Study of Quality Control of Traditional Wine Using IT Sensing Technology (IT 센싱 기술을 이용한 전통주 발효의 품질관리 연구)

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the quality characteristics of traditional wine using an radio-frequency identification (RFID) system annexed to a fermenter. In this study, we proposed an RFID-based data transmission scheme for monitoring fermentation of traditional alcoholic beverages. The pH, total acidity, total sugar, soluble sugar, free sugar, alcohol content, and organic acids of were investigated and subjected to fermentation of traditional alcoholic beverages three times. The pH ranged from 7.98, 7.95, and 7.68 at day 0, decreased drastically to 3.31~2.96 at day 2, and then slowly increased to the end point, finally reaching 3.34 at day 20. Acidity tended to increase quickly with time, especially for all samples after day 2. The fermentation environment induced a sudden increase acidity in reactants and indicated a low pH. The total sugars during fermentation quickly decreased to the range of 20.3, 22.43, and 19.2% at day 2, and the slope of reduction steadily decreased to 5.1, 6.1, and 4.8% at day 10. On the other hand, the alcohol content showed the reverse trend as total sugars. The alcohol content also showed the same pattern as total acids, showing the highest alcohol content of 17.3% (v/v) on day 20. In this study on traditional wine fermentation using an RFID system, we showed that pH, soluble sugar, and alcohol content can be adopted as key indicators for quality control and standardization of traditional wine manufacturing.

Quality Characteristics of Korean Red Ginsneg Powder on Pulverizing Methods (분쇄방법에 따른 고려홍삼분말의 품질특성)

  • In this study, cell cracker method as a non-collision method was evaluated for the possibility in manufacturing red ginseng powder. In color value of red ginseng powder, the L values indicating brightness were 68.18 for hammer mill (group A) and 72.08 for cell cracker (group B). The a values (redness) and b values (yellowness) were 4.21 26.56 for group A and 5.73, 28.36 for group B, respectively. As an extraction time increased, the absorbances at 420 nm of water extract of both groups were increased. In the loose bulk density, tapped bulk density and volume reduction radio indication the of powder in group A were less than those in group B. In both groups, the angles of side of red ginseng powder were shown less value than the angles of side of the powder. These two angles in group A were lets than those in group B. In sensory evaluation, the touchness between both groups was, not observed significant difference. In the contrary, the color and flavor, main factors affecting the overall quality of red ginseng powder product of group B were shown superior to those of group A. The overall preference of group B was shown higher than that of group A.

  • 지난해 우리나라는 주요 10대업종중 <조선>과 <건설>을 제외하고 대부분의 업종이 3저의 영향으로 생산, 내수, 수출등 제분야에서 고루 균형을 가진 호황의 한 해였다. 우리나라는 본원적으로 부존자원이 없는데다가 외채자본에 의존한 결과, 경제적 자립성을 유지하기 위해서는 부득이 해외시장에 의존하지 않을 수 없다. 그러기 때문에 정부는 지 금까지 수출주도형 고도성장정책을 견지해 왔으며 이 결과 국제수지의 적자와 물가상승등 부작용이 뒤따른것도 사실이다. 아뭏든 지난해의 우리나라 경제를 요약하면 경제성장- 물가안정-국제수지흑자로 이어졌는데 결국 세마리의 토끼를 한꺼번에 잡은 행운의 한 해 였음이 분명하다. 특히 값진 보람이라고 한다면 지금까지의 만성적인 국제수지적자가 추 방되고 사상초유의 흑자원년을 기록했다는 사실이다. 이렇게 볼 때, 우리기업인들은 행운이였다고 하기 이전에 주어진 기회를 재빠르게 포착하여 이용했다는 사실에서 그 저력을 과시하는 표현이 더욱 적절할 것 같다. 금년에도 또 몇마리의 토끼를 잡기 위해서는 고속성장보다는 안정된 기조하에서 수출주도형의 경제정책이 계속 밀고나가야할 것으로 생각 된다. 3저현상은 무한히 지속하는 것이 아니며 언제 무산될지 모르는 미래에 대비하여 사전 에 그 대응책이 마련되어야 하며 이 처방은 경쟁 우위력에서 구해내야할 것이다. 따라서 우리 는 축적된 경험과 <노우하우>를 바탕으로 품질의 고급화, 생산성향상, 부가가치의 증진등으로 선진국 대열에 진입할 수 있는 힘을 키워야 하며 이것은 오직 노사협조라는 평범한 진리에서 얻을 수 있다. 금년도 년초에 대통령의 국정연설에서 <올해는 우수한 기술. 기능인이 대폭 육성되고 이들이 산업현장에서 자기의 꿈을 키울 수 있도록 더욱 효과있는 지원제도를 발전해 나갈 것이다...>라고 하였고 또 <이같은 과학기술의 진흥과 산업현장의 기술. 기능인력을 양 성하는 데 역점을 둔다...>는 최고지도자의 구상은 바로 우리가 기대했던 공감대를 형성하였 다고 본다.

  • In this work, the properties of environmentally friendly functional panel made from waste aluminum were investigated. Product quality enhancement was pursued through an improved viscosity process, a mixing process by agitating, a foaming process, a cooling process, and a color addition process. An acoustic transmission attenuation test, a sound adsorption rate measurement test, and a foaming condition and scrap mixing test were implemented. As a result, the functional panel made from waste aluminum was ultra lightweight and had excellent properties such as soundproof, sound interception, and shielding harmful electromagnetic waves. Also, the functional panel showed low thermal conductivity (about 2.2 kcal/mh) and excellent heat-insulating property.

  • High quality-oriented consumers, new rationalism and concept-oriented consumption followed by high sensitivity fashion market are embossing the importance of fashion M.D. This study has a purpose to make practical and general approach to consumers' taste, trend receptivity, the propensity to consume, and how they are practically connected with market strategy. As a results of this study, First niche market, targeting a new consumer group, is embossed as consumers have new fashion lifestyle. Second, we need a strategy to fractionize fashion by developing concepts suitable for consumers' each scene, not by following radical trends for mature consumers. Third, to satisfy consumers' propensity to originally, we need to establish the identity of Korean original goods which can compete with world-famous brands.

  • 현황에서 도출된 문제점을 요약해 보면 크게 다섯가지로 노정되고 있다. 첫째, 정민계측기기 및 시설의 부족 심화 둘째, 정밀기술에 대한 인식의 부족 및 시책 불재 세째, 정밀계측실의 부족 및 계측환경 유지시설의 미흡 네째, 검비정실시의 부진 및 국가 검교정망의 미비 다섯째, 정밀계측 기술인력의 부족 이상과 같은 점은 오늘날 우리나라 기계공업체 전체가 당면한 기술상의 큰 문 제점들로 되어 있다. 앞의 문제점들이 해결되지 않고서는 기계제품의 고급화는 물론이고 기계 공업발전의 큰지장을 초래하게 될 것이다. 그러므로 우리나라 기계공업의 기술향상과 발전체제를 확립하고 80년대의 기간공업으로서의 기틀을 마련함과 동시에 우리나라 경제발전과 수출입국의 주도적 역할을 다 하게 하기 위해서 다음과 같은 기본방향을 제시한다. 첫째, 정밀계측기기의 적정량 확보 둘째, 국가 검교정체계 확대 세째, 정밀계층기기공업의 육성 네째, 검교정실시 제 고를 위한 제도의 개선 다섯째, 정밀계측기술요원의 확보 의무화 특히 K.S업체, 품질관리지정 업체 방위산업지정업체 여섯째, 정밀기술도입 및 정책의 실천 일곱째, 정밀중화학공업화 정책의 실천 정밀기술산업은 오늘날같이 자원부족과 석유 위기시대에 대처할 수 있는 가장 유리한 국 가정책적 유망산업이다. 자원을 절약하고 에너지를 절약할 수 있으며 수출 증진의 고부가가치 주도업종인 정밀기술 산업의 진흥을 위하여 우리나라는 80년대를 정밀기계공업시대로 전환하는 과감한 정책을 실천에 옮기지 않으면 안될 것이다.

Physico-Chemical Characteristics of Korean Red Ginseng Powder on Pulverizing Methods (분쇄방법에 따른 고려홍삼분말의 이화학적 특성)

  • In this study, cell cracker method as a non-collision method was evaluated for the possibility of new red ginseng grinding technique. The moisture contents were 3.16% for the powder pulverized by hammer mill (group A) and 6.30% for the powder produced by cell cracker (group B), and the difference between both groups was significant, The contents of other component such as ash, crude lipid, reducing sugar, total sugar, acidic polysaccharide, crude fiber and crude protein between both groups were not significant. There were no significant differences in phenolic compound, fatty acid, amino acid, free sugar, crude saponin and ginsenosid contents between both groups. And also the contents of mineral components were evaluated to determine the incorporation of red ginseng powder during grinding, and also the differences of those between both groups were not significant.

  • To develop a scouring method for the high-grade quality and the high value added of flax for spinning, it was measured and analyzed weight loss and degree of injury with change of scouring concentration, time, temperature and pH. We got the f ollowing results; Firstly, in case that flax was scoured at a fixed condition, the weight loss and degree of injury of scoured flax under the no-cutting condition were lower than that of scoured flax under the cutting condition. Secondly, when flax was scoured with $Na_{2}CO_{3}$, it was obtained that the higher weight loss and degree of injury and weight loss with the increase of scouring time and condition. The degree of injury was lower than any other under the treatment condition of 4% $Na_{2}CO_{3}$concentraion for 2 hours. Finally, when alkaline scoured flax was rescoured by pectinase, enzyme activation effect was the most active under the treatment condition of pH 4 for 2 hours. The scouring effect was better than that of alkaline scouring only.
