The purpose of this study was conducted to develop adult distance literacy education program and verify its effects. The program was developed through the examination on factors affecting online literacy education and necessary analysis and feedback. Pre- and post-tests analyzing the effects of distance literacy education measuring academic understanding factor, learner satisfaction and satisfactory levels on the academic were administered to 49 adult literacy learners before and after a distance literacy education course. Also, this paper try to explore learners who participated in distance literacy education experience, change and that meaning. The results of the content analysis on the program are summarized as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences regarding academic understanding factor, learner satisfaction and perceived learning outcome satisfaction variables since distance literacy education program which is based on ARCS model start. In addition, learners were satisfied with replaying the learning videos several times, and the improved ability to use smart devices. But they expressed regrets about not being able to go to school and the difficulty of using the devices. It means that distance literacy education based on the ARCS model draw a positive learning conclusion. On the basis of these results, suggestions for further research were discussed.

Fantasy emerges from the cracks and crevices of rational reality. Italo Calvino says, "Fantasy is possible when the reader stays at a certain distance without falling into the text." Fantasy does not form farthest from reality. It comes from the confusion between reality and fiction. In short, fantasy does not exist on the contrary of reality, but on the boundary of reality. Reality and fantasy are also structurally intertwined. We can't distinguish the reality from fantasy clearly. In fact, in this case, the reader or audience is confused about whether what I see is real or not. Todorov calls this case "hesitation." Hesitation is a key element of fantasy. Two texts that expressed "hesitation" are Kim Young-ha's short novel Vampire (1997) and Wes Anderson's film The Grand Budapest Hotel (2014). On the surface, these two texts seem to have nothing to do with narrative structural similarities. And both also arouse readers' and audiences' interest by letting confuse reality to fantasy. In Kim Young-ha's Vampire, we can look at the process of confusion of reality called "narrative infection" when a text is read to the reader. In the movie The Grand Budapest Hotel, we can find a strategy to make an unreal story feel like a fact in history. And we can also find a process in which the success stories of alienated characters become reality through 'solidarity' in the film. This paper is a study of how fantasy creates "reality", makes readers feel fantasy, and how it spreads through these two texts.

The advancement of IT and the "Fourth Industrial Revolution" blurred the boundary between industries. The importance of strategic cooperation between enterprises is emphasized. IT companies must consider their existing business areas and create new territories to drive changes in the industry. They must also secure their competitive edge and manage economic costs to enable them to compete with their global counterparts. By utilizing their resources effectively, these firms can create value through inter-firm cooperation. This study analyzes the collaborative network of global IT companies using social network analysis and examines the effect of this network on firm performance. Collaborative linkages and betweenness centrality, which represent the bridging position of a firm in a network, significantly affect firm performance. This result highlights the importance of the structural position of a firm in a cooperative network of IT companies. This study also characterizes clusters in a network of IT companies. Most of these clusters comprise a combination of IT companies in diverse IT industries. These clusters suggest that these companies engage in multilateral cooperation without boundaries to maximize their business capabilities. This study offers practical implications for establishing a cooperative strategy and framework that can capture business trends in the IT industry from a macroscopic view. This study also visualizes collaborative networks in a multifaceted way using social network analysis to provide researchers and business practitioners with an informative viewpoint.

Animations consist of the created artificial images. To interpret of the meaning from analyzing the style of main images is an important element in understanding of animations. Therefore, to analyze images expressed in works of Miyazaki-hayao, this study substitutes the concept of 'hybridity' for images of characters, backgrounds, and mechanics created by him and explores how they are expressed, how they produce symbolic meanings and functions. It is confirmed that main images in selected works as a scope of research have hybridity of images between 'past, present, and future', 'eastern elements and western elements', 'real and virtual', 'human beings and animal' in narrative. From these results, it is concluded that because of hybridity between images, he can present fresh pleasures to spectators, simultaneously communicate thoughtful messages above mere enjoyment, which is a differentiable point with works of other directors.

Design of supply chain network (SCN) is required to optimize every factor in SCN and to provide a long-term and strategic decision-making. A mathematical model can not reflect the real world because design of SCN contains variables and stochastic factors according to status of its system. This paper presents the designing methodology of military SCN using the mathematical model and the simulation model. It constructs SCN to minimize its total costs using the Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) model. And we solve problems of a vehicle assignment and routing through adaptation of experiment parameters repeatedly in the simulation model based on the results from the MIP model. We implement each model with CPLEX and AutoMod, and experiment to reconstruct SCN when the Logistic Support Unit is restricted to support military units. The results from these experiments show that the proposed method can be used for a design of military SCN.

The capsizing speed of an unstable vessel with a lost restoring moment can be understood as a unique response to an accident situation, and is naturally affected by such parameters as moment of inertia, metacentric height, and transverse damping coefficient of the hull in the case of free roll motion. Additionally, it is supposed that the analysis of capsize accidents can be further simplified when a vessel's leaning velocity is shown to be quite low. Therefore, capsize accidents with low leaning speeds are desirably categorized in view of rescuing strategies, as opposed to fast capsize accidents, since the attitude of the declining hull can be properly estimated, which allows rescuers to have more time for helping accident cases. This study focuses on deriving some analytical equations based on the roll decay ratio parameter, which describes how a hull under a low-speed capsize is related to the situational hull characteristics. The suggested equations are applied to a particular ship to disclose the analytical responses from the model ship. It was confirmed that the results show the general characteristics of slow capsizing ships.

Uncertainty in Context-aware computing is mainly a consequence of the complexity of context acquisition mechanisms and context processing. The presence of uncertainty may harm the users' confidence in the application, rendering it useless. This paper describes a three-phase strategy to manage uncertainty by identifying its possible sources, representing uncertain information, and determining how to proceed, once uncertain context is detected. The level of effort that is necessary to eliminate the uncertainty of context information affects the reliability of the system, because Sensor network system have no intervention of humans. In this paper, We applied proposed method to the development for the sensor network system, Uncertainty management can be applied a part of the system development life-cycle. It confirmed that result of testing show that detection performance is stable.

In this study, we analyzed the characteristics of imagery thinking in the processes of generating analogy of seventh grade science-gifted students in terms of the information-processing of imagery. The analyses of the results revealed that science-gifted students' information-processing of imagery in the processes of generating analogy consisted of image generation, image operation, and image representation. The types of imagery used by science-gifted students were classified into perception imagery, memory imagery, and imagination imagery, and there were some differences in the patterns of information-processing of imagery. In the bases of these results, we suggested the information-processing model of imagery by the types of imagery used in generating analogy. The results of this study may provide useful implication to develop effective methods for a strategy of generating analogy emphasizing the interaction between analogy thinking and imagery thinking which promotes imagery thinking of science-gifted students.

This research provides the point of view by operating SPSS(14.0) about effective management and marketing focusing on customer by comparing and analyzing the effect which affects loyalty for the dental clinic and the rapport occurring when the dental worker communicates affirmatively with customers. The data was gathered from 300 customers visiting to a private dental clinic through the self-administered questionnaire in Jinju, Gyeng-nam. The communication(.017) and value property(.006) of service provider affects the rapport significantly. Last, the trust(.000), value property(.023) and the rapport(.000) affect the loyalty-a result variable-significantly.

This is the follow-up research on aesthetic review for Korean wrestling uniform design and deals with practical design evolvement of Korean wrestling uniform. The process and contents of the research was based on the outcome of the ground research. I studied Japanese wrestling and marketing strategy of its uniform, which enjoy added value as well as elevated worth as cultural item, and then compared it with our traditional wrestling. In addition, I divided practical designs into color, material and style according to concept for further research. The most important factor in designing traditional wrestling uniform can be found in harmonization of tradition and modernism. It is essential to operate and manage design in consistent and systematic way that can harmonize with modern sports marketing and designs, which contains national sentiment and contemporary mind. Designing Korean wrestling uniform with consistent concept based on aesthetic parts of Korean wrestling uniform, this research is meaningful as an exemplary for traditional and cultural item design as well as national costume.
