소프트웨어의 크기가 커지고 복잡도가 증가함에 따라 소프트웨어 품질의 중요성은 점점 증대되고 있다. 소프트웨어의 품질 향상을 위해 소프트웨어 개발 조직은 테스트와 동료검토와 같이 제품 품질 향상을 위한 노력과 CMMI(Capability Maturity Model Integration), 소프트웨어프로세스 품질인증 기준과 같은 프로세스 품질 향상 노력을 하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 소프트웨어 분야의 품질 관리의 노력과 효과에 소요되는 품질비용에 대한 연구는 제조업이나 건설업 등 타 분야에 비해 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 소프트웨어 프로세스 개선을 위한 모델인 CMMI의 성숙도 레벨에 기반하여, K사의 품질비용관리 방안 적용 결과를 바탕으로 CMMI 성숙도 각 레벨마다 소프트웨어 개발 조직이 품질비용을 관리를 위한 목적과 활동으로 정의된 품질비용 관리 모델의 개발을 연구하였다.

LibQUAL+$^(TM)$은 도서관의 서비스 품질을 평가하기 위한 이용자 중심의 서비스 품질 평가 모델이다. SERVQUAL에서 출발한 이 모델은 도서관에 적합한 차원들을 확장 및 개선한 모델로 서비스 영향력(Service Affect), 장소(Library as Place), 정보제어(Information Control)의 3개 차원 22개 항목으로 구성되어 있다. 이는 전통적으로 도서관 경영활동의 3요소로 인정되고 있는 사람, 장서(정보), 건물과 유사함을 알 수 있다. 이 모델은 이용자 중심의 서비스 품질 평가, 전략적 계획 수립의 토대, 동등 기관과의 비교, 모체기관과의 정치적 관계 정립 그리고 이용자, 도서관 및 사서 사이의 관계 정립 등의 측면에서 의의가 있다.

최근 소프트웨어 산업을 살펴보면 생산성 외에도 소프트웨어의 품질에 대해서 개발자와 사용자가 중요하게 여기고 있는 추세이다. 이에 몇몇 기관들이 공산품 인증제와 비슷한 소프프웨어 품질 인증제를 도입하려고 시도하고 있다. 그러나 기존 공산품들에 적용하던 인중 방법과 체계를 일반 소프트웨어 품질 인중에 그대로 적용하는 것은 여러 가지 문제점들을 야기시킨다. 따라서 일반 소프트웨어 제품에 대안 인증을 적절하게 수행하기 위해 메타 모델이 필요하게 되었으며 그러한 메타모델을 [l]에서 제시한 바 있다. 본 논문에서는 이 메타 모델의 유효성 및 적용 가능성을 파악하기 위하여 해당 메타 모델은 통만 인증 프로그램 생성과 기존 인증 프로그램의 분석을 시도하였다.

As the Internet connections and services at U.S. public libraries have increased dramatically since 1990s, defining, assessing and measuring quality of these new electronic services have become a critical issue. This research was a study designed to identify key dimensions of Internet service quality at public libraries by providing a systematic framework for measuring and assessing the quality of Internet services. The study used modified SERVQUAL and SERVPERF instruments which have been widely used service quality measurement in business marketing areas and LibQUAL+ model which are widely adopted service quality measurement instrument in most of the academic libraries in U.S.

정부는 공공데이터 개방을 통해 신산업, 일자리 창출 등 경제 활성화를 위한 도구로 활용하는 것을 목표로 한다. 정부는 고품질의 공공데이터 보유를 위하여 품질 개선 활동을 통해 공공데이터 품질 향상을 진행하고 있다. 그러나 공공데이터 품질관리 수준 진단을 진행하는 담당자의 데이터에 대한 전문성과 이해도에 따라 품질진단 결과에 격차가 발생하여 진단 결과의 신뢰성을 보장하기 어렵다. 본 논문은 공공데이터의 원활한 품질진단 지원을 위해 품질진단규칙 매핑 모델을 제안하여 공공데이터 품질진단의 안정성과 신뢰성을 높인다.

Although the demand for the use of public data increases in accordance with the expansion of Government 3.0, the poor level of data quality and its management currently implemented is becoming obstacles to opening data to the public. To improve the efficiency of management, linkage and usage for data, standardized processes for data quality management have to be prepared and appropriate data quality assessment criteria should be established. In this paper, we propose the organizational maturity model that can assess the public data quality management level. This model consists of the process reference model and the measurement framework. Fifteen processes grouped by the PDCA cycle are defined in the process reference model. The measurement framework measures the organizational maturity level based on process capability levels. The organizational maturity model can be used to establish objectives and directions for public data quality improvement by diagnosis of current level of public data quality management and problem solving. This model can also facilitate open to the private sector and activate usage of stable public data through reliability enhancement.

During extreme ionospheric storms, anomalous ionospheric delays and gradients could cause potential integrity threats to users of GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) augmentation systems. GNSS augmentation ground facilities must monitor these ionospheric anomalies defined by a threat model and alarm the users of safely-of-life applications within time-to-alerts. Because the ionospheric anomaly threat model is developed using data collected from GNSS reference stations, the use of poor-quality data can degrade the performance of the threat model. As the total number of stations increases, the number of station with poor GNSS data quality also increases. This paper analyzes the quality of data collected from Korean GPS reference stations using comprehensive GNSS data quality check algorithms. The results show that the range of good and poor qualities varies noticeably for each quality parameter. Especially erroneous ionospheric delay and gradients estimates are produced due to poor quality data. The results obtained in this study should be a basis for determining GPS data quality criteria in the development of ionospheric threat models.

This study intends to evaluate the quality of the KERIS UNICAT DB, and to suggest both theoretical and practical methods for the quality improvement of the DB. To the end. this study developed a quality evaluation model and verified the quality of the UNICAT DB in a comprehensive way, Emphasis was on analyzing the factors causing such inferior and substandard bibliographic records in the UNICAT DB. Also suggested are the management strategies and substantial guidelines to improve the quality of the UNICAT DB.

In this paper, we propose a software quality measurement metrics of ISO / IEC 25023, which is newly proposed for software quality evaluation, to compare the difference with ISO / IEC 9126-2 which was used for software quality evaluation. In this paper, we propose a method for evaluating the quality of reliability based on the software reliability growth model among the eight quality characteristics presented in ISO / IEC 25023. Based on ISO / IEC 25023, software-quality evaluations demonstrate that there is some risk in evaluating reliability when based on data.

최근 요구 사항에 대한 관리가 소프트웨어 시스템 개발의 중요한 성공 요인으로 등장하게 되어 그 중요성은 더욱 부각되고 있다. 특별히 소프트웨어 품질에 관심이 높아지면서 고품질의 소프트웨어 생산을 위한 노력이 활발히 이루어 지고 있다. 이러한 노력의 일환으로 소프트웨어 개발의 초기단계인 요구사항 단계에서 비기능적인 요구사항을 분석함을 제시하고 있으나 극히 미진한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 요구사항 단계에 영향을 주는 품질 속성으로 품질 모델을 정의하고 이를 이용하여 기능적 요구사항을 중심으로 관련된 비기능적 요구사항을 추출한다. 그리고 추출된 비기능적 요구사항과 품질 모델을 사용하여 시스템 단계의 비기능적 요구사항을 추가적으로 추출하는 방안을 제시한다.
