A Study on the Measurements of Beam Wave Propagation and Fluorescence Spectroscopy in Particles Media (입자매질에서 빔파동전파와 형광분광 측정에 관한 연구)

  • The influences of fluorescence, scattering, and flocculation in turbid material were interpreted for the scattered fluorescence intensity and wavelength, it has been studied the molecular properties by the spectroscopy of laser induced fluorescence(LIF). The effects of optical properties in scattering media have been found by the optical parameters(${\mu}_s$, ${\mu}_a$, ${\mu}_t$). Flocculation is an important step in many solid-liquid separation processes and is widely used in Photodynamic therapy. The interactions of several colloid particles can come into play which have major effect on the flocculation and LIF process. We measured scattering and fluorescence spectra of the sample for in vitro as function of concentration from lase source to detector. The value of scattering coefficient ${\mu}_s$ is large by means of the increasing particles of scatterer. Therefore, Phorphyrin A is larger than Phorphyrin C in scattering intensity ${\mu}_s$, but Phorphyrin A is smaller than Phorphyrin C in penetration depth ${\delta}$.

열무 중 살충제의 잔류농약 분해 특성 연구

  • 열무의 안전한 생산을 위한 생산단계에서의 각 농약 잔류량 변화 추이와 최종 소비단계에서의 농산물 안전성 평가자료로 활용하기 위하여 실제 시험포장에 열무를 파종한 후 수확 10일 전에 4 종(diazinon, endosulfan, cypermethrin, cyhalothrin)의 살충제를 각 성분별로 안전사용 기준에 따라 기준량 및 배량의 처리구에 직접 살포하여 열무의 포장상태에서의 잔류량 감소(생물학적 반감기) 변화를 조사하였다. 각 농약별로 2 수준 농도의 표준물질을 첨가하여 실험한 결과 평균회수율은 diazinon 98.7∼99.9%, endosulfan 97.6∼98.5%, cypermethrin 98.3∼99.6%, cyhalothrin 98.4∼99.1%이였고, 검출한계는 diazinon 및 cypermethrin은 0.04 mg/kg, endosulfan은 0.012 mg/kg, cyhalothrin은 0.01 mg/kg 이었다. 약제 살포 후 분해속도가 빠른 성분은 diazinon > endosulfan > cypermethrin >cyhalothrin 순이었다. 작물체(열무)내에서 시간의 경과에 따른 잔류량의 변화를 1차 반응으로 표현하여 농약 4종의 살포농도별 생물학적 반감기를 산출한 결과, 기준량 살포의 경우 diazinon 0.9일, endosulfan 2.0일, cypermethrin 2.2일, cyhalothrin 2.5일 그리고 배량 살포의 경우에는 diazinon 1.1일, endosulfan 2.0일, cypermethrin 2.1일, cyhalothrin 2.2일로 나타났다. 안전한 농산물 생산을 위한 열무 중 약제 살포 후 수확일은 잔류허용기준(MRL)을 적용시킬 경우 기준량으로 볼 때 diazinon은 6일 후, endosulfan은 10일 후에 수확하는 것이 바람직한 것으로 나타났으며 합성 피레스로이드계인 cypermethrin과 cyhalothrin은 농약살포 후 2 시간 후에 농약 잔류량이 잔류허용기준 미만으로 나타났다.

  • Currently, the prefabricated bridge having the effects to reduce the term of works and the cost of construction is often studied and countries such as America have already developed members, the parts of it, and the technique of construction. In addition, they have supplied them to the fields. The study of prefabricated method of steel composite bridge, which has the precast deck - plate and main girder fixed by high tension bolt and can resist horizontal sheer, is being progressed. However, it is difficult to understand the characteristics of the prefabricated bridge's behavior when the superstructure of the prefabricated method is analyzed by applying to the analysis model of existing bridges. Therefore, this study has the purpose of understanding real structural behavior of prefabricated bridge through comparison and analysis between the structural analysis model reflecting the characteristics of the real prefabricated bridge's superstructure and real size experiment.

  • Concrete contains numerous microcracks at initially poured. The growth and propagation of nicrockacsk are believed tc finally incur the faiure of concrete. These processings are understood as a damage. Damage IS represented as a second-order tensor and crack is treated as a con tinuum phenomenon. In this paper, damage is characterized through the effective stress concept together with the hypothesis of elastic energy equivalence, and damage evolution law and constitutive equation of a damage model are derived by using the Helmholtz frte eriergy and the dissipation potential by means of the thermodynamic principles. The constitutive equation of the model includes the effects of elasticity, anisotropic damage and plasticity of concrete. There are two effective tangent stiffness tensors in this model : one is for elastic-darnage and the other for plastic damage. For the verification of the model, finite element analysis was performed for the analysis of concrete subjec:t to uniaxial and biaxial loading and the results obtained were compared with test results.

  • In 1995, When people read a poem, the image that a poet intends to convey to readers shows in various colors according to the status of their emotion. Poetry is a bridge as well as a text, which connects this world and the poet's world. In such relationship, the communication through Types occurs. The realm of application of modern typography is widening due to the development of the Internet and mass media, and the ways of expression of which are changing with the help of lots of softwares. So, the modern typography is re-born as an organic language which is alive, breathing. Therefore, Types has the structural character similar to that of Typography, which is a language of image, creating today's movement, time, and space. The already existing poetry contains meanings but has a descriptive structures. On contrary, compared with the former, the type appeared in Hangul Concrete Poetry., itself is a poem in another realm due to the formality native to Hangul, and which appears in non-linear structure. So, in this thesis, I will analyze the formality and non-linear structure of Hangul Typography in order to widen the realm of research on typography, which is a very meaningful trial to visualize the literature.

  • The software Process can be defined as the set of activities, rules, procedures, techniques and tools used within the production of software. A software process model is a conceptual representation of a real world software Process and can be described by process programming languages. In this paper, we present the language constructs of SimFlex designed for object-based software process programming. The design of SimFlex is based on the object concept, so that it can model complex software processes concisely both in syntax and semantics. Since the language constructs of SimFlex are derived from the analysis of major PSEEs and their associated process programming languages, SimFlex includes the core characteristics required for a desirable object-based process programming language. In addition, SimFlex is designed to act as a template software process definition language which could be included in specific PSEEs through customization appropriate to those PSEEs.

Construction and Characterization of Vector Expressing Low Level of Translation Factor eIF5B (단백질합성인자 eIF5B의 저 발현 효모벡터의 제조 및 특성)

  • eIF5B is a translation initiation factor that delivers Met-$tRNA^{Met}$ to AUG start codon and subsequently joins the small and large ribosomes. In order to study the function of eIF5B encoded by FUN12, we constructed FUN12 which lacked 5' end of its sequence. We found that this construct lacking almost all of its promoter in pRS plasmid partially complemented slow growth phenotype of fun12 deletion strain. Interestingly, this construct expressed N-terminally truncated eIF5B and its expression level was about 5% of that of wild type eIF5B. Low amount of the eIF5B expressed additionally in fun12 deletion strain played a direct role as a limiting factor for its growth. This limiting factor eIF5B in those strains also modulates activities of overall translation in vitro.

  • The image quality measure is an important issue in the image processing. Several methods which measure the image quality have been proposed and these are based on the mathematical point of view. However, there is difference between the mathematicalmeasure and the measure based on the human visual system and a new measure has to be proposed because the final target of the image is a human visual system In this paper, a statistical image quality measure which is considered the human visual feature was suggested. The human visual system is using the global quality of the image and the local quality of the image and the local quality is more important to human visual system. In this paper, the image divided into several segments and the image qualities were calculated respectively. After then, the statistical method using scoring was applied to the image qualities. The result of the image quality measure was similar to the result of measure based on the human visual system.

Classification Schemes of Precast Beam-Column Connections According to Contribution of Deformation Components (변형기여분에 따른 프리캐스트 보-기둥 접합부의 분류방안)

  • This study suggested an integrated classification method for generalized characteristics of PC beam-column connection according to connection details. Quantifying the failure mode of PC-beam column connection and characteristics of corresponding details, this study suggested to use deformation contribution of each element of beam-column assemblage. According to the expected failure mode of beam-column connection assemblage, PC beam-column connection can be classified into 'equivalent monolithic system' and 'jointed system'. In this study, four test specimens were tested for verification of detailed classification method of PC beam-column connections. Test was carried out with typical beam-column connection test method. Load was applied at the top of test specimen and end of beams were restrained by hinge. In order to verify the deformation contribution of each test specimen, 34-LVDTs were mounted on test specimen. According to test results, deformation contribution of each test specimen have different characteristics. Deformation characteristics of joint and other components which are quantified by test results, equivalent monolithic system can be classified into two categories. Strong connection have extremely small deformation contribution of joint and much larger deformation contribution was shown in flexural behavior of beam. The other type of beam-column connection is ductile connection which allows the larger deformation in joint area compared with strong connection.
