed at the end of each investigation step.

  • Intangibility, measurement difficulty and irreversibility, which are the characteristics of service, have such problems as obscurity and uncertainty in quality evaluation. Technical entrepreneurship education, a sort of public service, also contains such characteristics of service. To objectively evaluate the service quality of technical entrepreneurship education, this paper drew up factors as hierarchical structure, centered on FAHP technique, and conducted pre-processing, inputted those factors into triangular fuzzy number fuzzy judgement matrix, and calculated their weights. In this manner, this paper proposed a TESE system, through which an analysis can be conducted by drawing relative importance and priorities of the factors. The proposed system can efficiently evaluate the qualitative technical start-up education service quality factors quantitatively in the diversely changing technical start-up environment in view of the highest result quality (41%), which means performance in the relative importance of major factors. Namely, this paper confirmed that clear decision making can be made through an experiment.

FMEA for rotorcraft landing system using Dempster-Shafer evidence theory (Dempster-Shafer 증거 이론을 이용한 회전익 항공기 착륙장치의 FMEA)

  • The quality assurance activities can detect the factors that affect the quality based on risk identification in the course of mass production. Risk identification is conducted with risk analysis, and the risk analysis method for the rotorcraft landing system is selected by failure mode effects analysis (FMEA). FMEA is a method that detects the factors that can affect the product quality by combining severity, occurrence, and detectability. The results of FMEA were prioritized using the risk priority number. On the other hand, these methods have certain shortcomings because the severity, occurrence, detectability are weighted equally. Dempster-Shafer evidence theory can conduct uncertainty analysis for the opinions with personal reflections and subjectivity. Based on the theory, the belief function and the plausibility function can be formed. Moreover, the functions can be utilized to evaluate the belief rate and credibility. The system is exposed to impact during take-off and landing. Therefore, experts should manage failure modes in the course of mass production. In this paper, FMEA based on the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory is discussed to perform risk analysis regarding the failure mode of the rotorcraft landing system. The failure priority was evaluated depending on the factor values. The results were derived using belief and plausibility function graphs.

  • 신뢰성 있는 프로젝트 가치평가를 위해서는 프로젝트 투자에 의해 발생하는 효과들을 정확하게 파악하고, 이를 계량적이고 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 평가방법론을 개발하는 것이 매우 중요하다. 전통적으로 제조시스템에서의 프로젝트 가치평가는 재무적 방식에 의한 평가에 기초해 왔다. 그러나 제조시스템에서의 프로젝트 가치평가는 재무적 방식에 의한 평가에 기초해 왔다. 그러나 제조시스템에서 품질, 재고, 리드타임 등 비재무적 성과지표를 화폐가치로 정량화하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 따라서 최근에는 재무적 성과지표와 비재무적 성과지표를 모두 고려하는 성과지표 중심의 프로젝트 평가방법의 개발이 보편화되고 있으며, 전통적인 프로젝트 평가에서는 고려하지 않았던 불확실성을 확률분포로 고려하는 평가방법의 개발이 요구되고 있다. 그러나 현재까지 성과지표 간의 상호관계를 고려하여 프로젝트 투자에 의한 개별 성과지표의 개선을 정량적으로 평가하는 방법론에 관한 기존연구는 거의 없다. 본 논문은 제조시스템에서의 성과지표를 중심으로 공리적 설계에서의 정보공리의 정보량 개념을 이용한 프로젝트 평가방법론에 대해 제안한다. 본 논문에서는 개별 성과지표의 정보량 계산을 위한 수학적 모델링에 대해 고찰하고, 해석적 분석의 어려움을 해결하기 위해 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션의 적용에 대해 서술한다.
