In this paper We focuses on suggestion to quality model for IoT infrastructure services for Internet of Things. Quality model is suggested on security set out in ISO25000 quality factors and assessment of the existing traditional software application of ISO 9126 quality model. We validated that the proposed model can be realized it was applied to evaluate the 4 elements and related security in Metrics.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the quality of performance on audience satisfaction, and to verify the mediating effect of service value and traditional image in this process. The subjects of this study included 211 male and female adults who experienced the Korean opera performance in Seoul, Korea in October. Collected data was used as a model of path coefficients obtained through analysis of covariance structure and hypothesis test. As a result of verification, program quality, physical environment quality, and quality of the stage performance perceived by the audience showed a statistically significant positive correlation with performance experience attributes. The path coefficient between performance attribute and service value, performance experience attribute and traditional image were also positively and statistically significant. Further, the path coefficient between performance experience and audience satisfaction showed a positive relationship. The service value and traditional image, service value and audience satisfaction, and the path coefficient between traditional image and audience satisfaction were statistically and positively significant. Finally, all hypotheses were adopted and study results confirmed the effect of service quality and experience attributes on audience satisfaction for the popularization, modernization and marketing strategy of the Korean opera. In this process, it is meaningful to verify the role and function of service value and traditional image.

This study aims to investigate the relationship between service recovery justice, residual emotions, and customer behavior. It empirically verifies that low justice in service recovery affects residual emotions and, in turn, has an impact on customers' negative behaviors. Furthermore, this research distinguishes customer-brand relationship quality into emotional relationship quality and cognitive relationship quality and seeks to validate that the type of relationship quality may influence the extent to which the justice of recovery processes affects residual emotions. Data was collected through surveys, and hypotheses were tested using structural equation modeling. The research findings indicate that among the dimensions of service recovery justice, procedural justice and interactional justice significantly influence residual emotions. Moreover, residual emotions have a significant impact on both the intention to revisit and the intention to engage in negative word-of-mouth. In addition, the impact of distributive justice and procedural justice on residual emotions was found to be higher for cognitive relationship quality than emotional relationship quality, and the impact of interactional justice on residual emotions was found to be higher for emotional relationship quality than cognitive relationship quality.

미국 국립표준원(NIST), 전기전자공학회(IEEE) 등의 주도로 진행중인 스마트그리드 프로젝트에서는 미래 전력시스템을 위한 통신망으로 인터넷 기반의 단일화된 통신망을 유력한 후보로 검토하고 있다. 인터넷기반의 전력통신망은 최선노력서비스(best-effort-service)를 기본으로 하기 때문에 종단간 지연을 보장할 수 없으며 패킷 손실이 발생할수 있다. 따라서 기존 전력통신망이 보장해주던 높은 통신 품질과 보안성을 보장해주지 못한다. 본 논문에서는 현재 그리고 미래의 전력관련통신서비스가 인터넷 기반의 통합망에서 사용가능한지 검증하여 본다. 이를 위해 현재의 전력시스템에서 사용되는 통신 서비스들로부터 품질, 보안성 동의 요구조건을 도출하고 이를 바탕으로 스마트그리드 환경에서 추가 될 통신 서비스들이 미래 인터넷 기반통합망에서 사용가능한지를 검증하여 본다. 마지막으로 현재 인터넷 기술로 만족하지 못한 요구조건을 수용하기 위한 해결방안을 제시한다.

전력량계의 성능시험은 계량오차와 전자파, 고조파 등 주변환경에 의한 오동작의 원인과 해결방안을 모색하기 위한 연구개발과 온습도, 전기, 기계적 환경 등 기타 제반환경이 전력량계에 미치는 실증시험 연구와 기술개발을 위해 필수적이다. 본 연구는 한전납품대상 전력량계의 신규 개발시 실증시험을 통한 성능검증과 전자식 전력량계의 확대 사용에 따른 전력량계의 오동작 원인 분석, 전력품질향상 등의 품질검증 기반을 마련하고자 전력계량시스템의 실증적 연구 및 시험분석을 위한 인프라 구축에 관한 연구논문임.

The purpose of this study is to investigate asymmetric and nonlinear nature of the relationship between service attributes and global customer satisfaction, and to identify improvement strategies of service quality in libraries. In this study, two methods(such as kano's analysis and importance grid) were used to analyze the factor structure of customer satisfaction in libraries. The results show that two quality elements are classified as excitement factors, twelve quality elements are sorted as hybrid factor and eight quality elements are classified as dissatisfiers.

본 논문에서는 새로 개발된 전력품질 보상장치의 성능을 실험실에서 효과적으로 분석하기 위해 필요한 새로운 부하모의장치를 제안하였다. 제안하는 부하모의장치는 2대의 PWM 인버터가 직류 단을 공유한 구조로 선형과 비선형부하를 단일기기로 시험 가능하도록 설계되어 있다. 그리고 전력품질보상기의 하나인 능동전력필터와 연계시험을 수행하였다. 본 논문에서는 제안하는 부하모의장치와 능동전력필터의 연계 특성을 분석할 목적으로 PSCAD/EMTDC 소프트웨어를 이용하여 시뮬레이션 실시하였고 또한 실적용시 타당성을 검증할 목적으로 20kVA 용량의 부하모의장치와 10kVA용량의 능동전력필터를 제작하여 실험을 실시하였다. 시뮬레이션과 하드웨어 실험결과 제안하는 부하모의장치는 능동전력필터의 다양한 보상 능력 검증에 충분히 활용가능함을 알 수 있었다.

특징점 기반 지문 인식 시스템은 지문의 특징점 정보를 사용하기 때문에 교문 획득 시 발생하는 거짓 특징점에 많은 영향을 받는다. 거짓 특징점의 제거를 위해 특징정의 이웃 융선을 추적하는 위상 검증 방법(Topological validation)은 거짓 특징점 제거에 뛰어난 효율을 보이지만 올바른 특징점까지 제거되는 단점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 올바른 특징점이 거짓 특징점으로 오판되어 제거되는 것을 줄이기 위챈 가보 필터를 사용하여 특징점 주위 영역을 특징점 방향과 특징점 방향에 수직인 방향으로 필터링 수행 후 특징값의 차를 구하여 특징점의 품질을 평가하였다. 특징값이 일정 기준을 넘는 좋은 품질의 영역에서 추출된 특징점이면 거짓 특징점 제거 알고리즘을 수행하지 않음으로써 올바른 특징점이 제거되는 것을 막을 수 있었고 이와 같이 추출된 특징점들을 이용해 실험한 결과 ERR(Equal eRror Rate)에서 1.7%의 성능 향상을 보였다.

현재 4차 산업 혁명과 가상화폐에 대한 전 세계적인 관심으로 블록체인 시스템이 급부상하고 있다. 현재 구현중심인 국내외 블록체인 시장에서 무수히 많은 블록체인 기반 플랫폼들이 등장과 함께 오류가 발생하고 있다. 하지만 블록체인 시스템의 신뢰성, 확장성, 안정성 등에 대한 검증은 누구도 하고 있지 않다. 이런 문제 해결을 위해 Go language로 구성된 블록체인 코드를 분석할 수 있는 정적분석기를 통한 품질 가시화 방법을 제안한다. 이를 통하여 Blockchain Code의 내부 복잡도를 식별하고자한다. 즉, 코드 내부를 가시화하고 개발자가 보다 쉽게 코드를 유지보수 할 수 있으며 블록체인 시스템의 소프트웨어 공학적인 고품질화가 가능하다.

침입방지시스템 솔루션은 차세대에 각광받는 보안시스템으로 국내 외 시장에서 매우 활발한 보안 분야 시장을 형성할 것으로 전망된다. 아울러 국제 시장에 진출하고자 하는 국내 업체들은 검증된 제품임을 증명하는 품질 평가가 요구되고 일반 사용자들은 검증된 제품을 선호하는 추세가 일반적이다. 본 연구에서는 침입방지시스템의 기술개요, 특징 및 침입방지시스템의 품질 평가기준을 소프트웨어 품질평가를 위해 사용되는 국제표준 ISO/IEC 9126과 ISO/IEC 14598의 참조하여 평가항목을 도출하였으며, 도출된 평가항목을 가지고 평가방법 메트릭을 개발하였다.
